An automatic filling and cap screwing integrated machine in the production process of bottled chilli sauce comprises a filling device (1), a cap screwing device, bottle bodies (2), a first conveying belt (3) and a second conveying belt (4), wherein the cap screwing device is provided with a bottle feeding station (5), a cap loading station (6) and a bottle discharging station (7), the bottle bodies (2) filled by the filling device (1) are conveyed to the bottle feeding station (5) by the first conveying belt (3), the bottle bodies (2) subjected to cap screwing are received by the second conveying belt (4) at the bottle discharging station (7), the automatic filling and cap screwing integrated machine is characterized in that the cap screwing device comprises a base (8), an electric rotating disc (9) and an eccentric ring (10) positioned at the periphery of the electric rotating disc (9) are fixedly installed on the base (8), a cap screwing rotating disc (11) is installed on the electric rotating disc (9), a plurality of U-shaped notches (12) for clamping the bottle bodies (2) are formed at the edge of the cap screwing rotating, the notches (12) are circumferentially distributed along the axis of the rotary cover disk (11), and a plurality of clamping cavities (13) communicated with the notches (12) are arranged on the rotary cover disk (11);
the cap screwing device also comprises a plurality of clamping mechanisms which correspond to the notches (12) one by one, each clamping mechanism comprises two clamping jaws (14) which are arranged in a clamping cavity (13) and are matched with each other to clamp the bottle body (2) on the inner side of the notch (12), a ball bearing (15) is embedded at the bottom of the cap screwing turntable (11), a rotating shaft (16) is installed in the ball bearing (15), the clamping jaws (14) are fixedly installed on the rotating shaft (16), the lower end of the rotating shaft (16) extends out of the cap screwing turntable (11) and is provided with a first gear (17), a rectangular sleeve (18) is fixed at the bottom end of the cap screwing turntable (11), a rectangular sliding rod (19) is inserted in the rectangular sleeve (18) in a sliding manner, one end of the rectangular sliding rod (19) is fixedly provided with a directional wheel (20), the directional wheel (20) is connected with the side surface of the eccentric ring (10) in a rolling manner, a first pressure spring (48) is sleeved on, a moving frame (21) is fixed at the other end of the rectangular sliding rod (19), two spur racks (22) are mounted on the moving frame (21), and the two spur racks (22) are respectively in meshed connection with the two first gears (17);
the cap screwing device further comprises a cap feeding mechanism, the cap feeding mechanism comprises a cap (25) vibration disc (23), a conveying track (24) is mounted at the output end of the cap (25) vibration disc (23), the conveying track (24) inclines downwards and extends to the cap loading station (6), an opening (26) with the width smaller than the size of the cap (25) is formed in the lower end of the conveying track (24), an output port (27) communicated with the opening (26) is formed in the inclined side of the lower end of the conveying track (24), an elastic limiting block (28) for limiting the cap (25) to be separated from is arranged at the position of the output port (27), and a limiting cover (29) is fixed on the outer side of the output; the bottle body (2) passing through the opening (26) is in contact fit with the inclined lower part of the bottle cap (25) at the output port (27), and drives the bottle cap (25) to pass through the elastic limiting block (28) and buckle the bottle cap (25) in the limiting cover (29);
the cap screwing device further comprises a downward-rotating mechanism, the downward-rotating mechanism comprises a fixed column (30) coaxially fixed on the cap screwing turntable (11), a rotating frame (31) is fixed at the upper end of the fixed column (30), tapered roller bearings (32) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the notches (12) are installed on the rotating frame (31), a spline housing (33) is installed on the inner ring of each tapered roller bearing (32), the upper portion of the spline housing (33) is located above the rotating frame (31) and is fixedly provided with a spring seat (34), the lower portion of the spline housing (33) is located below the rotating frame (31) and is provided with a second gear (35), a spline shaft (36) is connected with an inner key of the spline housing (33), a spinning rubber block (37) is installed at the lower end of the spline shaft (36), universal balls (38) are installed at the upper end of the spline shaft (36), a second pressure spring (39) is sleeved on the spline shaft (36, a mounting rack (40) is fixed on the base (8), a guide ring plate (41) is fixed on the mounting rack (40), balls at the upper end of the universal ball (38) are in rolling connection with the guide ring plate (41), and the guide ring plate (41) is provided with an inclined section (42) for guiding the universal ball (38) to descend; an arc-shaped rack (43) meshed with the second gear (35) is mounted on the mounting rack (40), and the arc-shaped rack (43) is located below the inclined section (42) of the guide ring plate (41).
2. An automatic filling and cap screwing integrated machine in the production process of bottled chilli sauce according to claim 1, characterized in that the inclined section (42) of the guide ring plate (41) is positioned between the cap loading station (6) and the bottle discharging station (7).

The automatic filling and cap screwing integrated machine in the production process of the bottled chilli sauce according to claim 2, wherein a bottle feeding guide rod (44) is arranged between the bottle feeding station (5) and the cap screwing station (6), the bottle feeding guide rod (44) is fixedly installed on a machine body of the first conveying belt (3), and the bottle feeding guide rod (44) is in contact fit with the bottle body (2) to guide the bottle body (2) into the notch (12).

The automatic filling and cap screwing integrated machine in the production process of the bottled chilli sauce according to claim 3, wherein a bottle outlet guide rod (45) is arranged at the bottle outlet station (7), the bottle outlet guide rod (45) is fixedly arranged on a machine body of the second conveyer belt (4), and the bottle outlet guide is in contact fit with the bottle bodies (2) to guide the bottle bodies (2) to a conveying surface of the second conveyer belt (4).
