Furthermore, the outer wall of the first jacket 2 is respectively provided with a steam inlet 21, a steam outlet 22 and a condensed water outlet 23; the steam inlet 21 is arranged at the bottom of the outer wall of the first jacket 2 and is communicated with the steam supply device 300; the steam outlet 22 is arranged at the top of the outer wall of the first jacket 2; a condensed water outlet 23 is arranged at the bottom of the outer wall of the first jacket 2. The steam inlet 21 and the steam outlet 22 on the first jacket 2 are distributed up and down, so that steam entering the heat exchange cavity through the steam inlet 21 can be better filled in the heat exchange cavity, the uniformity of heat exchange is further ensured, and the heating uniformity is improved. The condensed water outlet 23 in the present embodiment is used to discharge the steam condensed water in time. The condensate outlet 23 can be connected with a manual drain pipe 231 and an automatic drain pipe 232, wherein the manual drain pipe 231 and the automatic drain pipe 232 are both provided with a switch valve, the automatic drain pipe 232 is further provided with a drain valve 233, and when the amount of condensate water is large, the switch valve of the manual drain pipe 231 can be manually opened to realize rapid drainage. Under normal conditions, the drain valve 233 can control the drained condensate water, whether the manual drain pipe 231 needs to be opened for draining the condensate water in the heat exchange cavity or not can be detected, and a liquid level meter can be arranged in the heat exchange cavity and used for detecting the level of the condensate water and feeding the condensate water back to the control module. The control module can prompt the operator under the condition that the condensed water is abnormal and much, and the control module is not limited specifically. Correspondingly, a drain valve 233 may be provided in the connection pipe 211 between the steam inlet 21 and the steam supply device 300, and part of the condensed water generated during transportation may be discharged in time by the drain valve 233. The steam outlet 22 can be connected with a steam recovery pipeline to facilitate steam recovery and cyclic utilization, and the evacuation port 56 on the pot cover 5 in the application can also be connected with the steam recovery pipeline to improve the steam recovery utilization rate. Those skilled in the art can make appropriate changes based on the above without limitation.
Further, the support 4 may specifically be composed of a plurality of support legs, and is not particularly limited.
Further, in order to reduce the loss of steam heat in the first jacket 2, a heat insulating sleeve 3 may be fixedly sleeved outside the pot liner 1 and the first jacket 2, and the heat insulating sleeve 3 may be made of a heat insulating material, such as glass fiber, asbestos, and the like, without limitation.
While the above detailed description of the cooking device provided in the present application has been provided, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and applications of the cooking device according to the concepts of the embodiments of the present application.
