Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning, and relates to a green environment-friendly cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gynostemma pentaphylla (a scientific name: Gynostemma pentaphylum (Thunb.) Makino) Cucurbitaceae, Gynostemma genus herbaceous climbing plant; thin and weak stem, with branches, longitudinal edges and grooves, without hair or with short and soft hair. Gynostemma pentaphylla likes the climate of yin-dampness and mildness, and is mostly wild in the shade places such as under the forest and the brook, and the gynostemma pentaphylla climbs the herbaceous plants for many years. It is mainly distributed in Hubei, Hunan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang provinces in China, and called "southern ginseng" in China, and is called "non-aged and longevity herb" in folk.
The main effective components of gynostemma pentaphylla include gypenoside, gypenoside (polysaccharide), water soluble amino acid, flavone, vitamins, trace elements, minerals, etc. If the plant is used as an industrial raw material for scale production and planting, the income of local farmers can be increased.
Various lubricants are usually used for lubricating and cooling the metal piece in the machining process, and the machined workpiece can be machined in the next procedure after being cleaned.
Due to legislation and environmental pressures, traditional fluorochlorohydrocarbons or strong alkaline cleaning has become increasingly banned from use, and research and application of aqueous cleaning agents for fast removal of oily soils and other contaminants and surface oxides is becoming more and more important, and the use of more environmentally friendly cleaning agents is a pressing matter.
Meanwhile, the requirements of less discharge, normal-temperature cleaning, biodegradability and the like become a research and development direction of the current cleaning agent.
The Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract is rich in-OH and-NH2The surfactant can be easily prepared by using the active groups, and the research on the preparation of the cleaning agent containing the gynostemma pentaphylla extract is an interesting subject.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and prepare the green environment-friendly cleaning agent.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor which is characterized by being prepared from a composition containing gynostemma pentaphylla. The gynostemma pentaphylla composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
dried Gynostemma pentaphyllum (including rattan and leaf) 100;
polyol aqueous solution 600-.
The effective concentration of the polyhydric alcohol in the polyhydric alcohol aqueous solution is 40-60%;
the polyhydric alcohol is one or more selected from ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, butanediol, and pentaerythritol.
The propylene glycol is preferably 1, 3-propylene glycol; the butanediol is preferably 1, 4-butanediol.
The advantage of using the polyhydric alcohol aqueous solution (instead of the traditional ethanol aqueous solution) when extracting the effective substances of the gynostemma pentaphylla is that the polyhydric alcohol has a higher boiling point and is not volatilized at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, and meanwhile, in consideration of environmental protection, the polyhydric alcohol can react with the dimer acid to generate the polyhydroxy polyester surfactant when the environment-friendly cleaning agent is prepared, so that raw materials are not wasted.
The preparation method of the gynostemma pentaphylla composition comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: crushing sun-dried (or oven-dried) herba Gynostemmatis (including caulis et folium Gynostemmatis and folium Gynostemmatis) in a pulverizer;
step two: extracting pulverized herba Gynostemmatis (including caulis et folium Hedyotis Cochinchinensis and folium Gynostemmatis) with aqueous solution of polyalcohol at 90-95 deg.C under ultrasonic for 1-2 hr;
the ultrasonic extraction is adopted in the steps, so that the extraction rate of the effective components can be improved, and the extraction time can be shortened.
Step three: and (3) squeezing and filtering the product obtained in the second step to obtain a solution, namely the gynostemma pentaphylla composition, namely the green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor.
The process can utilize alcohol used for extraction to the maximum extent without using a drying process, and reduces the consumption of resources such as water and electricity.
The gynostemma pentaphylla composition can be prepared by adding 10-20 times of polyol aqueous solution into a commercial gynostemma pentaphylla extract (a finished product obtained by extracting and drying the gynostemma pentaphylla extract by using ethanol and water, which is sold by enterprises of Western Anjin chemical engineering, Bao Ji Runkang biology and the like at present) according to the weight ratio to be used as a precursor of a green environment-friendly cleaning agent.
An environment-friendly cleaning agent is characterized in that: the material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the dimer acid can be 21C dimer acid or 36C dimer acid;
the 21C dimer acid is polymerized by acrylic acid and oleic acid; the 36C dimer acid is polymerized by two molecules of oleic acid or oleic acid and linoleic acid.
The N-oleoyl-N-methyl sodium taurate is a good anionic surfactant, has good biodegradation performance, and can promote biodegradation of other components.
The guerbet alcohol provides a coupling effect of oil stain and a cleaning agent, improves the cleaning effect, and simultaneously provides a good defoaming effect.
The preparation method of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
adding a green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor and isopropanolamine into a reaction kettle, mixing and stirring uniformly at normal temperature, adding dimer acid and hydrogen peroxide, reacting for 4-5 hours at the temperature of 140-.
The reaction adopts the lower reaction temperature of 140-150 ℃ which is not favorable for complete esterification reaction, but only needs the polyol and the dimer acid to perform partial esterification reaction, and meanwhile, the lower reaction temperature is favorable for the generation of imide (-CONH-) compounds, and the gynostemma pentaphylla and the isopropanolamine are not easily decomposed into other substances at the temperature.
The precursor of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent is mainly a mixture of polyhydric alcohol and gypenoside, gypenoside and amino acid, and can react with dimer acid to generate polyhydroxy polyester and imide (-CONH-) compounds, wherein the polyhydroxy polyester is a good nonionic surfactant due to more than one-OH hollow in the molecular structure, and the imide (-CONH-) compounds have a good effect of preventing metal corrosion.
The dimer acid-COOH can be combined with-OH of a green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor and isopropanolamine to generate polyhydroxy polyester, and reacts with-NH-of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor and isopropanolamine to generate an imide (-CONH-) compound, so that the cleaning performance is good, and metal corrosion can be prevented.
The isopropanolamine can react with amino acid and-COOH of dimer acid in the gynostemma pentaphylla composition of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor to generate esters and imide (-CONH-) compounds with good cleaning performance, and can prevent metal corrosion.
The hydrogen peroxide can serve as a catalyst in the esterification reaction process of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent precursor and the dimer acid, no residue is left after the reaction, and the consumption of resources such as chemicals, water and electricity and the like for separating the catalyst is saved.
The benzotriazole can provide corrosion inhibition protection effect for nonferrous metals, particularly copper and copper alloy during cleaning.
The invention also provides a use method of the environment-friendly cleaning agent, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding 5-200 times of water for dilution.
The invention has the following functions and effects:
the precursor of the green environment-friendly cleaning agent prepared by the method is mainly a mixture of polyhydric alcohol and gypenoside, gypenoside and amino acid, and can react with dimer acid to generate polyhydroxy polyester and imide (-CONH-) compounds, wherein the polyhydroxy polyester is a good nonionic surfactant due to more than one-OH hollow in the molecular structure, and the imide (-CONH-) compounds have a good effect of preventing metal corrosion.
