Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for evaluating a recommendation sequence of a rental work order, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include steps S1-S3.
Step S1: and acquiring the distribution recommendation information of the rent work order of the responsibility manager, wherein the distribution recommendation information is used for guiding the responsibility manager to carry out rent work order processing.
As an exemplary embodiment, each manager is responsible for the renting affairs of a designated area, the managers and the responsible areas are in one-to-one binding relationship, and the manager of a certain area is the responsible manager of the area. In order to improve the processing efficiency of the housekeeper's rent work order, before the housekeeper starts the daily rent work, the housekeeper plans the daily rent work to obtain an optimal rent work processing scheme, and provides recommendation and guidance for the housekeeper's rent work processing. Specifically, the optimal lease processing scheme of the lease work order recommended to the responsibility administrator is allocation recommendation information of the lease work order corresponding to the responsibility administrator, and the allocation recommendation information may include a work sequence and a work path for processing the lease work order; in other exemplary embodiments, the allocation recommendation information may further include the recommended lease duration, which is not limited to this example. The allocation recommendation information is used for guiding the responsibility manager to perform the rent work order processing, namely the responsibility manager processes the rent work order according to the allocation recommendation information.
Step S2: and acquiring the delivery order feedback information of the responsibility manager, wherein the delivery order feedback information is the feedback of the responsibility manager on the actual processing condition of the rent work order according to the distribution recommendation information.
As an exemplary embodiment, after receiving the allocation recommendation information, the responsibility manager usually processes the lease work orders according to the allocation recommendation information, but due to some urgent special lease conditions, the responsibility manager can process the urgent leases preferentially, so that the order and path of actually processing the lease work orders do not conform to the allocation recommendation information, for example, in case of an urgent temporary lease work order incoming line needing immediate processing, after the responsibility manager receives a new urgent temporary lease work order, if the responsibility manager does not process other urgent work orders currently and the location is closer to the location of the temporary lease work order, the responsibility manager cannot perform subsequent lease work processing according to the allocation recommendation information, and needs to change the trip to preferentially process the urgent temporary lease work order, which results in the actual processing of the lease work orders and the processing order recommended by the allocation recommendation information, The paths are not uniform. For another example, after the responsibility manager has processed the urgent temporary rental work order, the current location of the responsibility manager is far from the location of the next rental work order a in the assignment recommendation information, and the position of the rent service is closer to the position of the rent service of a certain rent service work order B after the next rent service work order A in the processing sequence, if the subsequent work orders are processed according to the distribution recommendation information, the responsibility manager will go from the current position to the position of the rent service work order A farther away from the current position, and then, from the position of the work order A to the position of the work order B close to the current position, the unnecessary route is returned, in order to improve the efficiency of work order processing, the order of rental processing by the responsibility manager is adjusted, and the work order and the work path of the responsibility manager during actual processing of the work order may not be consistent with the order and the path recommended by the assignment recommendation information. In addition, when the responsibility manager processes the rental work order, the actual processing time of each rental work order is different from the estimated recommended time, which also causes the difference between the distribution recommendation information and the delivery order feedback information. After each lease work order is processed, the responsibility manager needs to feed back the actual processing condition of the lease work order so as to find out problems in time, improve the lease work order recommendation in time, be beneficial to reasonably planning operation paths and improve the recommendation prediction accuracy.
Step S3: and evaluating the processing condition of the rental work order according to the delivery order feedback information and the distribution recommendation information to generate an evaluation result.
As an exemplary embodiment, the form-delivery feedback information and the distribution recommendation information are compared, that is, the real processing situation is compared with the estimated work order processing situation recommended to obtain the evaluation result.
Through the steps, the estimated distribution recommendation information of the rental work order is recommended and compared with the delivery feedback information actually processed by the rental work order to obtain an evaluation result, so that the problems existing in the distribution of the rental work order can be found in time, the recommendation of the rental work order can be subsequently improved, the recommendation accuracy is improved, and the processing efficiency of the rental work order is improved.
As an exemplary embodiment, the step S3 of evaluating the processing situation of the rental work order according to the delivery feedback information and the distribution recommendation information to generate the evaluation result specifically includes steps S31-S33, as shown in fig. 2.
Step S31: and comparing the bill delivery feedback information with the distribution recommendation information to obtain a comparison result. Specifically, the delivery feedback information is compared with the distribution recommendation information, and the difference between the delivery feedback information and the distribution recommendation information is found.
Step S32: and acquiring the completion quality information of the rental work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the completion quality information may be obtained through feedback of the user on the rental process, for example, after the rental work order process is completed, a questionnaire survey is performed on the customer, and the completion quality information is determined according to a result of the questionnaire survey, for example, the result of the questionnaire survey may include very satisfactory, general, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory, and the completion quality is determined according to a result of the feedback of the customer, which is only schematically illustrated in this embodiment, and is not limited thereto.
Step S33: and evaluating the processing condition of the rental work order according to the comparison result and the completion quality information to obtain an evaluation result.
Through the steps, the traffic order feedback information is compared with the distribution recommendation information to obtain a comparison result, the actual rent service processing condition is evaluated by combining the completion quality information of the rent service work order, the processing of the rent service work order is evaluated from multiple aspects and multiple angles, and the evaluation result is more accurate.
As an exemplary embodiment, the step of comparing the delivery feedback information with the distribution recommendation information in step S31 to obtain a comparison result specifically includes steps S311 to S313 as shown in fig. 3.
Step S311: and determining a work order recommendation processing sequence, work order recommendation processing duration and work order recommendation path planning according to the distribution recommendation information.
As an exemplary embodiment, the allocation recommendation information includes all the estimated work order processing information, and the work order recommendation processing sequence, the work order recommendation processing duration and the work order recommendation path plan are found from the allocation recommendation information.
Step S312: and determining the actual processing sequence of the work orders, the actual completion time of the work orders and the actual path of the work order processing according to the order delivery feedback information.
As an exemplary embodiment, the delivery order feedback information includes all information of the condition that the responsibility manager actually processes the work orders, and the actual processing sequence of the work orders, the actual completion duration of the work orders, and the actual path of the work orders processing are found from the delivery order feedback information.
Step S313: and respectively comparing the work order recommended processing sequence, the work order recommended processing time length, the work order recommended path planning and work order actual processing sequence, the work order actual completion time length and the work order processing actual path to obtain a comparison result, wherein the comparison result comprises a sequence adjusting action log, a work order processing time length difference value and the acceptance rate of the recommended path.
As an exemplary embodiment, comparing the recommended processing sequence of the work order with the actual processing sequence of the work order to obtain a sequence adjusting action log; comparing the recommended processing time length of the work order with the actual completion time length of the work order to obtain a work order processing time length difference value; and comparing the work order recommended path planning with the work order processing actual path to obtain the adoption rate of the recommended path.
Through the steps, the order delivery condition of the rental work order recommended to the manager is evaluated, and the evaluation factors comprise: recommending the adoption rate of the path, the sequence adjusting action log, the actual processing sequence of the work order, the actual finishing time length of the work order and the finishing quality; the real processing condition is compared with information such as work order processing time consumption estimation, path planning estimation and the like, so that problems existing in work order recommendation can be found in time conveniently, a basis is provided for optimization of work order recommendation, the recommendation of a rent work order can be improved subsequently, and the accuracy is improved; in addition, the manager is evaluated online according to the amount of the orders fed back by the manager, for example, the number, duration, service quality and the like of the work orders processed by the manager are used as the basis for the manager assessment performance incentive, the enthusiasm of the staff is scheduled, and the work efficiency is improved.
As an exemplary embodiment, the step of acquiring the completion quality information of the rental work order at step S32 includes steps S321 to S323 as shown in fig. 4.
Step S321: and acquiring picture information after the responsibility manager finishes the processing of the rent work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, after completing the processing of the rental work order, the responsibility manager can take a picture on site and upload the picture to the processor, so as to obtain the picture information after the processing of the rental work order; in other exemplary embodiments, the video may also be recorded, and the picture information is obtained from the video, and may be set appropriately as needed.
Step S322: and obtaining feedback information of the client on the processing result of the rent work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the feedback information represents satisfaction of the customer on the processing result of the rental work order, the feedback information may be a score of the processing result of the rental work order, specifically, after the processing of the rental work order is completed, the customer performs online evaluation on the house, an electronic questionnaire survey may be adopted, the content of the survey may be multidimensional, such as service attitude, service quality, service efficiency, and the like, the customer completes the questionnaire survey, and performs online comment scoring on the processing result, thereby obtaining the feedback information of the customer on the processing result of the rental work order. In other exemplary embodiments, the feedback information may also be a star rating, and more stars obtained by the responsibility manager indicates more satisfaction of the customer, which is only an example and not a limitation.
Step S323: and determining the finishing quality information according to the picture information and the feedback information.
As an exemplary embodiment, the picture information uploaded by the responsibility manager and the feedback information fed back by the client are comprehensively considered, and the completion quality information is obtained by combining the picture information and the feedback information, so that the reliability of the completion quality information is increased.
Through the steps, the quality evaluation is completed by combining the picture information uploaded by the hire work order and the feedback information of the subsequent client, and the completion quality information is determined by combining the picture information and the feedback information of the subsequent client, so that the completion quality information is more accurate.
As an exemplary embodiment, the step of acquiring the distribution recommendation information of the rental work order of the responsibility manager in the step S1 includes steps S101 to S105 as shown in fig. 5.
Step S101: and acquiring a daily rental work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, after all work orders enter a line, firstly, status classification is performed on all work orders of the incoming line, and the following classification is performed according to the attribute of the work order:

dividing the rent work order into an immediate processing type and a reservation processing type according to the urgency degree, wherein the reservation processing type can communicate with the client to appoint a certain period in the future to process the corresponding rent work order;
dividing the hiring work order into a necessary task class and an optional task class according to task classes, wherein the general necessary task class comprises a dispute regulation problem and a facility fault repair problem, and the optional task class comprises other non-emergency work orders such as house source state inspection quantity and the like;
and defining the standard work orders according to the processing time of the rent work orders, wherein the time is mainly divided into two categories of ending within 1 hour and ending within 1-2 hours, and the complex work orders exceeding 2 hours are disassembled into the standard work orders capable of being processed within 2 hours.
And determining the daily rent work orders which need to be finished on the same day according to the classification results of all the work orders and the work order finishing time. For example, the daily rental work order may include offline and online processing tasks to be completed daily, and specifically may include tasks to be done and tasks not to be done. The housekeeper will have a fixed number of non-required routine tasks per day, the number being determined by the average number of tasks and the amount of work done on the last few days, and may allow the tasks to be performed less than fully on the day. This is only illustrated schematically in the present embodiment, and is not limited thereto.
Step S102: and matching the responsibility manager corresponding to the daily rental work order according to the daily rental work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the location of the lease may be determined from a daily lease work order; then, determining the area to which the rent belongs according to the position of the rent; and then, finding the responsibility manager corresponding to the daily rental work order according to the binding relationship between the manager and the responsible area, and matching the daily rental work order to the responsibility manager.
Step S103: an initial position of the responsibility manager is obtained.
As an exemplary embodiment, the initial position can be obtained by real-time positioning through a mobile phone of the responsibility manager, or the living address of the responsibility manager can be used as the initial position, or the working address of the responsibility manager can be used as the initial position, and the initial position can be set reasonably according to needs. The initial position is used for representing the initial position of the responsibility manager for starting the daily rent task so as to carry out reasonable path planning on the rent work order, reduce unnecessary retrace of the responsibility manager, obtain the optimal work order processing sequence and improve the work order processing efficiency.
Step S104: and determining the rent position and the processing time according to the daily rent work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the lease location and the processing duration of the work order may be determined according to specific work order information of the daily lease work order, and the work order information of the daily lease work order may include information such as a category of the lease work order, a house source location, and specific content of lease, which is only taken as an example and not limited thereto.
Step S105: and dynamically planning the daily rental work order according to the initial position, the rental position and the processing time to obtain the work sequence and the work path of the daily rental work order, wherein the work sequence and the work path are the distribution recommendation information.
As an exemplary embodiment, before starting a daily rental work order processing task, the responsibility manager needs to perform path planning according to an initial position of the responsibility manager, a rental position of the daily rental work order, and a processing duration of the daily rental work order, and determine a work order and a work path of the daily rental work order. Specifically, a reasonable operation sequence and path can be planned in advance by using a quadratic programming knapsack algorithm, which is only taken as an example and not limited thereto.
According to the steps, the daily rental work orders are matched to the corresponding responsibility managers, then the processing of the daily rental work orders is dynamically planned according to the initial positions of the responsibility managers, the rental positions of the daily rental work orders and the processing duration, so that the optimal operation sequence and operation path are found, the responsibility managers can conveniently process the work orders according to the operation paths and the operation sequence, and the work order processing efficiency is improved.
As an exemplary embodiment, after the step S105 of dynamically planning the daily rental work order according to the initial position, the rental position and the processing duration to obtain the work order and the work path of the daily rental work order, as shown in fig. 6, the method may further include steps S106 to S112.
Step S106: and acquiring a temporary rent work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the temporary rental work order may be obtained from the scheduling system, and the work order information of the temporary rental work order may include information such as a category of the rental work order, a location of a house source, and specific content of a rental, which is only taken as an example and not limited thereto.
Step S107: and matching the responsibility manager corresponding to the temporary rent work order according to the temporary rent work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, each manager is responsible for the renting affairs of a designated area, the managers and the responsible areas are in one-to-one binding relationship, and the manager of a certain area is the responsible manager of the area. Determining the position of the rent according to the temporary rent work order; then, determining the area to which the rent belongs according to the position of the rent; and then, finding the responsibility manager corresponding to the temporary rent work order according to the binding relationship between the manager and the responsible area, and matching the temporary rent work order to the responsibility manager.
Step S108: and judging whether the temporary hiring work order needs to be processed on the door or not. If the temporary rental work order does not need to be processed, executing step S109; if the temporary rental work order requires the door-to-door process, step S110 is executed.
As an exemplary embodiment, whether the rental work order needs to be subjected to the on-site processing is determined according to the work order information of the temporary rental work order, and specifically, whether the on-site processing is required may be determined according to the rental content on the temporary rental work order. For example, if the rental content is equipment maintenance, the renting content needs to be processed at home; for another example, if the rental content is a query of house expiration time, no home entry process is required.
Step S109: and if the temporary rental work order does not need to be processed at the door, transferring the temporary rental work order to the customer service. Specifically, the temporary rental work order does not need to be processed at home (the home processing may also be called offline processing), which indicates that the temporary rental work order can be processed through online communication, and the online communication can be telephone consultation and network customer service inquiry and answer consultation, and can be generally solved within a short time (such as about 5-10 minutes); this is only an example, and not a limitation. The steps realize the processing of multiple channels on line and off line of the temporary rent work order, the processing mode is more flexible, and the processing efficiency is further improved.
Step S110: and if the temporary rent work order needs to be processed, judging whether the temporary rent work order is an emergency work order. If the temporary rental work order is a non-emergency work order, executing step S111; if the temporary rental work order is an emergency work order, step S112 is executed.
As an exemplary embodiment, the work orders that generally need to be handled at home may be divided into emergency work orders and non-emergency work orders according to the degree of emergency, and may be specifically determined according to specific lease content of the lease work order. For example, if the content of the temporary rental work order is emergency affairs such as water pipe burst maintenance and incapability of opening a bedroom door lock, the temporary rental work order is an emergency work order; and if the rent content of the temporary rent work order is that the wireless router network needs to be replaced at a low speed, the air conditioner remote controller is lost and the like, the temporary rent work order is a non-emergency work order. The classification of the emergency work order and the non-emergency work order can be specifically set according to experience, the emergency work order needs to be processed immediately, and the non-emergency work order can be communicated with the customer to be processed in a certain future determined time period without immediate processing.
Step S111: and if the temporary rent work order is a non-emergency work order, determining the house position, the service time, the processing time length and the processing priority according to the temporary rent work order, and inserting the temporary rent work order into the work order processing task of the responsibility manager according to the house position, the service time, the processing time length and the processing priority.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the temporary lease work order is a non-emergency work order, the responsibility manager is not required to immediately process the work order, and the house position, the service time, the processing duration and the processing priority are determined according to the lease content of the temporary lease work order, so that the work order is sequentially processed to obtain a sequencing result, and the responsibility manager can process the work order according to the sequencing result.
And scheduling the temporary rent work order according to the house position, the service time, the processing time length and the processing priority, and discharging the temporary rent work order into a work order processing task of the responsibility manager, namely placing the temporary rent work order into the work order task of the responsibility manager.
The temporary renting work order is added into the work order processing task of the responsibility manager, so that the reasonable distribution of the work order is realized, and the flexibility of work order processing is improved. Step S112: and if the temporary rental work order is an emergency work order, judging whether the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders. If the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, executing step S113; if the responsibility manager is not processing other emergency work orders, step S114 is performed.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the temporary rental work order is an emergency work order, the manager needs to immediately process the temporary rental work order, and first, it is determined whether the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, that is, whether the responsibility manager is idle or not, and whether the temporary rental work order has time to be processed. If the responsibility manager is processing the emergency work order, it indicates that the responsibility manager has no time to process the temporary rent work order, and needs to transfer the temporary rent work order to other managers for processing, so as to process the work order in time, and execute step S113; if the responsibility manager is not processing other emergency work orders, step S114 is performed.
Step S113: if the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, the temporary rental work order is distributed to the surrounding managers.
As an exemplary embodiment, the responsibility manager is processing other urgent work orders, cannot process the work order the first time, and in order to ensure that the work order can be processed quickly, the temporary rental work order is distributed to the surrounding managers. The step reasonably schedules and distributes the temporary rent work order, and the processing speed of the temporary rent work order is improved.
Step S114: and if the responsibility manager is not processing other emergency work orders, judging whether the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the renting position of the temporary renting work order is larger than the preset distance.
As an exemplary embodiment, the responsibility manager does not process other emergency work orders, and needs to determine the distance between the location of the responsibility manager and the rental location, and if the distance between the location of the responsibility manager and the rental location is less than or equal to the preset distance, the responsibility manager can process the temporary rental work order in time, so as to ensure the timely processing of the work order, and execute step S116; if the distance between the two is greater than the preset distance, step S115 is executed.
Step S115: and if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the service renting position of the temporary service renting work order is greater than the preset distance, distributing the temporary service renting work order to the peripheral manager.
As an exemplary embodiment, the preset distance is set in advance according to an empirical value, specifically may be 2km, 5km, and the like, which is taken as an example only, and is not limited thereto, and a specific numerical value may be set reasonably as required.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the lease position of the temporary lease work order is greater than the preset distance, it indicates that the responsibility manager is far away from the lease position, and even if the responsibility manager passes through the processing in time, it takes a long time to reach the lease position, which is not beneficial to the timely processing of the lease.
Step S116: and if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the lease position of the temporary lease work order is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, distributing the temporary lease work order to the responsibility manager, and dynamically planning the daily lease work order again according to the current position of the responsibility manager, the lease position of the remaining daily lease to be processed, the processable time period and the processable time length after the responsibility manager finishes processing the temporary lease work order to obtain the operation sequence and the operation path of the daily lease work order.
As an exemplary embodiment, the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the renting position of the temporary renting work order is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, which indicates that the current position of the responsibility manager is closer to the renting position, the temporary renting work order is distributed to the responsibility manager, and the responsibility manager is enabled to process the temporary renting work order.
After the responsibility manager finishes processing the temporary rent work order, the work order processing task sequence and the work path are redistributed according to the multiple factors, so that the work order processing efficiency is optimal. Specifically, a secondary knapsack algorithm can be adopted for path optimization, and a reasonable operation sequence and an operation path are planned. By the steps, the optimization of work order processing is realized, and the work order processing efficiency is improved.
Through the steps, the processing manager of the renting is comprehensively determined by combining various factors such as the emergency degree of the temporary renting work order, the idle condition of the responsibility manager, the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the renting position and the like, so that reasonable dispatching distribution of the temporary renting work order is realized, and the processing efficiency is improved.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the lease position of the temporary lease work order is greater than the preset distance in step S115, the step of allocating the temporary lease work order to the peripheral manager includes steps S1151 to S1153, as shown in fig. 7.
Step S1151: and if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the service renting position of the temporary service renting work order is larger than the preset distance, judging whether the peripheral manager is processing other emergency work orders or not.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the distance between the position of the responsibility manager and the renting position of the temporary renting work order is greater than the preset distance, the temporary renting work order is transferred to another manager, and in order to facilitate timely processing of the work order, it is further necessary to determine whether the peripheral manager is processing another emergency work order. If the peripheral steward is not processing other emergency work orders, executing step S1152; if the peripheral steward is processing other emergency work orders, step S1153 is performed.
As an exemplary embodiment, the peripheral steward may be a steward or a plurality of stewards, and if the peripheral steward includes a plurality of stewards, it is determined recursively whether each steward is processing other emergency work orders, that is, it is determined individually whether each steward in the peripheral steward is processing other emergency work orders.
Step S1152: if the peripheral housekeeper is not processing other emergency work orders, the temporary rent work orders are distributed to the peripheral housekeeper, so that the peripheral housekeeper can process the temporary rent work orders preferentially.
As an exemplary embodiment, the peripheral steward is not processing other emergency work orders, indicating that the peripheral steward can process the work order in time, and then the temporary rental work order is assigned to the peripheral steward. Specifically, when a plurality of peripheral stewards are included, and a plurality of stewards are in an idle state at the same time, further judgment is carried out according to the distance between the position of the steward and the renting position, the steward with the shortest distance between the position of the steward and the renting position is found, and the temporary renting work order is distributed to the steward.
Step S1153: if the peripheral manager is processing other emergency work orders, the temporary rent work order is distributed to the upper manager of the responsibility manager, so that the upper manager can process the temporary rent work order preferentially.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the peripheral manager is processing other emergency work orders, which means that the peripheral manager does not have time to process the temporary rental work order in time, the temporary rental work order is distributed to the upper manager of the responsibility manager, and the upper manager may be the manager.
If the emergency work order needs to be processed immediately, confirming whether the responsibility housekeeper state is processing the emergency work order; if the responsibility manager is handling the urgent lease or can not arrive at the first time when the responsibility manager is far away, dispatching a nearby idle manager to handle the lease; if no manager is available at the periphery for scheduling, the work order is upgraded to the manager for processing.
Through the steps, the temporary rent work order is distributed to the peripheral housekeeper when the peripheral housekeeper is idle, and the temporary rent work order is distributed to the upper housekeeper of the responsibility housekeeper when the peripheral housekeeper processes the emergency work order, so that an optimal processing scheme is found, and the processing efficiency of the temporary rent work order is improved.
As an exemplary embodiment, if the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, the step S113 may allocate the temporary rental work order to the surrounding manager, as shown in fig. 8, which may specifically include steps S1131 to S1133.
Step S1131: if the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, whether the surrounding manager is processing other emergency work orders is judged. The specific process of determining whether the peripheral steward is processing other emergency work orders in this step is similar to step S1151, and is not described herein again.
Step S1132: if the peripheral housekeeper is not processing other emergency work orders, the temporary rent work orders are distributed to the peripheral housekeeper, so that the peripheral housekeeper can process the temporary rent work orders preferentially. The specific process of this step is similar to step S1152, and is not described herein again.
Step S1133: and if the peripheral housekeeper is processing other emergency work orders, distributing the temporary rent work orders to a superior housekeeper of the responsibility housekeeper so that the superior housekeeper can process the temporary rent work orders preferentially. The specific process of this step is similar to step S1153, and is not described herein again.
Through the steps, when the responsibility manager is processing other emergency work orders, the temporary rent work orders are reasonably distributed according to the idle condition of the surrounding managers, when the surrounding managers are idle, the temporary rent work orders are distributed to the surrounding managers, when the surrounding managers process the emergency work orders, the temporary rent work orders are distributed to the upper-level managers of the responsibility manager, an optimal processing scheme is found, and the processing efficiency of the temporary rent work orders is improved.
A detailed description is given below of the processing procedure of the temporary rental work order by using a specific example, as shown in fig. 9, when the temporary rental work order comes, the temporary rental work order is matched with the responsibility manager; after matching the corresponding responsibility housekeeping, firstly judging whether the work order is an emergency work order, if so, confirming whether the responsibility housekeeping state is processing the emergency work order; if the responsibility manager does not process the emergency work order and the distance is close, the responsibility manager is dispatched to process the past; if the responsibility manager is handling the urgent lease or can not arrive at the first time when the responsibility manager is far away, dispatching a nearby idle surrounding manager to handle the lease; if no manager is available at the periphery for scheduling, the work order is upgraded to the manager for processing. If the responsibility manager processes the temporary lease work order, after the responsibility manager processes the urgent temporary lease work order, the reasonable operation sequence and path are drawn out by using a secondary planning knapsack algorithm again according to the current position of the responsibility manager, the positions of the rest daily leases to be processed, the processing time period and the processing time.
By the method for allocating the work orders for renting the business, the daily work orders for renting and the temporary work orders for renting are reasonably allocated, the processing timeliness of the work orders is guaranteed, the processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment, the assessment feedback is carried out on the rental work order by the method for assessing the recommendation sequence of the rental work order, so that the problems in work order distribution can be found in time, the recommendation of the rental work order can be completed in time, the operation path processed by the work order can be planned more reasonably, the operation path can be planned reasonably, and the estimation accuracy of the system is improved; through classification and scheduling processing of the rent work order, work order processing efficiency is improved, and user experience is improved; the system is also beneficial to online evaluation of the housekeeper, formulation of an incentive mechanism, mobilization of the enthusiasm of the staff and improvement of the work order processing efficiency.
