1. The wormwood massage cream is characterized by comprising a phase A, a phase B, a phase C and a phase D;
the phase A comprises the following components: glycerin, propylene glycol, erythritol, carbomer, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, methylparaben, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate and water;
the phase B comprises the following components: squalane, isohexadecane, ethylhexyl palmitate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, tocopherol;
the phase C comprises the following components: menthol, mugwort leaf oil, pubescent angelica root extract, purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, giant knotweed rhizome root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, rosemary leaf extract, bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract, ginger root oil;
the phase D comprises the following components: caprylhydroxamic acid, glyceryl caprylate.
2. The wormwood massage cream according to claim 1, wherein the massage cream comprises a phase A, a phase B, a phase C and a phase D;
the phase A comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the massage cream: 2% of glycerol, 2% of propylene glycol, 1% of erythritol, 0.1% of carbomer, 0.2% of allantoin, 0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1% of methylparaben, 0.1% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of water;
the B phase comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the massage cream: 2% squalane, 2% isohexadecane, 2% ethylhexyl palmitate, 1% cetearyl alcohol, 1% cetearyl glucoside, 0.3% tocopherol;
the C phase comprises the following components in percentage by weight in the massage cream: 0.1% menthol, 2% argyi leaf oil, 2% pubescent angelica root extract, 2% purslane extract, 2% centella asiatica extract, 2% polygonum cuspidatum root extract, 2% scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 2% tea leaf extract, 2% glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 2% chamomile flower extract, 2% rosemary leaf extract, 0.5% bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract, 0.1% ginger root oil;
the phase D comprises the following components: 0.1% caprylhydroxamic acid, 0.1% glyceryl caprylate.

The wormwood massage cream according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the wormwood oil comprises the following steps: taking 100 g of naturally dried folium artemisiae argyi, grinding, placing in a 1000ML round-bottom flask, adding 700ML distilled water, carrying out cold soaking for 2h, then carrying out heating extraction according to a steam distillation method, refluxing for 4h, separating out volatile oil, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate, and drying to obtain folium artemisiae argyi oil;
the preparation method of the radix angelicae pubescentis extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing radix Angelicae Pubescentis powder, filtering, and reflux-extracting with 4 times of methanol for three times, each time for 2 hr;
