In this way, the restricted user can prompt the auxiliary user to go to the site of the second meeting kiosk to see whether the state of the restricted user is abnormal or not by operating the auxiliary operation module in the kiosk, so that whether the meeting is continued or not is determined according to the state and intention of the restricted user.
Before the second terminal starts the meeting interaction task, in an embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:

The meeting interaction task that is stopped being created may be a pause meeting interaction task, and the concrete expression may be: the video window for exiting the meeting is, of course, other specific ways of stopping audio and video playing and stopping audio and video capturing should also be within the scope of the present application, and is not specifically illustrated and limited herein.
For one of the manners, stopping the created meeting interaction task may be a manner of ending a thread, or if a plurality of processes are started by a hard program, ending the process of conducting the meeting interaction, so that the meeting interaction can be stopped without quitting the application program, and the application program still runs, so that the monitoring process is not stopped, for example, after the meeting interaction task is stopped, the monitoring image is still collected, and the application program can be prevented from quitting suddenly to cause loss of connection.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present specification, the created meeting interaction task is stopped, and a communication connection between the first terminal and the server is maintained.
For one of the application scenarios, it may be:
the meeting staff opens the meeting pavilion, the first terminal receives the door opening signal, the meeting staff enters the meeting pavilion, the first terminal receives the occupation signal, at the moment, the monitoring trace module is triggered to collect the monitoring image and send the monitoring image information to the monitoring platform for monitoring or archiving, the meeting staff closes the door, the display screen prompts identity verification, the meeting staff enters the face and puts the identity card or lawyer card on the corresponding certificate information collection module to read the certificate information, thus the face image information and the certificate information can be sent to the server, the server requests to verify the identity and request to obtain the lawyer's approval information by utilizing a data interface between the server and a third-party authentication system based on the face image information and the certificate information, compares the user information of the lawyer's approval information reserving the meeting pavilion to determine whether the lawyer's approval information is consistent or not, and judges whether the lawyer's approval information meets the meeting conditions or not, for example, whether the family members of the people to be met and the working years meet the conditions.
The two ends are separated, for the person to be met, the police or the early warning can bring the person to be met into the meeting pavilion at a specific moment according to the information displayed by the meeting pavilion, arrange the person to be met in the security seat, press the start button after closing the door and confirming that all people are ready, and the second terminal receives the signal, so that the ready information is sent to the server.
The server verifies the user and can send page information to the first terminal after the user passes the verification, the user clicks an operation icon requesting for meeting in the page, the server judges a second terminal corresponding to the first terminal (or a meeting kiosk) in the current reservation information after receiving the meeting request, judges whether the second terminal sending terminal ready information is received, and sends information for creating a meeting interaction task to the first terminal and the second terminal if the second terminal sending terminal ready information is received, so that the second terminal can automatically create the meeting interaction task without depending on the user operation.
In the meeting process, if one of the first terminal and the second terminal receives a door opening signal, a meeting stopping request is sent to the server, the server responds to the request, the meeting interaction tasks of the first terminal and the second terminal are stopped, audio and video are not played, and the application program does not exit, so that after the door is monitored to be closed, the user of the first terminal is continuously verified (for the condition that the door opening signal is received by the first terminal), and after the verification of the server is passed, the meeting interaction tasks are started by the first terminal and the second terminal directly through an instruction without the need of the first terminal for operating again.
On the other hand, after the auxiliary user is warned or prompted, the auxiliary user can go to the second meeting kiosk to check the meeting state, judge whether to pause the meeting or not, and even end the meeting.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote meeting device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the device may include:
the interaction module 501 starts a meeting interaction task, acquires audio and video data acquired by a first terminal through the meeting interaction task, plays audio and video by using the acquired audio and video data, and transmits the acquired audio and video data to the first terminal, so that the first terminal plays audio and video, wherein the second terminal is a terminal of a second meeting kiosk, and a meeting user is located in the second meeting kiosk;
at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal monitors a door opening signal and sends a meeting stopping request to a server, so that the server sends information for stopping the meeting to the first terminal and the second terminal based on the meeting stopping request;
the control module 502 obtains the information for suspending the meeting sent by the server, and stops the meeting interaction task based on the suspension information.
It should be noted that the control module 502 depicted in fig. 5 may also be used to perform other specific steps in the embodiment depicted in fig. 4, and will not be discussed repeatedly herein.
An embodiment of the present specification further provides a method for remote meeting, which may be executed in a second terminal, and may be executed in conjunction with the method described in fig. 4, where the method may include:
s601, acquiring a door switch signal generated by a door switch induction module of the second meeting pavilion in an induction manner, and acquiring an occupation state signal generated by an occupation induction module in an induction manner;
s602, if an occupied signal and a door closing signal are received, a trace monitoring module in a second meeting kiosk is started to acquire images, monitoring image information in the second meeting kiosk is sent to a monitoring platform to be monitored, a ready confirmation module is used for monitoring whether an auxiliary user performs a ready confirmation operation or not, if the auxiliary user generates the ready confirmation operation, ready information is sent to a server, and the server automatically responds to a meeting request initiated by a first terminal side user according to the ready information and sends information for triggering the establishment of a meeting interaction task to a first terminal application and a second terminal application;
s603, the second terminal application automatically creates the meeting interaction task according to the information for triggering the creation of the meeting interaction task;
s604, the second terminal application transmits audio and video data collected by an opposite terminal with the first terminal application through the meeting interaction task, the audio and video data obtained from the first terminal application are used for playing audio and video, and the first terminal application is enabled to play the audio and video by using the audio and video data obtained from the second terminal application, wherein the first terminal and the second terminal are opposite terminals.
The method comprises the steps of opening a trace monitoring module for monitoring after closing a door and occupying, allowing an auxiliary user to confirm whether a limited person is ready through a ready confirmation module, sending ready information to a server, enabling the server to automatically respond to an interview request initiated by a first terminal side user according to the ready information, and not requiring the limited person in an interview kiosk to respond in an operation mode, so that a seat for limiting activities is provided for the limited user to prevent the limited user from generating a behavior of damaging the seat, thereby improving the safety in the remote judicial interview process, simultaneously, the auxiliary user can perform ready confirmation operation before responding to the interview request initiated by the first terminal side user, does not need to wait and observe outside the interview kiosk, improving the privacy and the convenience, respectively collecting audio and video images and monitoring images, and separating the monitoring content from the interview content, the confidentiality of the meeting content is improved.
The second meeting kiosk is a soundproof kiosk that the restricted person enters when meeting, and since the restricted person has restricted activities, it is necessary for the assistant person to perform an assistant operation, for example, in response to a meeting request (e.g., a call) from the first terminal-side user.
In order to enable the auxiliary user not to wait for the first terminal side user to initiate the request all the time outside the meeting kiosk, the auxiliary user can use a ready confirmation module outside the second meeting kiosk to enable the auxiliary user to leave after confirming that limited personnel are ready and then to be ready, and the meeting request is responded in the background of the system.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
and acquiring the current reservation information sent by the server, and generating and displaying the current reservation information through an information display module outside the second meeting kiosk.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:

In an application scenario, a limited person enters a meeting kiosk, an assistant person configures a seat for limiting activities for the limited person, an occupation state signal generated by induction of an occupation induction module is obtained, after an assistant user leaves and closes a door, a second terminal application acquires a door switch signal generated by induction of a door switch induction module of a second meeting kiosk, at the moment, a trace monitoring module in the second meeting kiosk is started for image acquisition, after the assistant user confirms all the things are ready, a button in a ready confirmation module outside the second meeting kiosk is pressed, the second terminal application sends ready information to a server, the server continuously waits for an meeting request initiated by a user at the first terminal side to be automatically responded, and the assistant user can temporarily leave the second meeting kiosk without waiting.
When feeling that the body is abnormal, the limited personnel can operate through the auxiliary part, the second terminal application can give an alarm through the meeting state indicating module outside the second meeting pavilion, the auxiliary user sees that the prompt is close to the second meeting pavilion, whether the limited user needs to have a rest, is convenient and the like is roughly judged through the transparent glass, if the auxiliary user judges that the whole meeting state is normal, the alarm is eliminated through the alarm eliminating button outside the second meeting pavilion, and the alarm is eliminated.
Based on the inventive concept in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present specification further provides an electronic device.
In the following, embodiments of the electronic device of the present invention are described, which may be regarded as specific physical implementations for the above-described embodiments of the method and apparatus of the present invention. Details described in the embodiments of the electronic device of the invention should be considered supplementary to the embodiments of the method or apparatus described above; for details which are not disclosed in embodiments of the electronic device of the invention, reference may be made to the above-described embodiments of the method or the apparatus.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present specification. An electronic device 600 according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 6. The electronic device 600 shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 600 may include, but are not limited to: at least one processing unit 610, at least one storage unit 620, a bus 630 that connects the various system components (including the storage unit 620 and the processing unit 610), a display unit 640, and the like.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code executable by the processing unit 610 to cause the processing unit 610 to perform steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned processing method section of the present specification. For example, the processing unit 610 may perform the steps as shown in fig. 4.
The storage unit 620 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)6201 and/or a cache memory unit 6202, and may further include a read-only memory unit (ROM) 6203.
The memory unit 620 may also include a program/utility 6204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 6205, such program modules 6205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 630 may be one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 600 may also communicate with one or more external devices 700 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 600, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 600 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via an input/output (I/O) interface 650. Also, the electronic device 600 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via the network adapter 660. A computer program implementing the method illustrated in fig. 4 may be stored on one or more computer readable media. 1. A method of remote interview, comprising:
the interviewed personnel are brought into a second interview kiosk, the second interview kiosk is arranged in a security seat, after the door is closed, a start button is pressed, and the second terminal receives signals and sends ready information to the server;
receiving a signal generated by the auxiliary user performing ready confirmation operation outside the second meeting kiosk;
sending ready information to a server based on a signal generated by the ready confirmation operation, enabling the server to automatically respond to an interview request sent by a first terminal based on the ready information after receiving the interview request sent by the first terminal, and sending an instruction for creating an interview interaction task to a second terminal;
the method comprises the steps that a second terminal starts a meeting interaction task, audio and video data collected by a first terminal are obtained through the meeting interaction task, the obtained audio and video data are used for playing audio and video, the collected audio and video data are sent to the first terminal, the first terminal is enabled to play the audio and the video, the second terminal is a terminal of a second meeting pavilion, and a meeting user is located in the second meeting pavilion;
at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal monitors a door opening signal and sends a meeting stopping request to a server, so that the server sends information for stopping the meeting to the first terminal and the second terminal based on the meeting stopping request;
acquiring the information for stopping the meeting sent by the server, and stopping the meeting interaction task based on the information for stopping the meeting;

at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal monitors a door opening signal and sends a meeting suspension request to a server, and the meeting suspension request comprises the following steps:
the second terminal sends a meeting suspension request to the server based on a signal generated by the pause operation;
the obtaining the information for stopping the meeting sent by the server, and stopping the meeting interaction task based on the information for stopping the meeting comprises the following steps:
and acquiring response information of the server to the meeting stopping request, and stopping the meeting interaction task based on the response information.

and acquiring the response of the server to the meeting ending request, and exiting the application program for starting the meeting interaction task based on the response.

receiving a signal generated by the operation of the met user in the second meeting pavilion through the pavilion internal auxiliary operation module electrically connected with the second terminal;
and prompting the meeting state based on the signal generated by the operation of the met user.
