In some embodiments, the database 150 may be directly connected to one or more components in the order data processing system, or the database 150 may be part of the server 110.
The order data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the content described in the order data processing system shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an order data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by one or more processors in an order data processing system, and as shown in fig. 2, the specific execution process includes:
S201: acquiring order data of a target user in a historical order period, clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing order resource data in the historical order period, and settlement data corresponding to the order data and used for settling the order resource data in a current resource data settlement period corresponding to the historical order period.
In this step, when the target user needs to be assisted in order data checking, order data of an order generated by the service provided by the target user in a historical order period, clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing order resource data in the historical order period, and settlement data corresponding to the order data and used for settling order resource data in a current resource data settlement period corresponding to the historical order period may be obtained first.
In an actual application scenario, the historical order cycle may be a statistical cycle with a unit of day, week or month, and generally, for each order, most of the current orders are cleared of resource data of each link in real time, so clearing data is also generated by clearing in the historical order cycle, and final settlement of resource data is generally delayed, such as a later cycle, so that a current resource data settlement cycle of the resource data settlement may be a next statistical cycle of the historical order cycle.
The acquired data of each link may be acquired in real time after the resource data of each link is generated, or may be acquired and stored data of each link in a current resource data settlement period.
The target user can be a merchant user including a merchant and an individual who provides services on a third-party electronic morning platform.
S202: and checking each piece of completed order information indicated by the order data and each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data to obtain a clearing omission order which is not cleared by the resource data in the completed order.
In this step, after the order data and the clearing data are obtained, the order data and the clearing data may be used to check each piece of completed order information indicated by the order data and each piece of clearing order information indicated in the clearing data, so as to implement checking of the completed order and the clearing order, and obtain a clearing missing order in which resource data is not cleared in the completed order when the completed order is cleared.
Specifically, first, each finished order identifier indicated by each finished order information in the order data and each cleared order identifier indicated by each cleared order information in the cleared data may be obtained, and then each finished order identifier indicated by each finished order information in the order data is matched with each cleared order identifier indicated by each cleared order information in the cleared data, for example, each finished order identifier is used to query each cleared order identifier one by one, a finished order identifier that cannot be queried in each cleared order identifier is determined, and the finished order may be regarded as an order that is not cleared, so that a first missing order that is not cleared in the finished order is determined.
Then, each order completion amount indicated by each completed order information in the order data and each order clearing amount indicated by each cleared order information in the clearing data can be obtained, and then, each order completion amount indicated by each completed order information in the order data is matched with each order clearing amount indicated by each cleared order information in the clearing data, for example, the completed order amounts are matched with the corresponding clearing order amounts one by one to see whether the completed order amounts are consistent or not, and a completed order with inconsistent amount can be regarded as a clearing failure order, so that a clearing failure order with unmatched order clearing amount and order completion amount in the clearing order is determined.
Then, it can be determined that the first missing order and the clearing failed order are clearing missing orders that have not been cleared of resource data in the completed orders.
Further, matching each order completion amount indicated by each completed order information in the order data with each order clearing amount indicated by each cleared order information in the clearing data, determining a clearing failure order in which the order clearing amount in the clearing order does not match the order completion amount, a clearing credit rating corresponding to the target user may be obtained first, e.g. due to different regulations, different agreements or different user-platform contracts, and then determining expected clearing amount corresponding to each completed order based on the clearing and accounting proportion and each order completion amount indicated by each completed order information in the order data, and determining the clearing order of which the clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data is not matched with the corresponding expected clearing amount as a clearing failure order.
Preferably, when the clearing amount of each order is different from the corresponding estimated clearing amount, the corresponding clearing order is determined as a clearing failure order.
S203: and checking each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data and each piece of settlement order information indicated by the settlement data to obtain a settlement missing order which is not subjected to resource data settlement in the clearing order.
In this step, after the clearing data and the settlement data are obtained, the clearing data and the settlement data may be used to perform proofreading through each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data and each piece of settlement order information indicated by the settlement data, thereby achieving proofreading of the clearing order and the settlement order, and obtaining a settlement missing order in which settlement of the resource data is not performed in the clearing order when settlement is performed on the clearing order.
Specifically, first, each clearing order identifier indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data and each settlement order identifier indicated by each settlement order information in the settlement data may be obtained, and then each clearing order identifier indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data and each settlement order identifier indicated by each settlement order information in the settlement data are matched, for example, each clearing order identifier is used to query in each settlement order identifier one by one, so as to determine a clearing order identifier that cannot be queried in each settlement order identifier, and the clearing order may be regarded as an order that is not settled, so as to determine a second missing order that is not settled in the clearing order.
Then, each order clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data and each order settlement amount indicated by each settlement order information in the settlement data may be acquired, and then, each order clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data is matched with each order settlement amount indicated by each settlement order information in the settlement data, for example, the clearing order amounts are matched with the corresponding settlement order amounts one by one to see whether the clearing order amounts are consistent or not, and a clearing order with an inconsistent amount can be regarded as a settlement failed order, so that a settlement failed order in which the order settlement amount is not matched with the order clearing amount is determined.
Then, it can be determined that the second missing order and the settlement failed order are settlement missing orders that have not been settled for the resource data among the clearing orders.
The order identifier of each type of order (completed order, cleared order, and settled order) may be an identifier that can uniquely identify the order in the order, such as an order number, an order serial number, an order name, or an order identifier (e.g., a barcode, a two-dimensional code, etc.).
Further, the order clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data is matched with each order clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data, and a settlement failure order with unmatched clearing order amount is determined, wherein an settlement split proportion corresponding to the target user, for example, a split proportion due to different rules, different conventions or agreement on links corresponding to different users and platforms, is obtained first, then a predicted settlement amount corresponding to each clearing order is determined based on the settlement split proportion and each order clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data, and the settlement order with unmatched clearing amount indicated by each clearing order information in the clearing data is determined as the settlement failure order.
Preferably, when the settlement amount of each order is different from the corresponding estimated settlement amount, the corresponding settlement order is determined as a settlement failure order.
S204: and generating an unsettled order list comprising the clearing missing order and the clearing missing order in the current resource data clearing period, and sending the unsettled order list to the user terminal of the target user.
In this step, after the clearing missing order and the settlement missing order are obtained, an unsettled order list of the target user during settlement in the current resource data settlement cycle may be generated, where the unsettled order list includes the clearing missing order and the settlement missing order, and then the unsettled order list may be sent to the user terminal of the target user, so that the target user may continue data checking directly through the unsettled order list, checking of all data by the user is not required, the data checking amount of the target user is reduced, the data checking efficiency of the target user is improved, and time and labor are saved.
Specifically, when an unsettled order list including the settlement missing order and the settlement missing order in the current resource data settlement cycle is generated and the unsettled order list is sent to the user terminal of the target user, in order to enable the target user to know more detailed information without separately querying the unsettled order, when the settlement order list is generated, the unsettled reason of each unsettled order in the unsettled order list may be simultaneously sorted out to be sent to the target user, specifically, the unsettled factor information of the settlement missing order may be determined from each piece of completed order information, and the unsettled factor information of the settlement missing order may be determined from each piece of settled order information, and then after the unsettled order list including the settlement missing order and the settlement missing order in the current resource data settlement cycle is generated, and sending the list of the unsettled orders, the information of the unsettled factors and the information of the unsettled factors to a user terminal of the target user.
The non-settlement factor information may refer to a reason for settlement failure when the order is settled, and correspondingly, the non-settlement factor information may refer to a reason for settlement failure when the order is settled. The failure may be caused by a network, a system, data mismatch, data omission, or the like.
Therefore, the user can conveniently check the resource data through the unsettled order list without manually inquiring in each link by the target user, the efficiency of checking the resource data is improved, and the time consumption and the energy consumption are saved.
The order data processing method comprises the steps of obtaining order data of a target user in a historical order period, clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing order resource data in the historical order period, and clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing the order resource data in a current resource data clearing period corresponding to the historical order period; checking each piece of completed order information indicated by the order data and each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data to obtain a clearing omission order which is not cleared by the resource data in the completed order; checking each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data and each piece of settlement order information indicated by the settlement data to obtain a settlement missing order which is not subjected to resource data settlement in the clearing order; and generating an unsettled order list comprising the clearing missing order and the clearing missing order in the current resource data clearing period, and sending the unsettled order list to the user terminal of the target user.
Therefore, the abnormal orders in all links can be obtained by checking the acquired independent data of all links, so that the problem that the merchant user cannot know the order of all links in the third-party electronic commerce platform is solved, the account checking of a large number of orders in all links can be accurately and effectively carried out, the probability of bill problems caused by untimely account checking is reduced, and the resource data safety is favorably improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another order data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by one or more processors in an order data processing system, and as shown in fig. 3, the specific execution process includes:
s301: acquiring order data of a target user in a historical order period, clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing order resource data in the historical order period, and settlement data corresponding to the order data and used for settling the order resource data in a current resource data settlement period corresponding to the historical order period.
S302: and checking each piece of completed order information indicated by the order data and each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data to obtain a clearing omission order which is not cleared by the resource data in the completed order.
S303: and checking each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data and each piece of settlement order information indicated by the settlement data to obtain a settlement missing order which is not subjected to resource data settlement in the clearing order.
S304: and generating an unsettled order list comprising the clearing missing order and the clearing missing order in the current resource data clearing period, and sending the unsettled order list to the user terminal of the target user.
The descriptions of step S301 to step S304 may refer to the descriptions of step S201 to step S204, and the same technical effects may be achieved, which are not described herein again.
S305: and acquiring the bill particulars of each unsettled order in the unsettled order list and the bill particulars of the settlement list of each unsettled order in each settlement order.
In this step, in order to facilitate the checking and confirmation of the target user for the detailed information of each unsettled order in the unsettled order list, after the unsettled order list is sent to the target user terminal, further, the order detail information is extracted from each piece of settled order information indicated in the settlement data, so as to obtain the bill detail of each unsettled order in the unsettled order list and the bill detail of the settlement list excluding each unsettled order in each settled order.
S306, the bill particulars of each unsettled order and the bill particulars of each settled order are sent to the user terminal of the target user.
In some embodiments of the present application, after step S304, the order data processing method includes:
determining a coping processing strategy of each unsettled list in the unsettled order list based on the unsettled factor information and the unsettled factor information; and sending the coping processing strategy of each unsettled list to the user terminal of the target user.
In this step, after determining the non-settlement factor information of the settlement missing order and the non-settlement factor information of the settlement missing order, a coping process policy for each non-settlement list in the non-settlement order list may be determined for the non-settlement factor information and the non-settlement factor information, that is, a solution may be given for the non-settlement order, and then the coping process policy for each non-settlement list may be sent to the user terminal of the target user.
For example, for a part of the non-settlement list, the non-settlement may be caused by data omission due to network reasons, and the processing is relatively simple, and the corresponding coping processing policy may be to perform the settlement in the next resource data settlement period.
In some embodiments of the present application, after step S304, the order data processing method includes:
in the next resource data settlement period of the current resource data settlement period, determining whether each unsettled order in the unsettled order list is processed according to a corresponding coping processing strategy and/or whether each unsettled order in the unsettled order list is settled; and if each unsettled order in the unsettled order list is not processed according to the corresponding coping processing strategy and/or each unsettled order in the unsettled order list is not yet settled, adding the unsettled order which is not processed and/or is unsettled into the unsettled order list of the next resource data settlement period.
Therefore, through timely order monitoring, the user is helped to track the unsettled order, the energy consumption of order processing can be saved, time and labor are saved, simultaneously, the data of the unsettled order can be updated, and the omission of the order can be avoided.
The order data processing method comprises the steps of obtaining order data of a target user in a historical order period, clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing order resource data in the historical order period, and clearing data corresponding to the order data and used for clearing the order resource data in a current resource data clearing period corresponding to the historical order period; checking each piece of completed order information indicated by the order data and each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data to obtain a clearing omission order which is not cleared by the resource data in the completed order; checking each piece of clearing order information indicated by the clearing data and each piece of settlement order information indicated by the settlement data to obtain a settlement missing order which is not subjected to resource data settlement in the clearing order; generating an unsettled order list comprising the clearing missing order and the clearing missing order in the current resource data clearing period, and sending the unsettled order list to the user terminal of the target user; acquiring the bill particulars of each unsettled order in the unsettled order list and the bill particulars of the settlement list of each unsettled order in each settlement order except the unsettled order from the information of each settlement order; and sending the bill particulars of each unsettled order and the bill particulars of each settled order to the user terminal of the target user.
Therefore, the abnormal orders and the bill particulars in each link can be obtained by checking the acquired independent data of each link, so that the problem that a merchant user cannot know the order of each link in the third-party electronic commerce platform is solved, the account checking of a large number of orders in each link can be accurately and effectively carried out, the probability of the bill problem caused by the fact that the account checking is not timely is reduced, and the resource data safety is favorably improved.
