In one implementation, the second terminal device 120 may send an online conference creation request to the server 130 to create the first online conference in response to an online conference creation operation triggered by the user through the second application client. Still taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client as an example, under the condition that the wechat client detects that the enterprise wechat client is locally installed on the terminal device, a controllable enterprise wechat start control can be displayed in the conference applet interface, and if the fact that the user touches the enterprise wechat start control is detected, the enterprise wechat client is called, so that the user directly participates in the first online conference through the enterprise wechat client.
Under the condition that the second application client is locally installed on the terminal equipment, the second application client is called in the mode, so that the user can directly participate in the first online conference through the second application client, and the user can be helped to obtain better conference experience in the process of participating in the first online conference.
It should be understood that if the terminal device starts the second application client installed locally by the terminal device in the above manner, so that the user participates in the first online meeting through the second application client, the subsequent step 203 in the present application is no longer required to be executed.
Step 203: and responding to a conference joining operation triggered based on the conference applet, and joining the first online conference through the first application client.
After the conference applet in the first application client is started, the first application client can respond to the conference participation operation triggered by the user based on the conference applet and send a conference participation request to the server, and after the server confirms that the current login user of the first application client has the permission to participate in the first online conference, the user can participate in the first online conference through the first application client.
In the following, the first application client is still taken as a wechat client, and the second application client is taken as an enterprise wechat client, and the interface diagram shown in fig. 3 is used to exemplarily describe the implementation process. As shown in fig. 3 (a), the wechat client may receive an applet card for inviting a user to participate in a first online conference through a wechat session, and further, may start a conference applet corresponding to an online conference function of enterprise wechat in the wechat client in response to a click operation triggered by the user for the applet card, after the conference applet is started, the wechat client displays a corresponding conference applet interface, as shown in fig. 3 (b), the interface may include basic information of the first online conference, such as a conference subject name, a conference host, a conference type, a conference participant number, and the like, and may further include a conference participation control, and if the wechat client detects that the user touches the conference participation control, the user may determine that the user has triggered a conference participation operation.
As shown in fig. 3 (b), two conference join controls may be included in the conference applet interface, each corresponding to a different conference join identity; if the user is in a co-worker relationship with the initiating user of the first online meeting, the meeting participation control can be touched, namely the user is a co-worker and joins the enterprise and participates, and if the user is not in a co-worker relationship with the initiating user of the first online meeting, the meeting participation control can be touched, namely the user is not a co-worker and joins an external person. Therefore, the user of the WeChat client can conveniently participate in the first online meeting initiated by the enterprise WeChat client in the corresponding identity.
As shown in fig. 3 (c), the interface further includes a conference identity editing control, and the user can trigger and edit the name of the user in the first online conference through the conference identity editing control, so as to improve the recognition of the user in the first online conference.
It should be understood that the meeting applet interface shown in fig. 3 is only an example, and in practical applications, the meeting applet interface may also be represented in other forms, where other information related to the online meeting and different operation controls may also be carried, and the present application does not limit the representation form of the meeting applet interface.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate a user participating in a first online conference to know the validity of the first online conference and avoid the user from being interfered by a malicious fraudulent online conference, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further display the identity information of the participating users of the first online conference in response to a participant information viewing operation triggered based on a conference applet, in a case where a login user of a second application client is bound with corresponding enterprise identity information, where the participating users of the first online conference include enterprise users participating in the first online conference through the second application client, and the identity information of the enterprise users includes the enterprise identity information bound by the enterprise users.
Specifically, in practical applications, the second application client may be an application client that supports a user to register and log in with the enterprise identity information, and accordingly, the login user of the second application client will be bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information. In this case, in the first online meeting created by the second application client, the identity information of each user participating in the first online meeting through the second application client in the first online meeting will include the enterprise identity information to which it is bound.
After a user of a first application client triggers a participant information viewing operation aiming at a first online conference through a conference applet, a server feeds back identity information of each participant user in the first online conference to the first application client so that the first application client displays the identity information of each participant user in the first online conference; for the users participating in the first online meeting through the second application client, the identity information of the bound enterprises should be included.
In addition, for a user participating in the first online meeting through the first application client, the server may also detect whether the corresponding target enterprise identity information is bound to the user, and under the condition that it is determined that the corresponding target enterprise identity information is bound to the current login user of the first application client, the identity information of the current login user in the first online meeting may be generated based on the target enterprise identity information, and when it is detected that the participant user of the first online meeting triggers a participant information viewing operation, the identity information of each participant user in the first online meeting is displayed, wherein the identity information of the current login user of the first application client includes the bound target enterprise identity information.
Therefore, the enterprise identity information of the user is embodied in the first online conference, and the participatory users of the first online conference can be helped to know the legality of the first online conference, so that the participatory users of the first online conference have more trust feeling on the first online conference.
In the following, the first application client is still taken as a wechat client, and the second application client is taken as an enterprise wechat client, and the interface diagram shown in fig. 4 is used to exemplarily describe the implementation process. After entering a first online meeting through a meeting applet in the WeChat client, the WeChat client displays an interface shown in (a) in FIG. 4, the WeChat user can trigger participant information viewing operation through a control participant in a touch interface, the WeChat client displays an interface shown in (b) in FIG. 4 in response to the operation of the control participant by the WeChat user, the interface includes identity information of each participating user in the first online meeting, for users participating in the first online meeting through an enterprise application client, the identity information of the user comprises enterprise identity information according to which the user logs in the enterprise wechat client, and for the user who participates in the first online meeting through the wechat client, if the user registers the enterprise wechat client with the enterprise identity information before, the identity information of the user comprises the enterprise identity information of the user.
In addition, during the first online meeting, the micro credit user can control the on or off of the microphone through the meeting small program, when the microphone is on, the voice input by the micro credit user can be heard by each participant user of the first online meeting, and when the microphone is off, the voice input by the micro credit user can not be heard by each participant user of the first online meeting. Similarly, for a video type first online meeting, a wechat user can control the opening and closing of a camera through a meeting applet, when the camera is opened, a picture shot by the camera of a terminal device used by the wechat user can be seen by each participant user of the first online meeting, and when the camera is closed, a scene picture of the wechat user can not be seen by each participant user of the first online meeting.
It should be understood that in practical applications, the wechat user may also set the default permissions of the camera and the microphone before triggering the conference join operation through the conference applet, for example, if the user sets the default permission to turn on the camera and the microphone through the conference applet, after the wechat user triggers the conference join operation through the conference applet to enter the first online conference, the picture taken by the camera of the terminal device used by the wechat user will be visible to each participant user of the first online conference, and the voice of the wechat user will also be heard by each participant user of the first online conference.
In addition, the conference applet in the wechat client may provide functions of viewing and downloading a conference attachment, modifying a name of a user in a conference, and the like, and the conference applet may also provide functions of viewing a role control capability of a conference host, and the like, and the conference applet may also support document presentation, screen presentation, and the like, and the application does not limit any functions supported by the conference applet.
It should be noted that the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further support the user of the first application client to forward and invite other users to participate in the first online conference. The first application client side responds to the forwarding participation invitation operation aiming at the first online conference and sends the received first conference invitation link to the user to be invited; the forward join invitation operation herein may include any one of the following: forwarding the first meeting invitation link, and joining the first online meeting based on the invitation initiated by the meeting applet; the user to be invited here may include at least one of the following: a user of the first application client, a user of the second application client.
In a possible implementation manner, the user of the first application client may directly forward the first meeting invitation link received by the user to be invited, where the user to be invited may be a contact added by the user through the first application client, and the contact may be a user using the first application client or a user using the second application client. Still taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client as an example, the wechat user can forward the first meeting invitation link received by the wechat client to the wechat contact added by the wechat client and/or the enterprise wechat contact added by the wechat client.
In another possible implementation manner, a user of the first application client triggers a link start operation for a first conference link, and after a conference applet in the first application client is started, the user of the first application client may initiate an operation of inviting other users to participate in the first online conference based on the conference applet. Still taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client as an example, the wechat user touches the first meeting link received by the wechat user through the wechat session, after the meeting applet in the wechat client is started, the wechat user can further touch the meeting sharing control in the meeting applet interface, and selects the wechat contact and/or the enterprise wechat contact as the user to be invited in the contact list, and touches the confirmation control after the selection of the user to be invited is completed, so that the forwarding participation invitation operation is completed.
It should be noted that, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first application client may further support the user to participate in the reserved online meeting created by the second application client. That is, the first application client may receive a reservation conference invitation link generated in response to a reservation conference participation invitation operation initiated through the second application client for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a reservation online conference created through the second application client. The method comprises the steps that after responding to a link starting operation triggered by a user aiming at an invitation link of the appointment conference, a first application client side starts a conference small program corresponding to a second application client side in the first application client side, further, responding to a conference joining operation triggered by the user based on the conference small program, a reminding schedule corresponding to the appointment online conference is established, and when a target time determined based on the starting time of the appointment online conference is reached, a conference reminding notice is generated through the first application client side.
Specifically, the user may set basic information (including but not limited to a conference subject name, a conference host, conference participants, a conference type, etc.) and a conference time for reserving the online conference through an online conference reservation function in the second application client, create a reserved online conference, and invite the user using the first application client to participate in the reserved online conference. When a user of a second application client can add a user using a first application client as a contact through the second application client, the user of the second application client can initiate a conference reservation participation invitation operation through the second application client, invite the added user of the first application client to participate in the created conference on line, and after detecting that the server participates in the conference reservation invitation operation initiated by the second application client for the conference on line, the server sends a conference reservation invitation link generated by the server for the conference on line to the corresponding first application client.
After receiving the appointment meeting invitation link, the first application client can respond to a link starting operation triggered by the user aiming at the appointment meeting invitation link, start a meeting applet in the first application client, and further respond to an appointment meeting participation operation triggered by the user based on the meeting applet, and establish a reminding schedule corresponding to the appointment online meeting, wherein the reminding schedule can comprise basic information of the appointment online meeting and meeting starting time. When the first application client detects that the target time determined based on the starting time of the reserved online conference is reached, the first application client can automatically generate a conference reminding notification, and the conference reminding notification can be displayed in a message list of the terminal device in a notification message mode so as to remind a user that the user needs to participate in the reserved online conference.
It should be understood that the target time is determined according to the start time of the reserved online conference, and specifically, the target time may be the start time of the reserved online conference, or may be a time before the start time of the reserved online conference, such as 5 minutes before the start time of the reserved online conference, and the application does not limit the target time in any way.
In order to further facilitate the user of the first application client to participate in the reserved online meeting, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first application client may further directly participate in the reserved online meeting through the meeting applet in the first application client in response to a viewing operation triggered by the user for the meeting reminding notification.
For example, the terminal device may display, in a message notification bar of the terminal device, a conference notification generated by the first application client for the reserved online conference, and after detecting that the user triggers a viewing operation for the conference notification, the terminal device may automatically start a conference applet in the first application client, and enable the user to enter the reserved online conference through the conference applet.
In the following, the first application client is still taken as a wechat client, and the second application client is taken as an enterprise wechat client, and the interface diagram shown in fig. 5 is used to exemplarily describe the implementation process. The enterprise wechat user can create a reserved online conference through an online conference reservation function in the enterprise wechat client, select a wechat user from contacts added by the enterprise wechat client to invite the wechat user to participate in the reserved online conference, and after detecting that the enterprise wechat user invites the wechat user to participate in the created reserved online conference, the server sends a reserved conference invitation link generated for the reserved online conference to a wechat session between the wechat user and the enterprise wechat user, as shown in (a) in fig. 5.
After detecting that the user triggers a link starting operation aiming at the appointed conference invitation link, the WeChat client starts a conference small program in the WeChat client, and displays basic information of the appointed online conference in an interface of the conference small program, such as a conference subject name, a conference initiator, conference reminding time, conference joining persons, conference information, conference accessories and the like. In addition, the interface of the meeting applet may further include a meeting participation control, the user may reserve to participate in the reserved online meeting by touching the meeting participation control, if the wechat user is a colleague of the initiator of the reserved online meeting, the user may reserve to participate in the reserved online meeting by touching the meeting participation control "i is a colleague, joining an enterprise and participating in a meeting" i am, and if the wechat user is not a colleague of the initiator of the reserved online meeting, the user may reserve to participate in the reserved online meeting by touching the meeting participation control "is not a colleague, and joining an external person" i.e., as shown in (b) of fig. 5.
After the WeChat client detects that the user triggers the operation of reserving and participating in the reserved online conference through the conference applet, the WeChat client can create a reminding schedule corresponding to the reserved online conference. When the reminding time corresponding to the reserved online conference is reached, the wechat user can receive the service notification from the wechat client, click the service notification, and then the wechat user can enter the reserved online conference through the conference applet, as shown in fig. 5 (c).
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a user of the first application client may also actively trigger and start the small conference program, for example, search the small conference program in the first application client and click to enter the small conference program, for example, trigger a pull-down operation on a message list interface of the first application client to call out a small program that is recently used by the user, and if the small conference program is included, the user may click to enter the small conference program. The home page of the meeting applet may display the online meeting that the user of the first application client is currently participating in, the scheduled online meeting that the user is to participate in, and the like.
According to the method, the online conference crossing the first application client and the second application client is developed, after the user of the first application client receives the conference invitation link from the second application client, the second application client does not need to be specially downloaded for participating in the online conference created by the second application client, and the online conference created by the second application client can be directly participated in through the conference applet corresponding to the second application client in the first application client. Therefore, the participation threshold of the online conference is greatly reduced, the operation required to be executed when the user participates in the online conference is simplified, the experience of the user participating in the online conference is improved, and the development of the cross-organization online conference is facilitated.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an online conference implementation method applied to the second application client side, referring to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating the online conference implementation method applied to the second application client side provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the online conference implementation method includes the following steps:
step 601: receiving, by the second application client, a second meeting invitation link; the second meeting invitation link is generated in response to a second meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a meeting applet, corresponding to the second application client, in the first application client, the second meeting participation invitation operation being used to invite a user using the second application client to participate in a second online meeting created through the meeting applet.
In practical applications, a user may create a second online meeting through a meeting applet in a first application client corresponding to a second application client, and invite other users using the first application client or users using the second application client to participate in the second online meeting. When a user using a second application client side is invited to participate in the second online conference, the user can trigger a second conference participation invitation operation through a conference applet in the first application client side; for example, a user may add a user using a second application client as a contact using a first application client, and when the user triggers a second meeting participation invitation operation through a meeting applet in the first application client, the user using the second application client may select to invite the user to participate in the second online meeting among the added contacts, and after detecting that the user triggers the operation through the meeting applet in the first application client, the server correspondingly sends a second meeting invitation link generated for the second online meeting to the corresponding second application client, and accordingly, the second application client may receive the second meeting invitation link for the second online meeting.
In order to facilitate understanding of the implementation process, the implementation process is exemplarily described below by taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client. Specifically, the wechat user can create a second online conference through the conference applet in the wechat client, and the wechat user can add the enterprise wechat user as a contact, so that after the wechat user creates the second online conference through the conference applet, the wechat user can select the enterprise wechat user who invites to participate in the second online conference from the contact, and further inform the server of sending a second conference invitation link generated by the wechat user for the second online conference to the enterprise wechat session of the enterprise wechat user.
Step 602: join, by the second application client, the second online meeting in response to the meeting join operation triggered for the second meeting invitation link.
After receiving the second meeting invitation link, the second application client may display a basic information introduction interface of the second online meeting, which may include basic information of the second online meeting (including but not limited to a meeting subject name, a meeting type, a meeting initiator, meeting participants, meeting remark information, and the like) and a meeting participation control, in response to a link opening operation triggered by the user for the second meeting invitation link, such as a click operation triggered for the second meeting invitation link. If the second application client detects that the user triggers the touch operation for the conference participation control, the second application client can think that the user of the second application client triggers the conference participation operation, and further sends a conference participation request to the server, and after the server confirms that the current login user of the second application client has the authority of participating in the second online conference, the user can participate in the second online conference through the second application client.
In the following, the implementation process is still exemplarily described by taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client. After receiving a second conference invitation link which is invited by a micro credit user to participate in a second online conference through an enterprise micro credit session, the enterprise micro credit user can touch and click the second conference invitation link, the enterprise micro credit client responds to the click operation of the enterprise micro credit user on the second conference invitation link and correspondingly displays a basic information introduction interface of the second online conference, wherein the basic information introduction interface comprises basic information of the second online conference, such as a conference subject name, a conference host, a conference type, conference participation number and the like, the interface can also comprise a conference participation control, and if the enterprise micro credit client detects that the user touches and participates in the conference control, the enterprise micro credit user can be considered to trigger the conference participation operation. Accordingly, after the server confirms that the enterprise micro-credit user has the authority to participate in the second online meeting, the enterprise micro-credit user can participate in the second online meeting through the enterprise micro-credit client.
It should be understood that, in practical applications, the second application client is generally an application client having an online conference function, and when the second application client participates in an online conference initiated by a conference applet in the first application client, the second application client can still support functions related to the online conference, which are provided by the second application client itself, of a user, such as a switching function of a microphone and a camera, a participant information viewing function, a conference attachment viewing and downloading function, a conference identity information editing function, a document presentation function, a screen presentation function, and the like.
According to the method, the online conference spanning the first application client and the second application client is developed, and after the user of the second application client receives the conference invitation link from the conference applet in the first application client, the user can directly participate in the online conference created by the conference applet in the first application client through the second application client. Therefore, the participation threshold of the online conference is reduced, the operation required to be executed when the user participates in the online conference is simplified, the experience of the user participating in the online conference is improved, and the development of the cross-organization online conference is facilitated.
The embodiment of the application also provides an online conference implementation method applied to the server side, and the method is used for supporting a user of a first application client to participate in a first online conference created through a second application client. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of a method for implementing an online conference on a server side according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the online conference implementation method includes the following steps:
step 701: responding to a first conference participation invitation operation initiated by a second application client, and generating a first conference invitation link; the first meeting participation inviting operation is used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in the first online meeting created by the second application client.
Step 702: and sending the first meeting invitation to be linked to the first application client.
In practical application, the server may correspondingly create a logic room and an audio/video room for supporting the first online conference development in response to a conference creation operation triggered by the user through the online conference function in the second application client, where the logic room is used to support implementation of a related logic function (such as controlling a speaking right of a participant in the first online conference, a file sharing right of the participant, and the like) in the first online conference, and the audio/video room is used to support implementation of a forwarding function for an audio/video stream and an auxiliary stream (a data stream corresponding to a function such as screen sharing and the like) in the first online conference.
After the first online conference is established, a user can initiate a first conference participation invitation operation through a second application client so as to invite the user using the first application client to participate in the first online conference established through the second application client; the second application client responds to the first conference participation invitation operation triggered by the user, correspondingly generates a first conference participation invitation request and sends the first conference participation invitation request to the server, and the first conference participation invitation request can comprise: information identifying the first online meeting, information identifying a user using the first application client invited to participate in the first online meeting. And after receiving the first conference participation invitation request, the server correspondingly generates a first conference invitation link and sends the first conference invitation link to the corresponding first application client.
In order to facilitate understanding of the implementation process, the implementation process is still exemplarily described below by taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client. Specifically, an enterprise wechat user can trigger the creation of a first online conference through an online conference function in an enterprise wechat client, and trigger a first conference participation invitation operation aiming at the first online conference so as to invite the wechat user added by the enterprise wechat client to participate in the first online conference; after detecting that the enterprise wechat user triggers a first meeting invitation operation for the first online meeting through the enterprise wechat client, the server correspondingly generates a first meeting invitation link and sends the first meeting invitation link to the wechat client used by the corresponding wechat user.
Step 703: and allowing the user of the first application client to enter a conference room corresponding to the first online conference in response to a conference joining operation triggered by a conference applet corresponding to the second application client in the first application client.
After receiving the first meeting invitation link through the first application client, the user can trigger a link starting operation aiming at the first meeting invitation link so as to start a meeting applet corresponding to the second application client in the first application client; after the conference applet is started, the user can further trigger a conference joining operation through the conference applet, and after the first application client detects that the user triggers the conference joining operation through the conference applet, a first conference joining request is correspondingly generated and sent to the server.
After receiving a first conference participation request sent by a first application client, the server correspondingly checks the identity of a user of the first application client to determine whether the user of the first application client has the authority to participate in the first online conference, and after confirming that the user of the first application client has the authority to participate in the first online conference, the server correspondingly allows the user of the first application client to enter a logic room and an audio-video room corresponding to the first online conference.
Still taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client as an example, after receiving the applet card inviting the wechat client to participate in the first online conference through the wechat session in the wechat client, the wechat client can touch and click the applet card to trigger and start the conference applet in the wechat client; after the conference applet is started, a wechat user can trigger conference participation operation by clicking a conference participation control in a conference applet interface through touch control, and at the moment, a wechat client can correspondingly generate a first conference participation request and send the first conference participation request to a server; after receiving the first conference joining request, the server can check the identity of the current login user of the WeChat client, and after confirming that the current login user of the WeChat client has the right to join the first online conference, the user of the WeChat client can join the first online conference through the conference applet in the WeChat client.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate a user participating in a first online conference to know the validity of the first online conference and avoid the user from being interfered by a malicious fraudulent online conference, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, a situation that a login user of a second application client is bound with corresponding enterprise identity information is preferred, and a server may respond to a participant information viewing operation triggered by the user through the second application client and respond to a participant information viewing operation triggered by the user through a conference applet in a first application client, and send identity information of a participating user of the first online conference to the second application client and the first application client, where, for the user participating in the first online conference through the second application client, the identity information also includes the enterprise identity information bound thereto.
In addition, in practical application, for a user who participates in a first online meeting through a first application client, the server can determine whether the current login user is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information according to the login identity information of the current login user of the first application client; and if so, generating the identity information of the current login user in the first online conference based on the target enterprise identity information.
Specifically, the server may detect whether the current login user registers the second application client or other application clients that need to be registered with the enterprise identity information according to the login identity information of the current login user of the first application client, and if so, obtain the enterprise identity information used when the current login user registers the second application client or other such application clients as the target enterprise identity information, and further generate the identity information of the current login user of the first application client in the first online conference according to the target enterprise identity information.
After detecting that the user in the first online conference triggers the conference participation operation through the conference applet in the first application client or the second application client, the server correspondingly sends the identity information of the participating user in the first online conference to the first application client or the second application client, and for the user in the first online conference, who participates through the first application client, if the user registers the second application client or other application clients with the target enterprise identity information, the identity information also includes the corresponding target enterprise identity information.

Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of another server-side online conference implementation method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the online conference implementation method includes the following steps:
step 801: responding to a second conference participation invitation operation initiated by the conference applet, and generating a second conference invitation link; the second meeting participation invitation operation is for inviting a user using the second application client to participate in a second online meeting created by the meeting applet.
Step 802: and sending the second meeting invitation to be linked to the second application client.
In practical applications, the server may create logical rooms and audio-video rooms for supporting the second on-line conference in response to a conference creation operation triggered by the user through the conference applet in the first application client. After the second online conference is established, the user can initiate a second conference participation invitation operation through the conference applet in the first application client so as to invite the user using the second application client to participate in the second online conference established through the conference applet in the first application client; the first application client responds to a second conference participation invitation operation triggered by the user, correspondingly generates a second conference participation invitation request and sends the second conference participation invitation request to the server, and the second conference participation invitation request can include: information identifying a second online meeting, information identifying a user using a second application client invited to participate in the second online meeting. And after receiving the second conference participation invitation request, the server correspondingly generates a second conference invitation link and sends the second conference invitation link to the corresponding second application client.
In order to facilitate understanding of the implementation process, the implementation process is still exemplarily described below by taking the first application client as the wechat client and the second application client as the enterprise wechat client. Specifically, the wechat client can trigger the creation of a second online conference through a conference applet in the wechat client, and trigger a second conference participation invitation operation for the second online conference to invite enterprise wechat users added by the wechat client to participate in the second online conference; and after detecting that the wechat user triggers a second conference participation invitation operation aiming at the second online conference through the conference applet, the server correspondingly generates a second conference invitation link and sends the second conference invitation link to the enterprise wechat client used by the corresponding enterprise wechat user.
Step 803: and in response to a conference join operation triggered by the second application client for the second conference invitation link, allowing a user of the second application client to enter a conference room corresponding to the second on-line conference.
After receiving the second conference invitation link through the second application client, the user can trigger a link opening operation aiming at the second conference invitation link so as to check a basic information introduction interface of the second online conference; furthermore, the user can trigger the conference participation operation through the conference participation control in the interface, and the second application client generates a second conference participation request correspondingly and sends the second conference participation request to the server after detecting that the user triggers the conference participation operation through the conference participation control.
After receiving a second conference participation request sent by a second application client, the server correspondingly checks the identity of the user of the second application client to determine whether the user of the second application client has the authority to participate in the second on-line conference, and correspondingly allows the user of the second application client to enter a logic room and an audio-video room corresponding to the second on-line conference after confirming that the user of the second application client has the authority to participate in the second on-line conference.
Still taking the first application client as the WeChat client and the second application client as the enterprise WeChat client as an example, after receiving the applet card inviting the user to participate in the second online conference through an enterprise WeChat session in the enterprise WeChat client, the enterprise WeChat client can touch and click the applet card, and in response to the touch and click operation of the user on the applet card, the enterprise WeChat client correspondingly displays a basic information introduction interface of the second online conference, and further, the enterprise WeChat client can touch and click a conference participation control in the interface, and in response to the touch and click operation of the user on the conference participation control, the enterprise WeChat client correspondingly generates a second conference participation request and sends the second conference participation request to the server; after receiving the second conference participation request, the server can check the identity of the current login user of the enterprise wechat client, and after confirming that the current login user of the enterprise wechat client has the right to participate in the second online conference, the user of the enterprise wechat client can directly participate in the second online conference.
According to the method, the online conference spanning the first application client and the second application client is developed, and after the user of the second application client receives the conference invitation link from the conference applet in the first application client, the user can directly participate in the online conference created by the conference applet in the first application client through the second application client. Therefore, the participation threshold of the online conference is reduced, the operation required to be executed when the user participates in the online conference is simplified, the experience of the user participating in the online conference is improved, and the development of the cross-organization online conference is facilitated.
In order to further understand the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, an example of a bottom-layer implementation method of a first application client, a second application client, and a server is described below with a first application client as a wechat client and a second application client as an enterprise wechat client.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the Application is realized based on an online conference function of enterprise wechat and a conference applet in the wechat, the online conference function of the enterprise wechat is accessed into a conference access engine for providing audio and video acquisition capability and audio and video communication capability, a conference background provides an Application Programming Interface (API) for realizing the functions of establishing an online conference, joining the online conference, acquiring conference information and the like, and a module architecture on which the online conference function of the enterprise wechat depends is shown in fig. 9.
The capability of the small conference program in the WeChat for supporting the development of the online conference is realized through a live push component and a live player component in the small conference program, the small conference program is added into a private domain room of the online conference, and the architecture of the main technical realization process is shown in FIG. 10.
A micro-credited user may join a logical room of an online conference through the Rest API. And after the logic room is successfully added, acquiring the information of the audio and video room of the online conference, wherein the information comprises the IP address, the port and the like of a machine for dynamically allocating media streams on the real-time audio and video console side. And acquiring user information added into the audio and video room and authentication information of the online conference, wherein the user information comprises a server of a Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP) agent of the audio and video room and port information of the server, and the port information is issued by dynamically distributing an optimal line through a cloud according to the region of a user so as to improve the fluency of audio and video and conversation of the user in the online conference to the greatest extent. After necessary information of audio and video authentication is acquired, an audio and video channel link is established through a live push, and the audio and video channel link can respond to user audio and video streams pushed by an audio and video channel and push and receive and send collected audio and video streams as well as push and send of audio and video mixed streams or auxiliary streams; it should be noted that screen sharing is realized based on an auxiliary stream, and a person initiating screen sharing can push a screen recording data stream of a current screen through a live push; and the interface machine of the audio and video room of the online conference is responsible for forwarding the screen recording data stream to the RTMP agent, distributing the data stream through the audio and video channel and pushing the data stream to other users in the audio and video room.
While the operations are carried out, a WebSocket long connection channel of an enterprise wechat conference logic room is required to be established, and the state of the current user in the logic room is initialized. It should be noted that the online conference function in the enterprise WeChat has independent conference control capabilities, such as document sharing, screen sharing, moderator conference control capabilities, and the like, and these conference control capabilities are all realized based on a long connection channel. The enterprise wechat independent conference control capability specifically includes but is not limited to on-line/off-line of participants, switching a microphone, switching a camera, controlling by a host, asking other participants to speak on the platform, controlling entry of the participants in the conference, flexible conference management rules and the like, and the capability can be independently controlled by an enterprise wechat background, for example, the on-line/off-line of the participants informs a background of a conference side to update the conference state through a Rest API so as to keep the member state of an audio and video room and the member state of a logic room synchronous. The complete conference implementation flow architecture of the enterprise wechat side is shown in fig. 11.
The implementation and the notice of the conference on the access line of the enterprise wechat client and the conference applet in the wechat client are described below with reference to fig. 12. The enterprise wechat provides basic capability of accessing an audio and video room for users of enterprise wechat clients through accessing a conference access engine (Xcast SDK), including but not limited to audio and video acquisition, playing, beautifying, stream pushing control and the like, and meanwhile, a long access channel between the enterprise wechat clients and an online conference logic room of an enterprise wechat background is established. The enterprise wechat client requests a Rest API to establish a conference through the enterprise wechat background, correspondingly returns information of an audio and video room to the enterprise wechat client after the conference is established by the enterprise wechat background, initiates a stream pushing action through a conference access engine after the enterprise wechat client acquires the information of the audio and video room, and receives a stream pushing event, audio and video data, user information of the audio and video room and the like.
It should be noted that the user list of the audio/video room is a userpenid generated based on instanceID _ userID _ appid transmitted when the online conference is created, and for the user list of the logical room, user id information of a user needs to be added to the user list of the audio/video room to associate the logical room with the user of the audio/video room.
In addition, for the enterprise WeChat client and the WeChat client, the enterprise WeChat client and the WeChat client can receive audio and video stream data generated by users in the same audio and video room and use live player to perform picture rendering. The conference applet in the WeChat client can initiate a long link to establish a synchronous command (SYNC) channel with the enterprise WeChat background to issue or upload a conference control instruction.
In addition, the user of the enterprise wechat client can also initiate screen sharing, the capability of data acquisition and pushing is realized through an audio-video stream channel of Real-Time audio-video (RTC), and stream is pushed for other users in an audio-video room, so that other users can receive the shared screen picture of the sharer.
The implementation of the conference control function of the enterprise wechat client is described below with reference to fig. 13. The conference control of the enterprise WeChat on the online conference is realized through a long connecting channel of a single logic room, and the conference control of the enterprise WeChat comprises but is not limited to that a host controls participants to go on and off the platform, and controls to turn on or off audio and video and the like. An enterprise wechat user can initiate document sharing in a conference, when the document sharing is initiated, the shared document can be converted into a shared data stream through an enterprise wechat background, the shared data stream is pushed to other users through a long connecting channel, shared data (including behaviors of document editing, page turning, arrow drawing and the like in initiator sharing) received by a conference small program is updated in real time, and rendering is carried out on the conference small program side synchronously.
The audiovisual Rest API access layer is described below in connection with fig. 14. The Rest API is responsible for docking an enterprise WeChat background and is responsible for creating a conference, entering the conference, exiting the conference, acquiring audio and video authentication information and other logic channel capabilities; in addition, the Rest API is also responsible for communication with a central Server (Center Server) of the conference, controlling the state of the conference and logical processing operations such as checking the right of personnel to join the conference room. The Center Server is responsible for interacting with a Server of the audio and video proxy forwarding layer, and logical processing operations including right control for managing a conference room, state synchronization with the audio and video room and the like are realized. The audio and video proxy forwarding layer is responsible for data communication with the interface machine, and realizes the functions of accessing the audio mixing module, accessing the audio and video transcoding module, forwarding the service capability of the RTC to the conference applet through the RTMP and the like. The interface machine provides dynamic distribution modules according to a user access layer and bottom layer services for audio and video access forwarding.
The audio-video engine is described below in conjunction with fig. 15. The Engine Interface layer (Engine Interface) is mainly used for providing interfaces for starting, stopping and setting various parameters for the upper layer, and notifying and calling back events related to the Engine, and in addition, the Engine does not provide actual network transmission, but realizes the data receiving and sending interfaces for the upper layer. Input/Output Stream (IO Stream) is an important abstract concept (similar to the ideas of response programming and TensorFlow) in an engine, each data processing module (such as unpacking, forward error correction, audio decoding, audio mixing and the like) is connected in series into one or more tree links flowing in a single direction through the IO Stream, the processing of each module is distributed on each node according to the sequence, and the topology structure of the IO Stream is formed by ctoplo node organization.
Each CtopoNode node binds a Cparser object, Cparser needs to realize two functions, namely ProcessInput and ProcessOutput, the former analyzes and processes data when the data flows into the module, and the latter sends the processed data to the next module when the data flows out of the module.
The basic process flow of the engine involves two main flows, a receive flow and a transmit flow, which build the topology when the engine is started. The receiving stream is unpacked by the DMX node after being packed by the network, and then is divided into a plurality of DecumberChannels according to uin, each DecumberChannel has an independent IO call chain and respectively corresponds to Forward Error Correction (FEC) decoding, QT decoding, anti-shaking and audio decoding, all DecumberChannels are combined together and enter a sound mixing module, and finally, the DecumberChannels are output to a terminal for playing. Wherein, the transmission stream is collected from the recording device, then is subjected to 3A, coding, QT coding and FEC coding, and finally is transmitted to the network.
For the above-described online conference implementation method, the present application also provides a corresponding online conference implementation apparatus, so that the online conference implementation method is applied and implemented in practice.
Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of an online conference implementation apparatus 1600 corresponding to the online conference implementation method shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 16, the online conference realizing apparatus 1600 includes:
a link receiving module 1601, configured to receive, by a first application client, a first meeting invitation link; the first meeting invitation link is generated in response to a first meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a second application client, the first meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a first online meeting created through the second application client;

The embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device for implementing an online conference, where the electronic device may specifically be a terminal device or a server, and the terminal device and the server provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described in terms of hardware implementation.
Referring to fig. 19, fig. 19 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 19, for convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown, and details of the specific techniques are not disclosed, please refer to the method portion of the embodiments of the present application. The terminal can be any terminal equipment including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, abbreviated as "PDA"), a Sales terminal (Point of Sales, abbreviated as "POS"), a vehicle-mounted computer, and the like, taking the terminal as a smart phone as an example:
fig. 19 is a block diagram illustrating a partial structure of a smart phone related to a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 19, the smart phone includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 1910, memory 1920, input unit 1930, display 1940, sensor 1950, audio circuit 1960, wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 1970, processor 1980, and power 1990. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the smartphone configuration shown in fig. 19 is not limiting and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
The memory 1920 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 1980 executes various functional applications and data processing of the smart phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1920. The memory 1920 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the smartphone, and the like. Further, the memory 1920 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The processor 1980 is a control center of the smart phone, connects various parts of the entire smart phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the smart phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1920 and calling data stored in the memory 1920, thereby integrally monitoring the smart phone. Alternatively, processor 1980 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 1980 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1980.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processor 1980 included in the terminal also has the following functions:
receiving, by a first application client, a first meeting invitation link; the first meeting invitation link is generated in response to a first meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a second application client, the first meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a first online meeting created through the second application client;

Referring to fig. 20, fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram of a server 2000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server 2000 may vary widely in configuration or performance and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 2022 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 2032, one or more storage media 2030 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 2042 or data 2044. The memory 2032 and the storage medium 2030 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 2030 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations on a server. Further, the central processor 2022 may be arranged to communicate with the storage medium 2030 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 2030 on the server 2000.
The server 2000 may also include one or more power supplies 2026, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 2050, one or more input-output interfaces 2058, and/or one or more operating systems such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The steps performed by the server in the above embodiment may be based on the server structure shown in fig. 20.
The CPU 2022 is configured to perform the following steps:
responding to a first conference participation invitation operation initiated by a second application client, and generating a first conference invitation link; the first meeting participation inviting operation is used for inviting a user using a first application client to participate in a first online meeting created by the second application client;
sending the first meeting invitation link to the first application client;

"at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of single item(s) or plural items. Claims (14)

1. An online conference implementation method, the method comprising:
receiving, by a first application client, a first meeting invitation link; the first meeting invitation link is generated in response to a first meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a second application client, the first meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a first online meeting created through the second application client; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
responding to a link starting operation triggered by the first meeting invitation link, and starting a meeting applet corresponding to the second application client in the first application client;
in response to a meeting join operation triggered based on the meeting applet, joining, by the first application client, the first online meeting;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
under the condition that the current login user of the first application client is determined to be registered in the second application client by the enterprise identity information of the current login user, the current login user of the first application client is determined to be bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information, and the identity information of the current login user in the first online conference is generated based on the target enterprise identity information;
and in response to the participant information viewing operation triggered based on the meeting applet, displaying the identity information of the participating users of the first online meeting.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether the second application client is installed locally;
and if so, triggering and starting the second application client installed locally, and participating in the first online conference through the second application client.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving, by the first application client, the first meeting invitation link comprises:
receiving a reservation meeting invitation link through the first application client; the reserved conference invitation link is generated in response to a reserved conference participation invitation operation initiated by the second application client, wherein the reserved conference participation invitation operation is used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a reserved online conference created by the second application client;
after the launching of the conference applet in the first application client corresponding to the second application client, the method further comprises:
responding to an appointed conference participation operation triggered based on the conference small program, and creating a reminding schedule corresponding to the appointed online conference;
when the target time is reached, generating a conference reminding notice through the first application client; the target time is determined based on a start time of the scheduled online meeting.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and responding to a viewing operation triggered by the meeting reminding notification, and participating in the reserved online meeting through the meeting applet in the first application client.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving, by the first application client, the first meeting invitation link comprises:
receiving the first meeting invitation link through a target session in the first application client; the target session includes any one of: a current login user of the first application client side and a private chat session of an invitation user, including a group chat session of the invitation user; the inviting user is a user initiating the first conference participation inviting operation through the second application client.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a forwarding participation invitation operation aiming at the first online conference, and sending the first conference invitation link to a user to be invited; the forwarding participation invitation operation comprises any one of the following operations: forwarding the first meeting invitation link, joining the first online meeting based on an invitation initiated by the meeting applet; the user to be invited comprises at least one of the following: a user of the first application client, a user of the second application client.
7. An online conference implementation method, the method comprising:
receiving, by the second application client, a second meeting invitation link; the second meeting invitation link is generated in response to a second meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a meeting applet, corresponding to the second application client, in the first application client, the second meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the second application client to participate in a second online meeting created through the meeting applet; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
in response to a meeting join operation triggered for the second meeting invitation link, joining, by the second application client, the second online meeting;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
the first application client is used for determining that the current login user of the first application client is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information under the condition that the current login user of the first application client is determined to be registered in the second application client by the enterprise identity information of the first application client, and generating the identity information of the current login user in the second online conference based on the target enterprise identity information; in response to a participant information viewing operation triggered based on the meeting applet, displaying identity information of participating users of the second online meeting.
8. An online conference implementation method, the method comprising:
responding to a first conference participation invitation operation initiated by a second application client, and generating a first conference invitation link; the first meeting participation inviting operation is used for inviting a user using a first application client to participate in a first online meeting created by the second application client; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
sending the first meeting invitation link to the first application client;
allowing a user of the first application client to enter a conference room corresponding to the first online conference in response to a conference join operation triggered by a conference applet in the first application client corresponding to the second application client;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
the first application client is used for determining that the current login user of the first application client is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information under the condition that the current login user of the first application client is determined to be registered in the second application client by the enterprise identity information of the first application client, and generating the identity information of the current login user in the first online meeting based on the target enterprise identity information; and in response to the participant information viewing operation triggered based on the meeting applet, displaying the identity information of the participating users of the first online meeting.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
responding to a second conference participation invitation operation initiated by the conference applet, and generating a second conference invitation link; the second meeting participation inviting operation is used for inviting the user using the second application client to participate in a second online meeting created by the meeting applet;
sending the second meeting invitation to link to the second application client;
and in response to a conference join operation triggered by the second application client for the second conference invitation link, allowing a user of the second application client to enter a conference room corresponding to the second on-line conference.
10. An online conference realization apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the link receiving module is used for receiving a first meeting invitation link through a first application client; the first meeting invitation link is generated in response to a first meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a second application client, the first meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the first application client to participate in a first online meeting created through the second application client; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
the applet starting module is used for responding to a link starting operation triggered by the first conference invitation link and starting a conference applet corresponding to the second application client in the first application client;
a conference joining module, configured to join the first online conference through the first application client in response to a conference joining operation triggered based on the conference applet;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
an identity information generation module, configured to determine that a current login user of the first application client is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information when it is determined that the current login user of the first application client has registered with the second application client using own enterprise identity information, and generate identity information of the current login user in the first online conference based on the target enterprise identity information;
and the identity information display module is used for responding to the participant information viewing operation triggered based on the conference small program and displaying the identity information of the participating users of the first online conference.
11. An online conference realization apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the link receiving module is used for receiving a second meeting invitation link through a second application client; the second meeting invitation link is generated in response to a second meeting participation invitation operation initiated through a meeting applet, corresponding to the second application client, in the first application client, the second meeting participation invitation operation being used for inviting a user using the second application client to participate in a second online meeting created through the meeting applet; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
a conference join module configured to join the second online conference through the second application client in response to a conference join operation triggered for the second conference invitation link;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
the first application client is used for determining that the current login user of the first application client is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information under the condition that the current login user of the first application client is determined to be registered in the second application client by the enterprise identity information of the first application client, and generating the identity information of the current login user in the second online conference based on the target enterprise identity information; in response to a participant information viewing operation triggered based on the meeting applet, displaying identity information of participating users of the second online meeting.
12. An online conference realization apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the link generation module is used for responding to a first conference participation invitation operation initiated by the second application client and generating a first conference invitation link; the first meeting participation inviting operation is used for inviting a user using a first application client to participate in a first online meeting created by the second application client; the first application client is an instant messaging application program supporting an applet function, and the second application client is an office application program with an online conference calling function;
the link sending module is used for sending the first meeting invitation to be linked to the first application client;
a conference authentication module, configured to allow a user of the first application client to enter a conference room corresponding to the first online conference in response to a conference join operation triggered by a conference applet, corresponding to the second application client, in the first application client;
the login user of the second application client side is registered with the enterprise identity information of the user and logs in the second application client side, so that the login user of the second application client side is bound with the corresponding enterprise identity information;
the first application client is used for determining that the current login user of the first application client is bound with corresponding target enterprise identity information under the condition that the current login user of the first application client is determined to be registered in the second application client by the enterprise identity information of the first application client, and generating the identity information of the current login user in the first online meeting based on the target enterprise identity information; and in response to the participant information viewing operation triggered based on the meeting applet, displaying the identity information of the participating users of the first online meeting.
13. An electronic device, comprising a processor and a memory:
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to perform the steps of the online conference implementation method according to any one of the claims 1 to 9, according to the computer program.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, for storing a computer program which, when read and executed by a processor of a computer device, causes the computer device to perform the steps of the online conference implementation method according to any one of the claims 1 to 9.
