the cutting device is characterized in that a cutting unit is arranged between the conveying cavity (202) and the mounting unit, the cutting unit comprises a fixed shell (6) fixedly arranged on the base (1), a cutting assembly is movably connected in the fixed shell (6), and the cutting assembly slides in a channel between the fixed shell (6) and the conveying cavity (202) and the mounting unit.

the locking assembly comprises a rectangular groove (101) located on the bottom surface of the base (1), two ends of the rectangular groove (101) penetrate through two opposite side surfaces of the base (1), two symmetrical clamping plates (102) are arranged in the rectangular groove (101), the two clamping plates (102) are respectively connected to two side walls of the rectangular groove (101) in a sliding mode, the length of the two clamping plates (102) is the same as that of the rectangular groove (101), and the bottom surfaces of the clamping plates (102) and the bottom surface of the base (1) are located on the same horizontal plane;
the top ends of the two clamping plates (102) are fixedly connected with moving blocks (103), threaded holes are formed in the moving blocks (103), and central shafts of the threaded holes of the two moving blocks (103) are located on the same axis;
a rotating rod (104) is rotatably connected in the rectangular groove (101), the rotating rod (104) is horizontally arranged on two inner walls of the rectangular groove (101), one end of the rotating rod penetrates through the base (1) and extends to the outside of the base (1), and a rotating handle (105) is arranged at the end part of the rotating rod (104);
the rotating rod (104) is provided with spiral teeth outside one section of rod body positioned in the rectangular groove (101), the spiral teeth are provided with two symmetrical sections, the two sections of spiral teeth are respectively in threaded connection with a threaded hole of one moving block (103), the rotating rod (104) is in threaded connection with the two moving blocks (103) symmetrically, and when the rotating rod (104) rotates, the two clamping plates (102) move in opposite or opposite directions simultaneously;
the opposite sides of the two clamping plates (102) are arc surfaces, and the extension lines of the arc surfaces of the two clamping plates (102) form a circle or an ellipse.
3. Neck incision protection device according to claim 1, wherein the protective strip (3) is curved in cross-section, is arranged in the storage chamber (201) in a roll, and has one end extending through the delivery chamber (202) to the outside of the housing (1).

The neck incision protection device according to claim 3, wherein the delivery cavity (202) is transversely arranged at the top of the shell (1), the cross section of the delivery cavity (202) is of a semicircular structure with a linear bottom edge, and one end of the delivery cavity (202) is communicated with the storage cavity (201).

the same end of a rotating shaft of each driving pulley (7) is fixedly connected with a main gear (701), the diameters of the main gears (701) are the same, a secondary gear (702) is meshed between every two adjacent main gears (701), the secondary gears (702) are rotatably connected to the shell (1), one main gear (701) is coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of a driving motor, the driving motor is provided with a switch, and the wheel surface of each driving pulley (7) is attached to the inner arc surface of the protection strip (3);
the auxiliary pulley block is evenly provided with a plurality of groups, each auxiliary pulley block comprises a plurality of auxiliary pulleys (8) arranged in an arc shape, the auxiliary pulleys (8) are rotationally connected to the top of the shell, and the wheel surface is attached to the outer arc surface of the protection strip (3).

The neck incision protection device according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the connecting piece (5) comprises a top arc-shaped strip, the radian and the length of the inner arc edge of the arc-shaped strip are matched with those of the outer arc edge of the cross section of the protection strip (3), two ends of the arc-shaped strip are respectively provided with a horizontal strip, two horizontal strips are symmetrically arranged and are positioned at the inner side of the arc-shaped strip, one opposite ends of the two horizontal strips are respectively provided with a short arc strip, and the radians of the two short arc strips are the same as those of the arc-shaped strip;
the cross section shape formed by the extension lines of the arc-shaped strips, the horizontal strips and the short arc strips is matched with four sides of the cross section of the protection strip (3);
one end of the connecting piece (5) is a closed surface, and the shape of the connecting piece is the surface formed by the outer arc edge of the arc strip, the outer arc edge of the horizontal strip and the extension line of the inner arc edge of the short arc strip.

Neck incision protection device according to claim 6, wherein the mounting tube (4) is fixedly connected to the housing (2), an arc-shaped channel is provided in the mounting tube (4) and is in shape fit with the closed surface at one end of the connecting piece (5), the connecting piece (5) is located in the mounting tube (4) and is in fit with the arc-shaped channel, and the length of the connecting piece (5) is greater than the length of the arc-shaped channel.

The neck incision protection device of claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the fixing shell (6) is fixedly connected with the base (1), the top end of the fixing shell is located between the shell (2) and the mounting tube (4), a vertical channel is arranged in the fixing shell (6), and the channel is communicated with the conveying cavity (202) and the arc-shaped channel;
the cutting assembly comprises a cutter (9), the bottom end of the cutter (9) is fixedly connected with a heating block (901), the cutting edge of the cutter (9) is positioned on the top surface and arranged upwards, the bottom end of the heating block (901) is movably connected with the inner bottom surface of the fixed shell (6) through an electric telescopic rod (902), and the heating block (901) is matched with the inner wall of the channel;
the channel extends to the upper part of the conveying cavity (202) and the arc-shaped channel, the heights of the heating block (901) and the cutter (9) are slightly larger than the heights of the conveying cavity (202) and the arc-shaped channel, and the height of the channel above the conveying cavity (202) and the arc-shaped channel is larger than the height of the cutter (9).
