The cutter frame 7010 moves left and right and can drive the rotating knife 12 and the drive gear 13 to move left and right, the drive gear 13 which is meshed with the fixed rack 11 in the process of moving left and right can drive other drive gears 13 and the rotating knife 12 to rotate, so that the rotating knife 12 can further crush and process the feed in the screening frame 5, thereby enabling the feed in the screening frame 5 to be crushed more thoroughly and comprehensively, the more finely crushed feed can be shaken off into the collecting frame body 2 more quickly, and the piglet feed can be eaten more favorably.
