The two sets of single plates 422 are respectively provided with a plurality of pairs of second fastening holes 421 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, each first fastening hole 411 corresponds to two pairs of second fastening holes 421, and when one first fastening hole 411 is respectively connected with the two pairs of second fastening holes 421, the adjustable scraper 3 and the wall surface 200 respectively form a first inclined direction and a second inclined direction.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the fastening plate 42 includes a bottom plate 423, two sets of single plates are connected to a bottom surface of the bottom plate 423, and a plurality of first through holes are formed in the bottom plate 423 for connecting the fastening plate 42 to the frame 1 through the second connecting member, so as to ensure that the fastening plate 42 is fixed in position relative to the frame 1. Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the net hanging device 100 further includes a floating platform 5, and the floating platform 5 is provided at the front side of the frame 1 with an adjustable distance. The distance between the floating platform 5 and the wall surface 200 can be adjusted.
Optionally, a floating table 5 is provided between the frame 1 and the screed 3.
Optionally, the floating platform 5 comprises a plurality of side plates, the side walls of the plurality of side plates being connected such that the floating platform 5 forms a rectangular tube open at both ends. The front and back sides of the rectangular pipe can be respectively connected with the scraping plate 3 and the frame 1. In particular, the floating platform 5 can be used for the deployment of the distance adjustment 6 and the elastic buffer 7 in the following, and also for the deployment of the first hinge 43 in the following.
Optionally, the height of the floating table 5 is much less than the height of the screed 3. The floating platform 5 is ensured to leave a certain avoiding space for the scraper 3, so that the scraper 3 can smoothly rotate when being switched between an upper pressing state and a lower pressing state.
The floating platform 5 is not limited to the rectangular pipe member of the above-described structure, and in other examples, the floating platform 5 may be formed as a cylindrical pipe member with both ends open, or may be formed as a plate member.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the angle adjusting device 4 further includes: a first hinge 43. The first hinge 43 is connected between the squeegee 3 and the floating table 5, and the squeegee 3 is adjustable in angle with respect to the floating table 5. Because the scraper blade 3 is connected with the floating platform 5 through the first hinge 43, the floating platform 5 is arranged at the front side of the frame 1 with adjustable distance, and the distance between the scraper blade 3 and the frame 1 can be ensured to be adjustable. The rotation of the scraper 3 around the floating platform 5 can be realized through the first hinge 43, the first hinge 43 provides a rotation point for the rotation of the scraper 3, and when the limiting plate 41 and the fastening plate 42 in the above embodiment are not connected through the fastener 44, the scraper 3 rotates relative to the frame 1 through the first hinge 43, so that the first fastening holes 411 in the limiting plate 41 correspond to and are connected with different second fastening holes 421 in the fastening plate 42, and the inclination direction of the scraper 3 relative to the wall surface 200 can be adjusted.
Alternatively, the first hinges 43 include one, one first hinge 43 is connected to the center position of the squeegee 3, and one first hinge 43 rotates the squeegee 3 with respect to the floating table 5 to switch the squeegee 3 between the pressed-up state and the pressed-down state.
Optionally, the first hinges 43 include two, the two first hinges 43 are symmetrically disposed at two ends of the scraper 3, the two first hinges 43 simultaneously drive the scraper 3 to switch between the upward pressing state and the downward pressing state, the two first hinges 43 can ensure that the rotation distances of the two ends of the scraper 3 are equal when the scraper 3 rotates, and it is prevented that one side of the scraper 3 is inclined when the scraper is in a switching position, so that the other end of the scraper 3 cannot press the mesh thin layer into the wall surface 200 with the mortar layer on the surface.
Therefore, the screen hanging device 100 of the application can adjust the direction of the scraper 3 and the angle relative to the wall surface 200 through the matching of the first hinge 43, the limiting plate 41 and the fastening plate 42, and fix the adjusted scraper 3, so that the scraper 3 completely presses the net-shaped thin layer into the mortar layer of the wall surface 200, and the screen hanging quality is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the net hanging device 100 further comprises a distance adjusting member 6 and an elastic buffer member 7, wherein the elastic buffer member 7 always drives the floating platform 5 to move towards the direction close to the wall surface 200. Elastic buffer 7 has certain elasticity restoring force, when scraper blade 3 applys a pressure to the hanging net on wall 200, scraper blade 3 then receives the reaction force of wall 200, and elastic buffer 7 compresses and forms elasticity restoring force under the effect of reaction force this moment to make scraper blade 3 laminate wall 200 all the time when scraper blade 3 hangs the net, and exert sufficient packing force, make scraper blade 3 often butt on wall 200, contact netted thin layer and press the netted thin layer into the mortar layer of wall 200 completely.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, one end of the elastic buffer 7 is connected to the floating platform 5, the other end of the elastic buffer 7 is connected to the frame 1, the frame 1 can support the elastic buffer 7, and limit the movement of the elastic buffer 7, so that the elastic buffer 7 always moves towards the direction close to the wall surface 200, it is ensured that the elastic buffer 7 always drives the floating platform 5 to move towards the direction close to the wall surface 200 in the working process of the net hanging device 100, and drives the scraper 3 to move towards the direction close to the wall surface 200 together, so that the scraper 3 always abuts against the wall surface 200, it is ensured that the scraper 3 can press the mesh thin layer into the plastering layer, and the net hanging quality is improved.
Optionally, the elastic buffer members 7 include a plurality of elastic buffer members 7, the plurality of elastic buffer members 7 are respectively disposed between the floating platform 5 and the frame 1, and the plurality of elastic buffer members 7 can simultaneously drive the floating platform 5 to move towards the direction close to the wall surface 200, so as to ensure that the applied forces formed at the two ends of the scraper 3 are consistent.
Alternatively, the elastic buffer 7 is preferably a rectangular spring, and the elastic buffer 7 utilizes the elastic restoring force of the elastic buffer 7 to normally drive the floating platform 5 to move towards one end of the wall surface 200, so as to ensure that the scraper 3 is normally abutted on the wall surface 200. The rectangular spring is connected between the floating platform 5 and the frame 1, and the section of the rectangular spring is rectangular, so that the contact area between the rectangular spring and the floating platform 5 can be increased on one hand, and the contact area between the rectangular spring and the frame 1 can be increased on the other hand, and the position of the rectangular spring is stable.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the distance adjusting member 6 is connected between the floating table 5 and the frame 1. The distance adjusting member 6 is used for adjusting the distance between the floating platform 5 and the frame 1, so that the floating platform 5 is adjustably arranged on the front side of the frame 1, and the distance between the scraper 3 and the wall surface 200 is further ensured to be proper.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the distance adjusting member 6 includes: the floating platform comprises a stud 61 and a nut 62, wherein one end of the stud 61 is fixedly connected with the floating platform 5, and the other end of the stud 61 penetrates through the frame 1 and is connected with the nut 62. The distance adjustment between the floating table 5 and the frame 1 is achieved by the stud 61 and nut 62 cooperating.
Optionally, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the frame 1, and the studs 61 pass through the second through holes and form clearance fit with the second through holes, so that the studs 61 can move back and forth in the second through holes conveniently. After the nut 62 is removed, the stud 61 can be manually adjusted to move back and forth, and the floating platform 5 and the scraper 3 are driven to move relative to the wall surface 200, so that the scraper 3 abuts against the wall surface 200.
The structure of the distance adjusting member 6 is not limited to the stud 62 and the nut 62, but in other examples, the distance adjusting member 6 includes a clamping rod and a clamping member, the clamping rod is provided with a plurality of clamping holes at intervals along the length direction, one end of the clamping rod is connected with the floating platform 5, the other end of the clamping rod passes through the frame 1, and the clamping member is fixed in the clamping hole of the part of the clamping rod extending out of the frame 1. Every card hole all corresponds the distance between 5 and the frame 1 of floating platform, and on the side butt of fastener kept away from wall 200 at frame 1, the fastener forms with the cooperation of a plurality of card holes and can dismantle the connection, guarantees that the front and back position of scraper blade 3 is adjustable, makes scraper blade 3 can contact wall 200 to impress netted thin layer in the mortar layer.
Optionally, the distance adjusting pieces 6 comprise a plurality of distance adjusting pieces 6 which drive the scraper 3 to move simultaneously, so that the moving distances of the two sides of the scraper 3 are equal.
It should be noted that, in the screen hanging device 100 of the present application, the distance between the scraper 3 and the wall surface 200 can be adjusted by the cooperation of the distance adjusting member 6 and the elastic buffer member 7, and the distance between the frame 1 and the floating platform 5 can also be adjusted, so that the elastic buffer member 7 has an appropriate expansion variable, the scraper 3 is ensured to be always abutted against the wall surface 200, and the scraper 3 can completely press the mesh thin layer into the mortar layer of the wall surface 200, thereby improving the screen hanging quality.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the frame 1 includes a first connecting plate 11 and two second connecting plates 12, the two second connecting plates 12 are connected to a side of the first connecting plate 11 facing the scraper 3, and a regulating space is formed between the first connecting plate 11 and the two second connecting plates 12, and the scraper 3 is angularly adjustably disposed in the regulating space. The adjustment space provides a sufficient arrangement space for the squeegee 3, and the squeegee 3 can be rotated and adjusted in angle in the adjustment space.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of rollers 2a are rollably coupled to the second connecting plate 12. The roller 2a can drive the net hanging device 100 to move along the wall surface 200, and in the moving process of the net hanging device 100, the roller 2a can reduce the friction force between the surface of the roller 2a and the wall surface 200, so that the net hanging device 100 can move smoothly.
Advantageously, the two second connection plates 12 are arranged parallel to each other. The parallel second connecting plates 12 can keep the contact between the rollers 2a on both sides and the wall surface 200 consistent, so that the rollers 2a do not intrude into the adjusting space, and the rollers 2a and the scraper 3 are ensured not to interfere with each other.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the net hanging device 100 further includes a plurality of roller holders 2 b. A plurality of roller support 2b are connected on second connecting plate 12, all are equipped with two gyro wheels 2a on every roller support 2b, and the front end rotatable coupling gyro wheel 2a of roller support 2 b. The roller 2a rotates relative to the roller support 2b for driving the net hanging device 100 to move up and down.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the net hanging device 100 further comprises a holding rod 8, a positioning assembly 9 and a second hinge 10, wherein the holding rod 8 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the frame 1 through the second hinge 10. The second hinge 10 realizes that the inclined direction of the holding rod 8 is adjustable, the positioning assembly 9 is used for limiting the position of the adjusted holding rod 8, and when the holding rod 8 is adjusted to a proper position, the positioning assembly 9 is used for fixing the holding rod 8 at the position, so that the holding rod 8 is ensured to be fixed in position in the net hanging process.
Alternatively, the grip 8 has a first grip position and a second grip position, the grip 8 has a third tilt direction relative to the wall surface 200 in the first grip position, and the grip 8 has a fourth tilt direction relative to the wall surface 200 in the second grip position.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, when the grip 8 is in the first holding position, the grip 8 is perpendicular to the wall surface 200; when the grip 8 is in the second gripping position, the grip 8 is tilted downward relative to the wall surface 200, as shown in FIG. 1.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning assembly 9 includes a limiting frame 91, a rotation fixing plate 92 and a positioning bead 93, the limiting frame 91 is connected to the holding rod 8, the rotation fixing plate 92 is detachably connected to the frame 1, the positioning bead 93 is installed on the rotation fixing plate 92, and at least two positioning holes matched with the positioning bead 93 are formed in the limiting frame 91. The location pearl 93 is used for fixing a position spacing 91 and rotation fixing plate 92's position, makes the holding rod 8 at the in-process rigidity of hanging the net to when guaranteeing that the holding rod 8 is in the first position of gripping, the holding rod 8 can select different angles of gripping for wall 200, improves the practicality of hanging net device 100.
Optionally, the positioning ball 93 is a steel ball on a ball screw, and the ball screw is in threaded connection with the rotary fixing plate 92, so that the length of the positioning ball 93 extending into the limiting frame 91 can be adjusted. When the positioning ball 93 is adjusted by the ball screw to extend into the limiting frame 91, the positioning ball 93 can be used for limiting the position of the limiting frame 91, and the relative position of the limiting frame 91 and the rotary fixing plate 92 is ensured to be fixed; when the positioning ball 93 is adjusted by the ball screw to retract relative to the limiting frame 91, the limiting frame 91 can rotate relative to the rotating fixing plate 92, and the position of the holding rod 8 can be adjusted.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the position-limiting bracket 91 includes a third connecting plate 911 and two adjusting plates 912, and the third connecting plate 911 is connected with the two adjusting plates 912 in a direction toward the frame 1. The center of the third connecting plate 911 is provided with a third through hole, and one end of the holding rod 8 passes through the third through hole to be detachably connected with the second hinge 10.
Alternatively, two adjustment plates 912 are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the third connection plate 911. One end of the adjusting plate 912 is detachably connected to the third connecting plate 911, and the other end of the adjusting plate 912 is provided with a fourth through hole.
Optionally, the diameter of the fourth through hole is equal to the diameter of the positioning bead 93. The positioning ball 93 is fitted in the fourth through hole to define a position between the adjustment plate 912 and the rotation fixing plate 92.
Optionally, the positioning bead 93 includes a plurality. A plurality of location pearl 93 all install on rotation fixed plate 92, and every location pearl 93 all corresponds an angle of holding rod 8.
Optionally, the detachable connection may be a rivet connection, or a connection between a bolt and an internal threaded hole, which may be selected according to actual needs.
In the above example, the net hanging device 100 of the present application can adjust the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 through the cooperation of the positioning component 9 and the second hinge 10, and fix the adjusted angle, so as to ensure that the user can move the net hanging device 100 up and down more easily through the holding rod 8, thereby improving the practicability of the net hanging device 100.

A net hanging method based on the net hanging device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
The net hanging method according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a net hanging device 100, wherein the net hanging device 100 comprises: the net hanging device comprises a frame 1, rollers 2a, a scraper 3 and a net hanging device 100 of an angle adjusting device 4, wherein the rollers 2a are arranged at two ends of the frame 1; the scraper 3 is connected to the frame 1 in an angle-adjustable manner, the scraper 3 has an upward pressing state and a downward pressing state, and when the scraper 3 is in the upward pressing state, an included angle formed by the scraper 3 inclining upwards relative to the wall surface 200 is positive; when the scraper 3 is in a pressing state, the inclined angle of the scraper 3 relative to the wall surface 200 is negative; the angle adjusting device 4 drives the scraper 3 to rotate relative to the frame 1 and adjust the angle, so that the scraper 3 is switched between an upward pressing state and a downward pressing state, the net hanging device 100 is used for pressing the net-shaped thin layer into the wall surface 200 with the mortar layer on the surface, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the wall surface 200 is provided with a punching rib 210 extending along the vertical direction, and the net hanging method comprises the following steps:
step S1: the pushing frame 1 moves from bottom to top along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, and before the frame 1 moves from bottom to top, the scraper 3 is adjusted to be in an upward pressing state through the angle adjusting device 4.
Step S2: the frame 1 is pulled to move from top to bottom along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, and before the frame 1 moves from top to bottom, the scraper 3 is adjusted to be in a pressing-down state through the angle adjusting device 4.
According to the method for hanging the screen, the inclined direction of the scraper 3 relative to the wall surface 200 can be adjusted according to the moving direction of the screen hanging device 100 in the screen hanging process of the screen hanging device 100, so that the net-shaped thin layer is completely pressed into the mortar layer on the wall surface 200, and the screen hanging quality is improved.
According to the net hanging method, when the scraper 3 is adjusted, other power assemblies are not needed, and the scraper 3 can be switched between the upper pressing state and the lower pressing state only by the angle adjusting device 4.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the wall surface 200 has a plurality of ribs 210 arranged in a vertical direction, and the roller 2a moves up and down along the ribs 210 during the net hanging process of the net hanging device 100. The punching ribs 210 can guide the movement of the roller 2a, and ensure that the net hanging device 100 can hang nets in a preset route.
Alternatively, the distance between two adjacent punching ribs 210 is equal to the distance between two adjacent rollers 2 a. The rollers 2a at both ends of the frame 1 are simultaneously moved up and down along the punch rib 210.
Alternatively, the distance between the roller 2a and the wall surface 200 is larger than the distance between the foremost end of the squeegee 3 and the wall surface 200. Because the screed 210 has a certain height relative to the wall surface 200, when the roller 2a contacts the screed 210, one end of the scraper 3 contacts the wall surface 200, so that the scraper 3 contacts the mesh-shaped thin layer and presses the mesh-shaped thin layer into the wall surface 200 with the mortar layer on the surface.
Optionally, the net hanging device 100 further comprises a holding rod 8, a positioning assembly 9 and a second hinge 10, the holding rod 8 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the frame 1 through the second hinge 20, and the net hanging method further comprises the following steps:
step S11: in the process of pushing the frame 1 to walk from bottom to top along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 is adjusted at intervals, so that the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 is reduced in a stepped manner.
Step S21: in the process of walking the frame 1 from top to bottom along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 is adjusted at intervals, so that the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 is increased in a stepped manner.
According to the method, the net hanging method of the net hanging device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the included angle between the holding rod 8 and the frame 1 can be adjusted according to the moving direction of the net hanging device 100 in the net hanging process of the net hanging device 100, so that a worker can conveniently grab the holding rod 8, and the practicability of the net hanging device 100 is improved.
The specific structure of the net hanging device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiments of the present invention may be all embodiments obtained by combining the foregoing technical solutions, and are not limited to the following specific embodiments, which fall within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A net hanging device 100, as shown in fig. 2, comprising: a frame 1, rollers 2a, a scraper 3 and an angle adjusting device 4.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, rollers 2a are installed at both ends of the frame 1.
The scraper 3 is connected to the frame 1 in an angle-adjustable manner, the scraper 3 has an upward pressing state and a downward pressing state, and when the scraper 3 is in the upward pressing state, an included angle formed by the scraper 3 inclining upwards relative to the wall surface 200 is positive; when the scraper 3 is in a pressing state, the inclined angle of the scraper 3 relative to the wall surface 200 is negative.
The angle adjusting device 4 rotates and adjusts the angle of the squeegee 3 with respect to the frame 1 to switch the squeegee 3 between the pressed-up state and the pressed-down state.
A net hanging method comprising the net hanging device 100 of embodiment 1, comprising the steps of:
step S1: the pushing frame 1 moves from bottom to top along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, and before the frame 1 moves from bottom to top, the scraper 3 is adjusted to be in an upward pressing state through the angle adjusting device 4.
Step S2: the frame 1 is pulled to move from top to bottom along the punching rib 210 through the roller 2a, and before the frame 1 moves from top to bottom, the scraper 3 is adjusted to be in a pressing-down state through the angle adjusting device 4.
Example 2
A net hanging device 100, which is different from embodiment 1 in that, in addition to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, an angle adjusting device 4 includes: a stopper plate 41 and a fastening plate 42.
As shown in fig. 2, the position-limiting plate 41 is connected to the scraper 3, and as shown in fig. 5, at least one first fastening hole 411 is formed in the position-limiting plate 41.
The fastening plate 42 is connected to the frame 1, as shown in fig. 5, at least two second fastening holes 421 matching with the first fastening holes 411 are provided on the fastening plate 42, and when the first fastening holes 411 and the different second fastening holes 421 are connected by the fasteners 44, the angle of the blade 3 relative to the frame 1 is changed.
Example 3
Different from the embodiment 2, the screen hanging device 100 is characterized in that two first fastening holes 411 are arranged on a limiting plate 41 on the basis of the embodiment 2, and the two first fastening holes 411 are arranged in an arc shape along the direction far away from a scraper 3.
Example 4
Unlike embodiment 1, the net hanging device 100 according to embodiment 1 further includes a floating table 5, a distance adjusting member 6, and an elastic buffer member 7, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the floating table 5 is provided at the front side of the frame 1 with an adjustable distance. The angle adjusting device 4 further includes: a first hinge 43. As shown in fig. 2, the first hinge 43 is connected between the squeegee 3 and the floating table 5, and the squeegee 3 can be angularly adjusted with respect to the floating table 5.
The elastic buffer 7 always drives the floating platform 5 to move toward the wall surface 200.
As shown in fig. 2, the distance adjusting member 6 is connected between the floating table 5 and the frame 1.
The distance adjusting member 6 includes: the floating platform comprises a stud 61 and a nut 62, wherein one end of the stud 61 is fixedly connected with the floating platform 5, and the other end of the stud 61 penetrates through the frame 1 and is connected with the nut 62.
Example 5
