When epistaxis or nasal cavity surgery is performed, the nasal cavity needs to be treated, secretion in the nasal cavity needs to be sucked out, so that bleeding points in the nasal cavity can be checked, and therefore the nasal cavity suction device is a device commonly used in the nasal cavity surgery. When in operation, the rear end of the suction catheter of the nasal cavity suction device is usually connected with a negative pressure suction apparatus, the front end of the suction catheter is inserted into the nasal cavity to suck secretions or epistaxis, but the currently used nasal cavity suction devices are all direct and short, have thinner inner diameter, are easy to block and difficult to clean during operation, and are difficult to wash when blocking occurs, so that the patient needs to be dredged in vitro, and the embodiment can be used for washing and deep nasal cavity administration by connecting the washing catheter while working. Since the nasal suction devices of the prior art do not include any protective members, the secretions or nasal bleeding from the nasal cavity can be directed onto the operator's body as the operator sneezes or breathes. If the operation object carries virus, secretion or blood carrying the virus is splashed on the operator or forms aerosol, so that the risk of the operator infecting the virus is increased.
In order to overcome the defects of the nasal cavity suction device in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides the nasal cavity suction device with the anti-splashing protection function, the suction catheter on the nasal cavity suction device provided by the embodiment is provided with the protective cover, when the nasal cavity suction device provided by the embodiment is used for sucking the secretion in the nasal cavity, the protective cover is opened, and the mouth and the nose of a patient are shielded by using the protective cover, so that the secretion in the nasal cavity is prevented from splashing on the body of the patient or the formation of aerosol is reduced, and the risk of virus infection is reduced.
The nasal cavity suction device with the splash-proof protection function provided by the invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific application examples.
This embodiment provides a nasal cavity suction device with splash protection, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the device comprises a handle 10, a suction catheter 20, a communicating flushing catheter 40 and a protective cover 30 sleeved on the suction catheter; the protective cover is sleeved on one side of the suction catheter 20 close to the handle; the protective cover 30 comprises a protective surface facing to one side of the suction catheter far away from the handle 10, the protective surface is concave, and the communication flushing catheter 40 is arranged between the handle 10 and the suction catheter 20.
When the nasal cavity suction device is used for sucking nasal cavity secretions, as the protection cover is arranged between an operator and the operator, the secretions in the nasal cavity of the operator cannot be directly splashed onto the operator, and the formation of aerosol is reduced, so that the aim of preventing viruses or bacteria possibly existing in the secretions from contacting the operator is fulfilled, and the risk of infecting infectious diseases of the operator is reduced.
Specifically, the protective cover may be designed to be circular, square or elliptical, or may be fitted to the shape of a human body, and the protective cover may be designed to have a shape in which the width of the upper half is greater than the width of the lower half.
In specific implementation, the protective cover can be made of hard medical plastics or soft medical plastics. The hard material is medical transparent plastic, and the protective cover is of different sizes (the transverse diameter is 5 cm-15 cm) which are fixedly formed.
When the protective cover is made of hard medical plastic, in order to facilitate the examination of bleeding points in the nasal cavity by using the nasal endoscope after the nasal cavity is cleaned, a through hole for the nasal endoscope to pass through is formed in the protective surface of the protective cover, and the size of the through hole is matched with that of a nasal endoscope pipeline. Referring to fig. 2, for example, the protective cover is circular, the through hole 210 is disposed on the protective surface of the protective cover, and an intranasal endoscope passes through the through hole 210 to facilitate the insertion of the probe thereof into the nasal cavity of the operator. The size of the through hole is greater than or equal to the tube size of the nasal endoscope so that the nasal endoscope passes through the through hole 210.
Furthermore, an elastic fixing piece is arranged in the through hole, and the elastic fixing piece inserted into the through hole is detachably connected with the protective cover through the elastic fixing piece.
When the detection of the intranasal bleeding point is used, the intranasal endoscope which passes through the through hole is fixed on the protective cover for the convenience of operation, and in particular, when the detection is implemented, the tube wall of the intranasal endoscope and the edge of the through hole are elastically connected by arranging an elastic fixing piece at the edge of the through hole, so that a gap is prevented from being formed after the through hole is inserted into the intranasal endoscope. In one embodiment, the elastic fixing member can be configured as a movable rubber plug, through which the through hole is ensured to be in a closed state before and after the insertion of the nasal endoscope, so that secretion is prevented from splashing on the body of an operator through the through hole before and after the insertion of the nasal endoscope when the secretion in the nasal cavity of the operator is cleaned.
When the protective cover is made of soft medical plastic, the size of the protective surface of the protective cover can be correspondingly designed according to different use conditions, or the protective surface of the protective cover can be formed by splicing a plurality of cover surfaces with the same area, and the spliced cover surfaces are folded into a multi-layer protective surface, for example: the protective face is formed by splicing 4 protective faces with the same area, and can be folded into 4 protective faces, when the protective face is folded into 4 protective faces, the unfolding area of the protective face is minimum, if an operator wants to use a protective cover with a larger protective face, the protective face can be unfolded into a protective face formed by 2 protective faces, at the moment, the area of the protective face is 2 times that of the original 4 protective faces, if the operator wants to use the protective cover with the maximum protective face, the protective cover can be unfolded into 1 protective face, at the moment, the area of the protective cover is 4 times that of the original 4 protective faces, and when the protective cover is used, the operator selects to open the protective covers with different protective areas according to the condition of the operator.
Further, the protective cover may be made of a soft material, and the soft material may be made of a soft medical plastic, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the protective cover further includes a support frame 203 and a sliding collar 202, the sliding collar 202 is sleeved on the suction catheter, one end of the support frame 203 is connected to the sliding collar 202, and the other end is distributed on the surface of the protective surface 20 for expanding or contracting the protective surface. When in use, the support frame is attached to the protective surface, so that the use of the suction guide tube is not influenced.
In this embodiment, when the protection casing is made for flexible material and forms, if need use the protection casing to protect, then can support the protection face through the support frame, protect for operating personnel, and when need not use, then can pack up the support frame, the laminating of protection face is convenient for accomodate on the pipe wall of suction catheter.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of suction side holes 201 are formed in a side wall of the distal end of the suction catheter. The front end of the suction head adopts a plurality of suction side holes 201 to assist suction, so that the probability of blocking the suction apparatus can be reduced, and meanwhile, a plurality of suction ports can absorb secretion in the nasal cavity more quickly due to irregular nasal cavity structure. Because the front end of the suction catheter is additionally provided with the plurality of suction side holes, the increased suction side holes can increase the working range of the front end of the suction catheter in the nasal cavity, and the secretion in the nasal cavity can be conveniently sucked out.
Further, for the purpose of cleaning the suction catheter by the communicating irrigation catheter, the communicating irrigation catheter 40 communicates with the inside of the suction catheter 20, and is used for cleaning the inside of the suction catheter 20 or administering a drug to the deep part of the nasal cavity. Specifically, the communication flushing catheter 40 is provided near the handle of the suction device, and flushing of the suction catheter or treatment for deep nasal cavity administration can be performed through this route.
In order to better perform the irrigation of the suction catheter and the deep nasal cavity administration treatment, the communication irrigation catheter is arranged at one end of the suction catheter close to the handle, so that the liquid medicine flowing from the communication irrigation catheter can be conveniently cleaned to the whole suction apparatus.

When the nasal cavity suction device is made of transparent materials, an operator can clearly observe blocking points which may appear in the suction apparatus when operating the nasal cavity suction device, and the flow of secretion entering the suction apparatus is better controlled. When the communicating flushing catheter is used for cleaning the suction catheter or for administrating medicine in the nasal cavity, the trend of the liquid medicine can be clearly seen, so that the communicating flushing catheter is more beneficial to operators to use.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 5, a first anti-slip pattern 101 for connecting with a suction device is arranged at the end of the handle, and a second anti-slip pattern 102 for a handheld part is arranged on the surface of the handle. So that when the suction device is attached to the end of the handle or the handle is held in the hand, it does not fall off because the surface of the handle is too smooth. First anti-skidding line and second anti-skidding line can be the heliciform design, also can be for other shape designs that can realize anti-skidding effect.
Referring to fig. 6, a cross-sectional view of the nasal cavity suction device according to the present embodiment is shown, in which a negative pressure hole is formed at a connection point between the handle and the suction catheter, and a negative pressure suction unit is connected to the negative pressure hole. During the use, open the protection casing after, automatically regulated uses the size of the protection face of protection casing, opens the vacuum aspiration ware again, will the nasal cavity suction device's suction catheter's front end inserts the nasal cavity, and secretion or nosebleed in the nasal cavity are attracted to the crooked pipeline of inhaling the guide catheter under the effect of negative pressure in, and operating personnel can observe whether there is the jam in the suction catheter through the transparent inner wall of suction catheter, if have, then can pause the negative pressure, utilize the intercommunication to wash the pipeline of inhaling the guide catheter, clear away earlier and inhale the interior jam blood clot or the secretion of guide catheter, open the vacuum aspiration ware again, continue to attract secretion or nosebleed in the nasal cavity. And when the suction is carried out, the nasal endoscope penetrates out through the through hole on the protective cover, the pipeline of the nasal endoscope is fixed on the protective cover, the nasal endoscope is used for detecting a bleeding point in the nasal cavity, and after the detection is finished, the nasal cavity suction device is discarded for medical waste treatment.
