The waterproof performance of the vinyl floor does not show any layered degumming phenomenon after being continuously soaked for 45 days, and the vinyl floor is naturally dried after being discharged and then returns to the original state before entering water; the flame retardant performance was grade B1, or higher.
Claims (10)
1. The composite board of artificial substrate and glue-impregnated veneer is characterized in that: comprises an artificial base material (1), wherein the front surface of the artificial base material (1) is provided with a melamine glue impregnated veneer (2).
2. The composite board of the artificial substrate and the glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 1, wherein: the reverse side of the artificial substrate (1) is provided with melamine impregnated paper (3).

The composite board of the artificial substrate and the glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 2, wherein: waterproof high-temperature-resistant adhesive glue layers (4) are arranged between the melamine glue impregnated veneer (2) and the artificial base material (1) and between the artificial base material (1) and the melamine impregnated paper (3).
4. The composite board of the artificial substrate and the glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 1, wherein: a melamine wear-resistant layer (5) is arranged above the melamine glue impregnated veneer (2).

The composite board of the artificial substrate and the glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 1, wherein: the artificial base material (1) is one of an ethylene base material, a fireproof board, a glass magnesium board, a graphite substrate, an anti-double board, a density board, a shaving board or a plywood.
6. The production process of the composite board of the artificial base material and the glue-impregnated veneer is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
A. carrying out frosting treatment on the surface of the artificial base material to obtain an A plate;
B. coating waterproof high-temperature-resistant bonding glue on the front side and the back side of the plate A to obtain a plate B; the coating amount of the waterproof high-temperature-resistant bonding glue is 30-100 g/square meter;
C. paving melamine glue impregnated veneers on the front side of the board B, and paving melamine impregnated paper on the back side of the board B to obtain a board C;
D. carrying out hot press molding on the plate C to obtain a plate D; the hot pressing temperature is 115-180 ℃, the pressure is 0.5-1.2 MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 500-1200 seconds;
E. cooling and shaping the D plate, and cutting to obtain a finished plate; the cooling temperature is 20-60 ℃, the pressure is 0.5-1.2 MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 500-1500 seconds.
7. The process for producing a composite board of an artificial substrate and a glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 6, wherein: paving a melamine wear-resistant layer on the surface of the glue-impregnated veneer; the wear-resistant index of the melamine wear-resistant layer is 3000-8000.
8. The process for producing a composite board of an artificial substrate and a glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 6, wherein: the number of the grinding meshes in the step A is 30-80 meshes.
9. The process for producing a composite board of an artificial substrate and a glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 6, wherein: the thickness of the melamine glue dipped wood veneer is 0.3 mm-1.2 mm; the melamine impregnated paper is 80 g to 240 g/m.
10. The process for producing a composite board of an artificial substrate and a glue-impregnated veneer according to claim 6, wherein: the preparation method of the melamine glue impregnated veneer comprises the following steps:
firstly, cutting and trimming purchased veneers to obtain veneer raw materials;
secondly, splicing the veneer raw materials to obtain a spliced veneer roll;
thirdly, gum dipping treatment; carrying out melamine glue soaking treatment and drying treatment on the spliced veneer rolls twice to obtain dipped veneer; the total gluing amount of the spliced veneer roll is 120-180% of the weight of the spliced veneer roll, and the first gluing amount is 55-65% of the total gluing amount.
