所述活塞/缸单元18能够通过由驾驶员操纵的制动踏板26来操控并且所产生的制动踏板行程通过踏板行程传感器30来测量并且被传送给控制器34。尽管图2原则上示出了制动力放大器,但是在这里重要的是,所述制动踏板行程通过踏板行程传感器30来测量。也能够在没有制动踏板行程的情况下产生制动压力,因而所述车辆也能够在自主的行驶状态中来制动。
所述控制器34根据所测量的制动踏板行程来产生用于制动压力产生器14的电动马达38的控制信号。与所述制动压力产生器14的传动机构(未示出)相连接的电动马达38根据所述控制信号放大由制动踏板26输入的制动力。为此,根据对于所述制动踏板26的操纵通过所述电动马达38来操控布置在所述制动压力产生器14中的螺纹传动装置40,从而将所述电动马达38的旋转运动转换为平移运动。
通过对于所述制动踏板26的操纵,借助于所述制动压力产生器14来将处于活塞/缸单元18中的制动液置于压力之下。这种制动压力通过制动管路42被传导给制动液压系统46。在这里仅仅作为方框示出的制动液压系统46通过不同的阀和另外的用于构造比如电子稳定程序(ESP)的组件来构成。所述制动液压系统46额外地与至少一个轮制动机构50相连接,从而通过阀的相应的线路能够在所述轮制动机构50上施加制动力。
在图3中示出了所述机电式制动压力产生器14的按本发明的螺纹传动装置40的一种实施例的立体的剖视图。这个螺纹传动装置40包括主轴螺母60,该主轴螺母包围着主轴64的一个区段。所述主轴64与所述主轴螺母60的螺纹68处于嵌合之中。除此以外,所述螺纹传动装置40具有构造为滚动轴承的轴承72,该轴承在外侧面包围着所述主轴螺母60并且通过该轴承支承所述主轴螺母60。
在主轴螺母端部76上,驱动轮80抗扭转地与所述主轴螺母60相连接。这个驱动轮80具有外齿部84,通过该外齿部所述驱动轮80与传动机构88进行了作用连接。所述传动机构88在此与在图2中示出的电动马达38相连接,使得所述驱动轮80能够通过传动机构88由电动马达38来驱动。通过被驱动的驱动轮80,所述主轴螺母60能够旋转。所述主轴螺母60由此被电动马达38置于旋转运动之中并且由此沿着轴向方向移动与螺纹68共同起作用的主轴螺母60。
在这种实施例中,所述主轴螺母60和所述驱动轮80构造为单个的塑料构件。由此,必须将所述驱动轮80与所述主轴螺母60连接起来。因此,所述主轴螺母60和所述驱动轮80具有多个能够彼此形状配合地连接的连接结构92a、92b。在这种实施例中,所述连接结构92a、92b构造为凹部92a和凸起92b,其中所述凸起92b形状配合地嵌合到所述凹部92a中。
在这种实施例中,所述凹部92a布置在所述主轴螺母60上并且所述凸起92b布置在所述驱动轮80上并且从所述驱动轮80的内环96在径向上指向里面。尤其所述凸起92b具有矩形的横截面。在将所述驱动轮80与所述主轴螺母60连接起来时,所述驱动轮80被主轴螺母端部76以凸起92b推到所述凹部92a中。为了将所述驱动轮80轴向固定在所述主轴螺母60上,在所述主轴螺母端部76上构造了热填缝结构98。由此,所述驱动轮80被固定在所述主轴螺母60上,从而能够传递用于旋转主轴螺母60的转矩。
Claims (8)
1.用于车辆的液压制动系统(10)的机电式制动压力产生器(14),具有至少一个用于将驱动侧的旋转运动转换为平移运动的螺纹传动装置(40)并且具有能够由所述螺纹传动装置(40)操纵的、用于产生制动压力的活塞/缸单元(18),其中所述螺纹传动装置(40)包括:
-能够通过电动马达(38)来旋转的主轴螺母(60),
-主轴(64),该主轴与所述主轴螺母(60)的螺纹(68)共同起作用,使得所述主轴(64)随着所述主轴螺母(60)的旋转能够轴向移动,以及
-驱动轮(80),该驱动轮抗扭转地布置在所述主轴螺母(60)上并且通过该驱动轮使所述主轴螺母(60)与所述电动马达(38)相连接,
其特征在于,
所述驱动轮(80)和所述主轴螺母(60)构造为单独的塑料构件,所述塑料构件具有大量彼此相对应的连接结构(92a、92b),所述连接结构在安装状态中如此形状配合地嵌合到彼此当中,从而由此能够传递为了旋转所述主轴螺母(60)所需要的转矩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述驱动轮(80)布置在主轴螺母端部(76)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述连接结构(92a、92b)通过凹部(92a)和凸起(92b)来形成,所述凹部和凸起形状配合地嵌合到彼此当中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述凹部(92a)布置在所述主轴螺母(60)侧。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述凸起(92b)具有矩形的横截面。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述驱动轮(80)通过热填缝结构(98)轴向地被固定在所述主轴螺母(60)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机电式制动压力产生器(14),其特征在于,所述主轴螺母(60)和所述驱动轮(80)由不同的塑料构造。
8.车辆,包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的、用于液压制动系统(10)的机电式制动压力产生器(14)。
