A medical instrument disinfection device for respiratory medicine comprises a disinfection box (1), an air heater (2), a water pump (3), two servo motors (4) and a motor (14), and is characterized in that the inside of the disinfection box (1) is divided into a storage cavity (5) and a disinfection cavity (6) from bottom to top, a partition plate (7) is arranged between the storage cavity (5) and the disinfection cavity (6), an air drying mechanism (8) is arranged at the top of the storage cavity (5), a turbulence mechanism (9) is arranged inside the disinfection cavity (6), a placement frame (10) is arranged above the turbulence mechanism (9), a plurality of placement barrels (11) are arranged at the top of the placement frame (10), the placement frame (10) is of a circular structure, the placement barrels (11) are distributed in a circumferential array around the circle center position of the placement frame (10), and the outer sides of the placement barrels (11) are hollowed out, a plurality of disturbing hole (12) have been seted up to the upper surface of rack (10), and are a plurality of disturbing hole (12) are the setting of circumference array distribution around the centre of a circle position of rack (10), and just a plurality of disturbing hole (12) all are located a plurality of gaps of placing a section of thick bamboo (11), be provided with elevating system (13) between the side of rack (10) and the inner wall of disinfect box (1).

The medical instrument disinfection device for the respiratory medicine department according to claim 1, wherein the air drying mechanism (8) comprises a disc (81), the disc (81) is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the storage cavity (5) through bolts, an air cavity (82) is formed in the disc (81), a plurality of branch pipes (83) are arranged below the air cavity (82), the branch pipes (83) are distributed at the bottom of the air cavity (82) in a rectangular array mode, the top ends of the branch pipes (83) are communicated with the inside of the air cavity (82), the hot air blower (2) is fixedly installed at the top of the disinfection box (1), and the air outlet of the hot air blower (2) is communicated with the air cavity (82).

The medical instrument disinfection device for the respiratory medicine department according to claim 1, wherein the spoiler mechanism (9) comprises a gear cavity (91), gears (92) are installed in the gear cavity (91) and at positions corresponding to the respective spoiler holes (12), a plurality of gears (92) are meshed with each other, a spoiler shaft (93) is installed at the top center position of the gears (92), the top end of the spoiler shaft (93) penetrates through the gear cavity (91) and extends to the inside of the disinfection cavity (6), a plurality of spoiler blades (94) are installed on the outer surface of the spoiler shaft (93), the plurality of spoiler blades are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the spoiler shaft (93), a support shaft (95) is installed at the bottom center position of the gears (92), one end of the support shaft (95) is fixedly connected with the gears (92), the other end of the supporting shaft (95) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the gear cavity (91) through a bearing, and the bottom of the gear (92) located at the center of the gear cavity (91) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (14).

The medical instrument disinfection device for the respiratory medicine department according to claim 3, wherein a sealing sleeve (96) is sleeved on the outer surface of the turbulence shaft (93), the sealing sleeve (96) is located below the turbulence vanes (94), the lower surface of the sealing sleeve (96) is attached to the inner bottom wall of the disinfection cavity (6), and the sealing sleeve (96) is in interference fit with the turbulence shaft (93).

The medical instrument disinfection device for the respiratory medicine department according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism (13) comprises two lifting blocks (131), the two lifting blocks (131) are fixedly connected with the placing rack (10), the two lifting blocks (131) are symmetrically distributed about the center of the vertical axial cross section of the placing rack (10), the inner wall of the disinfection box (1) is provided with lifting grooves (132) at positions corresponding to the lifting blocks (131), the lifting blocks (131) are inserted into the lifting grooves (132), the lifting grooves (132) are internally provided with lead screws (133), the bottom ends of the lead screws (133) are rotatably connected with the inner bottom wall of the lifting grooves (132) through bearings, the servo motor (4) is fixedly installed at the top of the lifting grooves (132), and the top ends of the lead screws (133) are fixedly connected with the output shaft of the servo motor (4), the lead screw (133) is in threaded connection with the lifting block (131).

The medical instrument disinfection device for the respiratory medicine department according to claim 1, wherein the water pump (3) is fixedly installed at one side of the disinfection box (1), a water inlet pipeline (15) is installed at one side of the top of the disinfection cavity (6), a water outlet pipeline (16) is installed at the bottom of the disinfection cavity (6), one end of the water inlet pipeline (15) is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump (3) through a pipe connecting piece, and one end of the water outlet pipeline (16) is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump (3).
