特别适合于递送这类功能性材料的微胶囊是芯-壳微胶囊,其中芯通常包含功能性材料,并且壳对于功能性材料是不可渗透的或部分不可渗透的。通常这些微胶囊用于水性介质中,并且包封的成分是疏水性的。可以使用广泛选择的壳材料,只要所述壳材料对于包封的成分为不渗透或部分不渗透的。
在功能性材料中,出于各种原因将香料组合物包封。微胶囊可以与外部悬浮介质(例如消费品基料)中分离和保护香料成分,其中它们可能不相容或不稳定。它们还用于帮助将香料成分沉积到底物,皮肤,头发,织物或坚硬的家用表面上。它们还可以用作控制香料的时空释放的方式。
热固性树脂是用于香料组合物的常见包封材料。由氨基塑料树脂,聚脲树脂,聚氨酯树脂,聚丙烯酸酯树脂及其组合形成的芯-壳微胶囊在分散于水性悬浮介质(即使是含表面活性剂的介质)中时,通常对香料渗漏具有非常的抵抗性。此外,当将它们掺入到消费品例如洗衣洗涤剂或调理剂中时,它们提供了如果将香料直接掺入到这些产品中时所无法获得的香味益处。
然而,在许多情况下,这些微胶囊在光滑表面上且尤其是在角质表面例如皮肤和头发上的沉积和粘附是不充分的,并且与使用微胶囊有关的预期益处也不是最佳的。对于涉及大量水的冲洗型(rince-off)产品尤其如此。在这种情况下,沉积的缺乏可以归因于将微胶囊稀释至微胶囊找到所预期沉积在其上的表面的可能性如此低的水平。大量的冲洗水也可能从表面冲洗掉微胶囊。
US2012/0282309A1公开了一种包含阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊和沉积助剂例如阳离子沉积聚合物或氨基硅酮的调理剂组合物。US8,927,026B2涉及包含阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊和阳离子沉积聚合物的洗发剂组合物。
在这两种情况下,微胶囊均用阴离子表面活性剂涂覆,并通过将其添加到洗发剂或调理剂基料中之前通过与涂覆的微胶囊形成预混物来添加阳离子聚合物。这种方法是复杂的,并且可能导致静电引起的不相容性问题,例如在将预混物和洗发剂或调理剂基料混合时,预混物中的微胶囊的聚集和相分离。这可能会影响终产品的性能,并且可能需要更改使用微胶囊的终产品的组成。
因此,本发明所要解决的问题在于克服现有技术中的上述缺点。特别地,基于本发明的问题在于提供一种微胶囊,所述微胶囊显示出在角质底物上改善的沉积,并且一旦沉积在这些底物上则显示出改善的耐冲洗性。微胶囊应当低廉并且制造简单且就其应用而言是通用的。在使用时,不需要或仅应需对产品组成进行最小的改动。

在本发明的上下文中,术语“超支化多糖”或更一般地为“超支化聚合物”是指包含一级链或核,连接至所述一级链或所述核的一个或多个二级链和连接至所述二级链的至少一个的一个或多个三级链的聚合物。
典型地,二级链上具有与一个或多个之连接的三级链,但是━为避免歧义━超支化聚合物中的某些二级链也可以不具有与之连接的三级链。优选地,超支化聚合物中至少10%,优选大于20%,甚至更优选大于25%的二级链具有一个或多个与之连接的三级链。
本发明基于以下发现:将超支化多糖包埋和/或附着到芯-壳微胶囊之中和/或之上可以改善芯-壳微胶囊的沉积和耐冲洗性,特别是在角质表面,例如皮肤或头发上。
特别地,当通过冲洗型消费品例如洗发剂,淋浴凝胶,肥皂和洗涤剂以及调理组合物例如织物调理剂或护发调理剂将芯-壳微胶囊施用于皮肤或头发上时,观察到改善的沉积和耐冲洗性。
这一发现令人惊讶,因为众所周知,用超支化聚甘油处理的表面具有抗细胞和蛋白质粘附性,从而可以提供对生物膜形成的预防作用,参见,例如Y.Zhou等人,Adv.Mater.2010,22,4567-4590。
表征上述超支化多糖支化度的一种适合的方式是指其1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比。
在本发明的一个具体的实施方案中,超支化多糖中的1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比大于1/50,更具体地大于1/40,并且甚至更具体地大于1/35。具有1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比小于1/50的超支化多糖具有与线性多糖相似的性质,且由此对于本发明而言不太适合。特别地,在恒定的多糖分子量下,具有线性多糖的微胶囊浆液的粘度随着1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比的降低而急剧增加,从而使浆液的流动性降低,且更难以掺入终产品。
在本发明的上下文中,超支化聚合物可以被包埋在微胶囊壳之中和/或附着到微胶囊壳之上。超支化聚合物的量,特别是包埋在微胶囊壳之中和/或附着到微胶囊壳之上的量可以为占微胶囊悬浮液的总重量的0.01-1wt%,更具体地为0.02-0.5wt%,并且仍然更具体地为0.05-0.25wt%。在较低的量下,超支化聚合物是无效的,而在较高的量下,微胶囊的表面饱和,并且不再可以将超支化聚合物掺入其中。这可能导致不期望的效果,例如微胶囊浆液的粘度增加或浆液中的相分离。
芯可以包含香料成分,化妆品成分或其混合物。
在本发明的有利的实施方案中,至少一种芯-壳微胶囊的壳包含热固性树脂,特别是选自氨基塑料树脂,聚脲树脂,聚丙烯酸类树脂及其混合物的热固性树脂。这些树脂是本领域众所周知的,特别适合于小的和/或挥发性功能性材料的包封。
在本发明的第二个方面,提供了用于将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到微胶囊壳之中和/或之上的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:
-将芯材料的液滴在成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物存在下分散于悬浮介质中,特别地所述悬浮介质包含乳化剂,得到乳状液,特别是水包油型乳状液;

糖原和植物糖原在分支相互连接的方式方面与支链淀粉相似,但特征在于分支的几乎呈球形的树枝状排列,和与支链淀粉相比的更高的分支密度。支链淀粉中1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比典型地为1/12至1/8。
使用糖原分支酶(识别号码:EC 2.4.1.18,也称作葡糖醛酸基转移酶)进行酶处理的淀粉典型地具有的1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比为1/25至1/8,且由此也适合于本发明。例如,通过用糖原分支酶(识别号码:EC 2.4.1.18)处理部分或完全凝胶化形式的淀粉或淀粉衍生物得到超支化淀粉。超支化淀粉具有6%,优选6.5%的分子支化度。将分子支化度定义为α-1,6-糖苷键在全部α-1,6-和α-1,4-糖苷键中所占的百分比(α-1,6/(α-1,6+α-1,4)x 100%)。
多糖中1,6’-糖苷键的水平可以通过测量使用异淀粉酶进行酶促脱支之前和之后的还原端数量差异来确定(参见,例如Y.Takeda等人,Carbohydr.Res.1993,240,253-263)。
疏水改性的富含支链淀粉的淀粉,例如用辛烯基琥珀酸酐(OSA)或十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)官能化的淀粉也适用于本发明。典型地,这些改性淀粉具有占干淀粉重量1-10%的取代度。
根据本发明可能有用的其他特定的超支化聚合物可以选自合成的聚(多元醇),例如聚甘油,聚赤藓醇,聚(3-乙基-3-羟基甲基氧杂环丁烷)和聚(2-羟基甲基氧杂环丁烷),超支化聚合物,例如聚(1,6-脱水-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(甘露糖,半乳糖)),聚(5,6-脱水-1,2-O-异亚丙基-α-D-呋喃葡萄糖),超支化聚醚缩酮糖聚合物,聚(3-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)-2-甲基丙酸),聚(2,2-二(环氧乙烷-2-基)丙酰氯或聚(醚-共-酯)超支化聚合物。
在本发明的一个具体的实施方案中,可以通过制备含有芯-壳微胶囊的浆液并向该浆液中添加超支化聚合物以使其吸附到微胶囊的表面上来形成芯-壳微胶囊。
在另一个具体的实施方案中,可以通过在芯-壳微胶囊形成时将超支化聚合物添加到新生的微胶囊的浆液中并将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到新生的芯-壳微胶囊壳之中和/或之上,将超支化聚合物掺入到芯-壳微胶囊中。
在本发明的上下文中,术语“新生的”在涉及微胶囊时,它描述了处于正在形成的过程中的微胶囊,其中成壳反应,例如界面聚合,加聚,缩聚,自由基聚合,开环聚合等正在发生。
在这些成壳过程中,反应的位置典型地为将疏水性芯材料的液滴与分散有液滴的水性外相分离的界面。在典型的微胶囊化工艺中,该界面通过表面活性剂或聚合物乳化剂来稳定。
在本发明的一个具体的实施方案中,在微胶囊壳形成过程中添加超支化聚合物,使得随着微胶囊化的进行,聚合物以物理方式被包埋到壳之中。
在一个更具体的实施方案中,可以根据包含下列步骤的方法来形成本发明的组合物:
a)在成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物存在下将功能性材料的液滴分散于包含乳化剂的水相中,形成水包油型乳状液;
b)使所述单体、预聚物或预缩合物在液滴和水相的界面处反应,形成新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液;
c)向新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液中添加超支化聚合物,形成包含芯-壳微胶囊的浆液的组合物,其中将超支化聚合物包埋到芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中;
d)任选地向所述浆液中添加悬浮剂、防腐剂或任意其他常规赋形剂的一种或多种;
e)任选地使所述浆液脱水,形成粉末形式的芯-壳微胶囊的组合物。
在进行步骤a)时,可以以本身已知的方式控制混合设备和混合速度,以提供任何期望的液滴尺寸。可以用螺旋桨,涡轮机,具有斜梁(pitched bean)的横梁搅拌器(cross-beam stirrer)例如Mig搅拌器进行混合。典型地,对于容积为1升的容器,乳状液在100-2000rpm,更具体地为250-1500rpm,甚至更具体地为500rpm-1000rpm的搅拌速度下形成,所述容器配备具有斜梁的横梁搅拌器,并且具有的搅拌器直径与反应器直径之比为0.7。搅拌器设备可以包括涡轮机,Mig搅拌器。然而,本领域技术人员将理解,这种搅拌条件可以根据反应器的尺寸和浆液的体积,搅拌器的精确几何形状,搅拌器的直径与反应器直径之比的不同而变化。例如,对于具有搅拌器与反应器的直径比为0.5-0.9且浆液体积为0.5-8吨的Mig搅拌器,在本发明的上下文中,优选的搅拌速度为150rpm-50rpm。
在进行步骤c)时,可以在使成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物反应之前或在这些材料的反应过程之中添加超支化聚合物。可以在一次操作中添加全部量的超支化聚合物,或者可以依次和/或分批添加。
在本发明的芯-壳微胶囊中可以使用多种功能性材料。所述芯特别可以包含疏水性材料,其选自油,精油,香味油,杀生物剂,信息素,亲脂性化妆品成分和局部用药物。
在一个实施方案中,疏水性芯材料为包含至少一种香料成分的香料组合物。

用于包封的组合物的香料成分和化妆品活性剂优选为疏水性的。优选地,所述化妆品活性剂具有经计算的辛醇/水分配系数(ClogP),其为1.5或更大,更优选3或更大。优选地,化妆品活性剂的ClogP为2至7。
特别有用的化妆品活性剂可以选自润肤剂,平滑活性剂,水化活性剂,平滑和舒缓活性剂,装饰活性剂,除臭剂,抗衰老活性剂,排水活性剂,重塑活性剂,皮肤平整活性剂,防腐剂,抗氧化活性剂,抗菌或抑菌活性剂,清洁活性剂,润滑活性剂,结构化活性剂,头发调理活性剂,美白活性剂,纹理化活性剂,软化活性剂,去头皮屑活性剂和去角质活性剂。

在一个实施方案中,化妆品活性剂可以选自檀香木油,例如穗檀香(fusanusspicatus)核油,泛醇三乙酸酯(panthenyl triacetate)(CAS-No.:94089-18-6),生育酚乙酸酯,生育酚,naringinin(CAS-No.:480-41-1),亚油酸乙酯,乙酸法尼酯,法尼醇,甲基巴豆酸香茅基酯(CAS-No.:20770-40-5),神经酰胺-2(1-硬脂酰基-C18-鞘氨醇,CAS-No:100403-19-8)及其混合物。
功能性芯材料可以任选地与各种疏水性赋形剂例如非极性溶剂,油,蜡和非极性聚合物混合。
广泛选择的成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物可用于形成本发明的芯-壳微胶囊。这些成壳材料可以选自无机材料,例如硅酸盐,金属和金属氧化物,或有机材料,例如表面活性剂,天然、半合成和合成有机聚合物及其混合物。特别适合的为包含硅酸盐,明胶,明胶/阿拉伯胶复合物,明胶/羧甲基纤维素复合物,藻酸盐/钙复合物,表面活性剂层状相和热固性树脂,例如氨基塑料树脂,聚脲树脂,聚氨酯树脂和聚丙烯酸酯树脂的壳。
在一个具体的实施方案中,芯-壳微胶囊的壳包含氨基塑料树脂。这类微胶囊可通过下列步骤得到:
a)在氨基-醛预缩合物存在下将功能性材料的液滴分散于包含乳化剂的水相中;
b)使所述单体、预聚物或预缩合物在液滴和水相的界面处反应,形成新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液。缩聚在85±10℃的温度和3.9±1.0的pH下进行约1至约4小时;
c)向新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液中添加超支化聚合物,形成包含芯-壳微胶囊的浆液的组合物,其中将超支化聚合物包埋到芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或附着到芯-壳微胶囊的壳之上;
d)任选地向所述浆液中添加悬浮剂、防腐剂或任意其他常规赋形剂的一种或多种;
e)任选地使所述浆液脱水,形成粉末形式的芯-壳微胶囊组合物。

在另一个具体的实施方案中,芯-壳微胶囊的壳包含聚脲树脂。这类微胶囊可以通过下列步骤得到:
a)在多异氰酸酯存在下将功能性材料的液滴分散于包含乳化剂的水相中;
b)使所述单体、预聚物或预缩合物在液滴和水相的界面处反应,形成新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液。该反应在多胺存在下在80±5℃的温度和8.5±1.0的pH下进行约2至约6小时;
c)向新生的芯-壳微胶囊的浆液中添加超支化聚合物,形成包含芯-壳微胶囊的浆液的组合物,其中将超支化聚合物包埋到芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中;
d)任选地向所述浆液中添加悬浮剂、防腐剂或任意其他常规赋形剂的一种或多种;
e)任选地使所述浆液脱水,形成粉末形式的芯-壳微胶囊的组合物。

乳化剂优选为聚合物稳定剂,其选自:马来酸/乙烯基共聚物,木质磺素钠,马来酸酐/苯乙烯共聚物,乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物,以及环氧丙烷、乙二胺和环氧乙烷的共聚物,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,聚乙烯醇,聚氧乙烯化山梨醇的脂肪酸酯和十二烷基硫酸钠。聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇是G-聚合物类型,其具有的水解度为85%-99.9%,可以商品名GOSHENOLTM从Nippon Gohsei Nichigo商购。
在进行步骤c)时,可以在使成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物反应之前或在这些材料的反应过程之中添加超支化聚合物。可以在一次操作中添加全部量的超支化聚合物,或者可以依次和/或分批添加。
超支化聚合物的添加量可以在宽限的范围内变化,且更具体地,其添加量可以为约0.01至约1wt%,更具体地为约0.02至约0.5wt%,且仍然更具体地为0.05-0.25wt%,基于系统(即在包封发生之前添加超支化聚合物的情况下的乳状液,或在包封期间或之后添加超支化聚合物的情况下的浆液)的总重量。
可通过从最初添加至系统中的标称量的超支化聚合物中扣除涂覆过程完成后浆液中存在的游离超支化聚合物的量,得到微胶囊壳之中或之上的超支化聚合物的掺入程度。
与常规用作沉积助剂的线性聚合物相比,超支化聚合物的显著优势在于其低增稠潜力,这使其可以在微胶囊浆液中以更高的水平应用而不会引起高粘度问题。这导致超支化聚合物在微胶囊壳之中或之上的更高掺入。
浆液中游离的超支化多糖的水平可以通过基于对碳水化合物的Dubois比色法测定(M.Dubois等人,Anal.Chem.1956,28,350-356)的Alabamesh方法(A.Albalasmeh等人,Carbohyd,Poly.2013,97,253-261)来测定。所述方法牵涉通过离心从浆液的水相中分离微胶囊,向稀释的上清液中添加浓硫酸,并在350nm波长下测量UV/VIS吸光度。具体的方法如实施例2所示。
典型地,将添加的超支化聚合物的40-99%,更具体地50-80%且仍然更具体地55-70%有效地包埋到微胶囊壳之中和/或附着到微胶囊壳之上。
尽管向浆液中添加悬浮剂、防腐剂或任意其他常规赋形剂的一种或多种为任选的,通常通过添加某些众所周知的赋形剂来稳定浆液。

适合的防腐剂包括,但不限于季铵化合物,双胍化合物(CAS No.:32289-58-0,27083-27-8,28757-47-3,133029-32-0),聚氨基丙基双胍,海克替啶,对氯间甲酚,二甲烯基胺,3-双(羟基甲基)-5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮,季铵盐-15,苯甲酸,水杨酸,十一碳-10-烯酸,甲酸,联苯-2-醇及其盐,4-羟基苯甲酸及其酯和盐;山梨酸及其盐,异噻唑啉酮,2-溴-2-硝基-1,3-丙二醇,5-溴-5-硝基-1,3-二噁烷,2-(噻唑-4-基)苯并咪唑,苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯(benzimidazole carbamate),3-(4-氯苯基)-1-(3,4-二氯苯基)脲,3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯,乙基(2-巯基苯甲酸-(2-)-O,S)汞化(1-)钠(ethyl(2-mercaptobenzoato-(2-)-O,S)mercurate(1-)sodium),5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚,二氯苄醇,氯二甲酚,咪唑烷基脲,苯氧乙醇,苄醇及其混合物。
可以将芯-壳微胶囊的浆液形式的组合物掺入到各种消费品中。然而,对于某些应用,可能期望以干粉形式添加芯-壳微胶囊。因此,根据本发明,在用于使浆液脱水以形成粉末形式的芯-壳微胶囊的组合物的任选步骤中,可以将浆液脱水以得到干粉形式的本发明的组合物。
如果期望,可以以干粉形式分离微胶囊。例如,可以通过过滤分离固体胶囊并干燥。分离的胶囊的干燥可以通过例如在烘箱中加热或通过与加热的气流接触来进行。优选地,分散体的干燥通过喷雾干燥或流化床干燥进行。喷雾干燥技术和设备是本领域众所周知的。喷雾干燥过程将悬浮的胶囊通过喷嘴推入干燥室。胶囊可被夹带在干燥室内移动的流体(例如空气)中。流体(例如,可以在150-120℃,更优选在170℃-200℃之间,且仍然更优选在175℃-185℃之间的温度下加热)会使液体蒸发,从而留下干燥胶囊,然后可以从加工设备中收集并进一步加工。
在喷雾干燥步骤之前或之后,可能期望向浆液中添加助流剂,例如二氧化硅等以确保实现具有低表面香味油的精细的、自由流动的粉末状微胶囊。助流剂包括二氧化硅或硅酸盐,例如沉淀的、热解的或胶体二氧化硅,淀粉,碳酸钙,硫酸钠,改性纤维素,沸石或本领域已知的其他无机颗粒。
可将微胶囊的浆液在常规喷雾干燥塔中使用双流体喷嘴喷雾干燥,或在常规旋转干燥器中旋转干燥。如果期望,可以将至少一种水胶体本身或以水溶液的形式添加到微胶囊浆液中。典型的水胶体包括淀粉,改性淀粉,例如用辛烯基琥珀酸酐改性的糊精和阿拉伯树胶。任选地,也可以添加麦芽糖糊精和糖醇,例如山梨醇、甘露糖醇或麦芽糖醇。所述水胶体本身可以包含功能性材料。该功能性材料可以与胶囊中的芯材料相同或不同。这通过进行下列步骤实现:(1)在水胶体水溶液中乳化第二功能性材料,该水胶体水溶液任选地包含麦芽糖糊精和糖或糖醇以形成第二浆液;(2)将第二浆液与包含第一功能性材料的微胶囊浆液混合:和(3)干燥该混合物。在WO2007/137441A1实施例5中描述了这类方法。
通过本发明,能够以芯-壳微胶囊的浆液形式得到具有高芯含量的组合物,所述高芯含量典型地在30-50wt%范围内,且更具体地为35-45wt%。
更进一步,芯-壳微胶囊可以具有0.5-25微米的体积平均直径,更具体地为1-20微米,仍然更具体地为5-15微米,例如10±2微米。
可以以本领域已知的方式确定微胶囊的大小。测量粒度的一种特殊方法是光散射。可以使用Malvern Mastersizer 2000S仪器和米氏散射理论通过光散射测量来测定微胶囊的体积平均粒径。例如,在H.C.van de Hulst,Light scattering by smallparticles.Dover,New York,1981中可以找到Mie氏理论的原理和光散射如何应用测量胶囊尺寸。静态光散射提供的主要信息为光散射强度的角度依赖性,而光散射强度又与胶囊的大小和形状有关。然而,在标准操作方法中,具有与衍射物体的尺寸相当的尺寸的球体的尺寸,无论该物体的形状是什么,都通过设备随附的Malvern专有软件来计算。对于多分散样品,总散射强度的角度依赖性包含有关样品中尺寸分布的信息。输出为直方图,该直方图表示作为胶囊尺寸的函数的属于给定尺寸类别的胶囊的总体积,而典型地选择50个尺寸类别中的任意数量。因此,得到的尺寸称作体积-平均粒径。
在实验方面,将几滴浆液添加到流经散射池的脱气水循环流中。散射强度的角度分布由Malvern专有软件进行测量和分析,以提供样品中存在的液滴的平均尺寸和尺寸分布。在单峰(单分散)液滴分布的情况下,百分位数Dv(10),Dv(50)和Dv(90)用作液滴尺寸分布的特征,而Dv(50)相当于分布的中位值,并且将其作为微胶囊的体积-平均尺寸的量度。可以将本发明的组合物掺入到所有形式的消费品中。
本发明涉及的典型的消费品包括个人护理清洁和清洁组合物,例如洗发剂,沐浴露和淋浴凝胶,液体皂,肥皂条等,洗衣护理产品,例如洗涤剂,和家庭护理产品,例如硬表面清洁剂。
在许多情况中,本发明涉及的消费品包含表面活性剂,例如阴离子,阳离子,两性或非离子表面活性剂。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,包含如上所述的组合物的消费品为洗发剂,其包含阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,水溶性溶剂,一种或多种防腐剂以及任选的有益剂,所述有益剂可以选自保湿剂,润肤剂,增稠剂,去头皮屑剂,头发生长促进剂,维生素,营养素,染料,染发剂等。

相对于洗发剂组合物的总重量,芯-壳微胶囊优选占个人护理产品的约0.01-5wt%,更具体地约0.1-2.5wt%,且仍然更具体地约0.2-1wt%的水平。

相对于液体皂组合物的总重量,芯-壳微胶囊优选占个人护理产品的约0.01-5wt%,更具体地约0.1-2.5wt%,且仍然更具体地约0.2-1wt%的水平。

相对于沐浴露组合物的总重量,芯-壳微胶囊优选占个人护理产品的约0.01-5wt%,更具体地约0.1-2.5wt%,且仍然更具体地约0.2-1wt%的水平。
一旦沉积在角质表面上,则芯-壳微胶囊能够通过扩散通过微胶囊壳或在微胶囊壳机械破裂后释放其功能性材料。机械破裂可以跟随机械作用,例如用摩擦,挤压,梳理,洗涤等或加热,例如采用吹风机。
如果功能性材料是香料组合物,则特别需要扩散介导的释放,因为在这种情况下,在将微胶囊施用到底物上之后的很长一段时间,例如几个小时,可能会感觉到良好的气味。另一方面,机械破裂可能会引起令人惊讶的令人愉快的气味增强。
从图1和以下几个实施例的讨论中,本发明的其他优点和特殊特征将变得显而易见。
图1示例了实施例3中得到的洗发剂和护发调理剂组合物的沉积和冲洗抵抗性。
实施例1:
包含包埋在芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中的超支化聚合物和作为芯材料的香料的氨基塑料芯-壳微胶囊的制备。
通过进行下列步骤制备微胶囊:
a)制备包含72g乳化剂LUPASOLTM PA 140(ex.BASF,20%活性剂,活性剂有效量:14g),19g树脂前体LURACOLLTM SD(ex.BASF,70%活性剂,活性剂有效量:13.3g)和6.7g间苯二酚和324g水的水溶液;
b)通过以1000rpm的搅拌速度,采用具有斜梁的横梁搅拌器乳化355g香料至步骤a)中得到的水溶液中;
c)通过添加11.1g 10%甲酸并且将乳状液加热至90℃将a)中得到的乳状液的pH调整至3.5±0.3的值;
d)在1小时期限内在搅拌下将温度维持在90℃,在液滴周围形成热固性氨基塑料树脂壁,由此形成具有10微米(μm)直径的微胶囊的浆液;
e)添加定量的在水中2wt%的选择的超支化多糖溶液(如上所述);
f)添加11.1g的10%甲酸和11.1g树脂前体LURACOLLTM SD(ex.BASF,70%活性剂,活性剂有效量:7.8g),同时维持温度在90℃再经过2小时;
g)将浆液冷却至室温,并且添加3.2g 10%氨水溶液,得到pH为5.5-7。
定量的在水中2wt%的超支化多糖溶液为50g溶液(相当于浆液中0.1wt%的超支化多糖)和150g溶液(相当于浆液中0.3wt%的超支化多糖)。超支化多糖为支链淀粉。
通过使用在120℃下运行的高温天平(thermo-balance)来测量浆液的固体含量。表示为沉积在天平上的初始浆液的重量百分比的固体含量在干燥引起的重量变化率降低至低于0.1%/min时取得。浆液的固体含量为42±1wt%。通过与上述基本相同但是省略了超支化聚合物的添加步骤f)的方法得到没有超支化聚合物的对比例。
实施例2:
根据实施例1制备的浆液中的游离多糖的测定。
游离多糖的水平通过下列步骤测定:
a)稀释浆液,得到约10wt%的固体含量(稀释因子4);
b)以3000rpm离心稀释的浆液30分钟;
c)用注射器对上清液采样并且以13000rpm将该上清液超高速离心30分钟;
d)再次对上清液采样并且通过微孔过滤器过滤该上清液;
e)将3ml过滤的用去离子水稀释10倍的上清液与7ml 98vol%浓硫酸(由SigmaAldrich提供)混合;
f)冷却该混合物并且用去离子水达到10ml;
g)在350nm波长处测量吸光度并且将该吸光度值与得自标准超支化聚合物溶液的校准曲线的吸光度值进行比较。
下表1中报告了不同样品中游离超支化聚合物的水平。
通过从添加到浆液中的超支化聚合物的总水平中扣除游离的超支化聚合物的水平,可以得到包埋到芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中的超支化聚合物的水平。
实施例3:
洗发剂和护发调理剂组合物的制备和沉积数据。
将实施例1的微胶囊浆液在桨式混合器中缓慢搅拌下添加至洗发剂组合物中,使得洗发剂基料中的浆液水平占洗发剂基料的总重量的0.5wt%。在进行沉积测量之前,使混合物浸软过夜。通过在20秒钟的摩擦,将4.8g的基料涂布在48g的头发样本上。然后将样本再静置1分钟,然后在流动的自来水中在37℃下以3.2l/min的流速冲洗30秒,而无需用手触摸样本。
通过使用Stream Motion软件和Hostasol Yellow 3G作为荧光剂,以在香料中0.02wt%,450nm的激发波长和500nm的发射波长通过荧光显微镜在40x的放大倍数下得到的图像分析显微照片得到沉积值。

Claims (14)
1.组合物,包含在悬浮介质中的至少一种芯-壳微胶囊,其中所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕所述芯的壳,其中所述壳包含超支化多糖,所述超支化多糖选自支链淀粉,糊精,超支化淀粉,糖原和植物糖原及其混合物。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述超支化多糖中1,6’-糖苷键与1,4’-糖苷键之比大于1/50,更具体地大于1/40,且仍然更具体地大于1/35。
3.上述权利要求中任一项的组合物,其中将超支化聚合物包埋到微胶囊壳之中和/或附着到微胶囊壳之上。
4.上述权利要求中任一项的组合物,其中超支化聚合物的量占微胶囊悬浮液总重量的0.01-1wt%,更具体地为0.02-0.5wt%,且仍然更具体地为0.05-0.25wt%。
5.上述权利要求中任一项的组合物,其中所述芯包含香料成分,化妆品成分或其混合物。
6.上述权利要求中任一项的组合物,其中所述至少一种芯-壳微胶囊的壳包含热固性树脂,特别是选自氨基塑料树脂,聚脲树脂,聚丙烯酸类树脂及其混合物的热固性树脂。
7.用于将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到微胶囊壳之中和/或之上的方法,包括下列步骤:
-将芯材料的液滴在成壳单体、预聚物或预缩合物存在下分散于悬浮介质中,得到乳状液,特别地所述悬浮介质包含乳化剂;
-使所述单体、预聚物或预缩合物在液滴和悬浮介质的界面处反应,得到芯-壳微胶囊的浆液;
-添加超支化聚合物;
-得到包含芯-壳微胶囊的浆液的组合物,其中将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到所述芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或之上;
-任选地向所述浆液中添加一种或多种悬浮剂或防腐剂;
-任选地使所述浆液脱水,形成芯-壳微胶囊的组合物,特别地为粉末形式。
8.可通过权利要求7的方法得到的微胶囊。
9.用于增强至少一种芯-壳微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上沉积的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到所述芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或之上,特别地通过权利要求7的方法来进行。
10.用于增加沉积在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的至少一种芯-壳微胶囊的耐冲洗性的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到所述芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或之上,特别地通过权利要求7的方法来进行。
11.超支化聚合物的用途,用于增强至少一种芯-壳微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的沉积,通过将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到所述芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或之上来进行,特别地通过权利要求7的方法来进行。
12.超支化聚合物的用途,用于增加沉积在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的至少一种芯-壳微胶囊的耐冲洗性,通过将超支化聚合物包埋和/或附着到所述芯-壳微胶囊的壳之中和/或之上来进行,特别地通过权利要求7的方法来进行。
13.消费品,包含权利要求1-6中任一项的组合物。
14.权利要求13的消费品,其中所述消费品为洗发剂,护发调理剂,淋浴凝胶或液体皂。
