A debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment, characterized by comprising a device case (1), a wound debridement assembly (2) and a suturing assistance assembly (3); the lower end of the device box (1) is provided with a base (11) through a telescopic adjusting rod (10), the upper end of the device box (1) is open, arc-shaped grooves (12) are formed in two sides of the opening, a through groove (13) is formed in one side of the device box (1), the through groove (13) is located at the lower end of one arc-shaped groove (12), and a first sliding groove (15) is formed in the bottom end of the interior of the device box (1); the wound cleaning assembly (2) comprises a guide frame (20), a washing arc plate (21) and a cutting knife ring (22), wherein the guide frame (20) comprises guide rods (200) and two guide arc plates (201), the two guide rods (200) are respectively horizontally arranged at an opening at the upper end of the device box (1) and are parallel to a horizontal connecting line of the two arc-shaped grooves (12), two ends of each guide arc plate (201) are respectively connected with the two guide rods (200) in a sliding mode through sliding sleeves (202), a second sliding groove (2010) is arranged on each guide arc plate (201) along the length direction of the guide arc plate, the upper end of each washing arc plate (21) is movably clamped on the second sliding groove (2010) through a mounting sleeve (210), a threaded sleeve (211) is rotatably clamped at the upper end of the mounting sleeve (210), a clamping groove (2100) is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the mounting sleeve (210), and is located at the lower end of the threaded sleeve (211), the washing arc plate (21) is connected with an external washing liquid storage tank through a guide pipe, an atomizing spray head (212) and a drying lamp plate (213) are arranged on the lower end face of the washing arc plate (21), the cutting knife ring (22) is an elliptical ring, a connecting screw rod (220) is arranged at the upper end of the cutting knife ring (22), the cutting knife ring (22) is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve (211) through the connecting screw rod (220), and the connecting screw rod (220) is movably clamped with the clamping groove (2100) through a clamping block; the sewing auxiliary assembly (3) comprises two movable arc plates (30) and two clamping arc plates (31), the bottoms of the two movable arc plates (30) are respectively provided with a first sliding block (300), the upper ends of the two movable arc plates are respectively provided with a third sliding groove (301), the insides of the two movable arc plates are respectively provided with a through groove (302) in a penetrating manner, the two movable arc plates (30) are respectively connected with the first sliding groove (15) in a sliding manner through the first sliding block (300), the length direction of the first sliding groove (15) is vertical to the length direction of the guide rod (200), the two first sliding blocks (300) can be rotatably clamped with push rods (303), the two push rods (303) respectively penetrate through the device box (1) and are respectively in threaded connection with the device box (1), the bottoms of the two clamping arc plates (31) are respectively provided with a second sliding block (310), the second sliding blocks (310) are respectively provided with connecting rods (311), centre gripping arc board (31) pass through respectively second slider (310) and third sliding tray (301) sliding connection, just connecting rod (311) run through logical groove (302) and run through groove (13), and the tip of two connecting rod (311) passes through frid (312) and connects, vertically on device case (1) lateral wall is provided with flexible bracing piece (313), the rotatable joint of terminal surface under the top of flexible bracing piece (313) and frid (312).

The debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 1, characterized in that a guide plate (14) is movably inserted into the upper end of the device box (1), the guide plate (14) is located at the lower end of the two arc-shaped grooves (12), a guide hole (140) is arranged on the guide plate (14), and the guide hole (140) is connected with an external collecting device through a conduit.
3. A debridement stitching device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the deflector (14) is a conical structure, the deflector hole (140) being located at the lowest point of the conical structure.

The debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 1, characterized in that a partition plate (16) is horizontally arranged inside the device box (1), the partition plate (16) divides the device box (1) into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the first sliding groove (15) is arranged on the partition plate (16), an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (17) is arranged in the cavity at the lower end inside the device box (1), a box door (18) is movably hinged on the side of the device box (1), and the box door (18) corresponds to the cavity at the lower end inside the device box (1).

The debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 1, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the inside of the excision knife ring (22) are rotatably clamped with pull rods (23), the pull rods (23) are connected through threads of an adjusting sleeve (230) and first spring rods (231), the first spring rods (231) are horizontally clamped on two sides of the adjusting sleeve (230), and the two first spring rods (231) are rotatably clamped with the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the excision knife ring (22) respectively.
6. A debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 1, characterized in that a second spring rod (221) is provided at the connection of the excising knife ring (22) and the connecting screw (220).
7. A debridement suturing device for surgical wound treatment according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting rods (311) run through the through slots (302) and through slots (13), the ends of the two connecting rods (311) being connected by a slot plate (312).
