The rescuer device may be a mobile terminal, such as a cell phone; and the device can also be a smart wearable device, such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet and the like. The server firstly obtains the position of the device of the person seeking help for sending the emergency help seeking information, then calls a camera near the position to shoot a scene image, and the server obtains the type of the person seeking help to be treated, which is obtained according to the scene image. And then the server determines the rescuer device according to the position information and the type of the first aid to be treated, and sends a path to the scene of the help seeker and a scene image to the rescuer device. The route of the image is sent to the scene of the help seeker, so that the rescuer can arrive as soon as possible, and the scene image is convenient for the rescuer to know the physical condition of the help seeker in advance on the way of arriving at the scene. The rescuer who holds rescuer equipment can be the rescuer through the authentication, compares that the first aid knowledge of mastering is abundanter, professional, also can use the first aid equipment of configuration in public place better for first aid equipment can make the best use of, has reduced the extravagant problem of resource.
The sending of the route plan to the rescuer device to the site corresponding to the location information of the rescuer device specifically includes: and sending the route plan for acquiring the first-aid kit and the route plan for reaching the site corresponding to the position information of the help seeker equipment to the rescuer equipment.
The server may send a route to the rescuer device to obtain the first aid kit and a route to the scene of the rescuer so that a rescuer with a rescuer device may more quickly take the first aid kit and arrive at the scene of the rescuer to deploy the rescuer for rescue.
In a specific embodiment, after step S130, the method further includes: the server obtains an emergency pack corresponding to at least one type to be first-aid type of the help seeker according to the position information of the help seeker device and the at least one type to be first-aid of the help seeker.
The first-aid kit can be filled with first-aid equipment and first-aid products corresponding to the type to be first-aid, for example, if the type to be first-aid is heatstroke, the first-aid products in the corresponding first-aid kit can be cooling equipment, artificial breathing mask, towel, medical alcohol and wrinkled giant hyssop vital essence water; if the type to be first-aid is ventricular fibrillation, the first-aid equipment in the corresponding first-aid kit can be an automatic external defibrillator; if the type of emergency treatment is traumatic hemorrhage, the emergency treatment articles in the corresponding emergency kit can be tourniquets, medical elastic bandages, physiological saline, disinfection drugs, rubber examination gloves, suture needles and other emergency treatment equipment, and can also comprise a blood pressure and heart rate detector and a thermometer, and the emergency treatment articles can also comprise bandages, drugs and the like.
The first aid kit may include a public first aid kit for which the public first aid kit can be directly called because it is located in a public place; for a private first aid kit, the rescuer is required to negotiate with the holder of the private first aid kit, and the private first aid kit can be called after approval from the holder of the private first aid kit.
Optionally, after step S130, the method may further include: the server receives first-aid type correction information sent by the rescuer device, wherein the first-aid type correction information comprises a type to be first-aid input by a rescuer, and the type to be first-aid input by the rescuer is obtained by the rescuer according to the live image; the server takes the type to be first-aid input by the rescuer as at least one type to be first-aid of the new help seeker.
This step may occur before the step "the server obtains an first aid kit corresponding to the at least one type of first aid to be treated based on the location information of the help seeker device and the at least one type of first aid to be treated of the help seeker" or after the step "the server obtains an first aid kit corresponding to the at least one type of first aid to be treated based on the location information of the help seeker device and the at least one type of first aid to be treated of the help seeker".
If the type of emergency treatment occurs before the above steps, the first-aid type correction information input by the rescuer may be obtained, and the new type of emergency treatment in the correction information is used to replace the type of emergency treatment acquired by the server in step S130, and then the subsequent steps are executed.
If the above steps occur later, that is, the server has obtained the first aid kit corresponding to the at least one type to be first-aid obtained in step S130, and when the server receives the correction information of the first aid type sent by the rescuer device, the server performs the step of "obtaining the first aid kit corresponding to the at least one type to be first-aid according to the location information of the rescuer device and the at least one type to be first-aid of the rescuer" again according to the type to be first-aid input by the rescuer determined in the correction information "to obtain the first aid kit matching the corrected type to be first-aid. Referring to fig. 3, the specific step of the server obtaining the first aid kit corresponding to at least one type to be first-aid type of the seeker according to the location information of the seeker device and the at least one type to be first-aid of the seeker may include steps S210 to S230:
in step S210, the server determines whether an emergency package corresponding to the type of emergency treatment exists within a first distance range from the location corresponding to the location information of the seeker device, and if not, executes step S220.
In step S220, the server determines whether an emergency kit corresponding to the type of emergency treatment exists within a second distance range from the location corresponding to the location information of the seeker device, and if so, executes step S230.
Wherein the second distance range is greater than the first distance range.
Step S230, obtaining a first aid kit corresponding to the at least one type to be first-aid.
The server can search the first-aid kit within a smaller distance range, and if the first-aid kit cannot be searched, the server expands the searching range until the first-aid kit is searched. The first-aid kit is searched in a smaller range, and if the first-aid kit is searched, the first-aid kit can be sent to the sides of the help seeker as soon as possible, so that the rescue success probability is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the step S230 may specifically include the following steps S231 to S235:
step S231, obtaining a plurality of first aid kits corresponding to the at least one type to be first aid.
Step S232, judging whether a public first-aid kit exists in the plurality of first-aid kits, if so, executing step S233; if not, go to step S234.
And step S233, using the public first-aid kit as the first-aid kit corresponding to the resource scheduling.
The public first-aid kit can be placed in a containing body with a locking device, and the resource scheduling method provided by the embodiment of the application can further comprise the following steps: the server detects the position of the rescuer equipment in real time; if the distance between the rescuer device and the accommodating body is smaller than a preset value, the server unlocks a locking device of the accommodating body so that a rescuer corresponding to the rescuer device can obtain the public first-aid kit in the accommodating body.
The accommodating body can be a box or a cabinet, such as a code case or a code cabinet arranged in a public area. The placement of the first aid kit in the containment body prevents unnecessary damage. The server can automatically unlock the locking device of the accommodating body under the condition that the distance between the rescuer device and the accommodating body is a proper distance (for example, 3 meters), so that the rescuer can quickly take the public first-aid kit in the accommodating body, and the rescue time of the rescuer is shortened.
Step S234, the server communicates with the first-aid kit devices corresponding to all private first-aid kits in the plurality of first-aid kits to negotiate whether the corresponding private first-aid kits can be used for the resource scheduling.
Alternatively, the first aid kit device may be a stationary device, and step S234 includes: the server sends an inquiry instruction of whether the first-aid kit can be dispatched to the first-aid kit equipment corresponding to each private first-aid kit of all the private first-aid kits in the plurality of first-aid kits.
The private first-aid kit can be placed in the house, and the fixed equipment can be a television, an internet of things Bluetooth sound box and the like in the house; the private first-aid kit can also be placed in an automobile, and the fixed equipment can be a vehicle-mounted sound box in the automobile and the like. The fixed equipment may be located near the private first aid kit, and the server may issue an inquiry to the fixed first aid kit equipment as to whether the first aid kit can be dispatched, and if the inquiry is answered, it indicates that the holder of the private first aid kit is near the private first aid kit, and the holder responds to the instruction for dispatching the first aid kit, indicating that the private first aid kit has a greater probability of being used for the first aid.
If the first aid kit device is a mobile device, step S234 includes: the server sends an inquiry instruction of whether the private first-aid kit can be provided quickly to the first-aid kit equipment corresponding to each private first-aid kit of all the private first-aid kits in the plurality of first-aid kits.
The mobile device may be a mobile terminal of a private first aid kit holder, such as a cell phone, tablet, etc.; the mobile device may also be a smart wearable device, such as a smart watch, smart bracelet, or the like. Because the mobile device is not necessarily located in the vicinity of the private first aid kit due to its mobility, the server may initiate an inquiry instruction to the mobile device to quickly provide the private first aid kit for the bearer of the private first aid kit to answer. The provision of a mobile device further increases the range of options available for first aid kit equipment.
The private first-aid kit can be delivered by the holder of the private first-aid kit according to the route planning of the site corresponding to the position information of the help seeker equipment sent by the server.
If the first-aid kit is a private first-aid kit, the holder of the private first-aid kit can send the private first-aid kit to the site of the help seeker device, and the rescuer can go directly to the site of the help seeker corresponding to the help seeker device, so that the rescuer can rescue more quickly.
And step S235, when the first-aid kit equipment returns the scheduling approval information, taking the first-aid kit corresponding to the first-aid kit equipment returning the scheduling approval information as the first-aid kit corresponding to the current resource scheduling.
Under the condition that a public first-aid kit does not exist, the server and first-aid kit equipment corresponding to the private first-aid kit perform communication negotiation, a holder of the first-aid kit communicates with the server through the first-aid kit equipment to indicate whether the first-aid kit can be used for the first aid of the current time as soon as possible, if the holder of the first-aid kit indicates that the private first-aid kit can be used for the first aid of the current time as soon as possible, the holder of the first-aid kit can send scheduling approval information to the server through the first-aid kit equipment, and the server takes the first-aid kit corresponding to the scheduling approval information received firstly as the first-. Private first-aid kits may increase the range of options for first-aid kits so that a greater range of recourse may be had for assistance.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the step S140 includes the following steps S310 to S330:
in step S310, the server determines whether a rescuer device is present within a third distance range from the location corresponding to the location information of the rescuer device, and if not, executes step S320.
In step S320, the server determines whether a rescuer device exists within a fourth distance range from the position corresponding to the position information of the help seeker device, and if yes, executes step S330.
Wherein the fourth distance range is greater than the third distance range.
Step S330, determining the rescuer device.
The server can search the rescuer equipment in a smaller range, and if the rescuer equipment can be searched, the rescuer corresponding to the rescuer equipment in the smaller range can be selected, so that the rescue time of the help seeker is shortened as much as possible. If the help can not be searched in a smaller range, the search is carried out in a larger range, and the possibility that the help is responded is increased.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the step S330 may include the following steps S331 to S335:
step S331, if a plurality of rescuer devices exist within a fourth distance range from the location corresponding to the location information of the help seeker device, determining whether a rescuer device corresponding to the type of first aid to be treated exists among the plurality of rescuer devices, and if so, executing step S332.
Step S332, determining whether there is more than one rescuer device corresponding to the type to be first-aid, if yes, executing step S334; if not, go to step S333.
Step S333, determining a unique rescuer device corresponding to the type to be first-aid.
If a plurality of rescuer devices exist in the same distance range, the server can judge whether the rescuer devices corresponding to the types to be first-aid exist, if so, further judge whether the number of the rescuer devices corresponding to the types to be first-aid exceeds one, and if not, determine the only rescuer device corresponding to the types to be first-aid. The rescuer device corresponding to the type of first aid to be treated means that the type of first aid which the rescuer device holds excels in is the same as the type of first aid to be treated. The rescuer equipment corresponding to the type of the first aid to be treated is selected, so that the success rate of the rescue can be improved.
Step S334, a rescuer level corresponding to each rescuer device is obtained.
Step S335, a rescuer device with the highest rescuer level is selected, where the rescuer device with the highest rescuer level is a rescuer device corresponding to the at least one type to be first-aid.
The higher the rescuer level, the richer the rescue experience or knowledge of the rescuer is represented, and therefore, selecting a rescuer device with a high rescuer level can further improve the success rate of this rescue.
Optionally, before step S110, the resource scheduling method provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include a step of registering a rescuer, a step of registering a private first aid kit, and a step of registering a help seeker.
The rescuer registration comprises the following steps:

The rescuer qualifications may include professional physician qualifications, medical system work or first aid training certifications, and the like. The rescuer field is the field where rescuers are good at rescuing, and the fields include traumatic rescue, sudden cardiac death rescue, heatstroke rescue, infant rescue and the like. A rescuer device bound to a rescuer refers to a device that can effectively communicate with the rescuer in a timely manner. The server may determine the corresponding rescuer level based on rescuer qualifications, e.g., first aid qualified may be designated as a first level rescuer, professional qualified may be designated as a second level rescuer, and professional qualified and medical system certified may be designated as a third level rescuer.
The rescuer level may be upgraded or downgraded based on the number of times the rescuer completes the rescue, the evaluation of his rescue process by the help seeker and server, and the training the rescuer participates in. For example, if the rescuer receives and completes three rescues, the upgrade of the rescuer level may be performed; if the seeker's rating for the rescuer is low, e.g., less than three stars (five stars total), a rescuer level degradation may be made.
The private first aid kit registration comprises the following steps:
the server receives the first-aid equipment information of the private first-aid kit and the first-aid kit article information in the private first-aid kit, and completes the registration of the holder of the private first-aid kit.
The first-aid equipment information includes the name, number, and expiration date of the first-aid items included in the first-aid kit. The server can monitor the quantity and the validity of the articles in the first-aid kit in real time, and send out a prompt when the quantity needs to be supplemented or the validity approaches to expiration so as to prompt the holder of the private first-aid kit to replace the articles in time.
The help seeker registration comprises the following steps:
the server receives equipment information required to be bound by the help seeker equipment and button information corresponding to the one-key help seeking function, and the button is used for responding to the click and press of the help seeker and sending emergency help seeking information.
Optionally, the help seeker could also be upgraded to a rescuer after participating in the relevant emergency training on the system and obtaining the training qualifications.
Optionally, the rescuer device may also be registered as a help seeker device, including a one-key help function button, so that the rescuer may be rescued in time when a condition requiring first aid occurs again.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, after step S140, the following steps may be further included:
and S150, the server acquires at least one hospital within a fifth distance range with the help seeker equipment according to the position information of the help seeker equipment.
Step S160, the server sends rescue information to the communication equipment of the at least one hospital, wherein the rescue information comprises the position information of the help seeker equipment.
The server can also acquire a hospital close to the help seeker equipment while searching for the rescuer equipment and send rescue information to the hospital, so that the hospital can get out of the car in time, and the safety of the help seeker is further guaranteed.
After step S160, a server may be further included to send the live image captured by the camera to the communication device of the hospital. The server sends the field image shot by the camera to the communication equipment of the hospital, so that doctors in the hospital can judge the type of first aid to be treated of the help seeker more professionally.
Step S170, the server receives the rescue suggestion instruction sent by the rescuer device, and notifies the hospital to prepare a rescue facility or notifies the hospital to suspend rescue according to the rescue suggestion instruction.
After a rescuer arrives at a scene, a rescue suggestion can be sent to the hospital through rescuer equipment according to the rescue experience of the rescuer, and the suggestion can comprise a rescue facility for reminding the hospital to prepare; if the rescuer finds that the rescuer can treat the injury or symptom of the help seeker after judgment, the hospital can be informed to interrupt rescue, so that the rescue resources of the hospital are saved.
After the rescue process is completed, the help seeker can score or evaluate the rescued rescuer, so that the server updates the rescuer level according to the score or evaluation. The rescuers can also evaluate and summarize the rescues, share the rescue process and experience with other rescuers, and the rescuers can share the rescues in a video, picture or text mode.
