Description

装有螺钉接线端的电器
本发明涉及到电器,它包括一塑料盖或帽及至少一个接线端,接线端上采用一导线夹紧螺钉,其螺纹杆可旋入一固定联接件的一个螺纹夹紧孔中;其制有螺纹的螺钉头在该螺钉旋出时自身保持在帽中持位圆孔中。
专利FR-A2667989叙述了装有这类接线端的电器。这类接线端在使用中,当螺钉头螺纹与帽中相应螺纹啮合时,旋进或旋出螺钉会很费力。
本发明的目的就是要克服该问题,采用旋动螺钉费力较小的接线端使电器接上电缆或接线垫圈。
本发明的另一个目的是防止螺钉与帽中螺纹孔对中不良。
按照本发明,塑料盖中圆孔靠里部分制有螺纹,该圆孔其余外边部分的长度足以包容螺钉头制有螺纹部分的大部分长度。这就显著减少旋动螺钉所费的力。
该螺钉上最好装一锁位夹紧垫圈,其一侧用于夹紧导线,而其另一侧则用于座靠帽上的抵靠面;当该垫圈处在抵靠位置时,螺钉头螺纹与其持位螺纹完全脱离。因此,在夹紧垫圈到达抵靠位置后,若再旋动螺钉,则该持位螺纹不会受到损坏。
持位螺纹最好制作在径向小扇形突缘上,沿帽中圆孔全周这些突缘按圆周角均布,例如相间120°。
帽中圆孔的制有螺纹部分和未制螺纹部分之间的直径最好相差一微小间隙,这样,当螺钉头与其持位螺纹啮合而要下旋螺钉使垫圈夹紧导线时,可使其螺纹杆与夹紧螺纹孔之间达到令人满意的对中。
若预制持位螺纹,最好对其过量加工而产生配合间隙,以容纳螺杆夹紧螺纹与螺钉头持位螺纹同时啮合时的螺纹间角相差。
下面结合附图说明本发明的一个非限制性实施例。附图中:

图3是图1中相同部分的局部剖开透视图;
图4和5分别表示螺钉接线端的两个不同使用位置;
图6表示持位螺纹过量加工的一个例子;
附图所示的螺钉接线端包括一个与固定在低压电器底座或外壳C上的固定导电件B相配合并与固定在该电器底座上的一帽盖E相配合的螺钉A。本文所用帽一词应作广义理解,是指包裹电器一个或多个接线端的一部分或其全部的任何帽、盖或壳体。
螺钉A包括螺钉头10、螺杆11及该螺钉头与螺杆之间的光杆12;一夹紧垫圈13套装在光杆12上且有一定的活动自由度。垫圈13可以是扁平形、长方形或如图所示的V型。螺杆11上的阳螺纹T1与固定导电件B上的一螺纹孔阴螺纹T1′相配合。
螺钉头10包括螺纹部15和插旋部16,螺纹部15的直径大于螺杆11的直径,插旋部16上为螺丝刀开有凹槽,该插旋部表面光滑,其直径小于螺纹部15的直径。螺纹部15的阳螺纹T2与帽E较硬壁面18上的圆孔17中持位阴螺纹T2′相配合,帽E与螺钉轴线X-X垂直。螺纹T1、T2的螺距相同,直径较小的部分16用来使螺纹T2与T2′对中。
为减小旋动螺钉所需的力,持位螺纹T2′制作在盖E圆孔17中长为l1的靠里部分19上;孔17的其余靠外部分20中未制螺纹,其长度足以容纳螺钉头的螺纹部分15;长度l1不到该孔总长的的一半,孔17的部分20的直径D略微大于其部分19的直径D′(螺纹T2′的外径),从而螺钉头的部分15可在部分20中以微小的径向间隙移动,以保证螺钉获得良好的轴向引导而无须加大旋动螺钉所需的力。
在帽E内侧设有抵靠面21,以免垫圈13进一步外移及螺钉A从电器上脱落,当垫圈13抵靠表面21时,螺钉头10与孔17的螺纹部分19之间有一轴向间隙e。帽E用夹具类的永久性联接件或可拆卸的侧向联接件22固定到电器底座C上,当螺纹T1、T1′还在啮合位置而旋合螺纹T2、T2′时,用该联接件承受施加到壁18上的轴向作用力。
可在圆孔17的整个圆周上制作持位阴螺纹T2′(图1),最好在120°等分的径向小扇形突缘23上制作阴螺纹T2′,例如图2和3所示。螺纹T2′的螺线总长大大小于螺纹T2的螺线长度。外壳C或帽盖E中设有隔离接线端并引导垫圈13沿X-X轴向移动的档板24。
可依靠金属螺钉头的阳螺纹T2本身在塑料壁18的孔17中旋动自攻持位阴螺纹T2′,也可在孔17中预制阴螺纹T2′,且过量加工而形成充分的间隙来容纳螺杆11的螺纹T1、T1′与螺钉头10的螺纹T2、T2′同时啮合时的角相差。
下面结合图1、4和5说明该接线端的工作情况。
为把导线或电缆F的裸端夹进该接线端,(用插入圆孔17的螺丝刀)把螺钉A从图4或5所示的“打开”位置旋到图1所示的夹紧位置;在图4中,螺纹T2、T2′处于啮合状态,在图5中,螺纹T2、T2′处于不啮合的紧邻位置。套在光杆12上的垫圈13受挡板24引导并撬转装夹导线F,从而垫圈13在螺钉头底面顶压下把导线F夹紧在该垫圈与固定导电件B之间。
为完全打开接线端,特别在要套入电缆接线垫圈G时(图5),可旋动螺钉(图4),至少使螺纹T2的第一段螺纹旋入螺纹T2′,而此时螺纹T1、T1′仍处于啮合状态。螺钉头10由其较细部分16和/或帽E上的对中结构而对中圆孔17。若孔17未预制螺纹,则由阴螺纹T2在其径向突缘23上攻制阴螺纹T2′,此时由固定件B通过螺纹T1、T1′承受反作用力;若孔17预制有螺纹T2′,通过对螺纹T2′做过量加工形成径向间隙25和轴向间隙26,来容纳螺纹T1、T1′和螺纹T2、T2′同时啮合时的角相差。

Claims (8)

1、具有至少一个接线端的电器,包括一个由螺钉头、螺杆组成的螺钉,及在该螺钉头与螺杆间的锁位夹紧垫圈;
该螺杆可与该电器上一固定导电件的一螺纹夹紧孔调节配合,而把一导线夹紧在夹紧垫圈和该固定件之间;
该螺钉头包括一可与该电器一帽盖的一圆孔中持位螺纹调节配合的制有螺纹部分;
其特征在于:
所述持位螺纹制作在帽盖(E)圆孔(17)的靠里部分;
该圆孔其余靠外部分(20)的长度足以容纳螺钉(A)头部(10)之上制有螺纹部分(15)的长度(l2)的大部分。
2、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,夹紧垫圈(13)可顶触帽盖(E)的抵靠面(21)而锁位螺钉(A),当夹紧垫圈这样抵触时,螺钉头(10)的螺纹(T2)实质上脱开持位螺纹(T2′)。
3、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,持位螺纹(T2′)仅制作在圆孔(17)内壁的若干径向小扇形突缘(23)上。
4、按权利要求3所述的电器,其特征在于,该径向扇形突缘(23)相隔120°。
5、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,螺钉头(10)制有螺纹部分(T2)以微小间隙置放在帽盖(E)圆孔(17)的未制螺纹部分(20)之中。
6、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,螺钉头(10)有一直径较细的光滑部分(16),用来使螺钉头制有螺纹部分(T2)与持位螺纹(T2′)对中。
7、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,用螺钉头(10)的螺纹(T2)本身在帽盖(E)圆孔(17)中的径向突缘(23)上自攻持位螺纹(T2′)。
8、按权利要求1所述的电器,其特征在于,在圆孔(17)中预制持位螺纹(T2′)并过量加工,以形成一定间隙(25,26)来容纳螺杆螺纹(T1,T1′)和螺钉头螺纹(T2,T2′)同时啮合时其间的角相差。
