According to the preparation method of the filtering type non-woven fabric, the preparation raw materials with the largest proportion are adopted for preparation, the prepared non-woven fabric is excellent in quality, has a good filtering effect, is suitable for products with high filtering requirements, is high in preparation efficiency, and is beneficial to market popularization.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method comprises the steps of loosening, mixing, fine opening, filtering and carding PET, PE and carbon fibers in the first step, then uniformly mixing an antibacterial agent and acrylic acid to obtain impregnation liquid, performing impregnation treatment on the mixed fibers to obtain a non-woven fabric to be treated, then soaking the non-woven fabric in diatomite suspension for 30-50 hours under the continuous flow condition, finally drying, baking, cooling and collecting materials in a winding drum to obtain the finished non-woven fabric, wherein the antibacterial agent greatly improves the filtering and sterilizing effects of the non-woven fabric, meanwhile, the addition of the carbon fibers improves the adsorption capacity of the non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric is soaked in the diatomite suspension for 30-50 hours under the continuous flow condition in the preparation process of the non-woven fabric, so that the practicability of the non-woven fabric is improved, and the non-woven fabric can be suitable for filter materials in various filter devices, the non-woven fabric prepared in the first step is placed on an automatic winding drum to automatically roll and glue is coated on the non-woven fabric in the third step, then the PTFE membrane prepared in the second step is placed on the automatic winding drum, the non-woven fabric subjected to glue coating and the PTFE membrane are simultaneously subjected to heating and bonding through a hot roller, finally the other surface subjected to the bonded fabric is subjected to glue coating, another non-woven fabric and the other surface of the PTFE membrane are subjected to heating and bonding through the hot roller, the filtering non-woven fabric can be prepared, the non-woven fabric and the PTFE membrane are formed by three-layer combination through automatic hot roller extrusion bonding, and therefore the product is combined and bonded at one time, the traditional repeated combination and bonding are avoided, the processing efficiency of the non-woven fabric is greatly improved, the existing non-woven fabric is solved, the good filtering effect cannot be achieved, and the preparation process is more complicated.

1. The filter type non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising two double-combined non-woven fabrics (1), wherein a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane (2) is fixedly arranged between the two double-combined non-woven fabrics (1).

The filtration type non-woven fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: PET60-70 parts, PE70-80 parts, carbon fiber 3-10 parts, antibacterial agent 5-10 parts, acrylic adhesive 10-15 parts, diatomite 1-2 parts, mixed solution 20-30 parts, dispersing agent 0.1-1 part and polytetrafluoroethylene resin powder 3-4 parts.

A filtration nonwoven fabric as defined in claim 3, wherein: 0.1-1 part of dispersant is 1501 antistatic agent, namely a compound of chromic alkyl hydroxide and calcium isooctyl succinate sulfonate, 5-10 parts of antibacterial agent is nano-silver chitosan antibacterial agent prepared by reacting dialdehyde chitosan and silver nitrate, and the mass ratio of the sum of the mass of the nano-silver and the dialdehyde chitosan in the nano-silver chitosan antibacterial agent to the mass of the solvent is 1: 1.

2) placing the mixed ingredients in an oven for full curing, prepressing the mixed ingredients into a columnar blank, then placing the columnar blank in an extruder, extruding strips by pushing and pressing, then carrying out calendaring and drying processes on the strips to prepare a base membrane, wherein the extrusion compression ratio is 50-120, the diameter of the extruded strips is 20-25mm, placing the base membrane in warm water for heat preservation, stretching the base membrane into a membrane, longitudinally stretching the membrane, and then stretching the membrane on a transverse stretcher into a high-strength self-adhesive polytetrafluoroethylene membrane tape with the width of 1.8-2.2m, the longitudinal stretching ratio is 3-15 times, and the transverse stretching ratio is 8-10 times, thus preparing the PTFE membrane;
