Example 1: weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: PET60 parts, short fibers 70 parts, polyester fibers 40 parts, polypropylene fibers 10 parts, acrylic acid adhesive 15 parts, dispersing agent 0.3-0.8 part, acrylic ester copolymer emulsion 9-19 parts, glass fibers 0.5-1 part, acrylic acid 19-29 parts and titanium dioxide 0.5-1 part; loosening and mixing the short fibers and the polyester fibers, and then carding to obtain a semi-finished non-woven fabric; cleaning a container: cleaning the interior of the container, airing, placing acrylic acid in the container, adding titanium dioxide into the container, stirring and mixing to prepare an impregnation solution; placing the non-woven fabric semi-finished product obtained in the step into a container, and pouring the impregnation solution into the container to impregnate the non-woven fabric semi-finished product for 3 hours; drying at 80 deg.C for 30min, and cooling; feeding the cooled semi-finished non-woven fabric into a web forming mechanism for web forming, and then reinforcing the semi-finished non-woven fabric into fabric; adding polypropylene fibers into a melt-blowing machine, and then carrying out melt-blowing on the non-woven fabric which is reinforced into cloth through the melt-blowing machine; coating acrylic acid adhesive on the melt-blown surface of the non-woven fabric subjected to melt blowing, then paving a PET film, then coating a layer of acrylic acid adhesive, then paving a layer of non-melt-blown non-woven fabric, rolling and bonding by hot rollers at the temperature of 16D200g, 8D150g and 300 ℃, and shaping; adding the acrylate copolymer emulsion and glass fiber into a pouring container, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating solution; uniformly blade-coating the coating solution on two sides of the non-woven fabric subjected to hot-pressing bonding; then drying the non-woven fabric for 10min at room temperature; drying the non-woven fabric for 20min in a drying tunnel at 130 ℃, and rolling and slitting to obtain a non-woven fabric finished product.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the nonwoven fabrics manufactured in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 were tested under the same conditions for their cleaning ability to obtain the best cleaning effect of the nonwoven fabric manufactured in the embodiment 1, and the overall formulation and method thereof enable the nonwoven fabric to have an interception rate of 99.989%, dust removal, PM2.5 filtration degree of 99.994%, clean gas: 0.1mg/m3 (cubic meter) non-woven fabric is wear-resistant and compression-resistant, and the quality guarantee period is 3-5 years, so that the non-woven fabric manufactured by the formula and the method has stronger practicability.

Claims (9)

1. A non-woven fabric for filtration comprises the following raw materials: PET, short fiber, polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, acrylic acid adhesive, dispersant, coating solution, dipping solution, its characterized in that: the coating material comprises, by weight, 60 parts of PET, 70 parts of staple fibers, 40 parts of polyester fibers, 10 parts of polypropylene fibers, 15 parts of acrylic adhesives, 0.3-0.8 part of dispersing agents, 10-20 parts of coating solutions and 20-30 parts of dipping solutions.
2. A nonwoven fabric for filtration according to claim 1, characterized in that: the coating solution is formed by mixing acrylic ester copolymer emulsion and glass fiber, wherein the acrylic ester copolymer emulsion is 55 wt% of water dispersible acrylic ester copolymer emulsion, and the mass ratio of the acrylic ester copolymer emulsion to the glass fiber is 25: 1.
3. A nonwoven fabric for filtration according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dipping solution is prepared by mixing acrylic acid and titanium dioxide, and the mass ratio of the acrylic acid to the titanium dioxide is 30: 1.

s1: selecting non-woven fabric raw materials: PET, short fibers, polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, acrylic acid adhesives, dispersing agents, acrylate copolymer emulsion, glass fibers, acrylic acid and titanium dioxide;
s2: after the non-woven fabric raw materials are selected, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: PET60 parts, short fibers 70 parts, polyester fibers 40 parts, polypropylene fibers 10 parts, acrylic acid adhesive 15 parts, dispersing agent 0.3-0.8 part, acrylic ester copolymer emulsion 9-19 parts, glass fibers 0.5-1 part, acrylic acid 19-29 parts and titanium dioxide 0.5-1 part;
s3: loosening and mixing the short fibers and the polyester fibers, and then carding to obtain a semi-finished non-woven fabric;
s4: cleaning a container: cleaning the interior of the container, airing, placing acrylic acid in the container, adding titanium dioxide into the container, stirring and mixing to prepare an impregnation solution;
s5: placing the non-woven fabric semi-finished product obtained in the step S3 in a container, and pouring the impregnation solution into the container to impregnate the non-woven fabric semi-finished product;
s6: taking out the non-woven fabric semi-finished product soaked in the step S5, drying and cooling;
s7: feeding the cooled semi-finished non-woven fabric into a web forming mechanism for web forming, and then reinforcing the semi-finished non-woven fabric into fabric;
s8: adding polypropylene fibers into a melt-blowing machine, and then carrying out melt-blowing on the non-woven fabric which is reinforced into cloth through the melt-blowing machine;
s9: coating acrylic acid adhesive on the melt-blown surface of the non-woven fabric subjected to melt blowing, then paving a PET film, then coating a layer of acrylic acid adhesive, then paving a layer of non-melt-blown non-woven fabric, and rolling, bonding and shaping the non-melt-blown non-woven fabric by 16D200g and 8D150g hot rollers;
s10: adding the acrylate copolymer emulsion and glass fiber into a pouring container, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating solution;
s11: uniformly blade-coating the coating solution on two sides of the non-woven fabric subjected to hot-pressing bonding;
s12: drying the nonwoven fabric in step S11 at room temperature;
s13; and (5) drying the non-woven fabric in the step S12 through a drying tunnel, and coiling and slitting to obtain a non-woven fabric finished product.
5. The method for preparing a non-woven fabric for filtration according to claim 3, wherein: the impregnation time of the non-woven fabric semi-finished product in the step S5 is 3 h.
6. The method for preparing a non-woven fabric for filtration according to claim 3, wherein: in the step S6, the drying temperature is 80 ℃, and the drying time is 30 min.
7. The method for preparing a non-woven fabric for filtration according to claim 3, wherein: the hot roll temperature in step S9 is 300 °.
