背景技术
无纺布又称不织布或非织造布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型,深受手工爱好者的喜爱。因为它是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。它不是由一根一根的纱线交织、编结在一起的,而是将纤维直接通过物理的方法粘合在一起的,所以,当你拿到你衣服里的粘称时,就会发现,是抽不出一根根的线头的。无纺布突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速率快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。纺粘布与无纺布是从属关系。无纺布的制造有许多的生产工艺,其中纺粘法是其中的一种无纺布生产工艺纺粘无纺布(包括纺粘法、熔喷法、热轧法、水刺法,现市面上大部分都是用纺粘法生产的无纺布)无纺布根据成分,有涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、氨纶、腈纶等;不同的成分会有截然不同的无纺布风格。而纺粘布,通常指的是涤纶纺粘、丙纶纺粘;而这两种布的风格非常接近,通过高温测试才能判别出。无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。
现有技术中的含棉无纺布是将棉纤维利用水刺工艺直接与无纺布复合,而棉纤维耐光性、耐热性一般,在阳光与大气中棉布会缓慢地被氧化,使强力下降,且微生物对棉织物有破坏作用,表现在不耐霉菌,将棉纤维利用水刺工艺直接与无纺布复合制得的含棉无纺布质量较为一般。
因此提出一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布以解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下方案予以实现:一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯60-80份,棉纤维20-30份,柔软剂10-15份,石墨烯6-10份,纳米二氧化钛5-7份,去离子水15-25份。

本发明还提供了一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以1800-2500r/min均匀分散,分散10-15min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中2-3h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为190-210℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物。
优选的,所述步骤(2)的熔融温度为200℃。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过加入石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛,将棉纤维网浸渍在含石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛的分散液中,得到改性棉纤维网,其中,石墨烯在抗菌、防螨、抗静电、抗紫外线等方面具有良好的性能,纳米二氧化钛的屏蔽紫外线作用强,有良好的分散性和耐候性,提高了棉纤维的耐光性和耐候性,降低了棉纤维在阳光和大气中的氧化速率,提高了棉纤维的强度;
本发明通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网,从喷丝孔喷出的纤维丝直接与改性棉纤维网接触,带有余热的纤维丝直接穿插在改性棉纤维网的孔隙中,使得纤维丝与改性棉纤维网中的纤维缠绕、粘结、固化,此时,混合纤维网的孔径缩小,使得混合纤维网得以加固而具备更高的强度;接着,通过水刺机,采用高压产生的多股微细水射流喷射混合纤维网,水射流混合纤维网后,由于托持网帘的反弹作用,水射流反过来再次穿插混合纤维网,混合纤维网中纤维在多方向高速水射流穿插的作用下,产生位移、穿插、缠结和抱合,从而使纤网相互缠结更为紧密,得到进一步加固;
本发明通过在水刺机的用水中加入防霉抗菌剂,防霉抗菌剂在水射流穿插的作用下,不断的粘附在混合纤维中,通过纤维之间的抱团和缠结作用,防霉抗菌剂逐渐分散在混合纤维中,有利于提高含棉无纺布的防霉抗菌性能。

实施例1
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯60份,棉纤维20份,柔软剂10份,石墨烯6份,纳米二氧化钛5份,去离子水20份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以1800r/min均匀分散,分散10min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中2h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为190℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
实施例2
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯65份,棉纤维22份,柔软剂12份,石墨烯7份,纳米二氧化钛5份,去离子水25份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以1900r/min均匀分散,分散12min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中2.5h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;

(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
实施例3
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯70份,棉纤维27份,柔软剂13份,石墨烯8份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水19份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以1900r/min均匀分散,分散12min,得到混合液;

实施例4
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯75份,棉纤维25份,柔软剂13份,石墨烯10份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水28份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以2000r/min均匀分散,分散12min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中3h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为200℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
实施例5
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯80份,棉纤维30份,柔软剂15份,石墨烯10份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水30份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以2500r/min均匀分散,分散15min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中3h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为210℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
实施例6
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯80份,棉纤维30份,柔软剂13份,石墨烯10份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水28份。

(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
实施例7
一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯78份,棉纤维28份,柔软剂15份,石墨烯10份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水30份。
棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g;柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合;石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
上述柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以2500r/min均匀分散,分散11min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中2.5h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为205℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物,水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂,且水刺机对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
性能检测
1、本申请中产品产品性能测试执行国家标准如下:GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》、GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,本申请中的对照组为市场上流通的普通含棉无纺布。具体检测结果如表1所示。

2、本申请中产品产品性能测试执行国家标准如下:拉伸强度测试(ASTMD638-2003标准在室温下测试),本申请中的对照组为市场上流通的普通含棉无纺布。具体检测结果如表2所示。

综上所述,本申请实施例中的平均抗菌率为96%,远大于对照组的90%,表明本申请中的产品抗菌效果较为优良;本申请实施例中的平均UPF为70.2,远大于对照组的45,表明本申请中的产品紫外防护性能较好;本申请实施例中的平均拉伸强度为53.24MPa,大于对照组的45.65MPa,表明本申请中的产品强度较好。

1.一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯60-80份,棉纤维20-30份,柔软剂10-15份,石墨烯6-10份,纳米二氧化钛5-7份,去离子水20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯65-75份,棉纤维25-28份,柔软剂12-14份,石墨烯7-9份,纳米二氧化钛6-8份,去离子水18-20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯70份,棉纤维27份,柔软剂13份,石墨烯8份,纳米二氧化钛7份,去离子水19份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,所述棉纤维的直径为15-20μm,纤维长度为20-30mm,细度为5000-6500m/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷,且聚二甲基硅氧烷和氦基聚硅氧烷按质量比1:2混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布,其特征在于,所述石墨烯的粒径为20-50nm。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉纤维送入梳理机梳理,梳理后喂入铺网机铺网,得到棉纤维网;
(2)将去离子水、石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛置于分散机中以1800-2500r/min均匀分散,分散10-15min,得到混合液;
(3)将棉纤维网浸渍在混合液中2-3h,浸渍结束后,使用去离子反复清洗后并烘干,得到改性棉纤维网;
(4)将聚丙烯和柔软剂混合熔融,熔融温度为190-210℃,通过挤压器将熔融后物料从喷丝孔均匀喷射在改性棉纤维网表面,冷却后得到混合纤维网;
(5)通过水刺机对混合纤维网予以水刺并烘干,得到目标产物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)的熔融温度为200℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中水刺机用水混有防霉抗菌剂。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种柔软性优异的含棉无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中对混合纤维网予以双面水刺。
