Sewage firstly enters a water collecting well 3.2 with a grid through a sewage inlet 3.1, the grid intercepts solid impurities and floating materials outside the water collecting well 3.2, the sewage enters a facultative tank 3.4 after the water quantity and the water quality are regulated and homogenized by a regulating tank 3.3, and the denitrification of the sewage in the facultative tank 3.4 is carried out to convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrogen. The mixed liquid in the facultative tank 3.4 flows to an MBR membrane tank 3.5 automatically, aerobic microorganisms are utilized to decompose pollutants into carbon dioxide and water finally, phosphorus is separated from sewage by utilizing the phosphorus accumulation function of the aerobic microorganisms, and solid-liquid separation of a mud-water mixture is realized through the filtering function of a flat membrane, so that the aims of removing organic matters and realizing nitrogen and phosphorus removal are fulfilled. The sewage is filtered by the membrane, and the microorganisms in the sewage are completely intercepted in the tank body. Effluent is collected in a clean water tank 3.6 after being disinfected by ion exchange equipment and ultraviolet rays, is lifted to an ecological landscape layer 2, and is discharged into the upper part of the ecological landscape layer 2 in a sprinkling irrigation mode, and a water collecting weir arranged in the ecological landscape layer 2 is used for draining water and discharging the outlet water of the sprinkling irrigation water into the surrounding nature.
In order to uniformly mix the sewage in the regulating tank 3.3, the regulating tank 3.3 is connected with a fan system to regulate the water quality. The blower is also connected with the facultative tank 3.4 for aeration, and the facultative tank 3.4 is oxygenated and stirred. The air blower is also connected with an MBR membrane pool 3.5 for oxygenation.
In the sewage treatment process, waste gas is generated, and the waste gas passes through the waste gas purification device and then is absorbed and purified from the waste gas discharge device to the ecological landscape layer 2. The waste gas purification device comprises a waste gas collecting pipe connected with the sewage treatment device and a spraying device connected through the waste gas collecting pipe, and the spraying device is connected with the waste gas discharging device in the biological deodorization layer 2.1. Waste gas generated by the biochemical pool, namely the sewage treatment device, is conveyed to a spraying device, specifically a spraying purification tower, through a waste gas collecting pipe, and the waste gas after spraying treatment is discharged into the lower part of the ecological landscape layer 2, namely the biological deodorization layer 2.1, through a waste gas discharging device. The biological deodorization layer 2.1 at the lower part of the ecological landscape layer 2 is used for adsorbing and purifying part of odor, particularly sulfur-containing waste gas, and bacteria and vegetation root systems in the upper soil absorb organic substances in the waste gas through biological reaction to achieve the effect of purifying the gas. Meanwhile, moisture in the soil of the ecological vegetation layer 2.2 permeates into the biological deodorization layer 2.1, so that the biological deodorization layer 2.1 can be ensured to have certain humidity, the pH value is stabilized, and the attached microbial bacteria are always kept in a good growth state.
Specifically, the odor enters spraying equipment for wetting, and is discharged into a biological deodorization layer 2.1 positioned at the lower part in the ecological landscape layer 2 after the humidity of the odor is increased. Firstly, chemical substances in the odor are adsorbed by a composite material attached with microorganism bacteria and are transferred from a gas phase to a liquid phase; the chemical then diffuses at the surface of the filler. The microbial bacteria on the surface of the composite material of the biological deodorization layer 2.1 oxidize and decompose the malodorous substances in the odor, particularly hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen-containing substances and the like into harmless and simple products by the bacteria. Wherein the sulfur-containing pollutants are oxidized and decomposed into sulfur, sulfate and sulfite, and the nitrogen-containing pollutants are oxidized and decomposed into ammonium salt and nitrate; other contaminants are oxidatively decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. Wherein the modified iron agent in the biological deodorization layer 2.1 can react with sulfur, and the sulfur content can be effectively reduced. The residual waste gas can be used as nutrient solution of bacteria and vegetation root systems in the soil and is further absorbed and utilized.
The three-dimensional ecological sewage purification system has the advantages of high sewage treatment efficiency, good landscape effect, no secondary pollution and the like, and realizes the organic combination and complementary advantages of ecological environment and sewage treatment facilities by adopting a sewage treatment technology combining MBR (membrane biological reactor) and biological deodorization. The concrete steps are as follows:
(1) The MBR biochemical treatment system has the characteristics of strong treatment capacity, high solid-liquid separation efficiency, good effluent quality, small occupied space, simple operation and management and the like. The MBR has the advantages of good pollutant degradation effect, strong denitrification and dephosphorization capability, stable effluent quality, low excess sludge yield, compact equipment, simple operation and the like;
(2) in the three-dimensional ecological sewage purification system, all sewage facilities are arranged below the ecological vegetation layer, so that the noise pollution generated by equipment operation is effectively reduced, the whole sewage treatment system has a landscape effect, and the system is particularly suitable for rural areas, natural scenic areas, ecological protection areas and the like, and the harmony and unity of the surrounding ecological environment and sewage treatment are realized;
(3) the ecological landscape layer 2 is used for absorbing and purifying odor generated in the sewage treatment process, and the process has the advantages of strong deodorization capacity, stable operation, simple equipment, simple maintenance, high removal rate of pollutants such as organic waste gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like, basically no secondary pollution and the like, not only effectively solves the problems of serious odor and difficult waste disposal of sewage facilities, but also greatly improves the resource utilization rate, and fully embodies the harmonious mutual department of people and ecological environment and the concept of sustainable development.
