Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to a call response and monitoring method, device, equipment and medium of an outdoor unit.
Background
In the traditional access control system, access rights are controlled mainly by means of passwords, card swiping or biological identification technologies, but the methods have some potential safety hazards. For a password access control system, passwords are easy to crack or leak, so that the true identity of people entering and exiting is difficult to ensure. For card swiping access control systems, cards are easily lost or stolen, and if card management is not strict, are easily acquired and abused by unrelated personnel. For a biological identification access control system, the safety is high, but the cost is also relatively high. Therefore, in order to improve the security of the access control system, a visual access control intercom system has been developed.
The video intercom access control system integrates an audio and video communication function, so that a resident can carry out real-time voice and video communication with a visitor through an indoor or outdoor camera and a microphone. The visual intercom access control system is generally connected to a cloud service platform through the Internet, so that remote access and management are realized. The resident can remotely control the access control system through the mobile phone application program to check the visitor records, set the permission and the like.
However, with the continuous development of the intelligent industry, the requirements of people on the functions of the access control are wider and wider, so that the single one-to-one visual intercom is not suitable for the requirements of the current users.

The call response and monitoring method, device, equipment and medium of the outdoor unit provided by the embodiment of the application are described in detail below by means of specific embodiments and application scenes thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a call response and monitoring method of an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, responding to call request information sent by a user through an outdoor unit, determining whether the indoor unit is a target indoor unit according to the call request information, and simultaneously sending the call request information to target mobile equipment so as to enable the target mobile equipment to send environment data request information to the outdoor unit.
First, the usage scenario of the present embodiment may be a scenario in which, after the indoor unit confirms itself as the target indoor unit, the target indoor unit or the target mobile device is used to send control information to the outdoor unit, and after receiving the response information transmitted by the outdoor unit, the target indoor unit or the target mobile device is stopped from being used to send control information to the outdoor unit.
Based on the above usage scenario, it can be appreciated that the execution subject of the present application may be the target indoor unit or the target mobile device, which is not limited herein too.
In this scheme, the off-premises station can be the equipment of installing outside the building, can install near the gate or door. May include a camera, microphone, speaker, and call buttons. When the visitor presses the doorbell button, the outdoor opportunity triggers a call request, thereby letting the user know that someone is outside the door, and initiates two-way communication. The outdoor unit may also have a door lock unlocking function so that a user can open the door through a remote.
The indoor unit may be a device installed inside a building, and may be installed in a user's home or office. May include a screen, microphone, speaker and buttons allowing a user to communicate bi-directionally with a visitor or outdoor unit. The user can see the image of the visitor, talk to them, and control the unlocking of the door when needed. The target indoor unit may be the indoor unit with which the user wants to communicate with the outdoor unit, i.e., the indoor unit with which the user selects to talk with the visitor.
The call request information may be a communication request transmitted from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit or the target mobile device. Specifically, it may be a call encryption protocol with the RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol, real-time streaming protocol) information of the outdoor unit itself, spatial information, and SIP (Session initialization Protocol, session initiation protocol) information. The RTSP is based on an RTSP open source framework of open source Live555, so that a plurality of devices can view or monitor audio and video data in one outdoor unit at the same time, and the requirement of one-to-many device access in a local area network is met. The SIP protocol is based on the SIP framework of barress, implementing a standard lightweight SIP protocol across platforms. The RTSP information of the outdoor unit may include URL (Uniform Resource Locator ) of the streaming media, usually starting with RTSP:// and following the position information of the streaming. The user can use the RTSP information to establish real-time audio and video connections with the outdoor unit to view or listen to the audio and video streams from the outdoor unit. SIP may be a communication protocol for establishing, modifying and terminating multimedia sessions, such as voice calls and video calls. The SIP information of the outdoor unit may include a SIP address or identifier of the communication device, and other information about call settings, such as codec selection and session parameters. The user can use the SIP information to establish a voice call or a video call with the outdoor unit, thereby realizing two-way communication. The spatial information may include house number information entered by an outdoor user, which may be a unique identifier for each unit within the building. For example, if the outdoor unit under a building is 1-2 units, the spatial information of the outdoor unit may be represented as 1-2 units, the indoor unit on the building is an indoor unit of 1-2-3-02 rooms, and when the outdoor unit calls 302, the spatial information of the outdoor unit and the house number information of the 302 rooms may be combined into the spatial information of 1-2-3-02 rooms to make a call of the indoor unit.
The target mobile device may refer to a mobile device that may be used by a user, and in particular may be a smart phone or a tablet computer. These devices may be used to receive call request information from the outdoor unit to allow the user to communicate with the visitor when not at home or in the office. The user may use a mobile phone application or other communication tool to connect with the outdoor unit, view the visitor's images, listen to their voice, and decide whether to respond, open the door, or interact with them.
The environmental data request information may be a request sent from a user or a target mobile device to the outdoor unit, requesting to provide audio and video data about the surrounding environment.
The outdoor user can input the house number or the doorbell of the indoor user through the outdoor unit, the gate machine firstly broadcasts or multicasts a call encryption protocol with own RTSP information, space information and SIP information to all indoor units every 5 seconds UDP (User Datagram Protocol ), the indoor units can decrypt and check whether the received space information is consistent with the own space information after receiving the call information, and if so, the indoor units are determined to be target indoor units. Meanwhile, the call request information is also sent to the cloud server through an MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol for carrying out call request on the mobile device, and after the cloud server receives the call request information, the number of the house can be identified to determine the target indoor user or the mobile device. Once the cloud server processes the call request information, the cloud notification system can send a notification to the target mobile device, and specifically, the notification can be sent by pushing the notification and an application message. After receiving the call information, the target mobile device decrypts and checks whether the received space information is consistent with the space information of the target mobile device, after the verification is successful, the target mobile device can use a corresponding application program or a communication interface to generate environment data request information, and sends the environment data request information to the outdoor unit through the communication system, and specifically, the environment data request information can be sent through network connection or a communication protocol. The outdoor unit, upon receiving the request, starts capturing the environmental data, which may include images and sounds of the visitor, and transmits the environmental data to the indoor unit through a network connection or a communication protocol. The target indoor unit may receive the environmental data from the outdoor unit and display it on the user interface for the user to watch and listen.
Based on the above technical solutions, optionally, in response to call request information sent by a user through an outdoor unit, determining whether the user is a target indoor unit according to the call request information includes:
responding to call request information sent by a user through an outdoor unit, and determining space information of the outdoor unit according to the call request information;
and comparing the space information with the pre-stored space information, and determining the space information as the target indoor unit if the space information is consistent with the pre-stored space information.
In this scheme, the spatial information may include house number and indoor unit information. The call request broadcast by the outdoor unit may include a number or location identifier of a house number to be accessed by the visitor, which is the spatial information provided by the outdoor unit to indicate which specific door or location the visitor wishes to go to. The indoor unit also needs to check whether the number or position information in the call request is consistent with the number or position information of its own, which may be information configured in advance by the indoor unit to ensure whether the call request is applicable thereto.
The indoor unit may first receive call request information from the user, where the call request information includes a number or a location identifier that the user may provide, determine own spatial information, and compare the number or the location identifier in the call request information with the own spatial information, and specifically, may perform the comparison through a matching algorithm. If the comparison is consistent, the indoor unit can be determined to be the target indoor unit.
In the scheme, communication connection can be realized through the simplest space information of the configuration equipment, so that the configuration complexity in installation is reduced, and the configuration cost is reduced.
And S102, when the indoor unit is confirmed to be the target indoor unit, sending environment data request information to the outdoor unit and receiving environment data sent by the outdoor unit.
The environmental data may be video data of the user as well as audio data, and the outdoor opportunity captures video images of the visitor, typically using a built-in camera. These video images may include pictures of visitors standing at or outside the doorway, as well as their activities. These video data are transmitted to the indoor unit so that the indoor user can view the image of the visitor in real time. The outdoor unit also captures the sound of the visitor, including their speech and any other environmental sounds. These audio data are also transmitted to the indoor units so that the indoor users can hear the visitor's voice and make a two-way conversation with them.
Once the identity of the target indoor unit is confirmed, it may generate environmental data request information using a corresponding application or communication interface, and transmit the environmental data request information to the outdoor unit through the communication system, specifically, may be transmitted through a network connection or a communication protocol.
And S103, responding to the detected operation information, and continuously sending control information to the outdoor unit according to the operation information.
The operation information may be an instruction or a control operation issued by an indoor user or a target mobile device, and specifically may include user interaction such as pressing a button, touching a screen, or making a voice command. The operation information may instruct the outdoor unit to perform specific operations such as opening a door, closing a bell, adjusting a camera angle, and the like.
The control information may be a control instruction generated according to the operation information sent to the outdoor unit by the target indoor unit or the target mobile device, and is used for controlling the outdoor unit or executing a specific operation, and specifically may be a set of commands to instruct the outdoor unit to take a specific action, such as unlocking a door, starting an alarm, adjusting the direction of a camera, and turning on illumination.
The user may click a button on the interface of the target indoor unit or the target mobile device, input a text command, or use voice recognition to perform an instruction, and if the target indoor unit or the target mobile device detects that there is operation information, the control information including the control command may be generated, specifically, a data packet including an instruction to be sent to the device or the system to perform a required operation. For example, after the target indoor unit or the target mobile device operates to answer or hang up or open the door, the target indoor unit or the target mobile device sends its own spatial information and operation status to the outdoor unit by synchronous UDP point-to-point.
And S104, receiving response information of the outdoor unit to the control information, and determining whether the outdoor unit is a target indoor unit according to the response information.
The response information may be used to confirm or reply to a request or command of the target indoor unit and provide status and results of the operation. Specifically, the operation result and the spatial information may be included. The operation result may be a current state of the outdoor unit, for example, may include an access control state, a call state, and the like, and the access control state may include a state of whether the door is opened, closed, or locked. If the outdoor unit receives a request for a door opening operation from the indoor unit or the application of the mobile device, the door access status may indicate that the door is unlocked and in an open state so that the visitor can enter. The outdoor unit may also indicate the current call state. For example, if a call is answered, the outdoor unit may send a status that the call is answered. If the call is rejected or hung up, the outdoor unit may transmit a state that the call is rejected or hung up.
Once the outdoor unit performs the control command, it may generate a response message to inform the result of the operation of the device transmitting the control message. The outdoor unit then continuously transmits the generated response information to all indoor units via UDP broadcasting, which may be specifically a network connection or a communication protocol. After receiving the response information, the indoor unit may check the response information to determine whether it is a target indoor unit, and specifically, may check whether it is own space information to determine whether it is a target indoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, optionally, after determining whether the indoor unit is the target indoor unit according to the response information, the method further includes:
and if the indoor unit is not the target indoor unit according to the response information, receiving an action completion instruction transmitted by the outdoor unit, and setting an action state to be an initialization state according to the action completion instruction and a preset state setting standard.
In this solution, the action completion instruction may be a message sent by the outdoor unit to the non-target indoor unit, where the message is used to indicate that a specific action is completed, and specifically, the action may be answering, hanging up, and opening an entrance guard.
The preset state setting criterion may be a set of conditions or rules for judging how the indoor unit processes the received action completion instruction, and in particular, the set of conditions may include a device state, a call state, a time limit, etc., to determine whether the action state should be set to an initialization state.
The initialization state may be a system state that indicates that the device or system is in some default initial state, such as not answering a call, entrance guard being in a locked state, etc. When the indoor unit is not the target indoor unit, the action completion instruction transmitted by the outdoor unit is received, and the equipment state can be triggered to be restored to the initialized state. The indoor units are connected to the outdoor unit through the indoor units, and the outdoor unit is connected to the indoor units through the indoor units.
When the indoor unit is not the target indoor unit, an action completion instruction transmitted from the outdoor unit may be received, and a preset state setting criterion may be checked to determine whether the action state should be set to the initialization state. If the non-target indoor unit is judged to be required according to the standard, the action state can be set to be an initialized state, and specifically, the non-target indoor unit can comprise the steps of recovering the entrance guard to a locking state, ending the call and the like.
In the scheme, the state of the non-target indoor unit is restored to the initialized state, so that the indoor unit can be guaranteed to be normally called next time, and the stability of communication is improved.
And S105, if the target indoor unit is determined according to the response information, stopping sending control information to the outdoor unit.
If the indoor unit is determined to be the target indoor unit, the target indoor unit can analyze the response information sent by the outdoor unit, determine the current outdoor unit state and stop sending control information to the outdoor unit according to the current outdoor unit state. For example, the operation of turning off the bell, opening the door, or receiving the sound may be automatically performed according to the current state of the outdoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, optionally, after stopping sending control information to the outdoor unit, the method further includes:
And receiving an action completion instruction transmitted by the outdoor unit, and setting an action state to be an initialization state according to the action completion instruction and a preset state setting standard.
In this scheme, after the target indoor unit stops sending control information to the outdoor unit, it may receive an action completion instruction transmitted by the outdoor unit, and check a preset state setting standard to determine whether the action state should be set to an initialized state. If the target indoor unit is judged to be required according to the standard, the action state can be set to be an initialized state, and specifically, the method can comprise the steps of recovering the entrance guard to a locking state, ending the call and the like.
In the scheme, after the target indoor unit finishes the action of sending the control information, the action completion instruction of the outdoor unit is received, and the state is not restored to the initialized state, so that the indoor unit can be ensured to be normally called next time, and the stability of communication is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to call request information sent by a user through an outdoor unit, determining whether the call request information is a target indoor unit according to the call request information, wherein the call request information is simultaneously sent to target mobile equipment, so that the target mobile equipment sends environment data request information to the outdoor unit; when the indoor unit is confirmed to be a target indoor unit, sending environment data request information to the outdoor unit and receiving environment data sent by the outdoor unit; responding to the detected operation information, and continuously sending control information to the outdoor unit according to the operation information; receiving response information of the outdoor unit to the control information, and determining whether the outdoor unit is a target indoor unit according to the response information; if yes, stopping sending control information to the outdoor unit. By the call response and monitoring method of the outdoor unit, the requirements of a plurality of devices for controlling the outdoor unit can be met, complex configuration is not needed, and the complexity and cost of the configuration are reduced.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a call response and monitoring method of an outdoor unit according to a second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method is executed by the indoor unit, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201, sending a monitoring request of a target outdoor unit to each outdoor unit, and receiving response information of the target outdoor unit to the monitoring request.
The monitoring request may be a request sent from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, which requires the outdoor unit to provide a monitoring or video stream to view a specific area or condition, which is typically to monitor the screen of the security camera or the outdoor environment in real time.
The response information may be a response of the outdoor unit to the monitoring request, and specifically, may be RTSP information of the outdoor unit.
Before the indoor units send the monitoring request of the target outdoor unit to each outdoor unit, the indoor units can be added with the outdoor unit space coding information or the outdoor unit equipment information through a cloud issuing mechanism. The user can click the outdoor unit application on the indoor unit, the indoor unit can generate a space information encryption protocol with the outdoor unit, and generate a monitoring request according to the protocol, and then the indoor opportunity UDP broadcast or multicast sends the monitoring request to all the outdoor units. After receiving the monitoring request of the indoor unit, the outdoor unit checks whether the indoor unit is consistent with the space code of the indoor unit, if so, the outdoor unit determines that the indoor unit is the target outdoor unit, then generates response information according to the RTSP information of the outdoor unit, and transmits the response information to the indoor unit through UDP point-to-point so that the indoor unit can receive the response information.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, optionally, sending a monitoring request of a target outdoor unit to each outdoor unit, and receiving response information of the target outdoor unit to the monitoring request, including:
responding to the equipment information of the target outdoor unit selected by a user, determining first encryption information of the target outdoor unit according to the equipment information, and generating a monitoring request containing the first encryption information;
and sending the monitoring request to each outdoor unit, determining a target outdoor unit by each outdoor unit according to the first encryption information, and receiving response information of the target outdoor unit to the monitoring request.
In this scheme, the device information may be identification information of the target outdoor unit, and specifically, may include a unique identifier of the device or other information to determine a specific outdoor unit to be communicated with.
The first encryption information may be a security measure for encrypting the monitoring request to ensure confidentiality of the request, and may specifically be a spatial information encryption protocol with the outdoor unit.
The user may select a target outdoor unit among the indoor units or the application programs, and specifically, may select through the identification information. The system may acquire device information of the target outdoor unit according to a user's selection in order to determine a device to communicate with. The indoor units can then generate first encryption information for encrypting the monitoring request, and generate a monitoring request containing the first encryption information to send to each outdoor unit. After each outdoor unit receives the monitoring request, whether the space information in the first encryption information is consistent with the space code of the outdoor unit or not can be checked, and if so, the outdoor unit is determined to be the target outdoor unit. When the self is determined to be the target outdoor unit, response information may be generated, and specifically, the requested monitoring data may be included. Finally, the indoor unit can receive response information through network connection or communication protocol to check the monitoring data.
In the scheme, through setting the first encryption information, the communication stability between the indoor unit and the target outdoor unit is ensured, and the safety of communication data transmission is improved, so that the privacy of a user and the safety of information are protected.
S202, sending environment data request information to the target outdoor unit according to the response information, and receiving the environment data sent by the target outdoor unit.
Once the identity of the target outdoor unit is confirmed, the indoor unit may determine the transmitted target outdoor unit according to the response information, generate environmental data request information using a corresponding application program or communication interface, and transmit the environmental data request information to the target outdoor unit through the communication system, and specifically, may be transmitted through a network connection or a communication protocol.
And S203, responding to the detected operation information, continuously sending control information to the target outdoor unit according to the operation information, receiving response information of the target outdoor unit to the control information, and determining whether to stop sending the control information according to the response information.
The user may click a button on the interface of the indoor unit, input a text command, or use voice recognition to perform an instruction, and if the indoor unit detects that there is operation information, the indoor unit may generate control information including a control command, specifically, may be a data packet including an instruction to be sent to the device or the system to perform a required operation. For example, after the indoor unit operates to answer or hang up or open the door, the indoor unit synchronizes UDP point-to-point to send its spatial information and operation status to the target outdoor unit. Once the target outdoor unit has executed the control command, it may generate a response message to inform the result of the operation of the device transmitting the control message. The target outdoor unit then continuously transmits the generated response information to the indoor unit via UDP broadcast, which may specifically be a network connection or a communication protocol. After receiving the response information, the indoor unit can analyze the response information sent by the target outdoor unit, determine the current state of the target outdoor unit, and determine whether to stop sending control information to the target outdoor unit according to the current state of the target outdoor unit. For example, the operation of turning off the bell, opening the door, or receiving the sound may be automatically performed according to the current state of the outdoor unit.
And S204, if yes, stopping sending control information to the outdoor unit.
If it is determined that the transmission of the control information to the target outdoor unit can be stopped, the indoor unit may automatically generate a command indicating the stop of the transmission of the control information, and according to the command, may automatically stop the transmission of the control information.
In this embodiment, a monitoring request of a target outdoor unit is sent to each outdoor unit, and response information of the target outdoor unit to the monitoring request is received; according to the response information, sending environment data request information to the target outdoor unit, and receiving environment data sent by the target outdoor unit; responding to the detected operation information, continuously sending control information to the target outdoor unit according to the operation information, receiving response information of the target outdoor unit to the control information, and determining whether to stop sending the control information according to the response information; if yes, stopping sending control information to the outdoor unit. By the call response and monitoring method of the outdoor unit, the requirement of one indoor unit for controlling a plurality of outdoor units can be met, complex configuration is not needed, and the complexity and cost of configuration are reduced.
