The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity or irritation, rich color, low price, recycling and the like. For example, the polypropylene (pp material) granules are mostly used as raw materials and produced by the processes of high-temperature melting, spinning, lapping, hot rolling, coiling and the like.
Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2-264012 proposes a polypropylene fiber containing a specific compound, but the feeling and strength are poor, and Japanese patent application laid-open Nos. 4-228666 and 7-11508 propose polypropylene fibers whose surfaces have been subjected to oxidative degradation treatment, but nonwoven fabrics produced from such fibers have stiff feeling. Although there have been a number of attempts to produce nonwovens with good strength and hand by hot-roll bonding, no method has been developed to date that satisfies both the properties of the nonwoven and a lower processing temperature to reduce energy consumption and save cost.
In summary, the existing preparation process of polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven fabric has the following defects:

The invention provides a method for improving the softness of polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabrics to solve the technical problems of the existing polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabrics, and the following purposes are achieved:

(1) the polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric has high softness and high strength, the softness reaches 3.41-3.43, and the MD strength reaches 24.20-24.22N/5 cm.
(2) The polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric has other technical performance indexes reaching: CD strength is 10.12-10.93N/5cm, anti-rewet performance is 99.0-99.5%, and shrinkage is 0.2-0.3%.
(3) The polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric has small hot-rolled part hardness and high softness, and is not easy to cause abrasion damage; the hot rolling position has good water absorption, moisture absorption and heat extraction performance; the anti-rewet performance of the hot rolling part is improved; the hot rolling part has low shrinkage, stereoscopic impression, difficult off-line and good air permeability; the overall strength of the hot rolling part is improved, and the hot rolling connecting area is not easy to break in the using process.
