It should be noted that the speed of the transmission belt 81 is preset, when the second driving plate moves along the track 11, the number of times that the second driving rod 83 pulls one second driving rod 83 is fixed, and after the second driving rod 83 passes through the transmission belt, the suspension seat 23 rotates about 90 degrees, so that the sealing plate 62 is located below the slot 231 again.
When the screw rod 2 and the suspension seat 23 are out of the discharging area 12, the suspension seat 23 is away from the first limit plate 7, the gravity of the screw rod 2 for pressing the second spring 314 is reduced, the second spring 314 can move upwards for a certain distance due to the elastic force of the second spring 314, the moving distance is within the error range during calculation, and the rotating angle of the screw rod 2 is calculated, so that the sliding plate 24 can enter the second limit groove 91 at the same position.
A person can hang a workpiece on the hanging piece 32, then hang the hanging piece 32 into the connecting seat 31, and manually install the connecting seat 31 and the workpiece on the hanging seat 23 at one time after the screw rod 2 drives the hanging seat 23 to enter the upper piece area 13; or the hanging piece 32 is firstly installed on the connecting seat 31, the connecting seat 31 is installed on the hanging seat 23, and then the workpiece is hung on the hanging piece 32. The rail 11 moves at a slow speed, so that a time is left for the insertion block 313 to be inserted into the insertion slot 231.
The implementation principle of the automatic discharging device applied to the spraying production line is as follows:
when the connecting seat 31 with the workpiece hung thereon passes through the unloading area 12 along with the rail 11, the hanging seat 23 slides into the first limiting plate 7, the first driving rod 43 impacts the first bump 42, so that the first driving rod 43 drives the screw rod 2 to rotate in the hanging seat 23, the rotating part 6 enables the sealing plate 62 to leave the lower part of the slot 231 along with the rotation of the screw rod 2, the insert block 313 leaves the hanging seat 23 through the through slot 317, the workpiece leaves the rail 11, the workpiece can be automatically unloaded, and the problem that the product cannot be timely taken down is solved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an unloading method applied to the spraying production line, which comprises the following steps:
when the rail 11 passes through the discharging area 12, the first driving unit 4 drives the screw rod 2 to rotate, and the first limiting plate 7 limits the suspension base 23 from rotating, so that the rotating member 6 can rotate along with the screw rod 2 until the empty slot 63 and the slot 231 communicate with each other, and the insert 313 in the slot 231 leaves the suspension base 23, resulting in the connection seat 31 leaving the suspension base 23.
