When the ring iron feeding device 5 works, the vibrating feeder vibrates ring irons out in order, then under the driving of the transverse moving cylinder 52 and the stepping motor 54, the finger cylinder 58 is moved to the upper end of the vibrating feeder, then the synchronous belt assembly 55 drives the longitudinal moving plate 56 to descend, firstly, the pressing head assembly 59 descends to press the ring irons on the material rail 501, and then the finger cylinder 58 drives the clamping jaws 581 to approach to clamp two ends of the ring irons; after clamping, the clamping jaws 581 are released, and the ram assembly 59 presses the ring iron against the bottom core under the action of the spring force, so that loading is achieved.
The ring iron feeding device 5 solves the problem that the ring iron structure is difficult to clamp, clamping is carried out in a mode of clamping from two sides by pressing firstly, the success rate of clamping is improved, the pressing head assembly 59 is adopted to press downwards and clamp elastically, so that impact caused by rigid impact is prevented from colliding with a vibration feeder, and the ring iron is vibrated out of a material rail; the sheet-shaped ring iron is pressed, positioning in the vertical direction is achieved, clamping is conducted from two sides, the sheet-shaped ring iron clamping success rate is improved, and falling is avoided; the horizontal movement of the ring iron feeding device 5 is driven by an air cylinder, the vertical movement is driven by a motor, the precision of the motor and the efficiency of the air cylinder are combined, and the accuracy and the efficiency of the ring iron feeding are improved; the pressing head assembly 59 has a pressing action when feeding to the bottom core, so that the ring iron can be fed and placed more accurately.
As shown in fig. 8, the welding device 8 includes a base 81, a horizontal cylinder 82, a horizontal moving plate 83, a driving motor 84, a first belt assembly 85, a lifting plate 86, a spot welding needle 87, a tin battery assembly 88 and a tin scraping assembly 89; the horizontal cylinder 82 is arranged on the base 81, the horizontal moving plate 83 is movably connected to the base 81 through a sliding rail, and the telescopic end of the horizontal cylinder 82 is connected with the horizontal moving plate 83; the driving motor 84 is installed on the horizontal moving plate 83, the first belt assembly 85 is vertically connected to the horizontal moving plate 83, and the driving motor 84 drives the first belt assembly 85 to work; a vertical slide rail is arranged on the horizontal moving plate 83, an intermediate plate 851 is installed on the slide rail, a clamping plate is arranged on the side of the intermediate plate 851 and fixed with a belt of the first belt assembly 85, an induction sheet is arranged at the upper end of the intermediate plate 851, a corresponding infrared sensor is arranged on the horizontal moving plate 83, and the induction sheet corresponds to the infrared sensor and controls the moving height of the intermediate plate 851; the lifting plate 86 is fixed on the middle plate 851; the spot welding needles 87 are arranged on the lifting plate 86, and the number of the spot welding needles 87 is four; the tin pool assembly 88 is arranged on the base 81, and the tin scraping assembly 89 is positioned above the tin pool assembly 88; the tin pool assembly 88 comprises a tin pool 881, a second belt assembly 882 and a speed reduction motor 883, wherein the tin pool 881 is formed into a ring shape, the lower end of the tin pool 881 is provided with a rotating shaft, the tin pool 881 is hinged on the base 81, the speed reduction motor 883 is installed on the base 81, and the output end of the speed reduction motor 883 is connected with the rotating shaft at the lower end of the tin pool 881 through the second belt assembly 882; a heating component is arranged in the tin pool 881; the tin scraping assembly 89 comprises an adjusting plate 891, an adjusting bolt 892, an installation clamping block 893, a pressing spring 894 and a scraping plate 895; the adjusting plate 891 is movably connected to the base 81 through a slide rail, and the scraper 895 is installed on the adjusting plate 891, and the scraper 895 is located in an annular groove of the tin bath 881. The squeegee 895 is along the radius of the tin pool 881; an L-shaped barrier 896 is arranged on the base 81, the upper end of a compression spring 894 abuts against the L-shaped barrier 896, the lower end of the compression spring 894 abuts against an adjusting plate 891, the compression spring 894 presses the adjusting plate 891 downwards, the mounting clamping block 893 is fixed on the base 81, an adjusting bolt 892 is mounted on the mounting clamping block 893, the upper end of the adjusting bolt 892 abuts against the adjusting plate 891, and the adjusting bolt 892 can rotate to lift the adjusting plate 891 so as to adjust the height of the scraper 895.
When the welding device 8 works, liquid tin liquid is contained in the tin pool 881, the speed reduction motor 883 drives the tin pool 881 to rotate slowly, the adjusting bolt 892 is rotated to adjust the height of the scraper 895, the lower end of the scraper 895 is positioned below the liquid level of the tin liquid, and the scraper 895 scrapes off an oxide layer on the liquid level during the rotation of the tin pool 881; and then under the action of the horizontal cylinder 82 and the driving motor 84, the spot welding needle 87 is driven to firstly extend into the tin pool 881 for tin dipping, and then the spot welding needle 87 is moved to a welding station for welding.
The welding device 8 solves the problems of low tin dipping quality, infirm welding and low welding efficiency, tin liquid is contained in the annular tin pool 881, the speed reduction motor 883 is driven to drive the tin pool 881 to rotate, the scraper 895 is kept still, and the surface layer of the tin liquid is scraped, so that the tin dipping quality is ensured, and the welding firmness is improved; the height of the scraper 895 can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt 892 to adapt to the liquid level of molten tin with different heights; a plurality of spot welding needles 87 are arranged, spot welding is carried out at the same time, welding can be completed by one-time welding, and the welding efficiency is improved; the welding device 8 is driven by a horizontal cylinder 82 in horizontal movement and driven by a driving motor 84 and a belt assembly in vertical movement, so that horizontal quick movement and vertical accurate movement are realized.
As shown in fig. 9, the blanking device 9 includes a movable sliding table 91, a first supporting plate 92, a second supporting plate 93, a bottom positioning assembly 94, a side end positioning assembly 95, a pulling and pressing plate 96, a lateral moving cylinder 97, a stripper plate 98 and a blanking conveying mechanism 99; the movable sliding table 91 is fixedly arranged, the first supporting plate 92 is installed on a movable part of the movable sliding table 91, the second supporting plate 93 is fixed on the rack, and the first supporting plate 92 and the second supporting plate 93 are located at the same height; the bottom positioning assembly 94 and the side positioning assembly 95 are installed below the first supporting plate 92, a feeding track is arranged on the first supporting plate 92, a strip-shaped carrier 901 for storing chips is arranged in the feeding track, the side positioning assembly 95 is used for positioning the side of the strip-shaped carrier 901, two convex columns are arranged at the upper end of the bottom positioning assembly 94, the convex columns can lift and can be inserted into the bottom of the strip-shaped carrier 901 to position the jig; the pulling and pressing plate 96 is arranged at the telescopic end of the lateral moving cylinder 97, the lateral moving cylinder 97 is arranged on the second supporting plate 93, a row of air suction holes 961 are formed in the pulling and pressing plate 96, and the pulling and pressing plate 96 corresponds to the lateral side of the feeding track of the first supporting plate 92; the material returning plate 98 is movably connected to the second supporting plate 93 through a sliding rail, a material returning cylinder 931 is further arranged on the side of the second supporting plate 93, a telescopic end of the material returning cylinder 931 is connected with the material returning plate 98, a material returning rail 932 is arranged on the second supporting plate 93, and the material returning plate 98 corresponds to the material returning rail 932.
When the blanking device 9 works, an empty bar-shaped carrier 901 enters a feeding track, one side of the empty bar-shaped carrier is compressed by a pressing plate 96, the other side of the empty bar-shaped carrier is jacked by a side end positioning component 95 to realize positioning, after the two sides are completely positioned, a bottom positioning component 94 jacks up to position the bar-shaped carrier 901, a blanking carrying mechanism 99 starts working to carry chips into the bar-shaped carrier 901, after the blanking device is filled with chips, the pressing plate 96 starts to suck air to suck the carriers, a rear side shifting cylinder 97 drives the bar-shaped carrier 901 to move laterally, and a material returning cylinder 931 drives a material returning plate 98 to move, so that the filled bar-shaped carrier 901 realizes blanking.
The blanking device 9 solves the problem of difficult chip collection, and the specific carriers are arranged for collection, so that the carriers realize automatic circulation by adopting rigid tracks, and the efficiency is higher; the carrier realizes the location through a plurality of position, improves the precision of placing of chip, improves the precision of unloading.
As shown in fig. 1, a chip ring iron welding method uses the chip ring iron welding device to process through the following steps:

(II) feeding ring iron: vibrating out the ring iron in order by the vibrating feeder, then moving a finger cylinder 58 to the upper end of the vibrating feeder under the driving of a transverse moving cylinder 52 and a stepping motor 54, then driving a longitudinal moving plate 56 to descend by a synchronous belt assembly 55, firstly, descending a pressing head assembly 59 to press the ring iron on a material rail 501, and then driving a clamping jaw 581 to approach by the finger cylinder 58 to clamp two ends of the ring iron; after clamping, carrying the materials to the bottom core, loosening the clamping jaws 581, and pressing a ring iron on the bottom core by a pressure head assembly 59 under the action of a spring force to realize feeding;
(III) detection and rejection: the appearance detection device 6 is used for detecting the appearance of the ring iron, and products with unqualified appearance are sucked and conveyed out of the rotating jig device 1 through the defective product conveying device 7 to be removed;
(IV) welding: liquid tin liquid is contained in the tin pool 881, the speed reduction motor 883 drives the tin pool 881 to rotate slowly, the adjusting bolt 892 is rotated to adjust the height of the scraping plate 895, the lower end of the scraping plate 895 is positioned below the liquid level of the tin liquid, and the scraping plate 895 scrapes off an oxide layer on the liquid level during the rotation of the tin pool 881; then, under the action of the horizontal cylinder 82 and the driving motor 84, the spot welding needle 87 is driven to extend into the tin pool 881 for tin dipping, and then the spot welding needle 87 is moved to a welding station for welding;
(V) blanking: empty bar carrier 901 gets into at the feeding track, one side compresses tightly through drawing clamp plate 96, the opposite side realizes the location through side locating component 95 jack-up, after the complete location is realized to both sides, bottom locating component 94 jack-up realizes the location to bar carrier 901, then unloading handling mechanism 99 begins to work, carry the chip to in the bar carrier 901, fill with after, draw clamp plate 96 to begin to breathe in, hold the carrier, then sideshift cylinder 97 drives bar carrier 901 lateral shifting, material returned cylinder 931 drives material returned plate 98 motion at last, bar carrier 901 that will fill realizes the unloading.
