A portable expansion device applied to cervical surgery comprises an upper expansion sheet, a lower expansion sheet, at least one side expansion sheet and a positioning sleeve, wherein the upper expansion sheet and the lower expansion sheet are rotatably connected and positioned by an expansion fixing mechanism, the positioning sleeve is rotatably connected with the upper expansion sheet, the side expansion sheet is rotatably connected on the positioning sleeve,
the side expansion piece comprises a side wing, a positioning hook and a shaft sleeve, the positioning hook and the shaft sleeve are arranged on the side wing, the positioning sleeve comprises a connecting ring which is arranged on the upper expansion piece in a nested mode, a positioning buckle corresponding to the positioning hook and a second shaft pin in matched connection with the shaft sleeve are arranged at the end portion of the connecting ring, the shaft sleeve is an open type shaft sleeve, a wrench matched with a handle located at the end portion of the side wing is further arranged on the positioning hook, and the expansion fixing mechanism is a spiral fixing mechanism.
2. The portable cervical dilation device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning hook is fixed to the side wing at one end, and is a free end at the other end, and the wrench is disposed at the free end.

The portable cervical dilation device according to claim 1, wherein the inner side of the connecting ring end is provided with a third axle pin for connecting with the upper dilation piece, the positioning button is arranged on the outer side of the connecting ring end, and the second axle pin is vertically mounted on the positioning button.

9. The portable cervical dilation device according to claim 1, wherein a smoke sucker is connected to the dilation device, and the smoke sucker is connected to a smoke exhaust pipe clamped on the upper dilation piece, the lower dilation piece or the side dilation pieces.
