The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a program, and the program is executed by the processor to finish the remote service implementation method.

Claims (10)

1. Remote service equipment, connect server end, characterized by, include:

acquiring user information;
verifying the user information to obtain a verification result;
determining that the verification result is passed, and unlocking the movable door;
wherein the electronic device and the real person simulation apparatus are controlled to be activated during or before a releasing process of the lock of the movable door.
3. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the verifying the user information to obtain a verification result comprises the following steps:
and matching the user information with a preset database to obtain a verification result, wherein the preset database stores one of the image information of the user, the fingerprint information of the user and the two-dimensional code information of the user.
4. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the electronic equipment comprises a movable chair, the real person simulation device comprises a camera device, and the remote service implementation method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user image through the camera device;
analyzing the integrity of the user image, and determining whether the user image contains preset information of a user, wherein the preset information comprises five sense organs and a face contour;
and if the integrity analysis result is negative, controlling the movable chair, acquiring a new user image through the camera device, and returning to the step of analyzing the user image according to the new user image until the integrity analysis result is positive.
5. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the electronic equipment comprises a lighting device, the real person simulation device comprises a camera device, and the remote service implementation method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user image through the camera device;
performing brightness analysis on the user image;
comparing the brightness analysis result with a preset brightness level;
and if the comparison results are different, controlling the lighting device to adjust the brightness, acquiring a new user image through the camera device, and returning to the step of performing brightness analysis on the user image according to the new user image until the comparison results are the same.
6. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the real person simulation device comprises a sound device, the electronic equipment comprises a monitoring device, and the remote service implementation method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a monitoring image through the monitoring device;
if the monitored image contains people and the electronic equipment is in a default state, obtaining decibel data through the sound device;
and if the decibel data is greater than or equal to a preset decibel threshold value, an alarm is sent out through the sound device.
7. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the teleservice device further comprises a ventilation means; the remote service implementation method further comprises the following steps:
confirming that the electronic equipment enters a normal working state;
and controlling the ventilation device to work.
8. The remote service implementation method of claim 2, wherein: the electronic device comprises an input device; the remote service implementation method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring input information through the input device;
and adding an anti-counterfeiting label to the input information, and transmitting the anti-counterfeiting label to the server side.
9. An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to implement the remote service implementation method of any one of claims 2-8.
