The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart illustrating an information processing method for employee attendance in an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the information processing method for the employee attendance includes:
s101: determining task types and task positions of N outwork tasks of target staff; wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; in a specific embodiment, N may be an integer greater than or equal to 2;
s102: determining the travel planning information of the N outwork tasks according to the task types and the task positions;
s103: and feeding back the travel planning information to the target staff through the target terminal.
The method shown in fig. 1 may be applied to a server, a target terminal, and any other server or terminal, and no matter what kind of scenario is applied, as long as steps S101 to S103 are implemented in a manner suitable for the scenario, without departing from the scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
The task type may be any information that can distinguish some or all of the outwork tasks based on the content of the outwork tasks. In a specific implementation process, the task type information may characterize at least one of the following:
a transaction type for the outworker task, the transaction type including at least one of: after-sale maintenance, after-sale maintenance and before-sale detection;
the equipment model of the equipment processed by the outwork task;
the fault type of the equipment processed by the outwork task;
vendors served by the outwork tasks.
Further, differences in at least one of the above may form different task types. For example: after-sales repair and after-sales maintenance may be as different task types, after-sales repair for different models of equipment may be as different task types, and after-sales repair for one equipment and after-sales maintenance for another equipment may also be as different task types.
The task location may be characterized in any form, for example, by coordinates, coordinate regions, parsed geographic description information, relative location coordinates, and so on.
In addition, each of the above mentioned outwork tasks may be represented by one work order, and further, the N outwork tasks to be executed by the target employee may also be understood as being represented by N work orders allocated to the target employee. After the work order is distributed, the employee can view the distributed N work orders at the target terminal. The work order distribution process can be manually realized, can also be automatically realized at will, and can also be automatically realized under the manual cooperation.
The route planning information may be understood as representing a planned path for executing N outwork tasks, and may specifically record, for example, which task position of which outwork task and which outwork task go to in turn, and which route to reach the corresponding task position, and further, may specifically record the time of arriving at and departing from each task position. Still further, a route location, a start location, an end location, and the like of the non-task location may also be recorded, wherein the start location and the end location may be, for example, a company location, a residence location, and the like.
Therefore, in the above scheme, the journey planning information of the N outwork tasks can be planned according to the task types and the task positions, and further, the outwork working paths of the staff can be guided by utilizing the journey planning information, so that guidance is effectively provided for the outwork work of the staff.
Furthermore, the information of the task types is introduced in the process of planning the journey, and the task types influence the time consumption of task completion (namely different types of tasks possibly cause different time consumption), and the time consumption of task completion influences the time of leaving the corresponding task position, so that the subsequent outwork tasks are obviously influenced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating step S103 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, step S103 may include:
s1031: acquiring reference time consumption information and reference route information of the N outworker tasks according to the task types and the task positions of the N outworker tasks, wherein the reference time consumption information and the reference route information are determined according to task execution historical information;
s1032: and determining the journey planning information according to the task positions, the reference time consumption information and the reference journey information of the N outwork tasks.
The task execution history information can be understood as real data recorded when the corresponding outwork task is executed in the past. Based on the task execution historical information, the basis of the travel planning is historical real data, and the historical real data can accurately represent the situation with higher possibility when the corresponding outwork task is executed later.
The reference time-consuming information represents the estimated time consumed for completing the corresponding external work task at one of the N task positions, and the reference distance information represents at least one of the estimated distance information: the method comprises the steps of presetting route information from a position to a task position, presetting route information from the task position, and presetting route information from the task position to the position.
For example, for step S1031, for three outworker tasks, the reference time consumption information of each outworker task, the route information between each two of the three task positions, the route information from the starting point to each task position, and the like may be acquired according to the task type and the task position thereof, and then the route planning information is determined in step S1032 accordingly.
In a specific implementation process, the task execution history information may include at least one of the following:
historical time consumption information of the outwork task of the specific task type is completed; if the corresponding reference time-consuming information is determined only based on the historical time-consuming information, the corresponding reference time-consuming information may refer to, for example, time consumed for performing one-time maintenance on a certain model of equipment, specifically, the time consumed for one-time maintenance, or a statistical value (e.g., an average value) of the time consumed for multiple times of maintenance;
historical time consumption information of the outwork task is executed at the same task position; if the corresponding reference time-consuming information is determined only based on the historical time-consuming information, the corresponding reference time-consuming information may refer to, for example, time-consuming of performing an outing task at a certain task position, specifically, time-consuming of a certain outing task, or a statistical value (e.g., an average value) of time-consuming of multiple outing tasks;
historical time consumption information of the outwork task of the specific task type is completed at the specific task position; if the corresponding reference time-consuming information is determined based on the historical time-consuming information, the corresponding reference time-consuming information may refer to, for example, time-consuming of performing one maintenance (or maintenance of a certain fault) at a certain task position, specifically, time-consuming of performing maintenance at the certain task position for a certain time, or a statistical value (e.g., an average value) of time-consuming of performing multiple maintenance at the task position;
historical distance information directly or indirectly reaching a specific task position from a specific preset position; the historical distance information represents the distance length and/or distance duration of the corresponding distance;
historical distance information directly or indirectly reaching a specific preset position from a specific task position;
historical route information for directly or indirectly arriving at another specific task position from one specific task position;
corresponding to the time period or date segment to which the historical distance information and/or the historical time consumption information belong.
The corresponding reference distance information may be, for example, a statistical value (e.g., an average value) of the historical distance information or a statistical value of the historical distance information filtered with a certain logic.
In a specific example, for an outing task of the N outing tasks, the time consumption information (which may be a specific value or a value interval) that is possible for the outing task may be determined based on an average value of the historical time consumption information of a specific time period and/or date period, and this may be used as the reference time consumption information.
Furthermore, based on the reference time-consuming information determined above, the time when the user leaves the task position can be estimated according to the planned time for reaching the task position and the reference time-consuming information, and then the estimated time is used as the starting time for planning the next journey.
Based on this, planning can be targeted at certain conditions, which can include, for example: minimizing the sum of the elapsed time and the trip duration for all tasks may also include, for example: so that the total length of the journey or the length of the journey is shortest.
In a specific example, the reference journey information obtained by calculating the N task positions by using the map data can be called; in another example, the reference route information may also be obtained based on only the task execution history information; in another example, the reference route information may also be calculated by combining the task execution history information and the call map information.
In any way, as long as planning calculation of the route information is realized and the time of leaving the task position in each route information is determined based on the reference time consumption information of the outwork task, the method can be used as an implementation method of the above example.
In addition, the determination of the reference time-consuming information and the reference distance information may be completed by the server, may also be completed by other devices, may be determined before the N outwork tasks are determined, or may also be determined after the N outwork tasks are determined.
In a specific implementation process, the trip planning information may be recorded in the form of images, texts, and the like.
If the execution subject of the method shown in fig. 1 is a server, then: the trip planning information may be information transmitted to the target terminal in a digital form, and the trip planning information may be further externally fed back by the target terminal in any form of image, text, sound, and the like, for example: the target terminal can display corresponding images and texts on the map.
If the execution main body shown in fig. 1 is the target terminal, then: the journey planning information may also refer to any form of information fed back externally, such as images, texts, sounds, and the like, for example: the target terminal can display corresponding images and texts on the map.
In addition, since the target terminal refers to a terminal of the target employee, the external feedback of the target terminal can be understood as the feedback to the target employee.
In a specific example, all work orders (i.e. all N outwork tasks) executed on the current day may be planned according to the current position as a starting point, however, a recommended moving path is drawn on a map, and a total mileage, a time consumed by each work order (which may be calculated by counting a type of the work order, an average time from the start of execution of the work order to the end of execution of the work order, a time spent on the journey), and the like are calculated, where the moving path, the total mileage, the time consumed by each work order, and the like may all be understood as travel planning information, and the information may be presented in the form of text, images, voice, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second method for processing information of employee attendance in an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, since the trip planning information is determined based on the historical data, the real trip can be used as the new historical data, and in one embodiment, after step S103, the method further includes:
s104: acquiring real travel information, wherein the real travel information represents the real travel of the target staff for completing the N outwork tasks;
s105: and updating the reference time consumption information and/or the reference distance information according to the real travel information.
The content of the real trip information can be understood by referring to the content of the trip planning information, so that repeated examples are not given here, and the difference between the two is mainly that one is planned and the other is real.
In the above scheme, the reference time-consuming information and/or the reference distance information can be updated accurately in time (for example, task execution history information can be updated so as to calculate new reference time-consuming information and/or reference distance information), and the accuracy of the reference time-consuming information and/or the reference distance information is guaranteed.
In a specific example, a work order destination (i.e., a task position) of an employee may be planned, and compared with an actual user trajectory (i.e., actual travel information), and the execution conditions of the entire work order (actual mileage, time consumed for arriving at a site after receiving the work order, completion time, work order type, and the like) may be analyzed through the above data, so as to provide reference travel information, reference time consumption information, and the like for a subsequent work order (i.e., travel planning of a subsequent outwork task).
The target terminal or the server can also compare the real travel information with the travel planning information, or compare the real travel information with reference time consumption information and reference travel information (for example, compare the user moving mileage with the mileage after the navigation implementation path planning), and then provide an analysis reference for the administrator by using the comparison result.
In addition, in some examples, in any step before step S103, real-time location information of the target terminal may also be obtained, for example, the real-time location information may also be used as a basis for dispatching, for example: when determining the N outwork tasks (i.e., before step S101), the N outwork tasks of the target employee may also be determined according to the real-time location information of the target employee.
Further, for industries with frequent outworks, the employer/administrator cannot know the work status of employees working outside, wherein the employer/administrator needs to not only know the location information of the employees, but also what things the employees do there.
For this, the following alternatives may track the location of the user, and the employer and administrator may then know the location information of each person and the specific operations within the cell phone software at a location at any time. So that the employer/manager can more conveniently analyze and manage the outwork of the staff.
Fig. 4 is a third schematic flow chart of an information processing method for employee attendance in an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, after step S103, the method may further include:
s106: when the target staff execute the N outwork tasks, acquiring real-time position information of the target terminal;
s107: determining the current stay information of the target staff according to the real-time position information; the stop information represents a stop position corresponding to the target staff, and further can represent corresponding stop starting time and/or stop ending time;
s108: acquiring task feedback information; the task feedback information characterizes an execution progress of the target employee for an outwork task; the task feedback information is generated by a preset operation acted on the target terminal;
s109: and displaying the stay information and the task feedback information of the target user to the outside. The display may be performed in a display device of the server, or may be performed in a terminal of a relevant person (e.g., an administrator, an employer).
The real-time position information is determined according to the position of an effective position point, the effective position point is an operation position point or a non-operation position point, the operation position point is a position point at which the target terminal receives a preset operation, and the distance between the non-operation position point and the last effective position point is larger than a preset first distance threshold.
For example: the target terminal can periodically collect the position information, screen effective position points in the position information and determine the real-time position information according to the effective position points.
It can be seen that to avoid too many repeat points, the above embodiment introduces the concept of valid location points that satisfy: the distance between the position point and the previous positioning (namely the previous effective position point) is greater than a certain distance threshold (the distance threshold is a first distance threshold which can be set arbitrarily), or the position point is a position point of special operation (namely a position point of preset operation); if the methods shown in fig. 1 to 4 are applied to a server, the target terminal may upload real-time location information determined according to the valid location point to the server.
The real-time location information may be location information of the valid location point, or certain location information (for example, geographical description information) determined by reverse geographical resolution based on the valid location point, or location information of some location areas.
The task feedback information can be fed back through the target terminal operation after the target person performs some progress of the outwork task. For example: the target person can click the corresponding key in the interactive interface of the target terminal to report the execution progress of 'maintenance and repair completion' after the maintenance and repair are completed. Meanwhile, corresponding pictures, voice and any information related to repair and maintenance (such as fault solution information, fault analysis information and the like) can be uploaded.
The progress of the performance may also include, for example, the progress of starting maintenance, the progress of completion of inspection, and so on. Based on the change in the content of the outwork, the corresponding progress may be changed arbitrarily and is not limited to the above example.
The dwell information for the same may be determined based on real-time location information, such as: if the plurality of pieces of real-time position information are all located at the same position, or the pieces of real-time position information within a period of time are all located at the same position, it can be determined that the target employee stays at the position at the moment, correspondingly, the position is the stay position, the time of the first piece of real-time position information corresponding to the same stay position is the stay start time, and when the real-time position information is no longer located at the stay position, the time of the first piece of real-time position information (or the previous piece of real-time position information) leaving the stay position correspondingly can be determined as the stay end time.
In the specific implementation engineering, the staying position may refer to a certain coordinate position, may also refer to a certain coordinate area, and may also refer to a position described by certain geographic description information matched based on coordinate analysis, for example: the location or locations can be resolved into a company address, an office building address, a factory building address, a company name, an office building name, an office area name, a factory building name and the like, the addresses, the names and the like can be regarded as geographical description information, and the corresponding stopping location is the location described by the geographical description information.
In the specific examples of the above solutions, the collected discrete user positioning points are analyzed and processed by the position collection and the special position analysis algorithm, so that the stay time of the employee at a certain place can be further calculated, an event (which can be understood as a process of performing corresponding preset operation to generate task feedback information) using a function in a corresponding application at a certain place is presented, meanwhile, when the real-time position information of the user is determined, the position is reversely geographically analyzed at the same time, a detailed description of the position (i.e., geographic description information) is obtained, and the target terminal can obtain and upload the detailed description of the geography. In this way, through the server, employers/managers can more clearly determine the position and movement information of the users and can also see the specific operation records concerned by the employers/managers, wherein the employers/managers can directly view the information of the server or can call the information of the server through the terminal to view the information. The server side can analyze some referenceable information for the administrator and the client through the records.
In some embodiments, after step S106, the loss of contact position may be determined according to the real-time position information.
By combining the above schemes, based on the collected position data and the algorithm of the terminal side and/or the server side, the staying position (including the time information related to staying) can be analyzed, the loss position and the special operation position concerned by the client (namely, the position of the target terminal when the task feedback information is generated through the preset operation) can be analyzed, and the analyzed position is presented to the user in the form of a map or a text.
Fig. 5 is a fourth schematic flowchart of an information processing method for employee attendance in an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, after step S106, the method may further include:
s110: whether the distance between the real-time position information and the corresponding task position is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value or not;
if the determination result in step S110 is yes, step S111 may be implemented: and feeding back notification information to a preset terminal.
The preset terminal can be, for example, a terminal of an administrator or a terminal of a related person receiving corresponding services of an outwork task.
In the scheme, after the server receives the real-time position information and calculates the distance between the server and the destination (namely the task position), the server can timely carry out notification and reminding when the calculation result is less than a certain value.
It can be seen that, based on the real-time location information of the employee, convenience can be provided for the management of the client and the administrator, such as the notification of step S111, the assignment of the work order (i.e., the determination of N outwork tasks), and the reference of the destination distance, etc.

s201: acquiring travel planning information, wherein the travel planning information is determined by a server or a target terminal according to task types and task positions of N outwork tasks of target staff;
s202: and displaying the travel planning information externally.
The above description of the process can be described with reference to the information processing method for employee attendance shown in fig. 1 to 5, if steps S101 to S111 are regarded as the processing process of the server, then: on the basis of which the previous description of the functionality of the target terminal can be regarded as an alternative to the embodiment shown in fig. 6.
In an example, after step S202, the method may further include:
determining real-time position information according to the position of the effective position point;
and reporting the real-time position information to a server side.
In an example, after step S202, the method may further include:
and acquiring real travel information and reporting the real travel information to a server side.
