Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automatic control circuit board detection burning, and particularly relates to an automatic control circuit board detection burning method, an automatic control circuit board detection burning system, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
In the prior art, when a circuit board is tested, firmware programming is generally adopted for testing, and the firmware programming is to program software into an IC of the circuit board. In the actual operation process, the circuit main board is firstly burned, and the test software is burned into the circuit main board to complete the burning station. And then placing the burned circuit main board into a detection station, and testing the circuit main board by using the burned test software.
In the prior art, the burning process and the testing process are independently and respectively carried out, so that the burning process and the testing process are distributed at different stations, and the working efficiency of burning and testing a circuit mainboard is reduced.
Therefore, how to improve the working efficiency of the burning and testing of the circuit motherboard becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In summary, the burning process and the testing process of the existing circuit main board are independently performed, the working efficiency is low, and the increasingly high-efficiency industrial requirement cannot be met.
The invention provides an integrated method for automatically controlling a circuit board detection burning program, which comprises the following steps:
storing a detection program from the programming module; the programming module is positioned in the test fixture, and the test fixture is connected with the circuit board through the detection probe; the detection program is used for controlling the probe to detect the electrical parameters of the circuit board;
acquiring an electrical parameter;
and judging whether the electrical parameter is in a preset comparison interval, and if so, obtaining that the circuit board is normal.
Specifically, the electrical parameters include:
the light source current is in the normal range: 0.45-0.7A;
the light source voltage is in the normal range: 13-18V;
the input voltage is in the normal range: 24V plus or minus 0.5V;
the fan current is in the normal range: 700 mA +/-100 mA;
the normal range of the photosensor is: 0-5V;
the temperature sensors are in the normal range: 20 to 30 ℃.
Specifically, the test fixture mainly comprises a fixture base, a probe and a pressing plate, wherein a code scanner is integrated on the pressing plate. During the use with the circuit board place on the probe, the clamp plate presses the mainboard that awaits measuring and makes it and probe contact, bar code on the bar code scanning circuit board simultaneously.
In particular, the probe functions to conduct electricity.
Specifically, the test fixture is used for fixing the circuit board, and a test port communicated with the circuit board is arranged on the test fixture and is used as a middleware for connecting the mainboard to be tested, the writer and the communication module.
Specifically, the detection program is a string of codes, and is initially stored in the server.
Specifically, the server may be a computer or other device with storage and computing functions.
Furthermore, the programming module is programming software with a programming function.
Specifically, a communication module and a programming module are arranged in the test fixture, the communication module is connected with the detection end to transmit data, and the programming module is used for programming the detection program into an IC of the circuit board from the server.
The server is connected with the communication module and the programming module through wires and used for sending and receiving data on the circuit board.
In the case of power-on, a detection program stored in the circuit board IC sends an open command to the circuit board through the communication module to turn on all the drivers in the circuit board.
The detection program reads the state parameters of the circuit board through the communication module and judges whether the parameter data are all in the normal preset comparison interval.
And if the comparison interval is normal, storing the read state parameters to a detection end.
If abnormal data exist, entering a test abnormal item, and obtaining the circuit board abnormality.
Specifically, a circuit board detection program is firstly burned in the detection process, and the detection is carried out by utilizing the detection program; and after the detection, if the circuit board is normal, the normal use program of the circuit board is recorded.
Storing a detection program from a programming module; the programming module is positioned in the test fixture, and the test fixture is connected with the circuit board through the detection probe; the detection program is used for controlling the probe to detect the electrical parameters of the circuit board; acquiring an electrical parameter; and judging whether the electrical parameters are in the preset comparison interval, if so, obtaining the normal technical means of the circuit board, and combining the burning step and the detection step in one station, so that the efficiency of detecting and burning the circuit board is improved, the working time is shortened, and the error rate is reduced.

The test fixture mainly comprises a fixture base, a probe and a pressing plate, wherein a code scanner is integrated on the pressing plate. During the use with the mainboard that awaits measuring place on probe (electrically conductive), the clamp plate presses the mainboard that awaits measuring and makes it and probe contact, bar code on the mainboard that awaits measuring of bar code scanning simultaneously. Therefore, the programming, the detection and the code scanning are completed by one station.
The identification of the identity information of the circuit board through the code scanner specifically comprises the following steps: the code scanner is connected with the server and transmits the identity information after code scanning identification to the server.
Further, the server may be connected to a local area network to store the identity information in a database.
The code scanning identification step, the burning step and the detection step are combined together, so that the working process and the working time are reduced, the burning detection efficiency of the circuit board is improved, and a plurality of functions are realized through one station.
