Abstract
本发明涉及橡胶粒子制造设备技术领域,尤其是一种橡胶切粒机,克服现有切粒机针对粘性较强的橡胶切粒时易产生颗粒粘连的问题,方案是,具有位于挤出螺杆前端的模头,模头上具有排列的若干出胶孔,模头前端设有对挤出胶条切粒的切粒装置,切粒装置具有旋转的切刀,切刀的线形刀口的旋转面为圆柱面,切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线大致平行于模头的前端面;模头前端面上具有对应贴合于切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的弧形凹腔,弧形凹腔的半径与切刀刀口的旋转半径一致,出胶孔位于弧形凹腔处,由旋转的切刀对出胶孔处挤出的胶条滚切成橡胶颗粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶粒子制造设备技术领域,尤其是一种橡胶切粒机。
背景技术
橡胶切粒机也即橡胶造粒机,是生产橡胶粒子的设备,主要过程是将熔融的橡胶经由螺杆挤出,胶料被螺杆从前端模头上的排列的小孔挤出后再由模头前设置的切刀切成颗粒状,此时由冷却装置对小孔处的胶条进行喷水冷却,根据所使用原料的不同或者对粒子性能要求的不同,切料机的构造上也有所不同,比如使用回笼橡胶时则需要增强炼胶过滤的功能,但模头和模头处切粒装置、冷却装置的差别不大,如附图1的切粒机的整机图,附图2和3的模头结构图,附图4和5的刀盘结构图,模头的外端面为一平面,模头上的出胶孔圆周排列,由旋转的刀盘在模头的外端面对挤出的胶条进行切粒,刀盘上刀具刀口的的旋转面为贴合在模头端面上的平面,模头上出胶孔的形状由粒子需要的形状而定。
随着技术的进步,橡胶粒子在性能上被要求的越来越高,天然橡胶和/或添加某些物质后性能优异的橡胶粒子表现出越来越强的粘性,这种情况下,现有的切粒机橡胶粒子被切下后容易发粘连,主要原因是:一、粒子切下后作不规则的运动,相互碰撞的概率较大,由于颗粒粘性强,一旦碰撞就会粘连在一起,如果需要提高效率,刀盘作高速旋转,则颗粒相互粘连的情况会更加严重;二、模头处另设的喷水冷却装置除了冷却针对性差之外也使颗粒作不规则的运动从而发生粘连。
粘连的橡胶粒子影响了粒子的使用性能和产品的品质。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种切后橡胶颗粒不易发生粘连的橡胶切粒机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种橡胶切粒机,具有位于挤出螺杆前端的模头,模头上具有排列的若干出胶孔,按胶料的运动方向,模头前端设有对挤出胶条切粒的切粒装置,所述的切粒装置具有旋转的切刀,所述切刀的线形刀口的旋转面为圆柱面,所述切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线大致平行于模头的前端面;所述模头前端面上具有对应贴合于切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的弧形凹腔,弧形凹腔的半径与切刀刀口的旋转半径一致,所述出胶孔位于所述弧形凹腔处,由旋转的切刀对出胶孔处挤出的胶条滚切成橡胶颗粒。
为了提高切粒机的对橡胶颗粒冷却的冷却效果,使被切后颗粒作有规则的抛物线轨迹运动,颗粒与颗粒之间不发生粘连,所述切粒装置具有固定切刀的刀架,所述刀架的切刀安装部为内通冷却液的轮廓为圆柱形的筒体,切刀位于筒体的外壁,所述筒体上开设有朝向切刀刀口的用于喷出冷却液的若干喷液孔。
上述所述的喷液孔朝向刀口,并不是指喷液孔的中心线一定要与刀口相交,只需使喷出的冷却液至刀口附近即可。
具体的为了提高切粒效果和旋转件的平衡,所述切刀为圆周等份设置在筒体外壁的至少两把。
为了适于更换磨损后的切刀,所述切刀可拆式固定在刀架上,所述切刀具有安装部和刀口部、且切刀的横截面为L形。
一种便于加工制造的结构,所述切刀的刀口为直线状,切刀的长度方向与切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行。
一种连续切粒、切粒装置负荷均匀的结构,所述切刀的刀口为螺旋线状,切刀螺旋安装在筒体上。此时,切刀的线形刀口为曲线。
具体的一种结构,所述若干的出胶孔为排列的至少一排,出胶孔的排列方向与切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行。
为了提高工效,进一步降低颗粒下落时粘连的概率,所述若干的出胶孔为排列的两排或两排以上时,相邻排之间的出胶孔呈交错设置状态。
为了切粒装置的制造安装方便和颗粒在水平方向上具有更宽的下落空间,所述的切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线与出胶孔的排列方向呈水平状。
当然,切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线呈水平状这一状态与出胶孔的排列方向并不存在必然的关系,轴心线呈水平状是独立的设置,出胶孔的排列方向也可以是其它非水平状,如波浪状或倾斜状。
为了保证切刀刀口能较好的保持贴合在出胶孔的口部,使颗粒的切口平整,支撑切刀的旋转支撑装置固定设置在模头上,模头固定设置在橡胶切粒机的机身上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的橡胶切粒机将原有的常规的端面平面切粒方法改变为圆周滚切的方法,切后的颗粒作抛物线状的规则运动,颗粒与颗粒之间不易发生碰撞,并且进一步的将冷却装置从外部转移至刀架的内部,冷却液的喷液孔可以精确的对准出胶口,能提高冷却效果更好的帮助颗粒作规则的运动,更好的防止颗粒间的粘连;本发明还具有另一个有益效果,由于滚切装置的轴线是垂直于螺杆轴线的,从设备各装置布局来说,大大缩短了设备的长度尺寸。

如图6和图7的橡胶切粒机,具有位于挤出螺杆1前端的模头2,模头2上具有排列的若干出胶孔2-1,按胶料的运动方向,模头2前端设有对挤出胶条切粒的切粒装置,切粒装置具有旋转的切刀3,切刀3的线形刀口的旋转面为圆柱面,切刀3刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线大致平行于模头2的前端面;模头2前端面上具有对应贴合于切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的弧形凹腔2-2,弧形凹腔2-2的半径与切刀3刀口的旋转半径一致,出胶孔2-1位于弧形凹腔2-2处,由旋转的切刀3对出胶孔2-1处挤出的胶条滚切成橡胶颗粒。
申请人期望说明的是,本申请的主要发明点在于将现有的盘切或者说是端面切改变为滚切,滚切情况下也有多种形式,切刀刀口的运动轨迹可以是在一个圆柱面上,圆柱面可以是狭义的各横截面圆直径相等的直筒形,同样的滚切情况下,若切刀3和弧形凹腔2-2没有制造难度时,圆柱面可以不限于仅为直筒形,其节线可以是曲线状的;切刀刀口的轨迹也可以是圆锥面的,此时节线也是直线。
结合附图10和附图11,切粒装置具有固定切刀3的刀架4,刀架4的切刀3安装部为内通冷却液的轮廓为圆柱形的筒体,切刀3位于筒体的外壁,筒体上开设有朝向切刀3刀口的用于喷出冷却液的若干喷液孔4-1;切刀3为圆周等份设置在筒体外壁的三把;切刀3可拆式固定在刀架4上,切刀3具有安装部和刀口部、且切刀3的横截面为L形;切刀3的刀口为直线状,切刀3的长度方向与切刀3刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行。
附图没有显示的一种结构也是需要说明的,切刀3的刀口为螺旋线状,切刀3螺旋安装在筒体上,这种结构相当于是一种连续的滚切,对设备的制造后期的设备维护和使用过程中刀具的更换具有较高的技术要求。
如附图8和附图9,模头上若干的出胶孔2-1为排列的两排,出胶孔2-1的排列方向与切刀3刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行,两排之间的出胶孔2-1呈左右交错设置状态。
当然,切刀3刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线与出胶孔2-1的排列方向呈水平状是一种较好的形式。
再如附图6和附图7,支撑切刀3的旋转支撑装置固定设置在模头2上,模头2固定设置在橡胶切粒机的机身上,这样切刀3相对于模头2的位置便于控制。
一般情况下,切刀3的外部设置一罩壳,罩壳下方设有集料槽,冷却液一般使用水,水和橡胶颗粒一起下落在集料槽中。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种橡胶切粒机,具有位于挤出螺杆(1)前端的模头(2),模头(2)上具有排列的若干出胶孔(2-1),按胶料的运动方向,模头(2)前端设有对挤出胶条切粒的切粒装置,其特征是:所述的切粒装置具有旋转的切刀(3),所述切刀(3)的线形刀口的旋转面为圆柱面,所述切刀(3)刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线大致平行于模头(2)的前端面;所述模头(2)前端面上具有对应贴合于切刀刀口圆柱旋转面的弧形凹腔(2-2),弧形凹腔(2-2)的半径与切刀(3)刀口的旋转半径一致,所述出胶孔(2-1)位于所述弧形凹腔(2-2)处,由旋转的切刀(3)对出胶孔(2-1)处挤出的胶条滚切成橡胶颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述切粒装置具有固定切刀(3)的刀架(4),所述刀架(4)的切刀(3)安装部为内通冷却液的轮廓为圆柱形的筒体,切刀(3)位于筒体的外壁,所述筒体上开设有朝向切刀(3)刀口的用于喷出冷却液的若干喷液孔(4-1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述切刀(3)为圆周等份设置在筒体外壁的至少两把。
4.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述切刀(3)可拆式固定在刀架(4)上,所述切刀(3)具有安装部和刀口部、且切刀(3)的横截面为L形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述切刀(3)的刀口为直线状,切刀(3)的长度方向与切刀(3)刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述切刀(3)的刀口为螺旋线状,切刀(3)螺旋安装在筒体上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述若干的出胶孔(2-1)为排列的至少一排,出胶孔(2-1)的排列方向与切刀(3)刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线平行。
8.根据权利要求7所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述若干的出胶孔(2-1)为排列的两排或两排以上时,相邻排之间的出胶孔(2-1)呈交错设置状态。
9.根据权利要求7所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:所述的切刀(3)刀口圆柱旋转面的轴心线与出胶孔(2-1)的排列方向呈水平状。
10.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切粒机,其特征是:支撑切刀(3)的旋转支撑装置固定设置在模头(2)上,模头(2)固定设置在橡胶切粒机的机身上。
