All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
The following explains the present invention in detail.
With the continuous development of network technology and communication industry, more and more enterprises select a cloud video conference to hold a conference, a user can download a cloud video conference APP through a mobile phone, a computer and a pad, and log in a personal account to hold the cloud video conference APP or participate in the conference by opening the cloud video conference APP. Cloud video conferencing has several advantages over traditional conference rooms, first: the cloud video conference is convenient and flexible, and is not restricted by time and place; secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the sound and the video of the participating users in the cloud video conference are not influenced by the distances between the participating users. In view of the advantages of cloud video conferencing, it is a trend for enterprises to access hardware video systems to cloud video conferencing systems.
Wherein, cloud video conferencing system includes: a hardware video system, a server of a cloud video conference; the hardware video system can be composed of an MCU, a user terminal and a firewall.
When the hardware video system is connected with the cloud video conference system, the hardware video system can be connected with a server of the cloud video conference through the gateway, and then video data of users participating in the cloud video conference system pushed by the server is received. Wherein the gateway functions as a proxy, which may be an h.323 gateway.
When a cloud video conference is started, a user logs in a cloud video conference APP through a user terminal to enter a cloud video conference platform, a server of the cloud video conference distributes services and data channels to a gateway, and meanwhile the gateway can establish an audio and video receiving and transmitting channel with a hardware video system through an H.323 protocol. At the moment, the gateway can receive the audio and video data of the cloud video conference system and the hardware video system through the server, and can perform service conversion and data forwarding between the cloud video conference system and the hardware video system, so that the conference user terminal in the cloud video conference system and the hardware terminal in the hardware video system can communicate with each other in the same video conference.
Only one video channel is arranged between the gateway and the hardware video system, and only one video data can be transmitted and received. However, the server has video data of a plurality of conference participating users in the cloud video conference system, and in order to solve the problem that in the prior art, the video effect seen by the conference participating users is poor due to screen mixing of all the video data of the conference participating users, the application provides a new video pushing method.
The following provides a plurality of embodiments, which explain in detail that a server of a cloud video conference pushes video data to a hardware video system through a gateway.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for pushing video data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes: the mobile terminal comprises a first terminal 110, a server 120 and a second terminal 130, wherein the server 120 can establish communication connection with the first terminal 110 and the second terminal 130 respectively through communication modes such as the internet of things, a 4G/5G mobile communication network and the internet of things.
The first terminal 110 and the second terminal 130 may be terminals corresponding to participant users accessing the conference, which may be terminals of a conference host or terminals of other participant users, and the first terminal 110 and the second terminal 130 may be various terminals such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, and the like.
The following describes a detailed explanation of a method for pushing video data according to various embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for pushing video data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a server in the video data pushing system, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, receiving a push instruction sent by a first terminal.
Wherein the push instruction may indicate a conference video that the second terminal in the hardware video system needs to receive. The first terminal and the second terminal are both terminals of participating users, and in the application, the first terminal and the second terminal may be the same terminal or different terminals, which is not limited herein.
The first terminal sends a push instruction to the server, so that the server executes corresponding push operation according to the push instruction after receiving the push instruction.
S202, according to the push instruction, target video data indicated by the push instruction are obtained from the video data of the multiple participating users.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of acquiring the target video data indicated by the push instruction includes, but is not limited to, the following manner.
Firstly, the server can call video data of each participating user in the cloud video conference system in real time, and after receiving a push instruction sent by the first terminal, the server can select target video data indicated by the push instruction from the called video data of a plurality of participating users based on the push instruction.
Secondly, the server can execute a calling operation according to the push instruction, and call the target video data indicated by the push instruction in real time.
S203, pushing the target video data to the second terminal.
And the first terminal and the second terminal are both terminal equipment of the participating user.
Specifically, after the server acquires the target video data, the server can push the target video data to the second terminal through the gateway, so that the second terminal can receive and display the target video data, and the target video data can be shared with the participating users in the cloud video conference video system.
In summary, in the method for pushing video data provided in the embodiment of the present invention, by receiving a push instruction sent by a first terminal, the push instruction indicates a conference video to be received; acquiring target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of a plurality of participating users according to the push instruction; and pushing the target video data to the second terminal. The server acquires target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of the multiple participating users according to the push instruction sent by the first terminal, namely, the target video data is pushed according to the demands of the participating users, the video data of all the participating users do not need to be mixed, the requirement that the users see the conference videos wanted to see is met, and meanwhile, the quality of the videos seen by the second terminal is improved.
Optionally, the push instruction includes: a push mode; the push mode includes: pushing the video data selected by the first terminal; or, pushing the video data with the speaking duration meeting the conditions; or, pushing appointed multi-channel video data in turn.
That is, in this embodiment, the push mode includes three types, the first type, which is to push the video data selected by the first terminal, for example: when a certain path of video data is important, the participating user can operate on a display interface of the cloud video conference APP through the first terminal, and select a certain path of video data which is appointed to be pushed.
Second, push the video data with the speaker duration meeting the condition, for example: the video data of the current speaker can be obtained by calculating speaking durations of a plurality of participating users, and the video data of the current speaker is recommended to the second terminal.
Thirdly, push specified multiple channels of video data in turn, for example: when the video data of the participating users are more, the host can push multiple paths of video data in turn through the first terminal, and the server can push multiple paths of video data to the second terminal in turn, so that the second terminal can see the multiple paths of video data pushed by the server in turn.
In the embodiment of the invention, the participating users can select the push mode through the display interface of the cloud video conference APP, and after the participating users select the push mode, the server can acquire the target video data from the video data of the participating users based on the push instruction and push the target video data to the second terminal.
The following describes in detail how, by using multiple embodiments, a participating user selects different push modes through a first terminal, and a server acquires target video data from video data of multiple participating users.
Optionally, the push mode indicates to push the video data selected by the first terminal; the push instruction further comprises: an identification of the selected user; according to the push instruction, the method for acquiring the target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of the multiple participating users comprises the following steps:
and acquiring target video data corresponding to the identification of the selected user from the video data of the multiple participating users according to the push instruction.
In this embodiment, the participating user may select a push mode through a terminal logged in by the participating user, and may further select a target video to be pushed after selecting the push mode, for example, select a video of a specific participating user, and a selection interface may be provided on the cloud video conference APP, where the selection interface may include identifiers of all participating users, and the selecting may be performed by the participating user, or may directly input an identifier of a specific participating user, which is not limited herein. Accordingly, by carrying the selected user identifier in the push instruction, the server may obtain video data corresponding to the user identifier from video data of a plurality of participating users based on the user identifier, and use the video data as target video data.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for pushing video data according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, optionally, the push mode indicates to push video data whose speaking duration meets the condition; according to the push instruction, the method for acquiring the target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of the multiple participating users comprises the following steps:
s301, periodically acquiring speaking time of each participating user according to the push instruction.
Specifically, after the server receives the push instruction, if the push mode in the push instruction indicates that the speaking duration meets the conditions for pushing the video data, the speaking duration of each participating user can be periodically obtained.
The following example explains the speaking duration of each participating user periodically.
For example: and calculating the speaking duration of the cloud video conference APP of the participant user starting the video, wherein the accumulated duration is started after the cloud video conference APP of the participant user starting the video starts speaking for 1 second. Furthermore, after the participating user starts the cloud video conference APP of the video and stops speaking for 5 seconds, the accumulated time length is stopped, and then the speaking time length of each cloud video conference APP is counted once every preset time period, wherein the preset time period can be 15 seconds, 30 seconds and the like, and is not limited herein.
The accumulated time, the stopped accumulated time and the preset time period can be set according to the actual application scenario, for example: the accumulated time length can be accumulated from the beginning of speaking of the APP within 2 seconds, the accumulated time length can be stopped from being accumulated after the APP stops speaking for 10 seconds, and the preset time period can be the cloud video conference APP speaking time length of each participating user counted every 60 seconds.
And S302, selecting the video data with the longest speaking time as target video data according to the speaking time of each participating user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the speaking duration of each participating user is obtained in each period, and the video data with the longest speaking duration of each participating user in each period may be selected as the target video data. If the participating user of the video data with the longest speaking time closes the video or quits the meeting, the new video data with the longest speaking time can be selected as the target video data immediately.
The following provides an embodiment, when the push mode indicates to push the designated multiple paths of video data in turn, the target video data indicated by the push instruction is obtained from the video data of the multiple participating users, and a detailed explanation is made.
Optionally, the push mode indicates to push designated multiple paths of video data in turn; the push instruction further comprises: an identification of a plurality of selected users; according to the push instruction, the method for acquiring the target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of the multiple participating users comprises the following steps: and acquiring multi-path target video data corresponding to the identification of the selected user from the video data of the multiple participating users according to the push instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the push mode indicates to push the designated multiple channels of video data in turn in the push instruction sent by the first terminal, and the push instruction further includes multiple selected user identifiers, the server may obtain, from the video data of multiple participating users, the video data corresponding to the identifiers of the multiple selected users as the multiple channels of target video data according to the identifiers of the multiple selected users.
For example: the video data of 10 participating users currently may be A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, M, N respectively, the push instruction includes the user identifier of the selected 6 paths of video data, and the server may select, from the video data of the 10 participating users, the video data corresponding to the user identifier of the 6 paths of video data as the multi-path target video data according to the user identifier of the selected 6 paths of video data.
Optionally, pushing the target video data to the second terminal includes: and pushing the multi-path target video data to the second terminal in turn according to a preset period.
Specifically, after acquiring multiple paths of target video data according to the identifiers of multiple selected users, the server may push the multiple paths of target video data to the second terminal in turn according to a preset cycle, so that the second terminal may play the multiple paths of target video data in turn.
Continuing with the above example, after 6 paths of target video data are acquired, the server may perform a preset period, where the preset period may be, but is not limited to, 30 seconds. The server can randomly select 2 paths of video data from the 6 paths at intervals of 30 seconds to be mixed and sent to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can see the target video data after screen mixing, and finally can gradually see the selected 6 paths of target video data.
Optionally, the push mode indicates to push designated multiple paths of video data in turn; according to the push instruction, the method for acquiring the target video data indicated by the push instruction from the video data of the multiple participating users comprises the following steps: and according to the push instruction, acquiring the video data of the current speaker and other preset amount of video data from the video data of the multiple participating users according to a preset selection rule, and taking the video data as target video data.
Wherein, the push mode indicates that the designated multiple paths of video data are pushed in turn, and the video data can be, but are not limited to, the video data of all the participating users currently.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the video data of the participating users are more, the server can acquire the video data of all the participating users, acquire the video data of the current speaker and other preset amount of video data from the video data of the multiple participating users according to the preset selection rule as the target video data, and periodically push the video data of all the current participating users to the second terminal.
For example: the server can obtain the video data of all the current participating users, can select 6 paths of video data to be mixed and sent to the second terminal every time, and the circulation is performed once every 30 seconds, so that the second terminal can see the video data of all the participating users. The first path of the 6 paths of video data selected each time is the video data of the current speaker, and the other 5 paths of video data can be selected from the video data of the rest conference participating users according to a preset selection rule. Wherein, the preset selection rule can be as follows: according to the video opening sequence arrangement of the participating users, the participating users can be selected to open 5 earlier paths of videos each time, 1-5 videos are selected for the first time, 6-10 videos are selected for the second time, and after N/5+1 times of carousel, the second terminal can see the video data of all the participating users. Wherein N is the total number of video data of the participating users.
It should be noted that, when the push mode indicates that the specified multiple paths of video data are pushed in turn, the push instruction may further specify and set a display sequence of the video data at the second terminal.
In summary, in the method for pushing video data provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a server may obtain target video data indicated by a push instruction from video data of multiple participating users according to the push instruction sent by a first terminal, where the push instruction includes: and in the push mode, different push modes are selected according to conference requirements of different scenes, and target video data are pushed to the second terminal, so that better conference experience is brought to users. The server does not need to simultaneously carry out screen mixing on the video data of all the participating users and then push the video data to the second terminal, and the problem that when the video data of all the participating users after screen mixing are displayed on the second terminal, a display window is too small or the videos of the participating users are displayed incompletely can be avoided. The three pushing modes are provided, the server can flexibly push the target video data to the second terminal in different application scenes, and the flexibility of pushing the target video data is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for pushing video data according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a first terminal in the above-mentioned system for pushing video data.

Specifically, the participating users can select conference videos which need to be received by the terminals of the participating users or other participating users through the first terminal, the first terminal responds to user operation, generates a push instruction and can send the push instruction to the server, so that the server receives the push instruction and then performs corresponding processing based on the push instruction.
S402, receiving target video data acquired by the server from the video data of the multiple participating users according to the push instruction.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal and the second terminal may be the same terminal, and when the first terminal and the second terminal are the same user terminal, after the first terminal sends the push instruction, the server calls the target video data based on the target video data indicated in the push instruction, and sends the target video data to the first terminal.
Optionally, the push instruction includes: a push mode;
