Description

Automatic change marine alga processing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seaweed processing equipment, in particular to seaweed one-time processing equipment which can automatically realize one-time production of various processing technologies such as cake making, sheet making and the like of seaweed such as laver (porphyra haitanensis, porphyra yezoensis) and the like.
Background
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
Seaweed such as laver is popular with consumers because of its characteristics of rich nutritive value, being taken from the sea, no pollution, being capable of developing various products, etc. At present, the industry is developed in great quantities in coastal areas of China and south China and Korean China, particularly, the development speed of China is happy in recent years, manufacturers and farmers are driven by benefits, consumers grow in a diversified way, various network direct seeding platforms are started, the seaweed such as laver plays a role of a booster for the development of the seaweed, but the processing cost caused by the current primary processing equipment is too high, so that the sale price of secondary products of the seaweed such as laver is high. How to produce high-quality and low-price seaweed products such as laver becomes the general pursuit of processing manufacturers.
The seaweed processing equipment field such as laver and the like is simulated in Japan and Korea at home, and no breakthrough or innovation is made in the field. At present, the common technology of primary processing equipment in China is as follows:
the research and development of laver equipment in China are in a lower level for a long time, most of the laver equipment has lower technical content, the production process is single, the functions are low, and the laver equipment is diversified in variety.
The existing laver equipment is expensive in price and single in processing technology, one manufacturer needs to purchase various kinds of equipment, and the ordinary manufacturers cannot afford the equipment, so that the sales volume is poor.
The laver processing factory has high investment and profit, and the equipment manufacturer has lower profit compared with the laver processing factory and has low research and development enthusiasm.
The one-time processing equipment applied to the current market generally has the defects of low automation degree, low efficiency, high energy consumption and the like, and along with the rise of one-time processing hot tide of laver in the last years in China, the current market has large competition, and products with high efficiency, high automation degree and low energy consumption are required.
The east coastal region of China is generally a developed region of China, and has the disadvantages of high land price, high wages of workers and high energy demand of the region. The processing technology of the seaweed is different according to the characteristics of the seaweed and the requirements of the market of the factory products, and the seaweed processing equipment is mostly large-scale equipment, has low automation degree, needs a large amount of labor, has high energy consumption and the like, so that the processing factory needs to face capital investments such as purchasing a large amount of land, building a large number of factory buildings (storehouses), purchasing various equipment, hiring a large amount of workers and the like when investing and building the factory, and also faces capital investments such as large energy cost investment, large labor cost investment and large amount of mobile capital purchasing the seaweed and the like in the production process. Taking a semi-automatic porphyra haitanensis processing device which produces 2000 jin of dry vegetables per day as an example, only a processing area is calculated, the device does not contain a warehouse area, a factory area of 4 mu of land is needed, about 48 people are needed for two shifts each day (72 people are needed for three shifts), about 6-7 yuan of energy is needed for each kilogram (the price of coal energy in 2019 is calculated, and if the price is calculated by natural gas or electric energy, the price is multiplied), and million equipment costs are added. The processing unit for processing 10 ten thousand pieces of porphyra yezoensis in one day has the same investment as the porphyra haizoensis processing unit. If a manufacturer only has one porphyra haitanensis processing device and one porphyra yezoensis processing device, the investment cost of the manufacturers can be thought. Various seaweed processing equipment is combined into one, automation is realized, labor is reduced, yield is increased, energy consumption is reduced, and the seaweed processing equipment is urgent for seaweed industry development and seaweed processing manufacturers.

The plurality of guiding and guiding components are bearing shafts fixedly arranged on the frame and bearings arranged on the bearing shafts.
Furthermore, the first lifting platform and the second lifting platform are provided with locking mechanisms, and when the material circulating device reaches a specified position, the locking mechanisms can lock the position of the material circulating device.
The heat source devices are arranged around the oven, can be arranged in parallel or vertically along the side wall of the oven 100, and can also be arranged at a certain angle. The heat source device comprises a main heat source device 220 and a secondary heat source device 230, the main heat source device 220 is close to the material discharging end of the oven, and the secondary heat source devices 230 are sequentially arranged in the opposite direction of the movement of the material circulating device.
Further, the main heat source device 220 provides a main heat source for the oven, and the main heat source device has the maximum power and is placed at a position where the oven is used for drying dishes; the secondary heat source devices 230 are sequentially arranged along the direction opposite to the dish discharging direction of the oven according to the length and the width of the oven, the power of the secondary heat source devices can be smaller than that of the primary heat source devices, and the secondary heat source devices can be not arranged if the length of the oven is short. The main heat source device and the secondary heat source device have various heat supply modes, can use natural gas, coal and electric heating, and also can directly use heat supply modes such as a microwave oven, an electric oven and the like.
The heat source device provides a heat source for drying materials, hot air and heat carried by the hot air are uniformly distributed on each part of the material circulating device through the air inlet and outlet device in the directions of arrows 1 and 2, and the heat is gradually decreased along the direction of the hot air; the air inlet and exhaust device can take away the moisture contained in the materials more quickly, and the hot air with a large amount of moisture and reduced temperature is discharged out of the oven at a proper position of the circulating drying device according to an energy efficiency principle, so that the aim of drying the materials is fulfilled.
In this embodiment, the right end of the lower layer oven is a dish inlet end, and air inlet and exhaust devices are arranged on the front and rear side walls of the right end of the lower layer oven; the right end of the upper layer oven is a dish outlet end, air inlet and exhaust devices are arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the left end (non-dish outlet end) of the upper layer oven, and air inlet and exhaust devices are also arranged on the oven side wall opposite to the dish outlet end; the reason and purpose of this setting are as follows:
after the wet seaweed enters the lower layer of the oven, the seaweed moves leftwards along the X direction; the air inlet and exhaust device 300 drives the heat generated by the secondary heat source device to move from left to right, wherein after the hot air dried at high temperature passes through the moist seaweed, a part of heat is lost for heating the moist seaweed, the moisture of the moist seaweed is taken away, the moist seaweed is changed into air with reduced temperature, and the air is exhausted from the air inlet and exhaust device at the right side of the lower layer of the oven; it should be noted that, in the lower layer of the oven, the seaweed moves from right to left, the humidity of the seaweed is sequentially reduced from right to left, the drying degree of the seaweed is sequentially improved from right to left, the air temperature is sequentially reduced from left to right, the flowing direction of the air is sequentially reduced from left to right, and the humidity of the air is reduced from left to right, namely the relative temperature is high and the drying air corresponds to the seaweed with high drying degree, so that the moisture of the air with higher humidity absorbed by the dried seaweed is effectively reduced, and the drying is accelerated;
the seaweed moving direction, seaweed moisture, seaweed drying degree, air temperature, air humidity and air flowing direction are just opposite to those of the lower layer in the upper layer of the drying oven, but the corresponding trend changes are the same and the purposes are the same; the seaweed moves leftwards along the X direction and moves rightwards along the Z direction, and the upper layer and the lower layer are arranged by combining the heat transfer direction, namely the length of the lower layer of the seaweed moving twice in the X direction, so that the occupied area is saved, and the assembly connection with the existing seaweed processing equipment is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the main heat source device is not arranged at the leftmost end of the upper layer of the oven, and the secondary heat source device is not arranged at the rightmost end of the lower layer; taking the lower layer as an example for illustration, because the air flow of the lower layer is from left to right and is discharged from the side wall surface on the right side, if the heat source is arranged on the right side, the generated heat is not well utilized and is dissipated to the outside air, so that energy waste is caused, the main heat source device is not arranged on the leftmost side of the upper layer of the oven, and the secondary heat source device is not arranged on the rightmost end of the lower layer; the reason for arranging the heat source on the upper layer of the oven is the same as that on the lower layer.
The circulation direction of the hot air in the drying section 200 is shown as an arrow 1/2/3, the arrows 1 and 2 are the circulation direction of the hot air in the drying section, and the arrow 3 is the moisture removing direction.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the circulation direction of the cart 310 in the drying section 200 moves in the direction of the closed arrow in the drying section 200 shown in FIG. 4, and forms a closed loop in the direction of X/Y/Z/W shown in FIG. 5.
Further, the material carrying device 300 in this embodiment includes a trolley, a frame body, and a curtain frame or a curtain sheet arranged in layers, wherein the curtain frame or the curtain sheet is movably mounted on the frame body, and a gap is left between layers. According to the circulating drying device in the embodiment, the included angle between the material bearing surface of the curtain frame or the curtain sheet and the ground is zero degree or less than 45 degrees; the purpose of the design is that the attachment capacity of the seaweed and the curtain sheet is reduced in sequence along with the drying of the seaweed, and in order to prevent the seaweed from sliding off the curtain sheet due to gravity, the included angle between the material bearing surface of the curtain frame or the curtain sheet and the ground is designed to be zero or less than 45 degrees.
The trolleys circulate in the oven in a closed loop in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', and the trolleys filled with the curtain frames are distributed in the oven one by one. The curtain frame sequentially enters the machine head section from the trolley in the oven along the outlet position of the oven curtain frame, then sequentially passes through all procedures of the machine head section and sequentially enters the trolley from the inlet position of the oven curtain frame, and the large circulation of the curtain frame from the machine head section to the oven section and then to the machine head section is realized, and the process is repeated. In the whole large circulation process, the curtain frame does not need to change the included angle and the orientation between the curtain frame and the horizontal plane, and the material bearing surface is always kept upward. The machine head section completes cake pouring, dehydration, fluffing, dry material peeling curtain sheets (material trays) and dry material output one-time processing equipment of the materials, the drying section completes main drying of the materials, and the material bearing part realizes bearing and transportation of the materials.
The machine head section finishes the curtain sheet (material tray) stripping of dry materials in sequence along the movement direction of the curtain frame, conveys out the primary processing equipment, waters the materials onto the curtain sheet (material tray), shapes and dehydrates the materials, fluffs the materials (the device does not work when the porphyra yezoensis processing sheet or the porphyra haitanensis do not need to be fluffy), finishes the trolley that the back curtain frame enters the drying section, carries the curtain frame along the drying oven to move to the position of the curtain frame, and the curtain frame enters the machine head section from the drying oven to realize a circulation.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
