The working process of the tray conveying mechanism 1 is as follows: the controller 5 controls the conveying motor 13 to start, drives the conveying driving chain wheel 17 to rotate, the conveying driving chain wheel 17 drives the conveying chain 14 to move, the conveying chain 14 drives the double-row chain wheel at the end of the carrier roller 11 to rotate, the carrier roller 11 further rotates, and under the rotating action of the carrier roller 11, the tray is conveyed from the inlet of the conveying support 12 to the outlet of the conveying support 12 after being cleaned by the cleaning mechanism 3. And under the action of the baffle 16, the tray stays at the outlet of the conveying bracket 12 to wait for the tray taking and placing mechanism 2 to take the tray and place the tray in the corresponding storage box.
Through above-mentioned scheme, can guarantee the normal transportation process of tray in the clearance process, need not artifical the participation.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tray pick and place mechanism 2 includes: a tray turnover mechanism 21 and a tray lifting mechanism 22, wherein the tray lifting mechanism 22 is arranged at one side of the tray conveying mechanism 1, and the tray turnover mechanism 21 is arranged at the top end of the tray lifting mechanism 22.
In the above solution, the tray lifting mechanism 22 needs to be adjusted to a proper height to pick and place the tray, and the tray turning mechanism 21 is arranged at the top of the tray lifting mechanism 22 to turn the tray.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: when the tray reaches the inlet end of the tray conveying mechanism 1, the controller 5 controls the tray lifting mechanism 22 arranged at the inlet end of the tray conveying mechanism 1 to lift to the placing height of the tray, the tray overturning mechanism 21 is started to suck the tray, the tray lifting mechanism 22 is controlled to lift to the corresponding height of the tray conveying mechanism 1, the tray overturning mechanism 21 overturns the tray to enable the tray opening to be placed downwards on the tray conveying mechanism 1, and the tray conveying mechanism 1 conveys the tray and the cleaning mechanism 3 cleans the tray. Then, a tray overturning mechanism 21 and a tray lifting mechanism 22 which are arranged at the outlet end of the tray conveying mechanism 1 are started to cooperate to overturn the tray, so that the opening of the tray faces upwards and is placed in the tray storage box.
In the specific embodiment, the tray turnover mechanism 21 includes: a suction cup mounting plate 211, a flipping arm 212, a flipping motor 213, a vacuum suction cup 214, and a vacuum generator 215; the sucker mounting plate 211 is arranged at the free end of the turning arm 212, and the turning arm 212 is rotatably arranged at the top end of the tray lifting mechanism 22 through a turning shaft 2121; the overturning motor 213 is connected with the overturning shaft 2121 and is used for driving the overturning shaft 2121 to drive the sucking disc mounting plate 211 to overturn through the overturning arm 212; the vacuum chuck 214 is arranged on the chuck mounting plate 211, the vacuum generator 215 is arranged on the turnover arm 212 through a vacuum mounting bracket 2151 and is communicated with the vacuum chuck 214 through an air pipe; the flipping motor 213 and the vacuum generator 215 are electrically connected to the controller 5.
In the above-described aspect, the number of the vacuum chucks 214 may be one or more, preferably 4, and the vacuum chucks are respectively disposed at four corners of the chuck mounting plate 211.
The process of taking and placing the tray by the tray turnover mechanism 21 is as follows:
first, after the controller 5 controls the tray lifting mechanism 22 to adjust to the corresponding height for placing the tray (wherein, at the inlet end, the height of the box for placing the tray is adjusted, and at the outlet end, the height of the tray conveying mechanism 1 is adjusted), the turning motor 213 is controlled to operate to drive the turning arm 212 to align the vacuum chuck 214 on the chuck mounting plate 211 with the tray through the turning shaft 2121.
Then, the controller 5 controls the vacuum generator 215 to be activated, and the vacuum chuck 214 is evacuated through the air pipe, so that the vacuum chuck 214 holds the tray.
Then, after the tray lifting mechanism 22 with the tray turning structure sucking the tray is lifted to the tray placing height (wherein, at the inlet end, the height is adjusted to the height of the tray conveying mechanism 1, and at the outlet end, the height is adjusted to the tray placing height corresponding to the storage box), the turning motor 213 is started to operate to drive the turning arm 212 to turn the tray downward through the turning shaft 2121, and the tray is placed on the tray conveying mechanism 1.
Finally, the controller 5 controls the vacuum generator 215 to blow air to the vacuum chuck 214 through the air tube so that the tray is released from the vacuum chuck 214.
Through the scheme, manual operation is not needed, and the process of taking and placing the tray can be conveniently and quickly completed automatically.
In a specific embodiment, the tray overturning mechanism 21 further includes: the bottom of the turnover mounting plate 216 is fixed with the tray lifting mechanism 22, and the turnover arm 212 is rotatably mounted on the turnover mounting plate 216 through a turnover shaft 2121; a bearing seat plate 217 is arranged on one side of the overturning shaft 2121, a coupler 218 is arranged on the other side of the overturning shaft 2121, an overturning motor mounting plate 2131 is arranged on the coupler 218, and an overturning motor 213 is arranged on the overturning motor mounting plate 2131; a limiting plate 2161 is arranged on the turnover mounting plate 216, and the turnover arm 212 is rotatably connected with the limiting plate 2161 through a turnover shaft 2121.
In the above scheme, the bearing seat plate 217 and the two sides of the turnover motor mounting plate 2131 are connected to the turnover mounting plate 216 through rib plates, so that the stability of the whole mechanism in the turnover action is ensured. The function of the mounting limit plate 2161 is to ensure that the bottom surface of the tray is vertically upwards taken as the starting point of tray turning and the bottom surface of the tray is downwards attached to the carrier roller 11 of the conveyor as the terminal point.
Through the scheme, the tray overturning mechanism 21 can work more stably.
In a particular embodiment, the tray lift mechanism 22 includes: a driving mounting plate 221, a lifting driver 222, a guide rod 223 and a linear bearing 224; the driving mounting plate 221 is fixed on the tray conveying mechanism 1; the lifting drive 222 is fixed at the center of the drive mounting plate 221 and is electrically connected with the controller 5, a telescopic rod is arranged on the lifting drive, the telescopic rod penetrates through the drive mounting plate 221 and is connected with the tray overturning mechanism 21, and the lifting drive 222 drives the tray overturning mechanism 21 to lift through driving the telescopic rod; the linear bearings 224 are provided at both ends of the driving mounting plate 221, and the guide rods 223 are provided with two connecting rods passing through the linear bearings 224 and connected to the tray-overturning mechanism 21.
In the above-described aspect, the lifting drive 222 is preferably an air cylinder.
The ascending process of the tray lifting mechanism 22 is: controller 5 controller control lift drive 222 moves, and the telescopic link stretches out and drives tray tilting mechanism 21 and rise, and the guide arm 223 of both sides rises along with tray tilting mechanism 21 under the drive of telescopic link simultaneously, and after rising to corresponding height, controller 5 control lift drive 222 stall.

The guide rods 223 are used for ensuring the stability of the tray turnover mechanism 21 in the ascending and descending processes, and the shaking condition can not occur.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the cleaning mechanism 3 comprises: a cleaning roller 31, a cleaning motor mounting plate 32, a cleaning motor 33 and a cleaning chain wheel 35; the cleaning roller 31 is arranged in the middle of the tray conveying mechanism 1 through a bearing seat 36; the cleaning motor mounting plate 32 is fixed at the bottom of the tray conveying mechanism 1; the cleaning motor 33 is arranged on the cleaning motor mounting plate 32 through a cleaning motor bracket 34 and is electrically connected with the controller 5, and one end of the cleaning motor 33 is provided with a cleaning driving chain wheel 37; the cleaning sprocket 35 is disposed at one end of the cleaning roller 31, and the cleaning sprocket 35 is connected to the cleaning driving sprocket 37 via a cleaning chain 38.
In above-mentioned scheme, the brush roller is preferably adopted to cleaning roller 31 to carry out the clearance in-process, the rotation direction of brush roller and the opposite direction that the tray carried, so that can carry out better clearance to the tray, and the number of teeth of the clearance sprocket 35 of every brush roller one end is all inequality, guarantees that the brush roller moves with different rotational speeds under the drive of clearance chain 38, carries out crisscross no dead angle clearance to the tray. The cleaning motor 33 is a speed-adjustable motor, and the controller 5 can adjust the running speed of the speed-adjustable motor according to actual needs, so as to adjust the rotating speed of the cleaning roller 31.

In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the pressing and conveying mechanism 4 includes: a frame 41, a roller 42, a pressing motor bracket 43 and a pressing motor 44; the frame 41 is provided with two brackets which are respectively fixed on the two sides of the top of the tray conveying mechanism 1 and positioned above the cleaning mechanism 3; the two ends of the roller 42 are mounted on the frame 41 through roller bearing seats 4536; the pressing motor bracket 43 is erected on the frame 41 and located above the roller 42, the pressing motor 44 is arranged on the pressing motor bracket 43 and electrically connected with the controller 5, one end of the pressing motor 44 is provided with a pressing driving chain wheel 46, and the pressing driving chain wheel 46 is connected with the roller 42 through a pressing chain 47.
In the above scheme, when the tray is conveyed to the lower part of the frame 41, the tray is pressed under the gravity action of the pressing and conveying mechanism 4, so that the tray can be tightly attached to the cleaning mechanism 3 in the cleaning process. The controller 5 controls the pressing motor 44 to start, and drives the pressing driving sprocket 46 to rotate, and the pressing driving sprocket 46 drives the roller 42 sprocket arranged at the end of the roller 42 to rotate through the pressing chain 47, so as to drive the roller 42 to rotate. The rotation direction of the roller 42 is opposite to that of the tray roller on the tray conveying mechanism 1, and the tray is assisted to be conveyed forwards through a certain degree of friction force, so that the tray is prevented from retreating or tilting.
Wherein cylinder 42 is the rubber coating cylinder, and the outer lane sets up the elastomer, can increase cylinder 42's frictional force like this for the tray can better forward motion, can also reduce the wearing and tearing of tray surface in the clearance process simultaneously.
Through above-mentioned scheme, can clear up the in-process at clearance mechanism 3 to the tray, compress tightly the messenger tray and can hug closely clearance mechanism 3 to the tray, prevent the tray perk, simultaneously, can also assist the tray and move forward, prevent that the condition that the tray from appearing backing off when clearance mechanism 3 clears up in the opposite direction.
In a particular embodiment, the frame 41 comprises: a cross beam 412, a guide column 411, a guide column bearing 413 and a pressing plate 414; two ends of the beam 412 are arranged on the guide column 411 in a lifting way through a guide column bearing bracket 416; the bottom of the guide column 411 is fixed on the tray conveying mechanism 1 through a guide column mounting seat 415; the guide post bearing 413 is sleeved outside the guide post 411, and the bottom of the guide post bearing 413 sleeve is fixed at the top of the guide post bearing bracket 416; the pressing plate 414 is fixed on the top of the guide column 411, and the top of the guide column bearing 413 is connected with the pressing plate 414 through a spring 417.
In the above solution, the guide pillar bearing 413 is a linear bearing, and the linear bearing is fixed with the cross beam 412 through a bearing bracket. The height of the pallet is typically slightly greater than the height of the rollers 42 on the cross member 412 after the pallet has been moved to the bottom of the frame 41. Thus, the tray is pressed downwards by the rollers 42 on the beam 412 after moving to the bottom of the frame 41, and an upward force is applied to the beam 412, so that the beam 412 carrying the guide post bearing 413 can be jacked up. Through the above-mentioned scheme of this embodiment, can accomplish the automatic process of clearing up of tray, whole process need not artifical the participation, when guaranteeing the clearance effect, has saved manpower resources, has improved the clean rate of tray.
A tray cleaning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, includes:
firstly, a tray conveying mechanism:
1. the tray conveying mechanism is composed of a support (namely, a conveying support 12), a carrier roller 11, a chain, a carrier roller scraper 15, a speed reducing motor (namely, a conveying motor 13), a motor support (namely, a conveying motor support 131), a driving chain wheel, a guide plate 18, a baffle 16, a chain cover plate 141 and the like, and is mainly used for conveying trays.
2. The carrier rollers 11 are mounted on the conveying support 12, double rows of chain wheels are arranged at the ends of the carrier rollers 11, a chain is sequentially connected with the chain wheels of each carrier roller 11 and finally connected to the driving chain wheel at the terminal of the speed reducing motor, the carrier rollers 11 are driven to rotate through the speed reducing motor, and a tray above the carrier rollers 11 is conveyed in a certain direction.
3. A guide plate 18 is arranged on one side above the carrier roller 11, and a chain cover plate 141 is arranged on the other side, and is mainly used for guiding the tray in the conveying process. 2. Cleaning mechanism installs in tray conveying mechanism middle section, and the brush roller passes tray conveying mechanism's conveying support 12 and passes through bearing frame 36 fixed mounting on conveying support 12, the double sprocket of one end installation, every sprocket is connected gradually to the chain, finally is connected to the drive sprocket of buncher end, rotate through buncher drive brush roller, be provided with a plurality of brush strips 61 that are the spiral distribution on the brush roller, brush roller direction of rotation is opposite with tray direction of delivery, in the tray is the transportation process forward, to the inside clearance of tray.
3. The chain wheel tooth number of each brush roller end is different, and the chain drives the lower rotation speed operation with the difference respectively, forms crisscross clearance structure, carries out the clearance at no dead angle to tray inside.
Thirdly, pressing the conveying mechanism:

2. The tray lifting mechanism is fixed on the tray conveying mechanism cross beam 412 through the cylinder mounting plate.
3. The cylinder is fixed on the cylinder mounting panel with linear bearing 224, and the cylinder end is connected to the tilting mechanism mounting panel, and guide arm 223 is installed respectively to both sides, realizes driving tilting mechanism's lift under linear bearing 224's auxiliary action when the cylinder is flexible.

the pressing conveying mechanism (4) is arranged on the tray conveying mechanism (1), is positioned above the cleaning mechanism (3), and is used for pressing the tray on the cleaning mechanism (3);
the controller (5) is electrically connected with the tray conveying mechanism (1), the tray taking and placing mechanism (2), the cleaning mechanism (3) and the pressing conveying mechanism (4) and is used for controlling the operation of each electric connecting part to clean the tray.
