Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock feeding, in particular to a formula of a full-puffed suckling pig creep feed and a processing technology thereof.
Background
The milk replacer (commonly called milk replacer and artificial milk) is a kind of feed prepared to replace whole milk, and its main material is the by-product of milk industry. The nutritional index of the milk substitute material is not less than 20% of protein and not less than 6% of fat. Creep feed is understood literally to be vegetable feed for the piglets born. The essential property is that good feed is needed for the transition because the congenital behavior of the born piglet eats breast milk, and the feed after weaning differs from breast milk.
Before weaning, the piglet is subjected to creep, which is an important means for smoothly crossing weaning stress, protecting intestinal health and maintaining healthy growth of subsequent pigs, and in the process, a special creep feed product is required to be used.
The existing milk replacer products are divided into powder, granular materials, powder and granules and the like, but some heat-sensitive nutrient substances are used in the milk replacer, so that in the processing process, in order to avoid that the heat-sensitive substances are not damaged, the materials are not always granulated (powder) or granulated at low temperature, so that a lot of materials cannot be completely cured, just like the eaten raw rice.
The bioactive creep feed is very popular in Europe, the liquid feeding system is basically adopted in the existing European creep feed, and the feed is preserved by mainly controlling the pH value (pH is less than 4) of the feed through live bacteria and an acidifier. The anti-nutritional factors in the feed are treated mainly by a pre-curing technology of raw materials, and heat-sensitive nutritional elements such as a complex enzyme preparation, an acidifier, oligosaccharide, lactobacillus vitamins, nucleotide, immunoglobulin and the like are mixed for the second time, so that the loss of active substances is greatly reduced. At present, in the process of processing domestic porket feeds, particularly granular feeds, more active substances are lost, the curing degree is uneven, and the intestinal development of porkets is seriously influenced.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention provides a fully-puffed suckling pig creep feed formula and a processing technology thereof, wherein the fully-puffed materials are subjected to puffing processing, and meanwhile, thermosensitive nutrient substances are subjected to post-spraying processing of a special technology, so that the aim of full-curing of the materials is achieved, and key nutrients are not lost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the formula of the full-expansion suckling pig creep feed comprises the following components in parts by mass:
30-60 parts of corn, 5-20 parts of broken rice, 5-15 parts of wheat middling, 5-20 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of meat and bone meal, 2-5 parts of imported fish meal, 3-10 parts of wheat germ, 1-3 parts of white granulated sugar, 2-5 parts of soybean oil, 1-3 parts of chicken oil and core material;
the core material comprises: 0.3 to 0.5 mass portion of salt, 0.1 to 0.3 mass portion of methionine, 0.2 to 0.65 mass portion of lysine, 0.15 to 0.45 mass portion of threonine, 0.02 to 0.06 mass portion of tryptophan, 0.01 to 0.04 mass portion of sweetening agent, 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of flavoring agent, 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of vitamin, 0.15 to 0.35 mass portion of trace element, 0.05 to 0.15 mass portion of complex enzyme preparation and 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of phytase.
The sweetener contains saccharin sodium more than 30%.
The vitamins include one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K3, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinamide, D-calcium pantothenate, folic acid, and D-biotin.
The microelements are one or more of copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, selenium yeast, and calcium iodate.
A processing technology of a fully-puffed suckling pig creep feed comprises the following steps:
A. superfine grinding of raw materials:
crushing corn, broken rice, wheat middling, soybean meal, meat and bone meal, imported fish meal, wheat germ and white granulated sugar by using a hammer mill through a sieve sheet with the diameter of 1.0mm, and then adding soybean oil, chicken oil, salt, methionine, lysine, threonine, tryptophan, a sweetening agent, a flavoring agent, vitamins, trace elements, a complex enzyme preparation and phytase;
B. mixing the components according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
C. high-temperature steam tempering:
using a double-layer differential conditioner to condition the material at a high temperature of more than 90 ℃ for 120-180 seconds;
D. high-temperature steam puffing:
a single-screw bulking machine is adopted to perform bulking under the action of steam with the pressure of 0.6MPa and the temperature of 95-110 ℃ so that the volume weight of the bulked product is 320-350 g/L;
E. Drying by high-temperature steam:
a layer dryer is adopted, the steam pressure is 0.6MPa, the steam temperature is 85-100 ℃, and the drying time is 20-30 minutes;
F. post-spraying:
the post-spraying is divided into three steps: firstly, spraying grease; secondly, spraying a paste-like phagostimulant; thirdly, spraying powdery phagostimulant;
G. screening a finished product;
H. and (6) packaging the finished product.
According to the invention, through the processing of a plurality of key process links such as superfine grinding of raw materials, high-temperature steam conditioning, high-temperature steam puffing, high-temperature steam drying and the like, the materials are fully cooked, the starch gelatinization degree is greatly improved, the absorption and utilization rate of products is improved, the waste is reduced, the culture benefit is improved, the nitrogen emission is reduced, and the environment is protected.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the material is fully cured, the starch gelatinization degree is improved, the digestion and absorption utilization rate is improved, and the waste is reduced;
2. nitrogen emission is reduced, and the environment is protected; on one hand, the technology of low-protein daily ration is used, the nitrogen content in the daily ration is reduced, on the other hand, the digestibility of nutrient substances is improved, and the nitrogen emission is reduced.
3. After long-time high-temperature treatment, germs are effectively killed, the occurrence of pig diseases is reduced, and the health level is improved;
4. Resisting African swine fever: after high-temperature treatment, the non-pestivirus is effectively inactivated, and the low-resistance non-pestivirus is more reliable.

30 kg of corn, 5 kg of broken rice, 5 kg of wheat middling, 5 kg of soybean meal, 5 kg of meat and bone meal, 2 kg of imported fish meal, 3 kg of wheat germ, 1 kg of white granulated sugar, 2 kg of soybean oil, 1 kg of chicken oil and core material;
the core material comprises: 0.3 kg of salt, 0.1 kg of methionine, 0.2 kg of lysine, 0.15 kg of threonine, 0.02 kg of tryptophan, 0.01 kg of sweetening agent, 0.01 kg of flavoring agent, 0.01 kg of vitamin, 0.15 kg of trace element, 0.05 kg of complex enzyme preparation and 0.01 kg of phytase.
Example two
The formula of the full-expansion suckling pig creep feed comprises the following components:
60 kg of corn, 20 kg of broken rice, 15 kg of wheat middling, 20 kg of soybean meal, 10 kg of meat and bone meal, 5 kg of imported fish meal, 10 kg of wheat germ, 3 kg of white granulated sugar, 5 kg of soybean oil, 3 kg of chicken oil and core material;
The core material comprises: 0.5 kg of salt, 0.3 kg of methionine, 0.65 kg of lysine, 0.45 kg of threonine, 0.06 kg of tryptophan, 0.04 kg of sweetening agent, 0.05 kg of flavoring agent, 0.05 kg of vitamin, 0.35 kg of trace element, 0.15 kg of complex enzyme preparation and 0.05 kg of phytase.
EXAMPLE III
The formula of the full-expansion suckling pig creep feed comprises the following components:
40 kg of corn, 15 kg of broken rice, 10 kg of wheat middling, 10 kg of soybean meal, 8 kg of meat and bone meal, 4 kg of imported fish meal, 6 kg of wheat germ, 2 kg of white granulated sugar, 3 kg of soybean oil, 2 kg of chicken oil and core materials;
the core material comprises: 0.3-0.5 kg of salt, 0.1-0.3 kg of methionine, 0.2-0.65 kg of lysine, 0.3 kg of threonine, 0.04 kg of tryptophan, 0.03 kg of sweetening agent, 0.03 kg of flavoring agent, 0.03 kg of vitamin, 0.25 kg of trace element, 0.1 kg of complex enzyme preparation and 0.03 kg of phytase.
Example four
A processing technology of a fully-puffed suckling pig creep feed comprises the following steps:
A. superfine grinding of raw materials:
crushing corn, broken rice, wheat middling, soybean meal, meat and bone meal, imported fish meal, wheat germ and white granulated sugar by using a hammer mill through a sieve sheet with the diameter of 1.0mm, and then adding soybean oil, chicken oil, salt, methionine, lysine, threonine, tryptophan, a sweetening agent, a flavoring agent, vitamins, trace elements, a complex enzyme preparation and phytase;
B. Mixing the components of any one of examples 1-3;
C. high-temperature steam tempering:

The core material comprises: 0.3 to 0.5 mass portion of salt, 0.1 to 0.3 mass portion of methionine, 0.2 to 0.65 mass portion of lysine, 0.15 to 0.45 mass portion of threonine, 0.02 to 0.06 mass portion of tryptophan, 0.01 to 0.04 mass portion of sweetening agent, 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of flavoring agent, 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of vitamin, 0.15 to 0.35 mass portion of trace element, 0.05 to 0.15 mass portion of complex enzyme preparation and 0.01 to 0.05 mass portion of phytase.

30 parts of corn, 5 parts of broken rice, 5 parts of wheat middling, 5 parts of soybean meal, 5 parts of meat and bone meal, 2 parts of imported fish meal, 3 parts of wheat germ, 1 part of white granulated sugar, 2 parts of soybean oil, 1 part of chicken oil and core material;
the core material comprises: 0.3 part by mass of salt, 0.1 part by mass of methionine, 0.2 part by mass of lysine, 0.15 part by mass of threonine, 0.02 part by mass of tryptophan, 0.01 part by mass of sweetening agent, 0.01 part by mass of flavoring agent, 0.01 part by mass of vitamin, 0.15 part by mass of trace element, 0.05 part by mass of complex enzyme preparation and 0.01 part by mass of phytase.

the core material comprises: 0.5 part by mass of salt, 0.3 part by mass of methionine, 0.65 part by mass of lysine, 0.45 part by mass of threonine, 0.06 part by mass of tryptophan, 0.04 part by mass of sweetening agent, 0.05 part by mass of flavoring agent, 0.05 part by mass of vitamin, 0.35 part by mass of trace element, 0.15 part by mass of complex enzyme preparation and 0.05 part by mass of phytase.
4. The fully expanded suckling pig creep feed formula according to claim 1, wherein the components comprise:

5. The fully expanded suckling pig creep feed formula according to claim 1, wherein the sweetener contains more than 30% of saccharin sodium.
6. The fully expanded suckling pig creep feed formula according to claim 1, wherein the vitamins include one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K3, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, folic acid, and D-biotin.
7. The fully expanded suckling pig creep feed formula according to claim 1, wherein the trace elements are one or more of copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, selenium yeast and calcium iodate.
8. A processing technology of a fully-puffed suckling pig creep feed comprises the following steps:
A. superfine grinding of raw materials:
crushing corn, broken rice, wheat middling, soybean meal, meat and bone meal, imported fish meal, wheat germ and white granulated sugar by using a hammer mill through a sieve sheet with the diameter of 1.0mm, and then adding soybean oil, chicken oil, salt, methionine, lysine, threonine, tryptophan, a sweetening agent, a flavoring agent, vitamins, trace elements, a complex enzyme preparation and phytase;
B. Mixing the components according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
C. high-temperature steam tempering:
