上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:现有以聚乙烯纤维为主要原料的防护服大多只能起到隔离效果而不防水,当遇到水淋的场合,一方面会导致防护服变重、灵活性能下降,另一方面也会造成水的渗透,无法保持穿着者卫生的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水防护服,使防护服具有防水效果,减少因防护服不防水而导致防护服变重、灵活性能下降以及影响穿着者卫生等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防水防护服,包括连体衣身,所述连体衣身表面经防水整理剂处理,所述防水整理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:
20-30份羟基硅油;
10-15份十二烷基硫酸钠;
5-6份丙二酸二甲酯;
2-4份戊二醛
60-80份去离子水。

本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括0.4-0.6份环烷酸钴和3-6份壬二酸二辛酯。

S2.将2-异丙基咪唑、甲基硅醇钠和N-甲基苯胺混合,反应温度为40℃,搅拌反应30min,得到混合物;
S3.向S1的混合乳液中添加羟基硅油和十二烷基硫酸钠以及S2的混合物,并加入硫代乙酰胺,调整温度为30℃,搅拌5min至均匀;
S4.将温度调节至4℃,缓慢滴加N-氯代丁二酰亚胺,0.5h滴完,滴完后继续反应1h,得到防水整理剂。
将防水整理剂通过80%的轧液率对连体衣身进行浸轧,再以100℃的温度预烘3min,再进行拉幅定型、预缩得到防水防护服。
各组分含量如下表1所示。
实施例2
本发明公开了一种防水防护服,包括连体衣身,连体衣身表面经防水整理剂处理,且防水整理剂的制备方法如下:
S1.首先将丙二酸二甲酯、戊二醛、壬二酸二辛酯、石油醚和去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH值为5,搅拌5min;再添加环烷酸钴,温度为50℃,超声波的作用功率为260W,超声作用10min,得到混合乳液;
S2.将2-异丙基咪唑、甲基硅醇钠和N-甲基苯胺混合,反应温度为50℃,搅拌反应40min,得到混合物;
S3.向S1的混合乳液中添加羟基硅油和十二烷基硫酸钠以及S2的混合物,并加入硫代乙酰胺,调整温度为35℃,搅拌8min至均匀;
S4.将温度调节至5℃,缓慢滴加N-氯代丁二酰亚胺,0.5h滴完,滴完后继续反应1.5h,得到防水整理剂。
将防水整理剂通过120%的轧液率对连体衣身进行浸轧,再以120℃的温度预烘5min,再进行拉幅定型、预缩得到防水防护服。
各组分含量如下表1所示。
实施例3
本发明公开了一种防水防护服,包括连体衣身,连体衣身表面经防水整理剂处理,且防水整理剂的制备方法如下:
S1.首先将丙二酸二甲酯、戊二醛、壬二酸二辛酯、石油醚和去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH值为4.5,搅拌4min;再添加环烷酸钴,温度为48℃,超声波的作用功率为240W,超声作用8min,得到混合乳液;
S2.将2-异丙基咪唑、甲基硅醇钠和N-甲基苯胺混合,反应温度为43℃,搅拌反应36min,得到混合物;
S3.向S1的混合乳液中添加羟基硅油和十二烷基硫酸钠以及S2的混合物,并加入硫代乙酰胺,调整温度为32℃,搅拌7min至均匀;
S4.将温度调节至4℃,缓慢滴加N-氯代丁二酰亚胺,0.5h滴完,滴完后继续反应1.5h,得到防水整理剂。
将防水整理剂通过100%的轧液率对连体衣身进行浸轧,再以110℃的温度预烘4min,再进行拉幅定型、预缩得到防水防护服。
各组分含量如下表1所示。

性能检测试验
1.取20cm×20cm的防护服试样,固定在绷架上,使防护服形成无皱纹的平滑平面,然后将绷架固定在测定仪的支架上,防护服朝上,喷嘴中心对准绷架中央;将250mL、(27±1)℃的蒸馏水迅速倒入漏斗中,约在25-30s内全部淋完,淋毕立即握住绷架一边轻敲其另一边,然后反转180°再轻敲一次,以除去沾于防护服表面的多余水滴,最后以防护服试样的正面与标准沾湿卡对比评级,测试结果如下表3所示。
标准沾湿卡评分如下:
100分-上层表面没有沾水或润湿;
90分-上层表面有少量水、不规则的沾水或润湿;
80分-上层表面受淋处有润湿;
70分-全部上层表面有部分润湿;
50分-全部上层表面完全润湿;
0分-全部上层表面完全润湿,并且表面下沉;即评分越高,防水性能越好。
2.再将防护服试样水洗30次后,与标准沾湿卡对比评级,测试结果如下表3所示。

综上所述,可以得出以下结论:
1.通过对比例1和实施例1的对比可知,经本发明的防水整理剂整理的防护服具有较好的防水能力,且多次水洗后依然能保持较高的防水性。
2.通过对比例2和实施例1的对比可知,丙二酸二甲酯和戊二醛的共同添加可提高防护服的防水性。
3.通过对比例3和实施例1的对比,说明了壬二酸二辛酯的特定添加可有效提高防水性能。
4.通过对比例4和实施例1的对比,说明N-氯代丁二酰亚胺的添加可辅助提高防护服的防水性能。
5.通过对比例5-6和实施例1的对比可知,甲基硅醇钠和N-甲基苯胺的配合添加可提高防护服的防水性能。
6.通过对比例7和实施例1的对比可知,硫代乙酰胺的加入一方面可提高防护服的防水性能,另一方面可在防护服经多次水洗后保持其较高的防水性。
7.对比例8和实施例1-3的对比,说明了当pH为3时,防水效果与pH为4-5的效果差不多,因此从节省整理剂的原料的层面考虑,pH值为4-5时较为理想。
8.对比例9和实施例1-3的对比,说明pH值偏碱性时不利于提高防护服的防水效果。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种防水防护服,包括连体衣身,其特征在于:所述连体衣身表面经防水整理剂处理,所述防水整理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:
20-30份羟基硅油;
10-15份十二烷基硫酸钠;
5-6份丙二酸二甲酯;
2-4份戊二醛
60-80份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括0.4-0.6份环烷酸钴和3-6份壬二酸二辛酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括4-6份石油醚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括0.6-0.8份N-氯代丁二酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括0.1-0.2份2-异丙基咪唑、2-3份甲基硅醇钠和1-2份N-甲基苯胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括2-3份硫代乙酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:所述防水整理剂用乙酸调节pH值为4-5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:所述防水处理剂的制备方法如下:
S1.首先将丙二酸二甲酯、戊二醛、壬二酸二辛酯、石油醚和去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH值为4-5,搅拌3-5min;再添加环烷酸钴,温度为45-50℃,超声波的作用功率为200-260W,超声作用5-10min,得到混合乳液;
S2.将2-异丙基咪唑、2-3份甲基硅醇钠和1-2份N-甲基苯胺混合,反应温度为40-50℃,搅拌反应30-40min,得到混合物;
S3.向S1的混合乳液中添加羟基硅油和十二烷基硫酸钠以及S2的混合物,并加入硫代乙酰胺,调整温度为30-35℃,搅拌5-8min至均匀;
S4.将温度调节至4-5℃,缓慢滴加N-氯代丁二酰亚胺,0.5h滴完,滴完后继续反应1-1.5h,得到防水整理剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防水防护服,其特征在于:将所述防水整理剂通过80-120%的轧液率对连体衣身进行浸轧,再以100-120℃的温度预烘3-5min,再进行拉幅定型、预缩得到防水防护服。
