the conference management terminal is used for carrying out conference sign-in, conference reserved information prompt, conference information release and off-line conference reservation and sending reservation information to the conference edge controller;
the conference edge controller is used for carrying out conference room management and conference room physical equipment control;
and the man-machine interaction terminal is used for collecting operation information input by personnel in a conference room and returning the operation information to the conference edge controller.

if the current flow type is the off-line appointed conference flow, the off-line appointed conference flow is adopted for conference management;
and if the current flow type is the conference check-in and conference room control flow, adopting the conference check-in and conference room control flow to carry out conference management.
