a reciprocating shaft is arranged among the plurality of blowing dehydrators, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the outer side part of the blowing track body, a piston rod is arranged at the front part of the hydraulic cylinder, and the front end of the piston rod is connected with the reciprocating shaft; an outer adjusting shell is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner end of the rotating adjusting shell, an adjusting cavity is formed between the outer adjusting shell and the outer peripheral surface of the inner end of the rotating adjusting shell, an adjusting part is arranged at the edge position of the front part of the positioning shell, the adjusting part is installed in the adjusting cavity, a circle of rotating adjusting part is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the adjusting part, a circle of limiting part is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the outer adjusting shell, the rotating adjusting part is installed at the position of the inward facing surface of the limiting part, and the limiting part enables the rotating adjusting; the reciprocating shaft is connected with the rotating adjusting shell;
