Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的防雷过压保护电路及保护装置,保护电路包括第一压敏电阻片、第二压敏电阻片、瞬态抑制二极管、正温度系数热敏电阻片、气体放电管和引出端子,第一压敏电阻片与气体放电管串联,正温度系数热敏电阻片与瞬态抑制二极管串联,两个串联支路并联后再与第二压敏电阻片串联,形成一个单端口组合电路,其中,第一压敏电阻片和气体放电管耐受电涌冲击的性能均高于第二压敏电阻片耐受电涌冲击的性能;单端口组合电路的两个引出端子中至少有一个为低热阻导热端头,所述正温度系数热敏电阻片和/或第二压敏电阻片上分别热耦合有所述低热阻导热端头,所述瞬态抑制二极管可替换为齐纳二极管或电压开关型元件。
