The distance between the legs at the two sides can be controlled, so that the separation distance between the legs at the two sides can be kept to meet the requirement constantly when a patient has a rest on a sickbed, the anus operation knife opening is not easy to be influenced, and the fast recovery and healing of the knife opening are facilitated. And the patient can be recovered in a way of keeping the legs separated, thereby being beneficial to the examination and treatment of the medical staff to the incision, improving the efficiency of the medical staff and reducing the pain of the patient during the examination. The knife edge is not affected by the shaking of the legs of the patient during the sleeping process, so that the patient has a safe and comfortable rest environment during the rest, and the positions of the legs do not need to be controlled constantly.
If the patient walks on the ground, the pull rod 9 can be installed between the hand grips 5 on both sides. Both ends of the pull rod 9 are in threaded connection with the threaded holes 7 at the end part of the upper gripper 5 through threads, and then are connected with the upper gripper 5. The pull rod 9 has elasticity and certain supporting force, can support the clamping mechanism 2 on the side surface, adjust the distance between legs on two sides, and has the buffering function in the walking process of a patient, so that the patient can walk conveniently, and the phenomenon that the patient cannot step forward can not occur. The leg parts at two sides can be kept within a proper distance range in the walking process of the patient, and the influence on the incision can be reduced in the walking process.
If patient has a rest on the sick bed, the shank need upwards lift up, reaches the required comfortable environment of patient, can install supporting mechanism in the side of horizontal pole 8, and fixture block 27 joint is in the inside of mounting groove 21 during the installation, and extrusion spring 28 promotes the inner wall butt of push pedal 29 and mounting groove 21 for fixture block 27 can remain stable in position in the inside of mounting groove 21. And during the installation, can adjust the position of fixture block 27 in mounting groove 21 inside according to the demand of reality for supporting mechanism uses more extensively, can adapt to the patient of multiple demand. The support mechanism supports the cross bar 8 at the lower part, so that the height of the leg part is raised. In use, the first fastening bolt 25 and the first positioning bolt 24 are screwed so that the support rod 22 can rotate at one end of the cross beam 23, and the cross beam 23 can rotate on the base 1. And then adjust the inclination and the height of bracing piece 22 in horizontal pole 8 below to can make bracing piece 22 can support horizontal pole 8 from different inclination and height, make things convenient for placing of patient's shank. The height and the inclination angle of the supporting rod 22 can be adjusted conveniently and quickly, and can be freely adjusted in the wearing process of a patient, so that different requirements of the patient can be met.
If the patient needs to sit on the sickbed in the rest process, the anus knife opening is not easy to be stressed and damaged in order to reduce the stress on the hip in the sitting and standing process. A depending mechanism may be mounted on the upper portion of the cross bar 8 for support of the patient's body. When the supporting mechanism is installed, the installation seat 15 is fixedly connected with the insertion grooves 20 on the upper portion of the cross rod 8 through the bottom rod 34 at the bottom in an insertion mode, and the cross rod 8 and the insertion grooves 20 at different positions can be fixedly connected in an insertion mode according to different requirements of patients. During use, the second fastening bolt 33 is screwed to adjust the inclination angle of the telescopic rod 32, so that the inclination angle of the upper end supporting plate 14 is adjusted, and the body of a patient can be supported from different angles below. In the supporting process, the length of the telescopic rod 32 can be adjusted by screwing the bolt rod 31, so that the supporting device is suitable for different height requirements of patients. When the patient is supported, the supporting plates 14 are abutted to the lower parts of armpits of the patient, so that the supporting plates 14 on the two sides can stably support the body of the patient from the lower parts, the patient is more comfortable when sitting and standing, and the influence on the incision of the patient can be reduced.
And after clamping mechanism 2 and shank joint, in order to make shank muscle obtain the activity, start massage mechanism and move, the extension of a plurality of electronic flexible post 37 or shrink drive the elasticity massage head 36 of tip to massage patient's shank for the shank is more comfortable, and the blood circulation is normal, and clamping mechanism 2 can not cause adverse effect to patient's health.
