Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置,其包括导向销1、导向套2、螺杆3、导轨4及固定螺栓。导向套2、导轨4、螺杆3及固定螺栓安装在变桨轴承内圈法兰A上,导向销1安装在叶片C上。叶片C吊装对接时,首先导向套2引导导向销1进入变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔,之后导向销1引导叶片C螺栓进入变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔,最后松掉导向套2的固定螺栓,旋转螺杆3,把导向套2从叶片C和变桨轴承内圈法兰A之间移出。本发明提高了叶片吊装对接效率。

Description

一种提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置
技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机组叶片吊装装配领域,特别是海上风力发电机组单叶片吊装装配领域。
背景技术
目前,风力发电机叶片吊装装配时,一部分厂家采用导向销导向,导向销与变桨轴承螺栓孔间隙只有13mm左右,叶片受到风载的作用,叶片会晃动,直接采用导向销与变桨轴承孔对接效率低;另外一部分厂家直接采用叶片螺栓直接对接变桨轴承螺栓孔,叶片螺栓与变桨轴承孔间隙只有1.5mm左右,对接效率更低。海上风力发电机组功率越来越大,叶片越来越长,由于海上安装平台的空间限制,普遍开始采用单叶片吊装,叶片在高空中受到风载的作用,叶片会晃动,叶片与变桨轴承直接对接效率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置,包括导向销、导向套、螺杆、导轨及固定螺栓,导向销安装在叶片上,导向套、螺杆、导轨及固定螺栓安装在变桨轴承内圈法兰上,通过导向套引导导向销进入变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔,进而引导叶片螺栓进入变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔。
进一步地,导向套孔与变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔对齐。
进一步地,导向套为锥形孔,由于固定在变桨轴承内圈法兰上,方便引导导向销进入导向套及变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔。
进一步地,导向套的非固定端为开口,当导向销进入变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔后,松掉导向套的固定螺栓,在先不取出导向销的情况下,可以取出导向套。
进一步地,导向套有螺纹孔,当叶片压紧变桨轴承内圈法兰时,可以通过旋转螺杆把导向套取出。
进一步地,导向套的非固定端上下面有一定斜度,减小取出导向套的阻力。叶片吊装对接时,首先导向销插入导向套,导向套引导导向销进入变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔,之后导向销引导叶片螺栓进入变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔,最后松掉导向套的固定螺栓,旋转螺杆,把导向套从叶片和轴承内圈法兰之间移出。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明装置简单,明显提高了叶片吊装对接效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,4组导向套2、螺杆3、导轨4及螺栓均布安装在变桨轴承内圈法兰A上,导向套2与变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔对齐,4个导向销1均布安装在叶片C上。导向套2为锥形孔,由于固定在变桨轴承内圈法兰A上,方便引导导向销1进入导向套2及变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔;导向套2的非固定端为开口,当导向销1进入变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔后,松掉导向套2的固定螺栓,在先不取出导向销1的情况下,可以取出导向套2;导向套2有螺纹孔,当叶片C压紧变桨轴承内圈法兰A时,可以通过旋转螺杆3把导向套2取出;导向套2的非固定端上下面有一定斜度,减小取出导向套的阻力。
吊装叶片C对接时,首先导向销1插入导向套2,通过导向套2引导导向销1进入变桨轴承内圈法兰A螺栓孔,之后导向销1引导叶片C螺栓进入变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔,最后松掉导向套2的固定螺栓,旋转螺杆3,把导向套2从叶片C和轴承内圈法兰A之间移出。

1.一种提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置,其特征在于,包括导向销、导向套、螺杆、导轨及固定螺栓,导向销安装在叶片上,导向套、螺杆、导轨及固定螺栓安装在变桨轴承内圈法兰上,通过导向套引导导向销进入变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔,进而引导叶片螺栓进入变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔;导向套孔与变桨轴承内圈螺栓孔对齐;导向套为锥形孔,由于固定在变桨轴承内圈法兰上,方便引导导向销进入导向套及变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置,其特征在于,导向套的非固定端为开口,当导向销进入变桨轴承内圈法兰螺栓孔后,松掉导向套的固定螺栓,在先不取出导向销的情况下,能够取出导向套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高风力发电机组叶片吊装对接效率的简易装置,其特征在于,导向套有螺纹孔,当叶片压紧变桨轴承内圈法兰时,能够通过旋转螺杆把导向套取出。
