Compared with the positioning sleeve in the prior art, the newly designed positioning connecting piece is small and exquisite, has a simple structure, does not need to loose core during production, is economical, is simpler and quicker for workers to install, and is convenient and practical for clinical use.
3. The second handle integrated with the side expansion piece gear is arranged above the side expansion piece gear, the pipe joint or the first handle is arranged at the rear end of the side expansion piece, and the defect that the prior art does not have the second handle is overcome.
4. The detachable connection between the positioning connecting piece and the upper wing and the detachable connection between the positioning connecting piece and the side expansion piece have ingenious design and bring remarkable advantages, and for producing the four-wing expander, firstly, the parts are simplified after being detached, the production is very convenient, the mold cost is greatly saved, and the equipment investment is also reduced; secondly, after the side expansion piece and the positioning connecting piece are disassembled, the single product of the least components is the operation type double-wing vaginal dilator with the upper wing and the lower wing, the four-wing vaginal dilator is formed by installing the positioning connecting piece and the side expansion piece, the disassembly or the assembly is very simple and convenient, different single products which can be independently applied to clinic can be freely assembled, and the molds can be shared between the side expansion piece and the positioning connecting piece from the production angle and the mold investment, so the mold investment is greatly saved.
5. The other structure of the invention only adds a self-destruction strip design on the grab handle, and can be made into an instant four-wing speculum, which is very simple, ingenious and practical, and after the use, the dilator can be destroyed by a doctor once and is clear at a glance, so that the dilator is known to be used by people, thereby playing the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases and protecting the health of people.
6. The device has few parts and low cost, can be used for operation and examination, and can be connected with a smoke exhaust pipe only on the pipe joint when smoke is exhausted in the operation, and the smoke exhaust pipe is not required to be connected if smoke is not exhausted, so the operation type can be used for clinical examination besides a special examination type.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In addition, any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the methods of the present invention. The preferred embodiments and materials described herein are intended to be exemplary only.
Example 1
Inspection type four-wing vaginal dilator
Referring first to fig. 1 and 4-5, an examination type four-winged vaginal dilator comprises: an upper expansion piece 01 including an upper wing 01-1, and a pressing handle 01-2 integrated with the upper wing 01-1 and extending downward along the rear end of one side of the upper wing, a lower expansion piece 02, the lower expansion piece 02 including a lower wing 02-1, a grip 02-2 integrated with the lower wing 02-1 and extending downward along the direction of the lower wing 02-1 at approximately right angle thereto, and both sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 are respectively connected by a shaft pin 01-3 and a shaft hole 02-5, so that the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 can be opened and closed by controlling the pressing handle 01-2.
A first expansion fixing device for fixing the opened state of the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1, which further comprises a positioning hook 01-7 with more than one shift position under the side pressing handle 01-3 and a positioning buckle 02-8 on the holding handle 02-4 corresponding to the positioning hook 01-7. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the first expansion fixing means comprises a positioning plate (not shown) having an arc-shaped groove with a pin as a rotation center on the pressing handle, and a positioning rod (not shown) having a nut and passing through the arc-shaped groove on the positioning plate on the pressing handle.
Referring to fig. 6, at least one positioning connecting piece 03 is provided in the invention, the positioning connecting piece in the embodiment is provided with a left positioning connecting piece and a right positioning connecting piece, has the same pair structure, is symmetrically arranged, is arranged at the outer side of the rear end of the upper wing 01-1, and is rotatably and detachably connected with a second shaft hole 01-9 at the rear end of the upper wing 01-1 through positioning connecting piece pin shafts 03-21 at two ends; the lower part of the positioning connecting piece is also provided with a positioning connecting piece shaft hole 03-22 capable of receiving the corner shaft pin 04-4 of the side expansion piece, and the top of the positioning connecting piece is also provided with a convex arc-shaped positioning connecting piece gear 03-23; the first handle 04-1 is pulled to drive the side expansion sheet 04 and the positioning connecting piece 03 to rotate in the upper wing second shaft hole 01-9, so that the upper and lower residence positions of the side wing 04-5 are adjusted.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention at least has one side expansion piece 04, the side expansion piece in this embodiment is a pair of left and right side wings 04-5 with the same structure but arranged symmetrically, the front part is far longer than the rear part, the inner side of the rear part of the side wing has a side expansion piece corner shaft pin 04-4 with a radial inward and backward corner, a side expansion piece gear 04-3 with a radial inward concave arc shape is arranged behind the corner shaft pin 04-4, and is engaged with the convex arc positioning connecting piece gear 03-23 to form a second expansion positioning device, which is used to adjust the expansion size of the left and right wings 04-5 and fix the left and right wings 04-5 at the position where the expansion is needed.
The side expansion sheet 04 is a non-channel side expansion sheet, the structure is simpler, the number of parts is extremely small, the product cost is greatly saved, the function is excellent, one four-wing speculum is provided with only four parts in total (comprising the upper expansion sheet 01, the lower expansion sheet 02, the positioning connecting piece 03 and the side expansion sheet 04), when the clinical requirement is met, the upper, lower, left and/or right wings of the vagina can be effectively expanded, the cervix is completely exposed, and the side expansion sheet 04 is very suitable for non-operative precancerous lesion screening or vaginal wall mucosa prolapse patient examination, sampling, physical therapy and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 1, before clinical use, the upper wing 01-1, the lower wing 02-1, the left wing 04-10 and the right wing 04-10 are all in a closed state, when the clinical use is started, a doctor sends the dilator into the vagina, at the moment, the upper wing 01-1, the lower wing 02-1, the left wing 04-10 and the right wing 04-10 are still in the closed state, and the four-wing dilator enters the vagina of a patient just like a double-wing vaginal dilator, so that fear and pain of the patient are avoided, and safety is fully reflected.
Referring to fig. 2-3, when in clinical use, a doctor presses down the press handle 01-2, the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 are expanded to a required visual field through the matching adjustment of the hook buckle or the screw, the positioning hook 01-7 enters the positioning buckle 02-8 to be meshed and fixed, at the moment, the doctor can determine the most appropriate expansion degree of the left wing and the right wing according to the patient and the disease condition, the left wing 04-10 and the right wing 04-10 are expanded to a required position through the adjustment of the gear, and the doctor starts to check, diagnose and perform the operation, the invention not only can flexibly adjust and position the upper wing and the lower wing through the matching of the positioning hook and the positioning buckle or the matching of the screw and the nut, the upper wing and the lower wing are automatically closed and gradually expanded upwards and downwards, the opening angle can reach more than 40 degrees, but also the left wing and the right wing are meshed through the adjustment of the positioning connecting piece gear and the side expansion piece, the opening distance between the left wing and the right wing can reach more than 88mm, and the expansion size of the upper wing and the lower wing or the expansion size of the left wing and the expansion size of the right wing can be gradually adjusted according to clinical needs, so that the medical operation wing is particularly suitable for the requirements of the visual field and the surgical field required by clinical examination or operation.
With reference to fig. 1, after use, the left and right wings are folded inward between the upper and lower wings, and then the upper and lower wings are folded inward to wrap the left and right wings therein, and the vagina is taken out just like a double-wing vaginal dilator with only the upper and lower wings after closing, thereby avoiding pain of the patient caused by the unreasonable design of the wings exposed outside. Therefore, the invention has skillful and scientific design, furthest expands the visual field and the operative field of doctors and furthest ensures the clinical requirements. The vaginal dilator is characterized in that the upper wing, the lower wing, the left wing and the right wing of the vaginal dilator are expanded outwards, the expansion angle and the expansion distance are safest, effective and most ideal, and the opening distance between the vaginal dilator and the left wing is only 33mm compared with the opening distance between the left wing and the right wing of a four-wing speculum invented and imported by Americans, and the opening distance between the left wing and the right wing of the vaginal dilator is 2.67 times or more than that of products imported by America. The space and the visual field of the whole dilator are enlarged, and the upper wing, the lower wing, the left wing and the right wing are unfolded to the clinical required positions to be positioned, so that the optimum opening degree is satisfied with various examinations or operations of obstetrics and gynecology department.
With continued reference to fig. 1, after the clinical operation is completed, the doctor pinches the first handle 04-1 and the second handle 04-2, the side expansion piece gear 04-3 can be separated from the positioning connecting piece gear 03-23, the side wing 04-5 is folded between the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-2, then the doctor pushes the pressing handle outwards, the positioning hook slips off from the positioning buckle, the upper wing (01-1) and the lower wing (02-2) are closed, and the doctor takes out the expander.
Example 2
Four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical operation
The structure of the vaginal dilator of this embodiment is the same as the examination type four-wing vaginal dilator of embodiment 1 except that the structure of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 1 is different from the structure of the side dilating blades, so the same parts are not repeated, please refer to fig. 8, the side dilating blades 04 of the four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical operation have a hollow channel, the channel 04-12 is composed of a channel main body 04-11 and a channel cover 04-13 thereon, the inner side, the upper side or the lower side of the front end of the channel main body is provided with at least one opening communicated with the channel 18, and the rear end is a pipe joint.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8-10, in the embodiment, the corner shaft pins 04-18 of the side expansion pieces are connected with the shaft holes 03-22 of the positioning connecting pieces, the shaft pins 03-21 of the positioning connecting pieces, which are positioned inside the shaft holes 03-22 of the positioning connecting pieces, are connected with the second shaft holes 01-9 at the rear ends of the upper wings, and the pipe joints 04-17 are pulled to drive the side expansion pieces 04 and the positioning connecting pieces 03 to rotate in the second shaft holes 01-9 of the upper wings, so that the upper and lower habitation of the side wings 04-10 are adjusted.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the side expansion sheet 04 with the channels 04-12 is particularly suitable for being applied to patients suffering from cervical cancer and cervical cancer pre-lesion and other transvaginal operations, such as ultrahigh frequency electric wave knife operation (also called LEEP knife operation), and has the advantages of wide operation space, large and clear operation field, complete exposure, and capability of immediately removing toxic smoke in the operation and protecting the physical and psychological health of medical staff and patients; on the other hand, the expansion sheet 04 with the channel 04-12 side can be used for inspection and use as long as the pipe joint 04-17 at the rear end is not connected with a negative pressure device, thereby achieving two purposes at one stroke and being very convenient and practical.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the axial front end of the channel body 04-11 may be closed or opened, and the rear end has an opening, which is adapted to be connected to any clinically necessary conduit (e.g., negative pressure device).
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the channel body 04-11 has a groove (not shown) on its periphery for receiving the channel cover 04-13. The channel cover 04-13 is elongated and conforms to the shape of the groove in the channel body 04-11, and when the channel cover 04-13 is inserted into the groove in the channel body 04-11, a conduit is formed, thereby forming a passage consisting of the channel body 04-11, the conduit between the channel cover 04-13 and the channel opening 04-14, and the channel rear end opening. When the channels 04-12 are used for smoke evacuation, smoke enters through the openings 04-14 and is exhausted through the above-mentioned passages and ducts to a negative pressure device (not shown). When the lighting device or the camera device needs to be installed, an operator can open the channel cover 04-13, the LED lamp or the camera and the like can be accurately, quickly and conveniently installed in the opening 04-14 of the channel main body 04-11 under direct vision, and the power supply line or the signal line can be externally connected from the opening at the rear end of the channel main body 04-11 through the channel 04-12.
Please refer to fig. 10 continuously, which is the closed state before clinical use, when entering the vagina and when taking out the vagina after use of the four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical operation, it can be seen that the four-wing dilator for operation enters the vagina of a patient and is taken out from the vagina just like a two-wing vaginal dilator, so that fear and pain of the patient are avoided, the design is very humanized, and the respect to the safety of the human body is fully reflected.
Please refer to fig. 11-12, which are the expansion states during the operation type clinical use, showing that the upper and lower wings are gradually expanded upwards from the closed state, the expansion angle can reach >40 °, the left and right wings are gradually expanded from the closed state to the left and right sides by a left and right distance of >88mm, and the expansion size of the upper and lower wings or the left and right wings can be gradually adjusted according to the clinical requirement, so the cervical operation is very suitable for the clinical cervical operation.
Example 3
Instant-destroyed examination type four-wing vaginal dilator
The structure of the vaginal dilator of this embodiment is the same as the structure of the examination type four-wing vaginal dilator of embodiment 1 except that the handle of the lower dilator of this embodiment has the instant-destroying strip, so the same parts are not repeated, please refer to fig. 13, the handle 02-4 of the lower dilator 02 is provided with the instant-destroying strip 02-10, the front end of the instant-destroying strip 02-10 is connected with the handle 02-4 through a tie 02-11 and the rear end thereof is connected with the handle 02-4 through a material-reducing groove 02-12, the left and right sides thereof are hollow windows 02-13, and a small protrusion 02-14 higher than the plane of the handle 02-4 is arranged right above the instant-destroying strip 02-10. The instant strip has three functions: firstly, after the dilator is used, a doctor only needs to slightly press the small convex protrusions 02-14, namely the tying belts 02-11 at the front ends of the destroying strips 02-10 are immediately broken and destroyed, and the doctor can achieve the purpose of breaking and destroying by applying light force, so the dilator is very practical and clear at a glance, and the dilator is already used by people, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing secondary use. Secondly, the size of the destroyed instantly-destroyed hole of the destroyed instantly-destroyed strip is completely consistent and closely matched with the buckle of the lower attached wing, thereby achieving two purposes; thirdly, the handle is provided with the instant strip 02-10, which does not occupy any space, does not hinder any operation of the expander at all, does not influence any function, has simple structure, practical function and convenient operation, does not increase the mould and the production cost, and can well solve the practical problem.
Referring to fig. 14, the four-wing vaginal dilator for examination of the destructive type is closed before clinical use, when entering the vagina and when taking out the vagina after use, so that the four-wing vaginal dilator can enter and take out of the vagina of a patient just like a two-wing vaginal dilator, and is very humanized in design.
Referring to fig. 15-16, the expansion state of the expansion sheet in clinical use shows that the upper and lower wings begin to expand upwards and downwards gradually at an angle of >40 °, the left and right wings begin to expand left and right gradually at a left-right distance of >88mm, and the expansion size of the upper and lower wings or the left and right wings can be adjusted gradually according to clinical needs, so the expansion sheet is very suitable for vaginal examination needs of cervical cancer precancerous lesions, special patients and the like. And the destroying mark can be destroyed after being used, the destroying mark is clear at a glance, the secondary use can be well prevented, the destroying mark is particularly used for precancerous lesion examination and the like, and the cross infection of iatrogenic diseases is particularly important to be avoided.
Example 4
Four-wing vaginal dilator for instantly-destroying cervical operation
The structure of the vaginal dilator of this embodiment is the same as the structure of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 2 except that the handle of the lower dilator sheet of this embodiment has the instant-destroying strip, and the rest of the structure is the same as the four-wing vaginal dilator of embodiment 2, and the content of the instant-destroying strip on the handle is the same as the instant-destroying strip of embodiment 3, so these two parts are not repeated, please refer to fig. 17, i.e., the closed state of the four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical operation before clinical use, when entering the vagina and when taking out the vagina after use, it can be seen that the volume of the four-wing dilator for operation is the same as that of the two-wing vaginal dilator for entering and taking out from the vagina of the patient, and the design is very humanized; fig. 18-19 show the expansion state of the expansion piece in clinical use, showing that the upper and lower wings begin to expand upwards and downwards gradually from the closed state, the opening angle can reach >40 degrees, the left and right wings begin to expand leftwards and rightwards gradually from the closed state by the left and right wings can reach >88mm, and the expansion size of the upper and lower wings or the left and right wings can be adjusted gradually according to clinical needs, so the expansion piece is very suitable for clinical cervical cancer LEEP operation and the like. And the cervical cancer therapeutic agent can be destroyed after being used, is simple, clear and practical to destroy, is particularly used for cervical cancer patients and the like, and particularly needs and is important for avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases.
Example 5
Upper attached wing type three-tube four-wing vaginal dilator
Compared with the structure of the embodiment 2, except that the embodiment has the upper attaching wings, the structure of the vaginal dilator of the embodiment is completely the same as the four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical surgery of the embodiment 2, so the same parts are not repeated, please refer to fig. 20, wherein the upper attaching wings 05 are provided with a channel 05-2, the channel is composed of a main body 05-1 and a channel cover 05-3 thereon, and the edge of the main body can be provided with a groove 05-6 for embedding the channel cover and is closely matched with the channel cover; at least one opening 05-4 communicated with the channel 05-2 is arranged on two sides of the upper attached wing main body and/or the channel cover, the channel cover of the embodiment is provided with three openings 05-4, an upper attached wing hanging buckle 05-8 is arranged in the front of the rear part of the upper attached wing close to the top, the upper attached wing hanging buckle 05-8 is buckled into a limiting groove 01-10 in the middle of the rear end of the upper wing for detachable and rotatable fixation, and the rear end of the channel is an upper attached wing pipe joint.
Referring to fig. 21, in the closed state before clinical use, when entering the vagina and when taking out the vagina after use, the length of the front end of the upper attached wing does not exceed the front edge of the upper wing, the width is 10mm, and the thickness is 6mm, so that the small and exquisite upper attached wing type three-tube four-wing vaginal dilator enters the vagina of a patient and is taken out of the vagina like a double-wing vaginal dilator, and the vaginal dilator is very humanized in design; fig. 22-23 show the expansion state of the expansion piece in clinical use, showing that the upper and lower wings start to expand upwards and downwards gradually from the closed state, the opening angle can reach >40 degrees, the left and right wings start to expand leftwards and rightwards gradually from the closed state, the left and right spacing can reach >88mm (not shown), and the expansion size of the upper and lower wings or the left and right wings can be adjusted gradually according to clinical needs, so the expansion piece is very suitable for clinical cervical cancer LEEP and other surgeries.
The upper attached wing pipe joint is pulled to enable the upper attached wing to rotate to the left edge of the upper wing or rotate to the right edge of the upper wing, and when the upper attached wing is used for lighting, shooting or exhausting smoke, the head end of the upper attached wing can rotate to bring a great help effect to clinic. If the smoke exhaust device is used for smoke exhaust, the three pipes are arranged together, and the smoke exhaust is fast and good. Or the upper attached wing is used for lighting, the left and right side wings are used for smoke exhaust, and the like, which are good choices.
Example 6
Lower attached wing type three-tube four-wing vaginal dilator
Compared with the structure of the embodiment 2, except that the embodiment has the lower attaching wings, the structure of the vaginal dilator of the embodiment is completely the same as the four-wing vaginal dilator for cervical surgery of the embodiment 2, so the same parts are not repeated, please refer to fig. 24, wherein the lower attaching wings 06 are provided with channels 06-9, the channels 06-9 are formed by a main body 06-7 and grooves 06-3 at the edges thereof for closely matching covers 06-8 thereon and quickly butting the clamping holes on the main body through clamping nails 06-9 of the channel covers; at least one main body opening 06-6 or channel cover opening 06-7 communicated with the channel 06-9 is arranged on the two sides of the lower attached wing main body or the channel cover, in the embodiment, one opening 06-6 is respectively arranged on the two sides of the lower attached wing main body and five openings 06-7 are arranged on the channel cover, a lower attached wing buckle 06-11 is arranged below the lower attached wing close to the tail part, the lower attached wing buckle 05-8 is pressed into the instant-destroying hole on the grab handle to be fixed, and the rear end of the lower attached wing is a pipe joint 06-12.
Referring to fig. 25, in the closed state before clinical use, when the vagina is entered and after the vagina is taken out, the length of the front end of the lower attached wing does not exceed the front edge of the lower wing, the width is 8mm, the thickness is 5mm, and the smaller and exquisite lower attached wing type three-tube four-wing vaginal dilator enters and is taken out of the vagina of a patient just like a double-wing vaginal dilator, so the vaginal dilator is designed in a humanized manner; 26-27, it is the expansion state of this expansion piece when clinical use, show that upper and lower both wings are closed and begin to expand upwards, down gradually, its opening angle can reach >40 °, left and right both wings close and begin left and right both wings to expand left and right gradually left and right interval can reach >88mm (not shown), and no matter be upper and lower both wings or left and right both wings expansion size can be adjusted step by step according to the clinical needs, therefore is very suitable for operation use such as clinical cervical carcinoma LEEP, etc..
Example 7
Four-tube and four-wing operation type vaginal dilator
