an Internet of things gateway (2);
a Web server (3);
a message queuing service module (4);
data analysis module (5) and
the system comprises a monitoring alarm module (6), an Internet of things platform (11), a rule setting module (12), a database module (13) and a real-time calculation module (14) are integrated in the operation platform module (1), the rule setting module (12) is used for setting the authority of conference participants, meeting room reservation rules, setting meeting room matching software and hardware and authorizing access control keys to the participants, the database module (13) is used for inputting meeting room information and participant information and storing and retrieving the input information in a partitioning mode, and the real-time calculation module (14) is used for checking the conference carrying time, the participant signing-in conditions and overall planning and distributing the meeting rooms;
the system comprises an Internet of things gateway (2), an access control module (21), a conference room central control module (22) and an indoor environment management module (23), wherein the access control module (21) is used for displaying names of departments holding a conference, conference time and conditions of participants, providing a key input platform for the participants and carrying out identity verification on the participants, the conference room central control module (22) is used for providing a data material display platform for a conference host, providing remote conference service and providing a prompt information display window, and the indoor environment management module (23) is used for detecting indoor temperature and humidity and air quality of the conference and providing intelligent temperature and air quantity adjusting service and intelligent lamp control service;
the Web server (3) is connected with a user terminal (31) in a correlated mode, and the user terminal (31) is used for providing a meeting room reservation, data input and meeting application platform and providing electronic mail service for invited meeting personnel;
the message queuing service module (4) is used for sending mail messages, short message messages, WeChat messages and nailing messages;
the data analysis module (5) is used for processing data materials required to be displayed in a conference and generating a curve, a histogram and a pie chart;
the monitoring alarm module (6) is used for providing alarm signals for managers when the air quality in the conference room is not satisfactory, the conference time is delayed and personnel who do not obtain the participation right are mixed in the conference room.
2. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the rule setting module (12) comprises:
a permission presetting unit (121);
rule presetting unit (122) and
the key authorization unit (123), the authority presetting unit (121) is used for setting the authority of the participants when the conference room is reserved;
the rule presetting unit (122) sets meeting room reservation time and a delay allowable time limit when a user reserves a meeting room, and reserves the matched software and hardware of the meeting room;
the key authorization unit (123) is used for comparing and matching the personnel information applying for meeting with the authority of the meeting personnel set by the authority presetting unit (121) and sending an access control key to the matched applicant.
3. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the database module (13) comprises:
a data storage unit (131);
a data entry unit (132);
a data partitioning unit (133) and
the data retrieval unit (134), the said data memory cell (131) is used for storing meeting room information and meeting personnel's information;
the data entry unit (132) is used for inputting meeting room information and meeting personnel information;
wherein the data partitioning unit (133) is used for storing the information input by the data entry unit (132) into the data storage unit (131) in a classified manner;
wherein, the data retrieval unit (134) is used for searching and accessing the data information stored in the data storage unit (131).
4. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the real-time computing module (14) comprises:
a time calculation unit (141);
participant audit unit (142) and
a conference room allocation unit (143), the time calculation unit (141) for accounting for a time at which a conference is in progress;
the participant auditing unit (142) is used for accounting and recording the attendance condition of participants;
wherein the conference room allocation unit (143) is used for overall allocation of conference rooms.
5. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the entrance guard module (21) comprises:
an information display unit (211);
an identity verification unit (212) and
the decryption unit (213), the said information display unit (211) is used for revealing holding the meeting enterprise department name, meeting time, meeting personnel's situation;
the identity authentication unit (212) is used for identifying and verifying the identity of the participant by adopting a face identification and fingerprint identification mode;
the decryption unit (213) is used for providing a key input platform for the participants, and the key input mode is physical key input and two-dimensional code scanning.
6. The reservation management system of claim 1, wherein the conference central control module (22) comprises:
an enterprise data access platform (221);
a teleconference platform (222) and
the prompt information display unit (223), the enterprise data access platform (221) is used for providing a data material display platform for the conference host;
wherein the teleconferencing platform (222) is configured to provide a teleconferencing and videoconferencing platform;
wherein the prompt information display unit (223) is used for providing a display window for displaying the indoor environment quality, the conference duration and the remaining time.
7. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the indoor environment management module (23) comprises:
a temperature/humidity detection unit (231);
an air quality detection unit (232);
a lamp control unit (233) and
the intelligent air conditioner (234), the humiture quality detection unit (231) is used for detecting the humiture in the conference room;
the air quality detection unit (232) is used for detecting the carbon dioxide, PM2.5, PM10, TVOC, formaldehyde content and air pressure conditions in the conference room, and comparing the detection result with a preset standard;
the lamp control unit (233) is used for adjusting the brightness and the range of the light and turning on and off the lamp according to the brightness and the personnel condition in the conference room;
the intelligent air conditioner (234) is used for adjusting the temperature, the humidity and the air volume in the conference room.
8. A shared conference room appointment management system according to claim 1, characterised in that the user terminal (31) comprises:
a Web end (311);
a predetermined terminal (312);
a mobile terminal (313) and
the Web end (311) is used for providing a webpage login and access interface for meeting room reservation personnel and meeting application personnel;
the reservation terminal (312) is used for providing a system login and access platform for conference room reservation personnel;
the mobile terminal (313) comprises an APP (application) which is loaded in a mobile phone and used for providing a webpage login and access interface for meeting room reservation personnel and meeting application personnel;
wherein, the email service unit (314) is used for providing email service for the invited participants.
