Abstract

本发明公开的一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,包括轴承外圈以及轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设置有保持架,所述保持架的球兜中设置有滚珠;其特征在于,在所述轴承外圈外环面设置有三个环形凹槽,在每个环形凹槽内设置有异形防脱橡胶圈。本发明在轴承外圈的外环面安装的异形防脱橡胶圈与轴承座配合,使得轴承固定在轴承座中,并且由于橡胶圈的防脱结构在安装过程中不会造成脱落,对轴承起到定位的作用。环形凹槽内所设置的防脱橡胶圈利用橡胶弹性好的特性能有效地解决了马达在高转速状态下产生的振动对轴承造成的影响并且能够提供更好的密封性能。而且也不会因为使用时间过长所导致轴承位移发生载荷变化而影响轴承的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车ABS马达用轴承。
背景技术
轴承是在机械传动过程中起固定和减小载荷摩擦系数的部件。也可以说,当其它机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,用来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦系数和保持轴中心位置固定的机件。轴承是当代机械设备中一种举足轻重的零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,用以降低设备在传动过程中的机械载荷摩擦系数。
现有的轴承是直接安装在电机上,由于马达轴承属于高转速轴承,在运行过程超高的转速会产生高频率的振动,由于振动造成的位移以及寿命最终导致轴承失效马达报废。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足而提供一种轴承外径开槽后安装异形防脱橡胶圈的汽车ABS马达用轴承。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,包括轴承外圈以及轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设置有保持架,所述保持架的球兜中设置有滚珠;其特征在于,在所述轴承外圈外环面设置有三个环形凹槽,在每个环形凹槽内设置有异形防脱橡胶圈。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,三个环形凹槽以轴承外圈外环面中部为中心均布。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,每个环形凹槽径向截面由一近似鼓形的凹槽和近似柱形的凹槽构成,其中近似鼓形的凹槽位于内侧,近似柱形的凹槽位于外侧。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述轴承外圈的内环面上和所述轴承内圈的外环面上均设置有供所述滚珠限位活动的环状弧形凹槽。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明的有益效果在于:在轴承外圈的外环面安装的异形防脱橡胶圈与轴承座配合,使得轴承固定在轴承座中,并且由于橡胶圈的防脱结构在安装过程中不会造成脱落,对轴承起到定位的作用。环形凹槽内所设置的防脱橡胶圈利用橡胶弹性好的特性能有效地解决了马达在高转速状态下产生的振动对轴承造成的影响并且能够提供更好的密封性能。而且也不会因为使用时间过长所导致轴承位移发生载荷变化而影响轴承的性能;轴承外圈的内环面上和轴承内圈的外环面上的环状弧形凹槽增强了轴承中滚珠工作时的稳定性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1至图3,图中给出的一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,该汽车ABS马达用轴承安装在轴承座中,它包括轴承外圈10、轴承内圈20、保持架30、一对密封圈40、若干滚珠50以及安装在外环面的三个异形防脱橡胶圈60,保持架30设置在轴承外圈10与轴承内圈20之间,保持架30上均匀分布有若干球兜31,滚珠50设置在球兜31中,这样有效地使得轴承的负荷均匀。
在保持架30轴线方向的左右两侧的轴承外圈10与轴承内圈20之间,各安装有一个密封圈40,以防止灰尘进入到轴承内部。在轴承外圈10的内环面上和轴承内圈20的外环面上均设置有供滚珠50限位活动的环状弧形凹槽11、21。
在轴承外圈10的外环面上、以轴承外圈10的外环面中部为中心设置有三个环形凹槽12,每个环形凹槽12径向截面由一近似鼓形的凹槽12a和近似柱形的凹槽12b构成,其中近似鼓形的凹槽12a位于内侧,近似柱形的凹槽12b位于外侧。
三个环形凹槽12内均安装有异形防脱橡胶圈60,位于近似鼓形的凹槽12a内的异形防脱橡胶圈60部分外鼓,这样可以防止异形防脱橡胶圈60脱出环形凹槽12。
轴承外圈10的外环面与轴承座配合,以使得轴承固定在轴承座中,并且由于异形防脱橡胶圈60在安装过程中不会造成脱落,对其起到定位的作用。
环形凹槽12内所设置的异形防脱橡胶圈60利用橡胶弹性好的特性能有效地解决了马达在高转速状态下产生的振动对轴承造成的影响。而且也不会因为使用时间过长所导致轴承位移发生载荷变化而影响轴承的性能;轴承外圈10的内环面上和轴承内圈20的外环面上的环状弧形凹槽11、21增强了轴承中滚珠50工作时的稳定性。

1.一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,包括轴承外圈以及轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设置有保持架,所述保持架的球兜中设置有滚珠;其特征在于,在所述轴承外圈外环面设置有三个环形凹槽,在每个环形凹槽内设置有异形防脱橡胶圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,其特征在于,三个环形凹槽以轴承外圈外环面中部为中心均布。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,其特征在于,每个环形凹槽径向截面由一近似鼓形的凹槽和近似柱形的凹槽构成,其中近似鼓形的凹槽位于内侧,近似柱形的凹槽位于外侧。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车ABS马达用轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈的内环面上和所述轴承内圈的外环面上均设置有供所述滚珠限位活动的环状弧形凹槽。
