In the above embodiments, the effective components are extracted from various medicinal materials, so that the sterilizing effect is excellent, meanwhile, the medicinal materials with lower cost are selected, the production cost is lower, the water-soluble polyethylene glycol succinimide succinate and trilysine acetate composition contained in the composition can prolong the retention time of the medicament at the focus, adjust the release rate of the medicament, and improve the rheological property of the medicament, thereby reducing the dosage of the medicament and enhancing the anti-inflammatory effect of the medicament.
Example five:
a method for preparing a medicament for rapidly removing onychomycosis, as shown in figure 1, comprises the following steps:
step one S1: soaking 4-10 parts of salicylic acid, 7-23 parts of clove and 7-18 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli for 30-40 days, and taking a leaching solution for later use;
step two S2: respectively crushing 12-40 parts of cortex pseudolaricis, 8-25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 12-25 parts of fructus cnidii, 8-15 parts of fructus kochiae, 6-15 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 6-20 parts of radix stemonae into powder, and then mixing to obtain a mixture;
step three S3: adding 3-5 times of water by weight into the mixture, and cooking for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 100-130 ℃;
step four S4: carrying out suction filtration on a product obtained after cooking, and cooling to obtain a filtrate;
step five S5: mixing the leachate and the filtrate, and adding 5-12 parts of borneol, 10-20 parts of water-soluble polyethylene glycol succinimide succinate and 2-4 parts of trilysine acetate to obtain the product.

Under the above structure, after spraying, the bottle cap 75 is covered on the nozzle 73, and the bottle cap 75 is pressed, under the pressure of the bottle cap 75, the air jet 721 arranged on the air bag 72 blows air to blow the spraying part, so that the spraying part is dried quickly, on one hand, the medicament is prevented from being easily erased under the humid condition, and on the other hand, the influence on the normal action of people for a long time is avoided; it should be noted that the vial shown in the drawings is merely schematic and that in a practical arrangement the volume of the bladder 72 may be correspondingly larger to generate sufficient wind to promote rapid drying of the medicament.
Further, the nozzle 74 is provided with a sponge block, when the nozzle 73 is pressed down, the medicament is firstly sprayed on the sponge block and then wiped by the sponge block, so that the advantage of the arrangement is that the medicament is scattered around in a direct spraying manner, a large amount of medicament is wasted, the manner of firstly spraying on the sponge block can avoid the situation, and the medicament on the sponge block can be accurately smeared at the administration position.
A large number of clinical tests prove that the total effective rate can reach 91.51%, and the following data further prove the curative effect of the medicament.
One, general data: the patients in the group are 137 patients with onychomycosis in outpatient clinic treatment, and the clinical observation is carried out on the patients aiming at the medicament. 106 cases of the treatment group and 31 cases of the control group.
