Abstract
The invention relates to a water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating which is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: cellulose, inorganic thixotropic thickener, attapulgite, pH regulator, dispersant, wetting agent, talcum powder, magnetic powder, silica sol, bactericide and defoamer. The interior wall coating of the invention takes magnetic powder as main filler, so that the inorganic coating forms a ferromagnetic coating after being coated on a wall surface, and can achieve the nail-free effect by matching with the magnetic hanging piece. In addition, the magnetic inorganic coating provided by the invention has good dispersibility, is not easy to settle and delaminate, has good storage stability and is easy to construct. The invention adopts silica sol and a small amount of phenyl acrylic ester emulsion to be mixed as a film forming substance, and no film forming auxiliary agent and antifreezing agent are additionally added, thereby greatly reducing the VOC content and having super clean flavor. The organic content of the product is less than 5%, the product is completely nonflammable and has good flame retardance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of functional environment-friendly building coatings, in particular to a magnetic inorganic interior wall coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The inorganic coating is a trend of the development of the interior wall coating due to high environmental protection and nonflammability, but the existing inorganic coating does not have magnetic force. The magnetic inner wall paint is a functional paint which can make the wall surface have ferromagnetism after being coated on the surface of the wall body, and can make the hanging piece with permanent magnetism be adsorbed on the wall surface so as to achieve the effect of nail-free. The existing water-based magnetic paint usually adopts a large amount of resin as a film-forming binder, and has low environmental protection property and flammability. In addition, because the magnetic powder adopted by the magnetic coating has large specific gravity, the magnetic coating is easy to settle in the coating, and layering, flocculation and hardening are easy to occur in the storage process, thereby influencing the subsequent use.
An interior wall coating with magnetic function and flame retardance is reported in Chinese patent CN201910270936.9, but a large amount of resin is used as emulsion, and a large amount of solvent and flame retardant auxiliary agent are additionally added, and most of organic substances contain volatile toxic monomer substances. In Chinese patent 201710840714.7, a coating with magnetomotive force function is also reported, but the coating is added with 25-75% of emulsion, and meanwhile, the dispersion is poor, and the coating is easy to be layered and hardened after storage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating, which takes magnetic powder as a main filler, so that the inorganic coating forms a strong magnetic coating after being coated on a wall surface, and can achieve a nail-free effect by matching with a magnetic pendant. In addition, the magnetic inorganic coating provided by the invention has good dispersibility, is not easy to settle and delaminate, has good storage stability and is easy to construct.

further, the cellulose is a nonionic hydroxyethyl cellulose ether.
Further, the inorganic thixotropic thickener is a gel particle mainly composed of magnesium aluminum silicate.
Further, the attapulgite is an aqueous magnesium-rich aluminosilicate clay mineral having a chain layered structure. The scheme adopts the matching use of the inorganic thixotropic thickening agent and the attapulgite, so that the magnetic powder is not easy to settle and agglomerate.
Further, the dispersant is a sodium polycarboxylate dispersant.
Further, the wetting agent is an environment-friendly nonionic emulsifying wetting agent.
Further, the emulsion is a phenylacrylate copolymer emulsion with MFT of 0-10 ℃.

The ferroferric oxide fine powder is easy to settle and agglomerate under the conditions of aqueous property and low viscosity due to large specific gravity. Therefore, special anti-settling and thickening agents are required. The invention adopts the matching use of the inorganic thixotropic thickening agent and the attapulgite.
A preparation method of a water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating comprises the following steps,
firstly, adding water into a premixing dispersion tank, then sequentially adding 0.2-0.5 part of cellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of inorganic thixotropic thickener, 0.1-0.3 part of attapulgite and 0.05-0.2 part of PH regulator at the rotating speed of 300-;
and (II) increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min at 600-.
And thirdly, increasing the rotating speed to 800-.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the interior wall coating of the invention takes magnetic powder as main filler, so that the inorganic coating forms a strong magnetic coating after being coated on a wall surface, and can achieve the nail-free effect by matching with the magnetic hanging piece. In addition, the magnetic inorganic coating provided by the invention has good dispersibility, is not easy to settle and delaminate, has good storage stability and is easy to construct.

A preparation method of a water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
firstly, adding water into a premixing dispersion tank, then sequentially adding 0.5 part of cellulose, 0.3 part of inorganic thixotropic thickener, 0.3 part of attapulgite and 0.05 part of PH regulator at the rotating speed of 300r/min, and stirring for 2 min;
and (II) increasing the rotating speed to 600r/min, sequentially adding 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of wetting agent, 5 parts of emulsion and part of defoaming agent, and stirring for 2 min.
And (III) increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min, sequentially adding 3 parts of talcum powder, 60 parts of magnetic powder, 10 parts of silica sol, 0.15 part of bactericide, the other part of defoaming agent and water, and stirring for 15min until all the raw materials are stirred to be uniform and have no clot.
Example 2
A preparation method of a water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
firstly, adding water into a premixing dispersion tank, then sequentially adding 0.3 part of cellulose, 0.15 part of inorganic thixotropic thickener, 0.15 part of attapulgite and 0.1 part of PH regulator at the rotating speed of 350r/min, and stirring for 3 min;
and (II) increasing the rotating speed to 650r/min, sequentially adding 0.7 part of dispersing agent, 0.35 part of wetting agent, 7 parts of emulsion and part of defoaming agent, and stirring for 3 min.
And thirdly, increasing the rotating speed to 850r/min, sequentially adding 2 parts of talcum powder, 66 parts of magnetic powder, 8 parts of silica sol, 0.15 part of bactericide, the other part of defoaming agent and water, and stirring for 16min until all the raw materials are stirred to be uniform and have no clot.
Example 3
The water-based magnetic inorganic interior wall coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
firstly, adding water into a premixing dispersion tank, then sequentially adding 0.2 part of cellulose, 0.2 part of inorganic thixotropic thickener, 0.2 part of attapulgite and 0.1 part of PH regulator at the rotating speed of 450r/min, and stirring for 5 min;
and (II) increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min, sequentially adding 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 8 parts of emulsion and part of defoaming agent, and stirring for 5 min.
And (III) increasing the rotating speed to 1000r/min, sequentially adding 2 parts of talcum powder, 70 parts of magnetic powder, 5 parts of silica sol, 0.5 part of bactericide, the other part of defoamer and water, and stirring for 15-20min until all the raw materials are stirred to be uniform and have no clot.
In each embodiment of the aqueous magnetic inorganic interior wall coating prepared by the invention, according to the standards of qualified products in GB/T9756-2018 synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coating, the gloss (60 degrees <10 finish paint) of interior wall coating in HJ2537-2014 national environmental protection standard of the people's republic of China and GB8624-2012 combustion performance grading of building materials and products, the performance indexes and technical indexes measured by the combustion performance grade and grading criterion of flat building materials and products are shown in the following table:
as shown in figures 1 and 2, the inorganic coating forms a ferromagnetic coating after being coated on a wall surface, and can achieve a nail-free effect by matching with a magnetic pendant. As shown in Table 1, the products of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were free from volatile organic compounds (g/L), free formaldehyde (mg/kg) and the total amount of benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene, and were excellent in scrub resistance, stability and flame retardancy of A1 grade.

7. The aqueous magnetic inorganic interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein: the magnetic powder is ferroferric oxide fine powder with the purity of more than 99 percent.
8. The aqueous magnetic inorganic interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein: the silica sol is a nano-scale silicon dioxide aqueous solution.
9. The aqueous magnetic inorganic interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein: the bactericide is an isothiazolinone bactericide;
the defoaming agent is a nonionic defoaming agent or an organic silicon defoaming agent.
10. The method for preparing the aqueous magnetic inorganic interior wall coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
firstly, adding water into a premixing dispersion tank, then sequentially adding 0.2-0.5 part of cellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of inorganic thixotropic thickener, 0.1-0.3 part of attapulgite and 0.05-0.2 part of PH regulator at the rotating speed of 300-;
and (II) increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min at 600-.
