step 1, when an emergency occurs at home, a user sends alarm information to a customer service voice call module through a user terminal, and simultaneously sends the alarm information to a storage module for storage;
step 2, the customer service voice call module sends the alarm information to a remote equipment control module, and the remote equipment control module sends a warning instruction to a warning module after receiving the alarm information and simultaneously sends an instruction to be unlocked to an instruction receiving module;
step 3, after the warning module receives the warning instruction, the sound and light warning function is started to attract the attention of people around the user home;
step 4, after the instruction receiving module receives an instruction to be unlocked, the opening and closing module is controlled to enter an opening state, and the identification module is controlled to open an identification function;
step 5, the identification module monitors whether a surrounding person exists at the door of the user, and when the surrounding person is monitored, the monitoring information is sent to the instruction receiving module;
