The peripheral people acquire navigation information through a second equipment terminal screen, and the mode of providing navigation by the second equipment terminal comprises the following steps: the screen displays the path (plan view, solid view and navigation view), the mobile phone code scanning of the surrounding people obtains the navigation information, the surrounding people know that the route goes to, the emergency equipment synchronously obtains the position information of the alarm equipment, and the navigation information is displayed on the screen of the equipment. For example, in a sudden child accidental injury event in the deep of a large natural scenic spot, a second equipment terminal screen at the large entrance of the scenic spot displays the position information of a help seeker and a navigation map, and peripheral tourists can scan a two-dimensional code of a code screen through a mobile phone to acquire navigation information and go to rescue; or the scenic spot workers can go to rescue directly due to the familiar route; or the peripheral tourists carry the first-aid equipment in the second equipment terminal and go to rescue by using the built-in navigation system.
Step 204: and (4) rescue on site, establishing a multi-party necessary contact by the 24-hour on-duty platform, and sharing information in real time.
The 24-hour on-duty platform reasonably divides workers on site according to a preset emergency rescue scheme, and the platform command system carries out orderly rescue, so that site confusion is avoided. The 24-hour watch platform establishes audio-video call connection with surrounding people through emergency equipment or intelligent equipment, and medical emergency experts remotely guide the connection. After receiving an audio and video connection request sent by a 24-hour on-duty platform manual customer service, the first-aid equipment responds to the audio and video connection request, establishes audio and video connection with the 24-hour on-duty platform, and is remotely guided by a platform medical first-aid specialist to rescue, use of the first-aid equipment and feed back field conditions. For example, in a large indoor stadium badminton stadium, a middle-aged man suddenly stops his heart due to strenuous exercise. People around the stadium front doorway open the second device terminal. Carrying AED emergency equipment, going to badminton stadium, 24 hours on duty platform medical first aid specialist, through the audio and video calling equipment of AED equipment, long-range guidance is rescued.
After the rescue is finished, surrounding people return the equipment to a specified place according to the equipment voice prompt, and whether the equipment is in a good state or not and whether accessories are complete or not are confirmed. If the equipment is used, voice prompt is given, whether two accessories related to the equipment are received or not is confirmed, and the navigation position of the second equipment terminal is displayed on the screen. When a user puts the first-aid equipment into the designated position of the second equipment terminal, the second equipment terminal prompts that the equipment is returned by voice, and the electronic screen displays a click confirmation interface.
The above embodiments may be implemented by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, where the software product may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be an optical disc, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network server or a cloud server, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, including: receiving alarm information of a first user terminal; the alarm information comprises position information, identity information and vital sign information of the first user; meanwhile, the alarm is used for giving out sound and light alarm; determining an emergency scheme according to the identity information and the vital sign information; pushing the first-aid scheme to a second equipment terminal within a preset physical distance range of the position information according to the position information; reminding surrounding people to go to the position of the first user terminal to implement rescue through acousto-optic warning of the second equipment terminal, display of a first-aid scheme, the real-time position of the first user terminal and navigation information of reaching the real-time position of the first user terminal; the second equipment terminal is pre-stored with locked first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials; the on-duty platform judges whether first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials are needed; if the first equipment terminal is needed, the on-duty platform sends an instruction to be unlocked to the second equipment terminal, and the second equipment terminal enters an on-duty state to be unlocked so that the first-aid equipment and/or the first-aid materials can be taken.
The invention embodies a number of methods and approaches to this solution and the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the principle of the present invention, several improvements and modifications can be made, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention. All the components not specified in the present embodiment can be realized by the prior art.

Claims (10)

1. A system for alerting and providing assistance during an emergency event, comprising:
the first user terminal is used for monitoring the vital sign information of the first user and the information of the surrounding environment in real time and generating alarm information; the alarm information comprises position information, identity information, vital sign information and surrounding environment information of the first user;
the watching platform is used for receiving the alarm information from the first user terminal; determining an emergency scheme according to the identity information and the vital sign information; and pushing the first aid plan to a second device terminal according to the location information;
the second equipment terminal is used for receiving the first-aid scheme sent by the watching platform, giving an acousto-optic warning, and displaying the first-aid scheme, the real-time position of the first user terminal and navigation information reaching the real-time position of the first user terminal through the second equipment terminal; the second equipment terminal is internally stored with locked first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials; the monitoring data are intelligently analyzed by the on-duty platform, and whether first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials are needed or not is judged; if the first equipment terminal is needed, the on-duty platform sends an instruction to be unlocked to the second equipment terminal, and the second equipment terminal enters an on-duty state to be unlocked so that the first-aid equipment and/or the first-aid materials can be taken.
2. The emergency alert and help system of claim 1, wherein: the second equipment terminal is fixed and/or movable and comprises an emergency equipment storage area for storing emergency equipment, an emergency medicine storage area for storing emergency medicines and an information display area; the first-aid equipment comprises one or more of an automatic external defibrillator, a first-aid kit, a first-aid cabinet, a first-aid island, a first-aid station, a safety island, a stretcher, chest compression equipment, breathing auxiliary equipment, a fire extinguisher, a fire hydrant, a fire-fighting suit, a fire axe, a fire hammer, an emergency tool kit, a life buoy, a lifeboat, a life jacket, a rope and an emergency robot; the first-aid medicine comprises one or more of dressing, device and medicine.
3. The emergency alert, help provision system of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the on-duty platform implements remote rescue guidance through a second equipment terminal in an audio and video communication mode; the first user terminal has the functions of sound and light warning and voice communication; and the second equipment terminal has an intelligent voice conversation function.
4. The emergency alert and help system of claim 3, wherein: the unattended platform is attended by an artificial and computer AI intelligent system in all weather, and comprises a customer service voice call module, a remote data processing module, a remote equipment control module, an audio and video data acquisition module and a storage module; the customer service voice call module is used for providing audio and video communication; the remote data processing module is used for receiving and processing the alarm information of the first user terminal; the remote equipment control module is used for sending a control instruction to the first user terminal and the second equipment terminal; the audio and video data acquisition module is used for acquiring audio and video data transmitted back by the first user terminal and the second equipment terminal.
5. A method for warning and providing help in emergency events is characterized in that:
receiving alarm information of a first user terminal; the alarm information comprises position information, identity information and vital sign information of the first user; the first user terminal simultaneously gives out sound and light warning;
determining an emergency scheme according to the identity information and the vital sign information; pushing the first-aid scheme to a second equipment terminal within a preset physical distance range of the position information according to the position information;
reminding surrounding people to go to the position of the first user terminal to implement rescue through acousto-optic warning of the second equipment terminal, display of a first-aid scheme, the real-time position of the first user terminal and navigation information of reaching the real-time position of the first user terminal;
the second equipment terminal is pre-stored with locked first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials; the monitoring data are intelligently analyzed by the on-duty platform, and whether first-aid equipment and/or first-aid materials are needed or not is judged; if the first equipment terminal is needed, the on-duty platform sends an instruction to be unlocked to the second equipment terminal, and the second equipment terminal enters an on-duty state to be unlocked so that the first-aid equipment and/or the first-aid materials can be taken.
6. The method of emergency alert and rescue of claim 5, wherein: the alarm form is divided into active alarm and automatic alarm; the active alarm comprises a key alarm and a voice alarm; the automatic alarm is an alarm for collecting emergency data.
7. The method of emergency alert and rescue of claim 6, wherein: the surrounding people are random people near the first user terminal or near the second equipment terminal; and the platform remote expert remotely guides surrounding people to implement rescue through an audio and video call mode.
8. The method of emergency alerting and providing assistance of claim 7, wherein: the peripheral people acquire navigation information through a second equipment terminal screen, and the mode of providing navigation by the second equipment terminal comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a screen of a second equipment terminal displays a path, mobile phones of surrounding people scan codes to obtain navigation information, the surrounding people know that a route goes to, first-aid equipment synchronously obtains position information of a first user terminal, and one or more navigation information is/are displayed on a screen of the second equipment terminal.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to carry out the method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
