The collection terminal 101 may also be connected to the indication device 102 via a wired port of other specifications or wirelessly (e.g., bluetooth communication).
One end of the pointing device 102 is connected to the collection terminal 101 through, for example, a USB port shown in fig. 1 to receive the collected content obtained from the collection terminal 101. The other end of the pointing device 102 is connected to a data transfer server 103 (hereinafter, abbreviated as DTS) via a network. The DTS 103 is connected to a management server 104 (hereinafter abbreviated MES) via a network. Further, the other end of the pointing device 102 may be connected to a device 105, such as a machine device that processes and handles a product, through an I/O interface.
The MES 104 is connected to the DTS 103 via a network for receiving the collected content obtained from the collection terminal 101 via the DTS 103 and the instructing means 102 and storing the collected content and a time stamp (e.g., a product scan time) at which the collected content is collected in a storage means (not shown, e.g., a hard disk) of the MES 104. The memory device of the MES 104 also pre-stores the correct reference information, such as the correct bar code information, corresponding to the collected content. The MES 104 further has a determining module (not shown), which can be implemented by software or other means, and is configured to determine the collected content obtained by the collecting terminal 101 to obtain a determining result, and transmit the determining result to the indicating device 102 through the DTS 103, so that the indicating device 102 prompts the operator to indicate the user or the operator by at least one of a light color or a sound according to the determining result. In an embodiment, the collected content obtained by the collecting terminal 101 is a barcode obtained by scanning the to-be-processed article by the collecting terminal 101, the determining module of the MES 104 compares the barcode information with the correct barcode information stored in the storage device in advance, if the two barcode information match, the determining module generates a "pass" determination result, and the indicating device 102 prompts the operator through green light according to the determination result; however, if the bar code obtained by scanning does not match the correct bar code stored in advance, the judgment module will generate a "failure" judgment result, and the indicating device 102 will prompt the operator through the red light according to the judgment result.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an appearance of an indication device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an internal structure of an indicating device according to an embodiment of the present application. The operation of the indicating means 102 will now be described with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
The indicating device 102 includes: a case 201; a first connection end 202 disposed on the box 201 and configured to receive the collected content obtained from the collection terminal 101; the second connecting end 203 is arranged on the box 201, is used for conveying the collected content to the MES 104 through the DTS 103, and receives a judgment result obtained after the collected content is judged by the MES 104 from the MES 104 through the DTS 103; and the indicator comprises a loudspeaker 204 and a light emitting diode 205, is arranged on the box body 201, and generates a prompt in at least one of color or sound through the loudspeaker 204 and/or the light emitting diode 205 of the indicator according to the judgment result. In this application, the term cassette 201 encompasses the housing itself or a surface or an interior space of the housing of the pointing device 102.
Some of the components of the pointing device 102 are described below.
Connecting end
In one embodiment, the first connection 202 includes 2 USB ports; the second connection end 203 comprises 2 network ports and 1 serial port; the third connection terminal comprises 1I/O port (the I/O port supports 5V-24V voltage), but the application is not limited thereto, and the communication can be performed by other wired transmission methods or wireless communication methods. The wireless communication mode includes bluetooth, WiFi, and the like.
In one embodiment, the connecting end may be provided inside the case 201, or the connecting end may be provided on the case 201.
Indicator device
In an embodiment, the light emitting diode 205 (hereinafter, referred to as LED) in the indicator is disposed on the box 201, and the color thereof may include green, red, and yellow, but the present application is not limited thereto, and may also include other colors capable of prompting the attention of the operator. The speaker 204 of the indicator is provided on the case 201, but may be provided inside the case 201, and may emit continuous beeps or beeps with intervals, for example, "drip", or "drip", but the present application is not limited thereto, and may include a presentation method such as voice.
In one embodiment, when the indicating device 102 receives a notification from the DTS 103 that the determination made by the determination module of the MES 104 represents a "pass," the speaker 204 sounds 1 "drop" and the LED 205 can display a green color. When the pointing device 102 receives a notification representing "fail" from the DTS 103, the speaker 204 sounds 2 "drops" and the LED 205 may display red. When the pointing device 102 receives a notification representing "abnormal" from the DTS 103, the speaker 204 sounds "drop" 3 times, and the LED 205 may display yellow.
In one embodiment, taking the collection terminal 101 as a code scanning terminal as an example, the notification of "pass" indicates that the item scanned by the code scanning terminal is a correct item to be processed. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, the battery's barcode is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drop," this indicates that the next item to be assembled is the correct battery size.
In one embodiment, the notification of "failure" indicates that the item scanned by the code scanning terminal is the wrong item to be processed. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, the battery's barcode is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drop" it indicates that the next item to be assembled is not the originally intended battery or the wrong battery type and must be removed from the production line.
In one embodiment, the notification of "exception" indicates that the item scanned by the code scanning terminal is the correct item to be processed, but the code scanning terminal scanned the wrong barcode. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, a first barcode of the battery is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drip," this indicates that the next item to be assembled is a battery, but that the first barcode of the battery should not be scanned, but another second barcode on the same battery should be scanned.
Further, the above-described "pass" notification, "fail" notification, and "exception" notification may also represent other meanings.
In one embodiment, a "pass" notification may also indicate that the last treatment of the item scanned by the code scanning terminal was correct. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, the battery's barcode is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drop," this indicates that the battery has been properly installed.
In one embodiment, the notification of "failure" may also indicate that the last processing of the item scanned by the code scanning terminal was erroneous. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, the battery's barcode is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drop" it indicates that the mounted item is not the originally intended battery and has to be removed from the production line.
In one embodiment, the "exception" notification may also indicate that the last treatment of the item scanned by the code scanning terminal was correct, but that the code scanning terminal scanned the wrong barcode. For example, during the assembly of a cell phone, a first barcode of the battery is scanned. If the speaker 204 sounds a "drip," it indicates that the item that has been assembled should be a battery, but that the first barcode of the battery should not be scanned, and another second barcode on the same battery should be scanned.
The pointing device 102 requires fewer components than a conventional computer used with a code scanning terminal, while reducing cost and size. The indicator on the indicating device can intuitively remind the operator of the relevant condition of the scanned object to perform corresponding treatment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the indicating device 102 is further connected to the equipment 105 to send control information to control the equipment 105 according to the judgment made by the judgment module of the MES 104. The control information may include activating the device 105 to assemble the item, deactivating the assembly of the item by the device 105, and the like. For example, when the determination module of the MES 104 generates a "failure" determination result, the instructing device 102 sends a control message representing the closing to the equipment 105 according to the determination result, so as to stop the equipment 105 from assembling the article.
Referring to FIG. 3, pointing device 102 includes a controller that receives a serial number from, for example, a USB port, and then communicates with a server (e.g., DTS 103, MES 104) via a portal. Specifically, the controller transmits the serial number to the MES through the DTS, and receives a determination result obtained after the determination of the serial number from the MES 104 through the DTS 103. And the controller controls the working state of the indicator according to the judgment result.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of an indication system according to an embodiment of the present application. The system includes a plurality of pointing devices 102, a DTS 103, and a MES 104. The plurality of pointing devices 102 may be connected to the DTS 103 by wireless communication or wired transmission. The DTS 103 may be connected to the MES 104 by wireless communication or by wired transmission. Wherein the number of indication devices 102 is larger than the number of DTSs 103.
In this way, the number of DTSs 103 can be greatly reduced. For example, using one DTS 103 to control thousands of pointing devices 102, as previously described, significantly reduces the cost of producing the system because the pointing devices 102 may reduce component costs relative to conventional computer components.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises an indication system further comprising: and a device 105, wherein the indicating apparatus 102 is further connected to the device 105, and controls the device 105 according to the determination result.
DTS 103 may run a web service to support pointing device 102. The ID of the pointing device 102 is mapped to the device ID. For example, one pointing device ID may correspond to one device ID and be recorded as a serial number. The indicating device 102 then sends the serial number to the MES 104 by communicating with the DTS 103. The DTS 103 obtains the determination from the MES 104 and transmits the determination (pass, fail, exception) to the indicating device 102.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
